Azula would be scared at first because HOLY SHIT, SHE'S BLEEDING, WHAT THE FUCK? The others would be shocked that Azula of all people doesn't know how those things work, then remember that princesses are supposed to be "pure".
Zuko would just be awkwardly saying that it doesn't mean she's sick or hurt, it's perfectly natural, and that the whole bleeding thing stops after a few days. Seeing she's still confused, he just looks at Ty Lee and Mai like "HELP ME". They'd make things clearer (Ty Lee's explanation would involve all the cutesy "You're a woman now" thing, while Mai would be the blunt "It fucking sucks. Welcome to the club").
Azula would then ask the big question nobody ever answered, and berated her for asking "How does sex work?" Zuko would then leave the room… and listen to the conversation through the door because something about seeing Azula being super shy and innocent, but still very interested in the subject made him insanely curious about her reaction to everything she was about to learn.
The girls would start by the most important aspects of it, like what can or cannot lead to a unplanned pregnancy, telling Azula that STD are a thing, explaining stuff like consent… all the responsible talk.
Then they'd get to the fun part. Both fire siblings would be blushing furiously hearing Ty Lee and Mai go on and on about what's it like to have sex with a guy, what boys usually liked in bed, what they themselves particularly liked, what they heard from other girls…
Zuko would lose his mind once Ty Lee full on asked Azula if she knew what lesbian sex was, and his baby sister started sounding veeeery interested in the idea of having sex with a girl. Once again, both him and Azula would be shocked by Mai and Ty Lee's blunt answers - including full on admiting they've "experimented" with each other. Zuko would rush to his room and masturbate to thoughts of watching those two going at each other, and then fucking him… and feel really guilty because he's imagining Azula joining them and asking him to take her virginity.
