Like Zuko would have a marriage interview with Toph, Ty Lee, Mai and Azula (with their parents probably being making their cases at the start of it and Zuko asking Azula what she is doing there and that he's technicaly her legal guardian and she probably answer like 'as my legal guardian you organise the marriage interview and you organised that one so obviously I can join in!' or something)

Toph would probably really annoyed at the situation since her parents are probably expecting Zuko to be the perfect strong, brave husband that will protect their helpless, tiny, fragile, blind daughter. Once Mai's interview was finished, she'd ask why the hell she is so happy when her parents are literally using her to gain power AND hoping Zuko will control her. Once Mai explains that being Fire Lady means they can't tell her what to do anymore AND that they have to pretend to be happy about it, Toph gets veeeeery excited. She's 100% letting them know just how kinky her husband is so they're constantly terrified.
Ty Lee would probably make her sisters be there as well so they can all see how SHE will be Fire Lady while the rest of them will be just her sisters, and Zuko is both scared and aroused by seeing Ty Lee get so competitive. Suki's meeting would probably be the most "peaceful", but her parents (does she have parents?) and all of the Kyoshi Warriors (plus Sokka) would be constantly looking at her like "Are you sure this is a good idea?"
Azula is going to be acting as her own guardian because Zuko just gave up trying to get her to leave the interview room, and she will be constantly praising herself and asking Zuko to prove his worth to her because of course is using this as opportunity to be a brat. Once they both consent to the match (that they had already consented to before) Azula finally lets him go about his day...
Only to then have all of the other girls parents and siblings, plus Zuko's friends, plus Ursa, Iroh, Kiyi, Ikem and even Ozai (who is chains and not allowed to speak, just watch the meeting) so they can ALL agree to this match. Zuko is furious, but all of his brides loved the plan for the sheer chaos of it. If the palace doesn't explode by the end of it, it will be a miracle.
The wedding would happen a few months later and it would be ridiculously big and expensive, and would be remembered as the craziest, yet most fun wedding ever. Ozai would not be invited and would be very bitter about it... only to then be dragged to the ceremony, being super mad that he has to wear prison clothes while everybody else is all dressed up. On top of being chained, he'd be muzzled since he kept speaking up during the wedding interview despite not being given permission.
