The squad pulled up access to all of the cameras they had around the whole building. They saw someone getting out of a car so Velasco ran the plates.

"Belongs to.."

Fin looks at the screen, disgusted. "The hell? He's supposed to be in prison."

"Who?" Muncy asked.

"Rob Miller. He raped a defense attorney and murdered a teenage girl and dumped her body in the Hudson. He also stalked Benson and Noah. She went to pick him up from school and he wasn't there. The prick had a uni pick him up and brought him here."

Elliot felt his fist forming "when did this happen?"

"2019."

He had a flashback to Richard White. For her safety, he put a protection detail on her without telling her and when she found out about it, she was pissed.

"Well looks like we'll be paying him a visit."

Once they had an address, Fin and Elliot went to where he was staying up.

Knocking on the door, Fin shouted "police open up!"

Heavy footsteps could be heard as they drew closer and closer then finally the door opened.

Rob looked "oh, not you again. What do you think I did now?"

"Yeah. Aren't you supposed to be in prison?"

"They let me out for good behavior."

Elliot stepped in "oh bull! Where is she!?"

Rob looked at him then "Oh, you must be Elliot Stabler. I've heard so much about you. And where is who?"

Elliot looked "You know who! Olivia Benson. We have footage of you outside the building."

He felt his self control slipping as he wanted to punch the guy.

"Don't make me say it again. Where is she!?"

Fin looks at him sternly, "if I were you I'd listen to him and tell us…"

"Oh he should know… he has been there before."

Rob gave Elliot a knowing smile. Elliot looked at him for a moment and then it hit him.

The police that met them at Rob's place arrested him for kidnapping a SVU Captain.

Elliot takes off to the car with Fin rushing to catch up.

Gitano

Fin got an oh shit moment in his mind. Letting Elliot drive, they drove into the direction of a warehouse they haven't been to in 16 years. Not knowing who was there waiting for him.

Olivia realized that she was in the same building when Gitano happened. She was trying to convince Wheatley to let her go but he wasn't backing down.

"Now why would I do that? And to see the look on Stabler's face when he realizes that I'm still alive."

This is the last place she thought she would never see again. She felt like running.

"You don't what? Love Stabler. Oh I know you do. I can see it in your pretty brown eyes."

Wheatley reaches up to touch her face.

He puts his hand back down. Somewhere in the distance, Olivia heard sirens getting closer and closer.

Elliot shrieked the car into park and got out. Fin got out and they got the vests on.

"What's the plan?"

"Me and you go in the side door. The rest of you, the other doors."

They go in with their guns drawn. They search the whole building and Elliot and Fin walk in the same part where Gitano happened.

"LIV?"

"Over here.."

He walks over to where he heard her voice. Nothing could prepare him from what he saw.
