I'm adding in Zuko's too because I can. His tickle spot is his stomach, and it doesn't matter how dominant he was acting before, he instantly gets all docile and trembles whenever one of the girls starts kissing him there (Azula prefers running her nails through his skin because of course)
Ty Lee's is her neck, Mai's is her inner thighs - both immediately squirm and shake when touched there, and kissing those spots makes them melt.
Azula is by far the most ticklish of the four, and she absolutely hates it. Not only are her neck, stomach and inner thighs perfect tickle spots, she starts shaking and laughing uncontrollably when her lovers tickle her foot - and she hates that sometimes she can't stay still while she's being cared for in the royal spa. She gets super embarrassed, and the other three tease her about it mercilessly.
