After they take over the city, the four of them decide to celebrate. They change into some more comfortable clothes, get some drinks and just catch up… or rather Zuko is interrogated and asks the girls one or two questions.
He is extremely uncomfortable because he still doesn't fully trust them, especially his sister, and because he's a drunk teenage boy and he's attracted to the girls in the room - including his sister.
The girls, of course, notice it because Zuko is incapable of being subtle, and he's staring at them A LOT. Ty Lee, who was in bed cuddling with Mai (who was allowing it because she was too drunk to pretend she didn't like it), decides to mess with him and gives Mai a quick kiss. She's a bit embarrassed… but noticing the shock on Zuko's face, as well as Azula's obvious curiosity AND jealousy, she just pulls Ty Lee closer and kisses her for a looooong time… and stops just in time for the two of them to see Azula just walk up to Zuko and full on make out with him, who is quite clearly both enjoying himself and having a crisis.
Zuko is then dragged by his sister to the bed where her friends are. Any part of him that was still holding onto any kind of idea of morality goes out the window, and he just enjoys having the girls toying with him and with each other for the rest of the night.
