Author's Note and Announcement: All the comments and messages said to have it be separate, so the new rewritten work is Heir of Shadows. My goal was to have more consistent writing style and to dive deeper into other areas that I missed in the first story here, so with any luck I was able to smooth over those areas and make an even more enjoyable story for you guys :D
