Ty Lee is Ty Lee. She's gonna be all sweet, nice, cute, pretty and flirty, and it's gonna work because, once again, she's Ty Lee.
Mai is both a bit more subtle and a bit more explicit. She will be her usual, "disinterested", sarcastic self… but she'll add in a few dirty jokes that Zuko is going to miss if he's not pay attention, and some of her sarcastic remarks will also be a bit inappropriate, and Zuko is just standing there thinking "Is she mocking me or is she proposing something?"
With Azula on the other hand, he KNOWS that she is mocking him AND proposing something. It's literally different variations of the bedroom scene.
