Be it on a modern AU or in canon, Zuko would have a school-girl fetish because of all the times he got a boner seeing these three in their school uniforms. However, he has a preference for seeing Ty Lee in it, because he really likes how she plays the role of the "innocent one" of the group. Mai would probably be wearing stuff that is, for lack of a better term, subtly kinky. There's always at least one piece of clothing that is made of leather. I can totally see her going full stripper mode and giving him a lap dance, and she either ties him up so he can't touch her, or slaps his hands away whenever he misbehaves and tries to grope her/make her undress faster.
