Ty Lee could DEFINITIVELY pull of the creepy, yet adorable predator girlfriend thing. I'm betting on her chi-blocking the other two and helping Zuko tied them up so he can use them in whatever way he wants.
Mai and Azula: *struggling to free themselves* Why are you doing this to us?
Zuko: Ty Lee started crying when I said I didn't want to.
Ty Lee: *gives them the sad puppy eyes*
Mai and Azula: *stop struggling*

Since Mai gives no fucks, she's just gonna look him straight in the face at some random moment and say "I want to watch you rape Ty Lee" (she decides to not tell him about her plans for Azula until later to make it easier to convince him, since she's assuming he'd have a problem with incest) and Zuko is gonna be scared, disgusted, angry… and very aroused and ashamed of himself for it.
He would not break up with Mai despite knowing he should since she's quite clearly out of her fucking mind, and the more time they spend together, with her being set on wanting it to happen, Zuko will eventually cave. They're gonna have to put a blindfold over Ty Lee's eyes so Zuko won't back off. Once she's into it, Zuzu will get to see her pretty eyes lighting up.
The second it's done, he's turning to Mai and saying that he IS going to rape his sister next, and Mai is just like "Easier than I thought"

She'd start by being even more of a tease than she usually is. Zuko would give into her seduction pretty quickly… only to be turned down every time he does so, which makes him more and more furious and frustrated.
One night, when he is snapping at Azula for what feels like the billionth time, she just smirks and says that he's only going to get what he wants from her if he takes it by force. He immediately attacks her, and while she's not using her bending, she is fighting him off, because she wants him to truly force himself on her. Since Zuko is using all of his abilities, he overpowers her and is incredibly brutal. Azula loves every second of it, but people would not have guessed it based on the way she was screaming and crying, begging for him to stop and having her pleas ignored.
After that Zuko is free to do whatever he likes to her whenever he wants to, with no resistence, and she assures him every night that it is totally okay for him to just take what he wants from her - or any other girl - since he is the Fire Lord and his word is the law. It doesn't take long for him to figure out she wants him to rape her friends, and it takes him even less time to give in and do it.
