Chapter 2 Ichigo's growth

Ichigo was at the hideout with the others as he clashes blades with Hikaru as they went around.
The others watched and Yuji said: "It seems Ichigo is getting better."
"Well that should be expected, with Hikaru he makes sure he will be ready." Ben said.
Hikaru kicks him away before Ichigo recovers and raises his sword up. "Getsuga Tensho!" He sends his slash at Hikaru who dodges but it damaged the wall.
"Not bad, but... Don't destroy the base!" Hikaru said.
"Oh sorry!" Ichigo said.
"Okay, since your one of us you'll get a uniform." Ichigo said.
"Of course, we'll find one that suits you." Hikaru said.
"Yeah, suit you." Ken said.
"Hey, will anybody sense that attack I just did?" Ichigo asked.
"Oh no, we made sure the barrier around won't attract anything to us." Hikaru said.
Hikaru made sure they're hideout was safe since one small bit of energy will make hollows and even the shinigami know who they are and it will be too late.
"Okay, so seeing how Ichigo is getting better, what do you think his level of power is?" Mai said.
"I say... Before he fought Aizen." Hikaru said.
"Yeah, I can tell too." Ichigo said.
"But it's not a bad start, you can get stronger." Hikaru sits on a chair. "If we keep going you'll get your old strenght in no time."
"But how am I supposed to keep this new power hidden?" Ichigo said.
Ben puts a bracelet on his arm. "Keep that on, and nobody will notice."
"Oh thanks." Ichigo said.
"You can go home now, we'll have some business to do." Hikaru said.
"Yeah, see ya." Ichigo said.
"Oh." Hikaru throws him a mobilate. "We'll use that to keep in touch, since it's safer than a normal phone."
"Right... Could have been less bulky." Ichigo said.
"It's just how it's made." Hikaru frowns.
Ichigo leaves and Mai said: "So now what?"
"Well we should check on the two sides." Hikaru said.
"What the Soul Society and Hueco Mundo?" Yuji said.
"Yes, we would need to go and make sure they don't attack us." Hikaru said. "I'll go Hueco Mundo."
"Are you sure Hikaru?" Raphtalia was worried.
"Of course, I can handle anything, Ben goes to the Soul Society." Hikaru said.
"What?!" Ben said. "Why me?!"
"You can get out just fine with the omnitrix." Hikaru said.
Ben grunts. "I hate you."
"Just do it so we can finish it." Yuji said.
Next day
Ichigo was walking down the streets and he saw spirits passing by making him smile, it was something that he lost but thanks to Hikaru and the others he was able to be able to see them again.
"It seems that made you happy." He heard Skull's voice.
"Your still okay?" Ichigo was surprised.
"Of course, remember I was made to be your new partner, since without Zangetsu you needed a new friend." Skull said.
"Oh, thanks. But yeah, just being able to see spirits shows that i'm back to being strong." Ichigo said.
"You were always strong, you just needed a little push." Skull said. "But i'm curious, what would happen to me if you ever get Zangetsu back?"
Ichigo got surprised at that question.
"Remember, I was made to be just a replacement, what would happen to me if you got him back?" Skull said.
"Hey, your part of me now too, even when Zangetsu comes back, you'll always be at my side." Ichigo said.
Skull got happy at that answer. "Very good, I hope that we can see them and new friends."
"New friends?" Ichigo got confused.
Watching Ichigo from the sky was a blue figure with two wings coming out of it's back, he saw Ichigo walking foward to school and kept watching.
"He might have the potential, but he'll need all the help he can get to even face the dangers in the future." He said.
With Ben
He was a the Soul Society as he was near the walls. "I hate it when i'm sent to these stealth missions. The only reason Yuji doesn't go is because of his girlfriend might come."
He activates the omnitrix and changes into Ghostfreak. "Okay." He goes through the wall and was invisible.
He passes by a nearby soul which was a kid holding a ball.
"I wonder if they get scared." He said making the kid look around but didn't see anyone.
Ben goes away and arrives on top of tower and looks down to see the entire Seireitei from there.
He puts his mask on to hide his identity and looks around before jumping away changing into Nanomech going foward.
He hides inside a alley and looks around before changing back to converse his power, he goes foward and goes inside a building and looks around before he saw Momo Hinamori sitting down at a garden as she looks to the sky.
He puts a hand on his cheek as he looks at her. "It seems she's missing something."
Momo looks to the side and Ben quickly hides from her sight and she blinks. "Huh?"
"Damn that was too close." He said.
"I think so too." He looks to the side and saw a exceed that was green wearing a pink suit.
"Oh hey Frosch." He said he then realised something. "Frosh!"
"Hi." He waves.
"What are you doing here?" He said.
"I came to see you Ben." He said.
Frosh was a exceed that Ben found a long time ago and they've been together for a long time.
He picks Frosch up and said: "You can't be here, it's too dangerous, plus how did you even get here?"
"I followed you." He said.
He facepalms and picks up Frosch, he then goes away to make sure nobody found them.
Momo walks around to see where the feeling she was having is, she didn't find anyone so she got confused but it didn't feel like it was dangerous.
"Who was it?" She said.
Ben goes out as he sneaks foward with Frosch in his arms as they went away, the thing Ben cared about the most outside of his team was Frosch since he was important to him.
With Hikaru
He was at the base and he looks back to see someone come in. "Well glad to see your here... Shinji."
The person that came was Shinji Hikari and he smiles at him.
"Yes Hikaru." He said.
"Well we'll be training you too with Ichigo so we'll have to get you ready." Hikaru said.
Note: Ben is at the Soul Society to check it out for what they might plan, just in case, he also has Frosch from Fairy Tail, not the exact same one but a copy from a alternate reality and Shinji from Evangelion is here and what his backstory is will be revealed later.
