A week later everything died down enough that I could travel on my own again, I would still have to phone to say that I had arrived wherever I was heading. It was annoying, but I understood. Luckily, as it was the last week of school the teachers were all very relaxed and didn't bother me or ask me to ask questions, if I spoke I would have their undivided attention.

I was twirling, my arms moving to the rhythm. Moving in harmony with the other girls beside me. I could see the Prince, rolling his eyes at me as I stuck my tongue out. The song ended, we all took our final positions me at the centre.

"Almost perfect, we need to work on your wrist movement," an older woman pointed to the furthest right hand girl. "And you are swaying your hips too much." She scolded the girl directly beside me.

"Mana, you are the one who people will watch. You have to show elegance and grace, and that is not done my pulling faces at his majesty." She turned to bow to the Prince, who smiled and nodded. "This may be your wedding, but you must follow tradition."

My feet were numb, I rushed to grab my fluffy pyjamas by the side of my bed, and bundled up in blankets. As I lay trying to warm up, I smiled. Our wedding. I closed my eyes remembering the step to the dance.

Making my way downstairs to find Yugi already eating some eggs and bacon. I smiled and sat down beside him.

"Here you are," Dad offered me a plate.

"Thanks, I said helping myself to what I wanted.

"I'm going to help set up the shop you kids enjoy." He ruffled my hair, then Yugi's and left us alone. As soon as he did so, the Pharaoh appeared in the seat beside me, I smiled at him before taking a bite of some mushrooms.

"You got any major plans today?" I asked Yugi.

"No I was just going to relax, catch up on some TV before we have to battle evil." He grinned. The Pharaoh and I chuckled.

"Good plan." I agreed, helping myself to a cooked tomato. I took a few more bites of my breakfast before, I cleared my throat looking down.

"So, the museum is open… I was wondering if you'd want to go with me today. You know scope it out, see what memories we could spark. Make a day of it."

"You mean like a date?" he said, I began to play with my food, twirling it with my fork.

He placed his hand on my stopping me from swirling the eggs. I looked up to see the Pharaoh sitting in Yugi's pyjamas. I couldn't help but giggle a little at the sight, Yugi took the seat the Pharaoh has previously occupied.

"So, as I was saying, maybe now the museums open we should go try and jog more memories. Older ones, related to why we are here now." I said biting my lip.

"I'll stay in my soul room I promise; you guys enjoy the day together."

"Yugi, you don't have to do that."

"I don't mind," he said. "Enjoy, yourselves." He disappeared.

"Well then my prince, I suggest his royal highness get into his robes to visit the peasants."

He raised an eyebrow, I covered my hand with my mouth to supress the giggle.

"I shall go get ready."

About ten minutes later I saw the Pharaoh in a vest top and Yugi's leather pants. I smiled and got up from my seat grabbing my bag by the door.

"Let's go work out our past, slash have a date while you're in my brother's body. Cause that's our life. He chuckled holding the door for me to leave first.

I could tell he was as nervous as I was when the waiter sat us down at the table. Though this place wasn't romantic or exclusive, we both knew what this was. He smiled at me from across the table. His expression conveying every weird thing about the day. He was feeling guilty about Yugi too. We ordered as soon as the waitress came over. We avoided talking about our past, as though it was business and it hung in the air a little. The waitress came over with our food and we thanked her.

"How are the memories coming along," he said taking a bit of the rice, revealing the elephant in the toom.

"I had one last night actually," I smiled, putting the broccoli in my mouth.

"I noticed your warmer clothing," he gestured to my jumper and jeans.

"It was a dance rehearsal for our wedding, me and some other girls."

"Was I present?"

"Yes, you were very amused at my shenanigans." I smirked.

"Shenanigans? What did you do?" he smirked.

"I was pulling faces at you, apparently that isn't elegant."

He chuckled, the sound warmed my heart, my face breaking into a smile.

"I can't see why that would be perceived as inelegant."

"I know, strange." I laughed, when my laugher ended we felt silent. "It's so weird it feels like we aren't alone. That we can't be ourselves."

"It's temporary, we will find a way for me to regain my body. It must be more difficult for you. You value him as a brother."

"And you don't?"

"I am not with the person living within him."

"True," I sighed, pushing some rice to the side, before putting the cutlery down and rubbing my face. "I'm waiting for something to happen. You know, this great evil we have to face. I can't relax."

"I know how you feel, but we must focus on the now, not the inevitable future. The key to solving all of this is the connection we share with each other… and our friends."

I smiled, I went to take his hand, then stopped placing it beside my cold fork. His smile was understanding.

"Come on let's get out of here, and head to the museum.

Almost as soon as we walked in, pieces began to slot in my mind like puzzles, little educates, and social culture.

"Can't you feel the pull?" he took me from my thoughts, gesturing to a closed part of the exhibit.

"Yeah, but –"

"Come on," he said walking past the barrier. Nervously I followed him.

We made our way down the stairs to a tablet with beautiful carving in the middle, it wasn't until we got a little closer that I saw it was a carving of us! The Pharaoh, Seto and I were all illustrated around the hieroglyphs, I began to read.

"My Pharaoh I've been expecting you."

We whirled around.

"Isis?" I gasped, staring at her, my eyes wide; it was her right down the millennium necklace.

"No, I am her descendent," she said smiling at me. "But I can understand your confusion Mana,"

"Uh, you know who I am… your millennium necklace," I said understanding the Pharaoh looked confused.

"It allows her to see the past and the future." I told him.

"Yes, and I have foreseen events of both of your pasts and your futures." She said.

"Seriously you are as much of her doppelganger as Kaiba is Seto's." I said, looking for any difference. Even the voice...

"With the necklace I gazed 5000 years into the past a time of evil sorcerers tried to take over the world. However there was one king who possessed a magic powerful enough to stop this evil threat."

"And who was that King?"

"Hmm, I'll give you three guesses," I said looking at him.

"The Pharaoh who saved the world was you Yami –"

"Yami, is that – but I thought it started with an A?" I said looking between Isis's doppelganger and the Pharaoh.

"I am afraid that the King's name is the key, and until fate decides even I cannot know your true name. However, I have seen that it is time for you to save mankind again."

"Someone is going to try and destroy it again." I said.

"Yes." She said. "Oh my Pharaoh, the events of the past will occur once again and that same great evil will return to threaten us."

"How will I recognise this evil?" he said looking at me for help. I shook my head.

"I know that your memories are faded your highnesses. And that you both seek many answers. I also know that a duel monster's tournament is about to begin if you win it. You will find your answers."

"It's crazy how much this card game is effecting our lives this year," I muttered. She smiled at me, before she turned to face the door again. "When you return home you will see an invitation waiting for you." She left the room as the last of her white dress disappeared I heard her say. "Farewell King Yami."

I walked towards the door to stop her, and ask more questions. She was already gone. I walked back into the room, and I shook my head. The Pharaoh frowned then turned back to the tablet.

"Is there anything else on here that could help us?" he asked gesturing to the tablet.

"No I can tell there is magic in it, but I can't unlock it." I said going to touch the old rock, the pausing.

"Yami?" he said, touching his face.

"Suppose it's better than calling you Pharaoh all the time." I said.

"True," he smiled.

"Do you like it?"

"It would be nice to have something you can call me other than Pharaoh. It's a name." he smiled.

I smiled, weaving my fingers through his. He smiled and squeezed them, placing his free thumb on my lips, I smiled, and looked down.

"Lets go, and see what this tournament is all about," he said his expression growing serious.

I nodded, taking my hand out of his, as we walked out of the museum.

We walked towards the city centre, a large crowd had gathered.

"The invitation said it would be announced tonight." The Pharaoh said.

"Hey Yugi, Mana! There you are!" I heard a familiar voice.

"Mai," I cried happily as the blonde woman approached us, we hugged.

"I knew you missed me," she said. "You ok?"

"I am honestly fine Mai," I reassured her.

"I assume you're here for the tournament," The Pharaoh said.

"But of course, I assume you got an invitation also." She said.

"Yes, I did, but it didn't say from whom it was from. Do you know who is hosting this tournament?"

"I have no idea, it's a mystery. Nobody seems to know everyone I spoke to got an anonymous invitation, but there is a buzz going round that its someone with a ton of cash and an obnoxious attitude."

"Kaiba," I said.

Mai nodded.

"No one knows for sure, but that is my guess too. It's pretty safe to say it's not Pegasus again."

"Speaking of Pegasus this is beginning to look like Duellist Kingdom all over again." The Pharaoh said.

"You can say that again, there's certainly a lot of familiar faces in this crowd. Most of whom I am not happy to see."

"Argh, your right there is Weevil and Rex," I groan, making myself smaller so that little creep didn't spot me.

"And over there is Espa Roba," Mai said. "They say he uses psychic power to duel,"

"Where have we heard that before," I said raising a brow at Mai, who laughed. "Mako is here too."

"Greetings duellist," Kaiba's face appeared on the screen. "Welcome to the town of Domino." All the screens in the square now had Kaiba on them. "But more importantly, welcome to my tournament."

"I don't know what's bigger, his ego or his big melon on the screen," Mai said.

"Ego," I said.

"I see you each received your private invite, Kaiba Corps very exclusive duelling monsters tournament, and you had enough brains to show up here tonight. Being that you're the elite duellist I have new rules to a tournament just for experts. For example, you will duel using these new and improved duel discs. Another new rules I designed for the tournament is that before each duel all players anti up there rarest card, and the loser of the duel forfeits the card to the winner."

"Forfeit my Dark Magician," The Pharaoh said.

"That means losing even one duel can ruin my deck." Mai said.

"I am not duelling." I said. "I don't care if he actually invited me or not."

"My competition will make Pegasus and his Duellist Kingdom look like a joke."

The wind picked up, I looked up to see a helicopter soared over us. I look up to see Kaiba – what was he doing the idiot! He was hung holding on to the side of the copter.

"Don't forget to register and get your duel discs, because in exactly one week from today. My Battle City Tournament begins!"
