Suddenly I was aware of everything. Yugi and Yami were right there, in a room of stairs as doors, talking to each other. They turned, sensing my arrival.

"Mana?!" they cried, standing to come closer to me.

"Er, hey. Um, where am I? How – Wait? Is this inside the puzzle?"

"Yes, this is where I stay when I am not interacting with the outside world." he smiled, then he looked concerned. "Mana, to be here, you must be using Shadow Magic –"

"I don't think I am… I don't feel drained at all." I walked closer to them. "I don't even know how I got there. I did it accidently."

"Come, let's sit in the main hall… or the modern memory section." He gestured for us to head down the stairs.

"Is that essentially our home?" I asked him.

"Part of it yes," he smiled. Yugi looked at me.

"How did the chat with Mokuba go?" he asked me.

"It went ok, we talked about Kaiba a lot, then once Mokuba fell asleep he stopped by. That was an interesting conversation."

"How did that go?" Yami asked me in concern.

"Uh, mostly ok. He apologised a lot – which he should – it was weird, and a little fun to see him so nervous and unsure." I felt a small smirk creep onto my face. "He had a vision during his duel, so he asked me a couple questions about all of that. Then…" I blushed slightly. "I asked him a couple of things about me."

"Like what?" Yugi asked.

"Well unless we were twins, we shouldn't be in the same year at school. So, I asked if my birthday and some other stuff was right. Turns out, I'm actually 15, but my birthday is right."

"Your 15!" Yugi said his eyes wide.

"Yep,"

"Are you ok? That's some pretty big news. I mean to find out that –"

"You are suddenly illegally driving, and have an extra two years from drinking age?" I tried to make a joke, but both of them saw right through me. Yami reached to touch my hand…

Then he took it.

We both gasp then look at each other.

"We can touch here?!" I said, putting a hand on his forearm to test again. It didn't feel fully like touch. Like half way, the pressure was there but the temperature, and the feeling of touch was dampened.

"I can feel that," he said, a grin on his face, he intertwined our fingers. Again, it felt like half of a touch…

"That's awesome you guys!" Yugi said. "Mana, you'll have to figure out how you did this."

"Yugi!" Téa's voice echoed. "Wake up Yugi!"

"Oh, I can feel myself waking –"

Yugi disappeared. As soon as he did Yami enveloped me into his arms.

"Thank you Téa," Yami murmured, I chuckled. "I don't know how you have managed to do this, Mana. But I am very glad you did." He said resting his forehead on mine.

"Me too, hopefully I can do it again," I whisper.

"Shall we continue to the modern room?" he said, I realised we hadn't moved since we realised, we could touch. I laughed, as we pulled away, we took each other's hand as he led us around the maze.

We walked slowly, allowing our hands to swing as we went, enjoy the slow walk to the room. It looked a lot like our living room back at Grandpa's just bigger. All the furniture was the same but the style of the rest of the walls and floors were the same in this room.

He gently tugged me to the sofa and sat down, I sat beside him and nestled into him. We sat cuddled together. Enjoying the almost touch, I rested my head on his shoulder.

"One day, we will be like this, in our own place. With your own body." I said smiling at him. "It's going to be amazing."

"Yes, one day we will be able to share time like this whenever we chose." He said touching my face. I leaned into his touch.

"We just have to save the world first." I said rolling my eyes. He chuckled.

"Just that small task,"

"By Christmas," I nudged him. He chuckled again, weaving his arms around me, pulling me to his body. As I began to nestle in, his body tensed and he began to pull away.

"I have to go," he said, gently moving me, and standing up.

"Dammit Téa," I muttered, he laughed again. Then his expression turned serious and he disappeared.

Then I was alone. On the couch. In the room. In the puzzle…

How was I still here? Surely, I should have gone back to my own body when he left? A part of me wanted to wonder around this giant labyrinth, but I didn't want to invade his space… or get lost in it. So, I walked to what looked like the main door, and opened it to see a hallway. There was another door… Yugi.

I knocked on the door.

"Yug?"

"Mana? Come in." he said, I walked through, smiling at all the toys around the room.

"What's happening out there?"

"Nothing that you need to worry about right now," he said firmly. I rolled my eyes, but didn't press the issue.

"Fine, we can talk about something else then. What do you want to talk about?"

He looked at me, a small frown on his face.

"I'm not sure, everything is going to change now that we know that you and Kaiba are siblings."

"Yugi, you don't have to worry about Kaiba taking me away," I said hugging him. "I will never leave you and Grandpa you guys are family. Family is more than blood." I repeated Grandpa's old comfort to me, Yugi smiled at the old phrase.

"That's true," he said.

"You have nothing to worry about. Besides there are some huge benefits to this," I grin.

"Like what?"

"Like how we can call in favours for stuff more easily if we need to go somewhere. Kaiba has to go to Egypt too, so we don't have to worry about that anymore. It also means we have more power for the battle to save the world once Kaiba figures out how many of his old abilities he has and how to use them. Things are looking up," I nudged him, he grinned.

"I never thought of it that way,"

"This is going to be new and weird for everyone. Kaiba is going to realise I have grown up, and am no longer the little sister he remembers. I have to learn to call him Seto. I think Mokuba will be the least effected and take it like a champ."

Yugi laughed at me.

"Thanks Mana, I feel a lot better about all of this." He said hugging me, I gave him a squeeze as I hugged him back.

We pulled away and Yugi looked more alert. I frowned at him.

"What…"

"I think we are switching again… See you in the morning Mana," he said before he vanished from the bed. I looked around his room again, careful not to disturb anything. I made my way back to Yami's space. It didn't take me long to cross the hallway and then he was waiting near the entrance. When he saw me he walked over, wrapping me into his arms.

"Now, where were we?" he said, giving me a small squeeze. I laughed, but leaned in to him. As I did so the room around us changed. We could see the two of us in the desert we were holding hands and laughing. I was both in the memory, but an observer. I glanced back at Yami; he too was staring at the memory.

We walked slowly, allowing our hands to swing as we walked in the warm sun. I closed my eyes as smiled.

"I love the feeling of the rays, don't you?" I asked him, still keeping my eyes closed.

"The warmth is a big comfort to us all," he said, I peeked an eye open he was looking at me.

"What?" I said. Why was he looking at me like that?

He shook his head; he stopped our walk and wrapped his arms to meet on my back.

"You have such a positive energy in this world, Mana. I have always loved the way you can find the positive in any situation." He put his forehead against mine. "It's one of the things I love most about you."

"Is something wrong? You've gotten very mushy." I teased, but I still bit back the embarrassed smile. He kissed me, then put our foreheads back together.

"Nothing is wrong, you have taught me to appreciate the little things." He murmured. "Live in the moment. With the Prophecy and the threats arriving. I realise that these moments are so precious."

I touched his face as his eyes darkened, kissing him.

"Shh, we have to have faith that we can fight the darkness that is taking shape. There is still time before all of that."

"True," he smiled.

"Besides we still have to plan the wedding." I smile.

"Another precious moment, I wish to enjoy." He said.

The memory faded, and the maze returned.

"Well that was different," I said smiling, I looked at him, his eyes hadn't left the spot the memory played. A warm smile on his face.

"I am glad I have a glimpse at our past," he said. Then looked back at me. "And I still wish to treasure the moments, as I did then."

"We will solve everything, and get your memories back," she said resting her head on his shoulder.

"I wish this felt like it does when I control Yugi's body. The feeling –"

"Yeah, I know what you mean, but it's something." I said wrapping my arms around his neck.

"I look forward to having my own body once again," he said kissing my forehead, before pulling back to look at me. "If you don't mind, I want to wait to kiss you. I want us both to be able to feel it fully. Not this half shadow."

"I agree," I said leaning against his frame.

The room whirled again as another memory began to reveal itself.

We were riding in the chariot; I was clutching onto him tightly.

"Slow down you maniac!" I called, keeping a tight hold on his torso. I could feel his laugh more than I heard it.

"I am in complete control," he said calmly.

"That's great, but can you show some control and slow down."

He laughed again, but this time he did as I asked. I sighed and sagged against him.

"I never want to get in this thing with you again," I told him, sitting on the side. He chuckled. He stood in front of my part my legs so he could move between them, his arms around me.

"Hmm, perhaps stopping was the best thing we could have done," he said, his hands trailing my hip and my legs. I smirk, wrapping my arms around his neck. He kissed me; my knee's rose as it got more passionate. We pulled away gasping for breath, he chuckled giving me one more kiss before he moved away. My lip jolted out in protest, he laughed, then kissed me gently.

"Relax Mana, the wedding isn't too far from now."

My face flushed, I swatted him.

"I think you are more excited about our wedding night than you are us actually marrying." I said scowling at him. His expression grew serious, he touched my face, his hands gentler than before.

"Of course, I want to marry you. To be your husband. Our wedding night… and after." He gave me a little squeeze. "Will just be a bonus to your exquisite presence."

"Nice save," I mumbled, playing with a lock of his hair. He kissed me again, and it grew in passion just as it had before.

The vision vanished, I turned to Yami who was looking as shocked as I did.

"Flusters you a little huh," I tried to joke, but I could feel the ghosts of those warm hands.

"It's certainly an experience to witness," he said.

"At least you don't get the lingers," I muttered, shifting from one leg to the other.

"You can… feel the memory… even here?"

"Yep, it's like half of me was beside you, the other was in the chariot. I told you, that you drive like a maniac,"

He laughed.

"I was in complete control," he said.

"Never mind paraphrasing yourself," I scolded him. He put his arms around me, kissing my forehead.

"I look forward to being able to hold you like that again." He said.

"Come on," I said, gently tugging him towards the modern area. "Let's make the most of our time today. Who knows, if I can do this again."

We made their way to the sofa, and curled up together, discussing future plans, fantasying about life when Yami had his own body. Modern world jobs that he would want. I felt a pang of dread as I began to feel my body awaken.

"Just encase I can't so this again." I said, I kissed him on the forehead and sat on his lap hugging him tightly. He sensed what I was saying and held me closer too. I could feel myself drifting away from him and returning to my body.

Hey everyone, here is a bit of cute fluff. I am not sure if she is going to be able to do this again. Happy to hear suggestions, it would make sense given that she put a piece of herself within the puzzle to be able to communicate with them. Hope you guys enjoyed xx
