Today, Wolfram decided, was going to be a very good day.
He had woken up first, and thus gotten to spend a few minutes enjoying the peace and quiet of being with his fiancé without having to worry about keeping his cool around said fiancé.
He had also been able to avoid his mother when he went down to the kitchens to fetch himself an early breakfast, and dashed back up to the bedroom to eat and further revel in the peace.
As he had been stacking his dishes to take back down, he heard movement, and glanced over to see thatYuuri was just waking up, and watched the process he so often missed by minutes either way.
As Yuuri sat up, he rubbed his eyes, and stretched his arms above his head, yawning so largely that it almost seemed his jaw had unhinged.
Letting his arms drop back to his sides to support him, he blearily took in his surroundings, and when his eyes landed on Wolfram, instead of a spaz attack like was half-expected even still, he simply smiled lazily and murmured something that might have been good morning, or could possibly have been something about a patronizing bastard.
Smiling lightly in response, Wolfram turned back and picked up his almost-forgotten dishes to take back to where they were supposed to be.
Yes, Wolfram decided, it was definitely going to be a good day.
Too bad Life didn't get that memo.
