It had been a few days since Emily last regressed, the team had been away on a case but now she was able to relax and slip into her little headspace. Emily was currently colouring in a picture of her doll house that she had drawn herself, she was very proud of it, and was ignoring the feeling in her bladder, she knew that wasn't something she should do but at the same time she just wanted to finish her picture, she wiggled a little trying to ignore the urge to use the bathroom, she wanted to go potty like a big girl but the desire to finish her drawing was much more important to her at that moment.
"Love bug time to go potty" JJ said as she entered the room, she had decided to remind her girl to go potty every ninety minutes, after the conversation they had the other day, as well as watching her body language to take her, off that schedule as well.

"But I is colouring" the brunette said looking up at her caregiver from her spot on the ground.
"I know, but you got to go potty, I promise you can keep colouring as soon as you finish going potty" JJ told her, a the promise Emily nodded noticing the fullness of her bladder and realizing just how badly she needed to go, so she let her mama lead her to the bathroom, upon entering the room, JJ moved to help lower the girls pants and underwear to her ankles and then moved to hold the brunette under her arms so she could gently lower her down onto the toilet and then crouched down resting her hands on the other woman's knees to steady herself,

"You've got this pumpkin, go pee," the blonde encouraged gently. Emily nodded and JJ bit back a laugh when she saw the look of concentration come across the brunette's face, it wasn't long until a steady stream was heard and when she was done JJ moved to help Emily clean up and then flushed for her. Once the brunette' pants were pulled back up and her hands had been washed JJ turned to speak to her,

"Amazing job love bug! You did great!" the blonde praised, Emily beamed at the praise and smiled at JJ who stuck out her hand,

"High Five Baby!" JJ said and Em smiled giving Jareau a high five, The duo then left the bathroom to continue on with their day, the dark-haired agent felt so happy knowing that JJ had listened to what she said, not that she had doubted her, and helped her go to the potty. It was like a weight had been lifted off of her shoulders, it was one less thing she had to worry about. Emily went back to her colouring, determined to make it look could, if she did well maybe her mama would stick it on the fridge.

"Mama can I have juice?" Prentiss asked seeing JJ getting herself some water
"Of course, baby, do you want apple or orange?" the blonde asked, and Emily took a second to think about it.
"Apple!" the dark-haired agent exclaimed when she had made her decision, giving her caregiver a big smile, JJ couldn't hold back the smile over how cute her little was and then she went to grab a glass to but the juice in, before stopping herself,

"Pumpkin, your new Sippy cups have arrived do you want to try one?" she asked sticking her head out of the doorway so she could she her girl,

"Yes, please mama," the brunette chirped happily, beaming at the idea of being able to drink from a Sippy cup,

"Those are wonderful manners love bug, well done, I'll just be a minute," the blonde let her know. Emily felt as though her face was going to split in two, from happiness, she was getting a Sippy cup and her mama had just praised her, which was one of her favourite things, it made a big, positive change from when she was actually little and her mom never praised her, she was lucky if she didn't insult her. Emily felt a frown fall onto her face before quickly shaking it off, it wasn't time to think like that, she had her mama now and she was always nice to her. At that moment JJ entered the room and gave Emily her juice in her new Sippy cup, Emily quickly clutched it in her hands and began drinking from it quickly,

"Slow down baby, its not going anywhere," JJ said chuckling a little, a blush crept onto the brunette cheeks, and she looked down, but continued to drink, though now at a slower pace,

"Good job love bug," JJ praised softly, Emily looked up at the praise a smiled softly before turning back to her colouring, JJ then grabbed her laptop, choosing to do some work on the couch, so she could keep an eye on her girl.

About forty-five minutes passed when Emily decided she was done with her picture, "Mama!" she exclaimed excitedly, the blonde looked up from her laptop,

"Yeah pumpkin,"

"I finished by picture, I spent all day on it, do you like it mama? Do you?" the brunette rushed out, scrambling to her feet, and pushing her drawing into Jennifer's face.

"Ooo let me see," JJ said, taking the picture gently into her hands, she pretended to properly examine it, leaning in close to the picture, after a couple of moments she pulled away and looked to Emily who looked like she was struggling to keep her excitement and hope, that her mama liked it, in.

"Well…" JJ started, teasing the dark-haired agent a little, "I love it pumpkin, I think it's so good that it should go on the fridge!" the blonde exclaimed. Emily started bouncing on her toes,

"Really mama? The fridge?" she asked, almost like it was too good to be true. JJ was once again reminded of Elizabeth Prentiss and how it was unlikely that anything Emily did was good enough for her and she probably never had her drawings put on the fridge,

"Yes baby, I want to admire it every day, so this is going straight on the fridge, come on let's go and put it on together," JJ moved her laptop from her lap and stood up, reaching out a hand for the brunette to latch onto and led her into the kitchen where she placed the drawing onto the fridge, securing it with magnets,

"Its beautiful baby," Jen told her seriously, reaching over to kiss the brunette on the forehead,

"Snuggles mama?" Emily questioned quietly, now that she had finished her activity she wanted to cuddle with her mama. Not being one to refuse cuddles with her girl, Jennifer picked the girl up into her arms and carried her over to the couch where she dropped them both down and let Emily cuddle up close to her, her head resting on her chest so she could hear her heartbeat.

It was about an hour of snuggle time when JJ decided that she should probably go ahead and take Em to the bathroom again, as it had been a little longer than the ninety minutes, because they had been wrapped up in the cuddling and JJ didn't want Em to have an accident if she could help it,

"Love bug let's try and use the potty again okay" Jennifer said gently, and Em nodded, getting out of her snuggled position before getting up and walking with her caregiver to the bathroom. The brunette did have to go but not as bad as she had when she had been colouring earlier, but it was okay because she trusted her mama and knew that she knew what was best for her, and she had that juice earlier in her new Sippy cup, maybe when she was done in the bathroom she could have another drink form her Sippy cup, she would ask her mama. Em walked into the bathroom and stayed still while JJ helped her get onto the potty and encouraged her to pee. Having the blonde with her made Emily's heart feel all happy, she hated being without her mama when she was little, and this new arrangement was making her feel happy because she did not have to be alone and think about doing big things.

"Mama I did it again!" Emily announced excitedly, when she had finished peeing, proud of herself for manging to go twice without accidents,

"You sure did pumpkin," JJ said, as she helped the brunette finish up. "Good Job baby! Good girl!" JJ praised once she had finished washing her girl's hands,
"I am good girl?" Emily asked, staring with big brown eyes into blonde, almost fearing it was to good to be true.
"Yep you are my good girl," JJ said smiling and once again sticking her hand out., for Emily to take, so she could lead her back to the couch for more snuggles, Emily could tell just how proud her mama was of her and she couldn't help but smile to herself as she was lead back to the couch, she was glad she and JJ had spoken about this because now she was feeling much happier and more confident being little and that was such a great feeling.
