I was hoping that I would get a review or something before I posted another chapter, but oh well.

Chapter 6: Ketchup Lord And Flirting

Maddie's POV

As the fire brigade men worked tirelessly in putting out the fire, all eight of us stood at the entrance of the mansion.

"Yes, yes, she's with us," I heard Reiji sternly talk to someone on call, speaking restrictively.

"Who is he talking to?" I asked Yui.

She hesitated before replying, "It's their f-father."

"Ooh, I see," I muttered, "I guess he's scared of his dad, then."

"Their father is not a good person, Maddie," she continued, "Karlheinz is the King vampire in their world."

"You would expect me to swoon over the fact that their dad is a king, but I'mma comment on his name. Karlheinz? Seriously? That's a ketchup brand!" I argued.

I pointed at Subaru, "What's up with this family naming themselves after popular brands?"

"I don't know what to say to that…" Yui nervously laughed.

"Hey, why are you pointing at me?!" Subaru freaked out.

"Can't I even point at my future boyfriend?" I said, making Laito break out into laughter.

"What?!"

"I love you, baby boy," I made kissy faces at him, and his face tinted red, so he turned away and shakily let out, "S-Shut up, mortal!"

"See, Yui, he knows big words!"

"Fuck off!"

"As you say, sir," I performed a military salute and walked off to Reiji, who had just ended his phone call with the ketchup lord.

"What did he say?" Kanato questioned.

"He said that we can rent some hotel for a couple of days until he send his men to renew the mansion," Reiji replied.

"And what about her? Did he say anything about killing her?" Subaru spoke through gritted teeth.

"…He told me not to let you kill her because of her background," he helplessly spoke.

Wait, my background? How does he know?

"How does the ketchup lord know about my background?!" I screeched.

Reiji spared me one look before ignoring me completely.

R00d.

"What's her background, then?" Laito asked.

"Yeah, why can't we kill her already?" Ayato chimed in.

"Can you all keep it down? You're hurting my head," Shuu yawned.

"I can't tell you all that. It's his order, and I can't disobey him," Reiji explained curtly, and then asked for the guard to get the driver ready.

"You're gonna need two cars to fit us- holy shit, a Limo?!"My eyes practically popped out of their sockets at the luxurious car. Even my dad couldn't afford this expensive a vehicle, and these Sakamaki's had it all: big cars, big house, and big rings.

If you got the reference, then I love you.

All of us were sat in the car, and not letting it get too quiet, I, while sitting with Laito on one side and Kanato on the other, whistled at Subaru and winked at him.

"What's your problem?" he glowered at me.

"Are you lice? Because I can't get you out of my head," I made an attempt at flirting.

"Wha-"

"Are you trash? Because I wanna take you out."

"Stop!"

"Aw, is my baby shy?" I cooed at him, and he looked like he wanted to jump out of the car right at that moment.

I high-fived Laito as he and Ayato laughed loudly.

"You should take these activities to your private room," Reiji sighed.

"For that, we'll need to have a room," I argued back, and Reiji sighed again.

The car suddenly came to a halt, and the driver muttered, "Sir, there is a pack of wolves in front of us."

"Run over!" Ayato cheered.

"But sir, there are a lot," the driver spoke.

"Ugh, do we have to get up now?" Shuu said, irritated.

Subaru was the first one to slide open the door of the car and step outside, followed by Ayato and Reiji.

"Will you wait for me as I fight those wolves for you?" Laito flirtatiously asked.

I flipped my hair and spoke, "I could take those single-handedly."

"You'll die," Laito said, "But we won't."

"Why does anyone have to die? Except for those wolves, I mean."

"Because they're dangerous for you," Laito told me as if I was a three-year-old kid.

"I-" I was about to say something before I heard a loud scream.

Immediately, I stepped down the car, watching as a wolf was right on top of Reiji, who was fighting to get it away from his body.

It was time to blow my cover, only to save these morons. Gosh!

And so, I drew out my gun from my jacket's inner pocket.

DUN DUN DUN WHAT'S GONNA HAPPEN NOWWWWWWW
