Blood Scenario

And I'm sorry for the super late update! WiFi at my place had crashed, and I had used all my phone's data, so I was left without internet in the lockdown, so I kept aimlessly writing chapters of my stories without any idea how to post them.

Anyway, I hope you enjoy this chapter. This chapter was based on a request by one of the reviewers, that it should contain some BTS song references, so yea, hehe, I'm all up for it.

Disclaimer: I do not own Diabolik Lovers or the BTS songs or , yet I use them all so who's the real winner here?

Chapter 11: The Proposal

Maddie's POV

I smirked.

"Why the fuck are you smirking?" Subaru asked me.

"I'm a proud teacher, big boy," I kept the smirk on.

"Turn her back to normal! Right now!" Ayato screeched.

"I like me better this way," Yui flipped her hair, and I hooted.

"Atta girl!"

"Let's all… have some breakfast and put a halt to this nonsense," Reiji spoke, pinching the bridge of his nose.

As the rest of the vampires hesitantly went to the seats, Ayato stared at Yui.

"What? You want a piece of my mind?" Yui snapped, and I snickered in the background.

"I liked you better when you liked me back! I liked you!" Ayato threw a tantrum, and when he had realized what he had said, he blanched.

"You… like me?" Yui raised a questioning eyebrow at him.

"UHM," Ayato said in major, "NO, OF COURSE NOT! I DON'T LIKE YOU! HAHA, NO I DON'T-"

"You're like a highschool girl in love," Shuu spoke from the corner, wherever he was lying.

"No, I'm not in love!" Ayato spoke, his cheeks getting redder by each passing second.

"AYATO IS IN LOOOOOVE!~" Laito said in a sing-song voice, and Subaru and I hooted. Which was weird, since Subaru doesn't really participate in things like these, let alone hoot.

Maybe I was rubbing off on him?

If that was the case, then I was happy as fuck.

I should really stop using that word.

"Please, just end this drama, and eat something and return to your rooms," Reiji commanded.

O~O~O

I was just hoping to go to sleep when I heard a familiar noise in my room, "Hey, Maddie?"

I turned on the lights of the room to see – out of all the people/vampires in the world – Ayato, sitting behind me.

"Now I know that it would seem unusual for me to not shoo you out, lover boy, but I'm tired, so sleep with me," I yawned.

"Ew, I ain't sleeping with you!"

"Why do you have to make everything sexual? Though I wouldn't mind that…"

"Seriously, though, shut the fuck up."

"What do you want? I'm hoping it's not my virginity-"

"It was a bad idea coming here," he sighed.

I laughed, sitting up straight, "What is it? Do vampires have insomnia too?"

"It's not that! Yours Truly wouldn't come to you, out of all people, if that was the case."

"Ouch."

"I just wanted to… you know… p-propose to Yui-"

"ARE YOU FUCKING SERIOUS?!" I jumped up, and fell out of my bed, then groaning in pain, "Ow, my worldwide ass!"

"SHH, SHUT UP!" Ayato gritted his teeth.

"So what do you want me to do? Act as Yui?" I suggested.

"No, I just want you to write me a proposal for her."

"Oh, honey, you've come to the right place."

O~O~O

"Hey, don't worry, it'll be alright," I rubbed a soothing hand up and down his cold back, and he deep breathed, which gave rise to a question in my mind.

"Hey?"

"Yeah?"

"Do vampires need to breathe?"

He gave me a look to shut me up.

Right at that moment, Yui walked in along with the rest of the vampires, and Ayato panicked. It almost reminded me of the stonks memes.

You propose to your girl? #Panik

Your girl looks nice? #Kalm

Your girl will probably reject you? #Panik

(I'm really sorry if you didn't understand this. I'm just too deep into memes now)

"Go, go!" I pushed Ayato towards Yui, and he got pushed into Yui, who gave him a dirty look.

"Yui?"

"Yeah?"

"I wanna say something," Ayato panicked again. He was actually a meme now. Panik panik panik.

He cleared his throat, and the other vampires looked at him. Yui stared at him in confusion.

He began, "All this time, I thought you were waiting for your Anpanman, but here I am for you. Did you see my bag? Did you see my bag? Because it's filled with, er, love for you."

"He's doing so great!" I wiped a fake tear off my face.

"What the actual fuck is he saying?" Subaru asked me, and I whispered to him, "Those are just BTS songs."

Ayato continued, "For your blood, I'm so sorry but it's fake love. I wanna be a good man, just for you. Don't worry love, because this is not a coincidence. It's in our DNA, la la la la la, la la la la la."

"…What are you trying to say?" Yui questioned him, and he turned around to glower at me. I sheepishly laughed.

"Yui Komori, I like you very much. Will you be my girlfriend?" Ayato proposed, and Laito and I hooted.

"Oh, my god," Yui slammed her hand on her mouth, "Yes!"

"HAPPY MARRIED LIFE, GUYS!" I yelled, and everyone paused to look at me.

Reiji sighed, "They aren't married yet, Madison."

"LET ME LIVE MY DREAMS, SAKAMAKI!"

OOF THAT WAS THE CHAPTER!

I used a lot of BTS songs, namely: Anpanman, Mic Drop, Fake Love, and DNA.
