Chapter 25: The Most Fab One

Maddie's POV

We reached Mukamis' residence – which was actually another huge mansion like the Sakamakis', but a little smaller and without those long gardens. It didn't give Goth vibes, unlike the other vampires' mansion, so I wasn't expecting any surprises.

"Cool house. Which cement did you build it with?" I jokingly asked, and Ruki gave me a tired look.

"I really don't know why you decided to tag along, but now that you did, better keep that mouth shut!" Yuma threatened me.

"Ooh, saucy," I winked at him, and he made a disgusted face.

"Ah, I'm bored already," Kou yawned.

"Not my problem," Yuma clicked his tongue.

"Who peed in your cereal, bruh?" I spoke up, making Yui, Azusa, and Kou break out in laughter.

"YOU! SHUT UP!" Yuma thundered at me, and I cooed at him, "Easy, doggie, easy!"

"I'M NOT YOUR DOG!"

"U-W-U."

"WHAT THE HELL DOES THAT MEAN?"

"AWWIE, THIS DOGGIE DOESN'T KNOW WHAT U-W-U IS!" I squealed, "Wanna hear me say it in an accent?"

And then in the most Australian accent ever (thank you, Felix), I spoke, "U-W-U."

"Dayum! That accent though!" Yui clapped for me.

"She rocks, broooo!" Kou said in a state of utter admiration.

"Ay ay! Thanksie!" I made finger hearts at them.

"Excuse me? I was the most fabulous person in this household, and I always will be!" Yuma protested from the corner.

"You think! I was always the most fab!" Kou argued.

"Haha! Good joke!"

"Your existence is a joke!"

"HEY! DON'T GET AHEAD OF YOURSELF!"

"I'M ALREADY AHEAD OF YOU IN EVERY WAY!"

"UH HUH? NAME ONE THING IN WHICH YOU'RE BETTER THAN ME!" Yuma challenged Kou.

"FOR STARTERS, I'M LOVED BY ALL THE LADIES, UNLIKE YOU!"

"OF COURSE THE LADIES WOULD LOVE AN ASS-LICKER LIKE YOU!"

"YO WHAT THE FU-"

"DAMN!" Yui and I oof'ed in unison.

"Can we all stop arguing?" Ruki sighed, rubbing his temples.

"Okay, but for real though, he gives off Reiji vibes," I commented.

Ruki, perhaps angered at what I said, grabbed my arm and slammed me against the nearest wall, and trapped me between his arms, whispering to me, "Don't you dare compare me with him, got it?"

"Kiss kiss kiss!" Yui yelled from behind him.

Azusa gasped.

"Daddy material," I blurted out.

"Huh?" Ruki was puzzled.

"You're daddy material!" I exclaimed, "And you HOPEFULLY don't have daddy issues like Queen Yui's boyfriend!"

"I- WHAT?"

I looked at the other males and Yui behind him, and mouthed to them, "Does he have a hearing problem?"

"I don't!" Ruki protested.

"Hah, deal with her! I'm gonna go sleep," Yuma smirked, walking off.

"I'll go clean my knives," Azusa slowly spoke and exited the scene too.

"Yo, Yui! Wanna watch my new music video?" Kou offered.

"Only if you don't try to bite me- wait, I know self defense now. I can kick your ass to Mars," Yui stretched her arms and followed the blonde-haired boy to his room.

Now, it was just Ruki and me in the hall.

As he removed his arms from beside my face and turned to go, my gaze caught site of something familiar. A photo hung on the adjacent wall, to be exact.

I walked towards it, and I felt his eyes burning holes into my back. My fingers brushed past the picture frame displaying a little boy, with eyes just like Ruki's and the same hair color. He looked adorably arrogant yet cute.

And I was pretty sure I had seen him somewhere before.

"Is that you?" I asked.

Well, duh, it couldn't be his child-

Wait, what if he was married? What if it actually was his child?

Before he could answer, I yelled, "OH, MY GOD, YOUR KID IS SO CUTE!"

He just stood there, dumbfounded, and I heard the doors in the house slam open.

Time for some drama!

I'M SO FRICKIN SORRY IT'S BEEN EXACTLY ONE MONTH SINCE I STARTED WRITING THIS BUT THE THING IS THAT I FORGOT TO WRITE THIS FOR THE REST OF THE MONTH AND TODAY ON 6 NOV I'M WRITING THIS ALL I'M SO SORRY-

Also, after this fanfic ends, I might start writing a Tokyo Ghoul fanfiction. Who knows?
