A/N: Hi I'm back with a new update. I'm so sorry about being late it's because I didn't have much drive, thanks to every review, favourite and follow. On with the show.

Thursday morning

Lucy woke up to the sound of the alarm clock, after a while she finally gained enough strength to get up and shut the alarm, as she stretches her arms while yawning she remembers that today is the date with Juvia in the morning and Natsu at the night she gets out of the bed and does her morning routine then hears a knock on her door she walks over to it and takes a glance of the knocker through the spyhole, her visitor is Juvia wearing a blue summer dress with a clit in her left leg area, Lucy opens the door "Hey Juvia good morning."

"Good morning Lucy are you ready for our trip?"

Lucy nods "Just let me change and we'll be out" Juvia nods and after Lucy changes her attire to that of a yellow t-shirt with white linings with an open jeans jacket over it and matching short blue jeans with black shoes that have white linings.

After a while

The two girls had a nice time hanging out talking about work, movies and etc getting them a lot closer than they already were. They found themselves sitting at a café where lots of people were gathered talking and hanging out taking breaks from works and their lives in general which always seems magical to Lucy for someone to just space out and not care about anything from exams, getting a job, facing a deadline whatever it was nice to just shut the world around you sometimes and appreciate the time off. She did this a lot in the years to survive being called the Princess of the Konzern and being accused of being a spoiled brat, like true she did get the latest stuff in the market delivered right to her door but it's not like she asked for them it was more like just her dad getting them thinking she wants them when all she really wanted was a loving family "LUCY HELLO."

Lucy snapped seeing a confused Juvia, realizing that she fell into the sea of her thoughts not really paying attention to her friend "Sorry I was distracted" she shifts uneasily "um what were we talking about?"

Juvia smiles devilishly "Juvia was asking about your date with Natsu."

Lucy was taken back that she almost fell out of her chair "H-how did you know?"

Juvia giggles enjoying the reaction which only confirms the recent gossip of the locker room "Natsu came to Juvia and her beloved Gray for advice and told us."

Lucy sighs in annoyance seeing that the pink haired idiot would indeed do this and not think of the consequences "So what did you guys tell him to do?"

Juvia again smiles devilishly supporting an evil chuckle dying to see the blonde's reaction, Lucy on the other hand started regretting asking the question "To have your first date in your apartment" Lucy just nods calming down a little since being in a familiar territory is good in her book, however Juvia's evil smile didn't disappear rather it widened further as she leans closer to Lucy's face "While dressed in your work clothes."

Lucy's eyes widened in realization about what Juvia meant about 'work clothes' and her mouth was agape while her face became crimson "This's not how a first date goes" she shouted embarrassingly.

Juvia giggles seeing the reaction she was expecting and enjoying it, but she needs to explain the reason behind such an outrageous advice "Trust me it'll be nice and also help Natsu not to be distracted next time when he sees you."

Lucy backs off as she strokes her chin in thought 'I mean it was my fault he lost, what if I just keep being a nuisance who makes him lose just by seeing me? I don't want that to happen he might hate me forever, wait why am I concerned about him hating me or not? No just stop' she looks towards Juvia "Well I'll do it just to make sure I don't get in trouble by making a beloved fighter keep losing just by seeing me in a bikini and perhaps fired."

Juvia giggles really enjoying this "Alright if you say so."

Later night-time

Lucy was in her apartment preparing for her date with Natsu making food and cooling drinks, then the door was knocked again and again Lucy went to see who's knocking and surprise it's Natsu she opens the door letting him in "Hey Natsu" she shifts around embarrassingly "So are you ready for our date?"

Natsu was taken back before finding his voice "Ah yes" he scratches the back of his head nervously "um Lucy do you mind if we have our date here? I don't mean to be rude but- "

"Yeah I don't mind I actually prepared food and drinks for us" Lucy responded immediately cutting him off.

"Huh?"

Lucy then figured he must be confused why she did that "Juvia suggested to do it here" she shifts embarrassingly again while blushing "While dressed in our work clothes."

Natsu blushes "Yeah me too" he then looks over to Lucy "So where's the bathroom so I can change?"

"It's over there" she points it's direction which he follows then Lucy goes to her own room taking off her regular clothes and wearing the same bikini she wore during her first night.

Natsu stands in the living room wearing his fighting shorts waiting for Lucy he looks around the apartment "This's a nice place" he says outload to himself.

"Well I'm glad you like it" a beautiful feminine voice told him, he follows the source and sees the same bikini clad blonde from the event which gets his eyes widen and mouth agape as he stares at her.

Lucy looks away blushing "um could you please not look at me like that?" Natsu does as she commands with great effort especially when Lucy said that she hugged her breasts while rubbing her thighs together.

"I'm sorry I didn't mean to be creepy" Natsu says while blushing and scratching the back of his head.

"Alright then let's start" Lucy said before asking "So what do you want to do?"

Natsu scratches his head thinking 'I don't really know what I should do. Maybe we should start with something that is important for us both like work?' having set his mind the pink haired fighter decided to go with it "I was thinking about our next show actually."

Lucy smiled "Alright I actually have rented DVD's to know more, like yeah I learned about it first-hand, but I still feel more can be learned."

Natsu nods "Yeah it can work learning from the past."

The two sat on the coach activating the DVD player watching the previous events in peace whilst eating, drinking and commenting from time to time.

Then a match came where Natsu and Gray were said to fight one opponent together "Wow, who's your opponent?" Lucy asked as judging by the two youths performance after seeing it first-hand, if there teaming up against one guy then that guy is finished. Natsu doesn't answer which confuses Lucy even more so that Natsu seems scared "Natsu?"

The fighter snaps back waving his hands "We don't need to watch that, it's a trashy fight so let's skip it" he suggested sounding nervous making Lucy suspicious as she reached out for the remote before Natsu can take it, "Luce c'mon don't you trust me?"

Before Lucy could answer the opponent's, theme played directing Lucy's attention back to the tv seeing her boss Erza dressed in a black sports bra and matching trunks while wrapping her long crimson hair in a high ponytail making the blonde girl's eyes widen in surprise "Erza?" she asks surprised 'Why is she fighting? More than that against two men?' the blonde thought to herself in shock, Natsu seeing the distracted ring girl thought to use this opportunity to take the remote which he did successfully, with a triumphant smirk he presses on the skip button on the remote attempting to skip the fight, only for the DVD player not to respond making Natsu scared. Lucy got curious as she returned to her seat seeing this wanting to see how this ended.

In the match Erza stood in one corner whilst the duo stood in the opposing one, the bell rang and the match or rather the carnage started as Erza trashed both men throwing them around like ragdolls, using her inventory of weapons to all sort of stuff, making them scream uncle in her submission holds and make fools out of themselves. And right at the end Erza positioned each one on a corner as she rubbed her buttocks against their faces then knocked them out with her club wining the match in the first round.

Lucy's eyes remain bugged out seeing exactly how fearful and powerful their general manager is, which only confirmed the idea of never ever-ever getting on her bad side. She's snapped out of her thoughts hearing scared whimpers seeing Natsu down holding his head in fear with tears on his eyes "It was a nightmare" he whimpered to himself hearing this Lucy went to the DVD player shutting it off as she takes a deep breath to compose herself.

"Well this was scary; exactly why did this happen? If it's alright to know?" Lucy asked knowing that Natsu is perhaps suffering trauma over this, but she needs to know so she doesn't do it and avoid this horrible-horrible fate not to mention she's a ring girl meaning she can't even defend herself.

Natsu gulps "Me and Gray were having a fight over our first match result" he explained before continuing "I made it clear that I'm the winner but he kept telling me why he lost and I told him it wasn't my problem and it's his fault" he breathes heavily "Our arguments irked eventually everyone off including management whom had enough and Erza decided to take matters into her own hands and booked us in a match against her" he laughs lightly in fear "We were idiots thinking we can beat her for being a manager and we were wrong she completely annihilated us like you saw."

Lucy nods before asking "Why were you guys fighting? Aren't you friends?" the blonde asks confused like yes they would fight in the ring because it's their job, but outside? Not to mention from what she saw last night in the bar outside working hours everyone seems to be friends with one another making her more curious.

Natsu sighs deeply having a sad smile on his face which gets Lucy off guard like the pink haired guy does smile and grin a lot but not in a sad manner "We weren't exactly friends per-say, we were rivals hated ones at that because of our opposing magic's and how we got the same records while also being over with the fans and being future main eventers in management eyes. We constantly got on our each other's throat and we were going to finally settle our dispute in that match" he recalled before continuing "It was mostly back and forth until the final round where Gray's girlfriend Juvia who was recently hired as a ring girl and this happened to be her first night on the job got excited as she got on the side of the ropes cheering Gray making him distracted as he leaned in and kissed her then well I took advantage of the distraction and won" Natsu tone seemed regretful "Now I know how that feel's."

Lucy simply stands there having heard the story before as she turns around shifting uneasily "Yeah, sorry about that."

Natsu grins as he shakes his head "No, it's alright I admit I was a jerk and I just got a taste of what that felt now."

Lucy again shifts uneasily "Sorry."

Natsu simply accepted the apology seeing there's no way he could convince the blonde it's not her fault "Well after that beating me and Gray started talking slowly which became nice as we started getting along until we finally ended being on good terms" he continued having a calm smile on his face "He became like a brother to me and Juvia became a friend of mine too extending my family there further."

"Family?" Lucy asked confused.

"Yeah, a lot in there have some bad pasts and some didn't even have families or had them only to lose them" Natsu said bitterly "I for one have a missing father whom I never saw after years."

Natsu was about to continue only to feel someone hugging him from behind being Lucy "Natsu I'm sorry you must be lonely."

Natsu smiled as he turned around gently having the blonde let go of him said blonde looks towards him seeing a calm expression and a smile of gratitude "Thanks Lucy but you really need to stop apologizing it's really getting annoying."

"But-" Lucy tried to argue but was stopped by Natsu.

"I know it's weird to hear this but I'm fine really, I found a new family at FTFC like gramps, Erza, Gray and everyone else and now we have you in there too" Natsu reassured Lucy as suddenly he hears whimpers seeing Lucy with tears in her eyes making him gulp thinking he said something offensive "Lucy-"

"Do you guys really see me as a family?" Lucy asked fearful.

"Yeah, I mean everyone is basically family and friends with one another yourself included. Unless you don't feel comfortable about it then-"

"NO, I'm happy that you actually think that way I'm really glad being part of a family" Lucy said as few tears cascaded down her cheeks hugging Natsu further while the pink haired man returned the hug.

After a while the two finished as they dressed back in their usual attires, Natsu stood in front of the door "So, that was a nice hang out."

"Yeah it was see ya in the next show" Lucy said.

"Okay take care and be careful" Natsu said his goodbye while Lucy waved at him.

A/N: Again, so sorry about being late because I became more drawn to my other stories especially Girmov(my first story) rather I have been thinking about fusing them. But I have second thoughts, tell me what you think. One of my main reasons of being late is that I wanted to provide a longer chapter but the context currently didn't work in that favour. Again, I apologize for not updating regularly like I previously said as a former reader myself I know the feeling of getting engaged to a story only for it not to update.
