Who was that dragon? Why was I fighting? I sweeped towards the direction of the ocean.

"No big deal! I'd been to the Skywing Palace hundreds of times when I mean that I mean like twice! But I gotta know the route by now!" I thought.

"Oh wait what if I got lost in those woods ahhhh I hate the woods they are sooooo freaky and scary! Ok maybe I was overestimating myself ahhh I don't wanna die! This is the wrong way! The seawings are way over there!" Still somehow, I had the faintest memory of traveling through a path along these spooky woods that had a cave and led to the ocean, after a lot of walking. Not knowing where to go next I trotted through the woods expecting something like the undead to come out and be like "DIE" or some other tacky movie insult or whatever you call what they say? Slogan?

After a few hours it was already getting dark... everything was so scary when it was dark. I saw a black shape come flapping towards me, uhhh was it a Nightwing I better hide! Before I could get anywhere suitable to hide I realized it was a rainwing... wait, that was the same rainwing as before?

"Er hello?" I peeped frightened

"Shell what was all that about?"

"Huh? What the heck are you talking about?" I asked my face, morphing to annoyed confusion, "Look I don't want trouble can I just go home?"

Without even waiting for the black dragon's response I bolted away and at this point I could hear the ocean nearby. I could also hear the creep following me, argh better wait it out, he can't swim right? Soon the ocean was approaching I heard the rainwings calls but I purposely kept taking different routes and zig zagging so he had no idea where I would go next. The second the chance arose I dived straight into the ocean, I heard him land on the beach.

"Well i'll just sit here until you come out, all night if I have too, until I get an explanation AT LEAST," he called out.

Seriously what's up with this dude? What if I just want some peace!? I swam down to the small coral hut which I called home. How did I get there fighting with him though? I've never fought in my life! Maybe I could wait till he fell asleep or surface somewhere else.

I watched as the moons ticked by, boy was it late, were rain wings nocturnal? Two swordfish were sparring in the darkness, boy were they scary.

~~~~ A few hours later ~~~

Why was the ocean so darn scary! Everything was scary on land but the ocean was also scary! Argh I can't sit here any LONGER it's so BORING! But what if he eats me! Ahhh! That would be a bad way to go... wait he is asleep I can sneak away! Brillant! I surfaced in the water and darted towards the beach on the Northern end. Maybe I could play with Falcon if they were there. I slowed to a stop as I approached the cliff her grandmother called home, I swear I saw blinking red demonic eyes staring at me! I really really should not be out this late, i'm going to DIE!

Everything this night was shrouded in mist like where all the undead movies start! I really should stop reading all those terrifying books and movies I mean watch ugh you get the point.

"Undead if you're out there! I don't have brains and I don't wanna be hurt so leave me alone!" I shrieked into the darkness shivering.

Soon almost instantly a moaning noise came and whispers, an object whizzed right past me and went back into the mist.

"MOMMY!?" I shouted praying not to die.

I felt a force dart towards me knocking me to the ground, before a familiar face became clearer standing over me.

"FALCON WHAT WAS THAT FOR!?"

"HAHA THAT WAS HILLAR! YOU SHOULD HAVE SEEN YOUR FACE! YOUR SUCH A WIMP!" Falcon said laughing and rolling on the ground.

"I am not!"

"MUMMMMMYYYY! MOMMMY AHH THE UNDEAD!" Falcon continued mocking me and laughing

"It's not even April Fools! And I bet your grandmother is not happy that you pushed her off the cliff after pretending you were someone who kidnapped you on that day!" I said recovering with deep breaths to the dragon who always sounded like she was yelling even when she was not trying to.

"Oh Come On! She Is SO Easy To Prank! Besides She Has Been Too Busy Looking For Her Ring To Worry About Me!" said Falcon returning to her normal voice which was still yelling volume.

"Shell? Where are you?" called a dragon hovering above.

The thick fog made the dragon more ominous and I noticed Falcon who was only 3ish was already bolting into the sky silently, she had to tell me how she flew so silently despite flying fast one of these days.

"I've been looking for you," he said landing

"I still have no idea who you are?"

There was a brief silence where I could tell the dragon was trying to think about this.

Suddenly something felt weird and there was another black out and I stumbled.

The black dragon looked concerned before I blacked out still standing up.

"Huh? Oh Hi Basilisk! Wait... what happened how did I get over here?" I was confused.

Basilisk made a small snorting sound of ethier annoyance or disbelief possibly both.

"Wait what's today!?" I asked

"The day after was the grand hatching day which you bailed out of? Not that I blame you... actually it's like night so uhh'' he stumbled still a bit confused

"Wait WH-," I breathed deeply, "We have to get there now, they expected all the guests to stay the night, and since I don't fancy getting the sky wings and the queen mad I think we should go!"

"I barely got any sleep though!" Basilisk pouted

"Well I don't fancy getting killed by the queen do you?"

"Haha! If the queen tried to kill me I'd kill her! And get away with it! And kill anyone who tried to stop me! Even the princesses! Like I have not battled anyone in like an hour!" protested Basilisk

I merely shook my head and rolled my eyes at the ridiculous statement, in what world would THAT happen! Though it was quite funny to think that Basilisk even as fierce as he is was going to murder a royal family.

"Tell me your joking please," I said with a laugh

"Maybe that won't happen.." he said sounding a bit deflated.

"Well want to race back to the skywing palace?" I offered

"You know that I'm going to win, you kn-" he said cutting himself off as I already started flying towards the skywing palace, "HEY! THAT'S NOT FAIR! CHEATER!
