Chapter 41 – Welcome Back to the Action (Part 2)

[Gekkokage Island]

Mineta cocked an eyebrow at his girlfriend and at what she told him as they were waiting on the beach.

"So, your ex-boyfriend's on the island…and he runs a business." Mineta said watching the waves crash on the island. "What's the deal with you and him?"

"Yago was a ranger hopeful. He did not pass the exam to get the license…and decided to do his own thing. We dated while we were in the Pokémon Ranger Academy…broke it off when I graduated, and he didn't." Brit said simply. "We were better off as friends."

Yago's armored van arrived as he came out.

"I was surprised to hear you were slumming it near the hero folk." Yago said. "But considering all happened, you and your cousin got lucky with the easiest and safest assignment."

"Mineta, this is Yago. Yago, this is Mineta." Brit said making introductions.

"What do you offer?" Mineta asked.

"The rare stuff, but my specialty is region variant Pokémon. I also got Mega Bands…and Mega Stones on the cheap." Yago said as he showed them to the back of his van.

Given he had a full six, Mineta did not want to buy any Pokémon, but saw the Mega Stones were cheaper than at the Mart which he moved to buy what he needed. Brit settled to buy her the means to have an Alolan Ninetales and a few other items.

"Thanks for the patronage, both of you." Yago said as he ran their purchases through his system. "You both are good to go."

"Thanks again, Yago. You sticking around?" Brit asked.

"Yeah, I am. I heard a rumor that Kyu's looking to set shop up elsewhere. Somewhere XanTech hasn't put their feet in."

Yago had spoken this with his usual charm before sighing. He bowed and took his leave.

[Poon de Peen Island]

Kyu was packing her things readying to leave the planet. It was a good run, but opportunity elsewhere opened up. She had shifted to sell her share of the joint business on Gekkokage to Harley with instructions to not tell the trio until she had left. When the Red Phoenix called to give her the status on DBG-22, she let him know there was a change of plans, and she was going to join them.

"Chizome, dear. Are your bags packed?" Kyu asked.

"They are, but we have a problem. You see the news? The warper news?" Chizome said insistently.

She looked that up only to scowl.

"Only more reason to secure ourselves. It's a good thing I still have this." Kyu said revealing a portal gun. "Two way gun. It links to another portal gun. I give the other gun to Fenix just in case."

She fired it making a pale pink portal making it big enough for her ship to pass through. She and Chizome would load up the ship and take their leave.

[Otheon]

Sapphire Shadow looked down at the bloody mess around him. Harley had gotten the alert of an explosion at a European country, Otheon. Normally, this would not warrant an issue, but residual warper energy had been found. Thus, the trio suited up and raced off with Harley for the country finding the mess. Cultists were all torn to shreds. Nightshade did not feel bad for the scumbags dead around her, only that there was two left alive. A quick search on the trio's phones made identifying them easy.

"Beros. It's a real shame, you're not dead." Ominous Omega said as Nightshade helped Alan Kay up.

"Who did this?" Nightshade said.

"They busted in and just murdered most of them stealing the Trigger Bombs and…they wanted the SD card I was trying to sneak out with it. I managed to give them a decoy one. They had a symbol on their clothes…" The scientist said with a cough. "They took the leader alive…but badly beaten."

"This symbol?" Sapphire Shadow said showing Alan a picture as the scientist nodded. "FUCK!"

"Rendo Nexus was here?!" Nightshade said.

"This is beyond bad. Trigger bombs…and the Quirks that snake-like fuck likely stole." Sapphire Shadow said angrily punching the wall.

"And we can't even complain to the Order. Even with universe being protected…unless it's a direct attack on the planet and it's warpers…" Ominous Omega said. "So what do we even do?"

"For one, seeing all the bombs are jacked…and this cult's leadership was gutted. I'm going to call Araysh, let him know we got a problem." Sapphire Shadow said.

"Actually, I'll do it. There's also something I need to tell you…Kyu's sold her half of the business to me. She's leaving the universe." Harley said before going outside with Alan to get on the phone with Araysh.

"So what do we do with her?" Nightshade said pointing to Beros who was trying to get away.

"We'll reward her…" Sapphire Shadow said activating his Omnitrix before transforming into a Petrosapien. "Reward her as a hypocrite and traitor deserves."

Turning his arm to a blade, she impaled her through the back grabbing her throat, squeezing.

"A shame you had to be a worthless wretch. But you'll join your cocksucking cult members in death soon enough." Sapphire Shadow said before firing a crystal shard through her head

He slammed her into the ground before slamming his foot down on her throat.

"Overkill, much?" Omnious Omega stated as the shinobi hero returned to his normal form.

The four left to see Harley come back in.

"Transport for the doctor has been arranged." Harley said.

"We messed up. We failed to account for the mo-OH FUCK! The movies!" Sapphire Shadow said in a panic. "Nine practically has a shittier version of All For One and we just forgot he existed."

"Emergency meeting?" Nightshade asked as the three rushed out and told off to the skies racing back to Japan.

[Japan]

Inko was getting use to a lot of things. Being a warper was high up there, but Izuku's pets were nearly above it. Izuku had wanted to protect his mother and Eri so he caught a Pokémon to keep with them. Well, more really buy one. It was among the last deals Kyu made over the weekend and with a little help was Ochako, Inko and Eri had Kobine, a Sylveon looking after them.

Inko appreciated the effort and Kobine was a dear to have in her home. It practically Eri's 'stress animal' to hold when she was feeling overwhelmed. At the moment, the Midoriya matriarch and Eri were at home.

"Eri, lunch is done. I…"

[Cues: My Hero Academia OST – Villains Theme]

Eri and Inko snapped to attention sensing a dark presence, one on the way…and several not so far away. There was a loud crunching sound as the door was torn off the hinges as a lone figure walked in. A tall but lanky man with pale orange eyes that are baggy and slant forward and straight gray hair. His body was covered in numerous, burgundy-colored bandages under his clothes, which wrapped around every part of his body except for his hands and eyes. He raised his arms extending his bandages at Inko who barely dodged them.

"It'd be unwise to resist. I'm standing in the only way out." He said as red 'golems' in wrappings were behind him. "I and my cohorts just want the little girl."

Eri was shaking as Kobine was waking up from a nap to see Eri and Inko in clear danger. Inko was thinking of what to do…moments like this she hated her weakness. She looked to a kitchen knife on the table, out of her reach. He was advancing and she needed to get her and Eri out of there.

"I think you may have a problem with that." Inko said getting an idea.

"And what wou-"

SLING! Inko used her Quirk to sink that knife into the villain's right eye getting him to lose focus and scream out in pain as blood gushed out.

"Kobine, Mystical Fire!" Inko said before grabbing her purse and Kobine's ball.

Kobine's feelers glowed a bright reddish orange forming a ring of flame around Kobine's face before breathing down a streaming matching-colored flames at him. The force of it sending out the door into the wall screaming from the fire. The villain was screaming trying to put himself out as Eri grabbed her things before the family bolted.

"He didn't come alone, they're on the roof." Inko thought.

Coming across the elevator, she set it to go down without them on it before taking Eri and Kobine to go through the fire escape. The brunt villain was angry…as the flames damaged his golems and he lost an eye. He ripped out the knife and threw it inside alongside the blood splatter before getting his communicator.

"Nine, they got away from me." He said in a pained voice.

"Hoyo. What happened?"

"The woman knifed out my right eye and their weird dog lit me on fire!" Hoyo roared.

"Calm down. I'll get you medical attention…and you can tell me more details later. Slice and Chimera will go after the two. Can you move?" Nine asked concerned.

"Yeah, I can move." Hoyo said coughing.

"Meet me on the roof." Nine said.

Inko, Eri, and Kobine moved for the parking lot as Inko could sense three others on their way down. Inko opened her car for Eri and Kobine to get in while she turned it on. She was glad she had a fancy sports car able to hit it up on a dime.

"Hey!"

Inko did not give them a chance to make threats before hitting the gas. The Turismo roared to life speeding out of the lot dodging fire breath and needles made of hair. Mitsuki drove around to see what happened and immediately hit the gas.

[Music Ends]

Izuku was in the midst of a nap on the shared apartment in Deika City when he got a frantic phone call from a neighbor. When that neighbor told him a bloody knife was found at the apartment, everyone on the island felt the sudden rise in Izuku's power. Ochako and Mina could see the sparks of energy crackle around him as Izuku's face went from the worry to rage to finally, a cold fury.

"I need to go find the person who did this." Izuku said before hanging up.

"Izuku." Ochako said worriedly as he changed into his hero costume.

"I need to find the person who did this." Izuku said blankly getting his belt with his gear and Poké Balls on. "I just need to stop them."

"Izuku…"

"I just need to stop them."

"Izuku!"

"I just need to stop them."

"Izuku, I…"

"I just need to beat them within an inch of their miserable lives." Izuku said as Mina put her drink down.

"Izuku." Mina said getting in front of him. "We're coming with you…to make sure you don't lose it. We're concerned your mother and our daughter." Mina said as her saying that briefly snapped Izuku out of his cold state.

"Suit up and please hurry." Izuku said as both Mina and Ochako rushed to get costumes and gear on.

Deku, Uravity, and Pinky all took the skies flying for Tokyo. Pinky was on her phone trying to reach Drake.

"Drake, pick up…I…"

"Hello?"

"Drake, listen. Mrs. Mido-"

"I know, I just got a call from Bakugo. His mother nearly got skewered by one of them, and he's on the warpath for them. From the description I got, I know we're dealing with. And their leader, Nine, has a copy of All For One."

That would Deku to stop before taking Pinky's phone.

"Are you serious?" Deku asked.

"Yes. It's a flawed version…he was basically planned to be the body AFO could jack before opting for Shiggy. He's a movie villain…from your canon. Sorry to say, I already forgot about the movies. I just deal with a cult that in the third one. Nine's from the second one."

"What about the first one?" Deku asked.

"Not important at the moment. Nine's after Eri for her Quirk, I don't know how he knows about it. But I managed to get a team to secure Nabu Island for his original targets. I'm on my way to Japan, but I have to bust a few cult hideouts before I get there. Araysh has given the go-ahead and the Hero Commission has agreed to it. Nine is to be terminated with extreme prejudice. Good luck."

Deku handed the phone back to Pinky who took it back. Nine would find his image on the news as they reconvened in a warehouse.

"A terminate on sight order? When the hell did Hero Commission had the balls." Hoyo asked hissing in pain from his injuries. "Just how important was that woman to warrant Hero Commission to call for your head?"

What got them spooked was when the media revealed Nine's Quirks…all of them.

"Holy shit." Chojuro said dropping his cigar. "Well, this may be a problem."

"How?!" Kiruka said in shock. "Who gave them this information?"

"We've been away from Japan for quite some time…" Nine said looking at a newspaper. "It seems that a lot has changed. I think our mistake was going in without gathering enough information."

"So we're pulling out…" Chojuro said.

"I don't think so…"

The four turned to see a stranger, a blonde woman in a strange cloak with purple eyes and an odd symbol on said clock.

"My masters wish for you to bring chaos to this world, and they have an offering for you. The means for your cells to stabilize."

She tossed Nine a vial of a syringe with red liquid.

"What does your masters gain from hi-Are you with All For…"

"Don't compare my master to that trash. After all, this is a world where the strong survive. All For One is a mere roach to Rendo Nexus." She said before snatching it back faster than they could see. "If you could not see take this back, you won't see me killing you. Do we have a problem?"

"No." Nine said as he was tossed back the syringe. "But who are you?"

"A solider for a cause. My name is not important. Be warned, that cocktail in that syringe is very potent. But considering the genetic damage to your body…it'll be all worth it."

Nine injected it into himself and she had vanished leaving behind a crate full of 'goodies' for the villainous four. Nine started to sweat falling to his knee as he felt his body change. His face twisted to a smirk under his mask as he started laughing. Outside the warehouse, the blonde woman walked along before activating her communicator.

"Master, he took the bait."

"Excellent. He'll keep those heroes busy."

"Kotetsu, what are your orders?"

"Time for you to return."

"And the denotation?"

"Triggered the moment you blink out of this universe."

She smirked before teleporting right out of this universe leaving behind several explosions that rocked different locations. Heroes, villains, and all in between would see the calling cards, all with a mere kanji.

(A/N: Looks like Rendo Nexus has interfered to keep our heroes busy. What could RN be planning? Well, that's not for you all to find out yet. But for now, we have Nine, the prototype All For One. Good practice for me and entertainment. But here marks the end of Season 3. I will be splitting it in two for ease on my end. Plus, I feel this chapter was a fitting midpoint to call it a season finale.)
