"There's a blizzard outside again." Tomura observes as he stands and looks out one of the League's windows, in their lair. "And, from the looks of it, it's a lot worse than they usually are this time of year."

"Is it, now?" Izuku asks as he plays poker with other members of the League from the other side of their room. "Shoto's really outdone himself this time."

Dabi chuckles from the other side of the table where he sits.

"Izuku…" Dabi starts. "You really still think Shoto's the reason Japan's caught in some eternal winter? That's a laugh."

"I don't /think/ he is." Izuku says. "I know he is."

Dabi sneers.

"You really think Baby Bro's Quirk is strong enough to do something like that?" Dabi snarls. "To alter the climate of an entire country? Don't flatter him too much, Izuku."

"It could be possible." Tomura notes. "That damn brat's Quirk always got in the way of my plans, no matter what I threw at him. I hate to admit it, but. Todoroki Shoto is unbelievably powerful."

"He is." Izuku nods in agreement.

"Well, if that's the case." Dabi says, his flames threatening to envelop him. "Why don't we find the ice prince and put him in his place?"

"I'm not entirely against the idea." Izuku states. "Only... well, if we're gonna do that, we'll have to think of some sort of plan first. And we have figure out where he's located so that we can act effectively."

"Yes, you're right, Izuku." Tomura praises. "But… All of this is a bit surprising, coming from you, Izuku. I figured that even after all this time, you'd still carry something resembling feelings for Shoto."

"Yeah, well." Izuku says coldly, "Maybe I'm just a little bit tired of feeling cold all the damn time."
