AN: Lol, I'm writing this AN before I got any reviews for Chapter 14, so not sure what to put here, still, with this chapter we're going to break through 40k words, which is something that I wanted to achieve.

Chapter 15:

Aoyama's wasn't the last body, not by a long shot. Jiro and Hagakure were recovered along with him, they were knocked out from the toxic gas so they couldn't even defend against the flame using villain's assault.

A lot of other Class B students who became unconscious due to the gas suffered horrific fates as well, being cut in their throats and wrists, looking like bloody messes. I only saw one of them, the rest were not shown since they did not have a cleaning crew to clean up after the pukes that most students let out. Needless to say, the training camp ended there.

- POV change -

The teachers of UA were currently in a very tense meeting, debating between what actions to take regarding the worst incident in UA history. They couldn't just deflect and take time to recollect, since Yaoyorozu managed to speak very loud about how she managed to put a tracking device on the Nomu, causing all of the students to know about it.

It's not that they didn't want the villains to face justice, but rushing into an unknown situation without thinking was a suicidal move, and they understood that, not like the vengeful students who were advocating for outright killing the villains.

- POV change -

During our ride back, I saw how different people were affected by the deaths of others.

Some were filled with thoughts of revenge, forgetting their morals entirely and loudly advocating for the violent death of the villains, the main ones being Tetsutetsu and surprisingly, Kaminari as well, his friendship with Jiro must have been something special. A pity it ended so abruptly.

Most girls were crying, the shock wearing off leaving only tears that fell for the death of the innocent, and yet, even among them, a new iron-clad determination began to take shape. From UA, there will be no students who will leave, they will use the blood that the death gave us and forge it into armor, wearing it and vowing to never forget them and avenge their unjust deaths.

The teachers were distraught, or at least Aizawa and Vlad King were, the first one masking it more than the latter, since no matter how much Aizawa pretended that we were completely expendable for him, I knew he cared for us and losing even three students was way too much for him. Now Vlad King, his eyes watered, which was a rarity among pros who experienced death before, the losing of seven students from his class must have hit him hard.

One thing that I did not forget to do, once getting back to UA, was excusing myself to go home, I needed a little time in order to make a phone call to Corrosive. He needed to know about this.

"Oi, Corrosive, you hear me?" I shushed into the phone.

"What is it?" he replied in a similarly quiet tone. He knew when to joke, and when the situation needed to be taken seriously. He was extremely serious now.

"You heard about the incident, right?"

"Yes." the reply was short, and I imagine he was feeling angry. He learned to ignore the deaths caused by villains most of the time, "caused by villains because heroes were afraid to properly stop them" as he put it, but I imagine hearing about children dying to villains must have been the worst for him. He always felt like he could do more if he just wasn't so restricted, so constrained within the system.

"One thing the press doesn't know about, is that we got a tracker on one of their Nomus, it was put there by a student." Now this caught his attention.

"The teachers are having a meeting right now, talking about the actions they should take." Now this caught his attention even more.

"Say no more. I will make sure that our response will be ten times worse than what the villains have done."

I went back to UA the next day, just to be sure that nobody will do anything stupid, like trying to go after the villains alone without pros.

I was just about to check on Momo, but before I could enter I heard a rather heated discussion inside:

"Please make another receiver for us!" The voice was from a classmate of mine, Ejiro Kirishma, so I relaxed a bit, knowing it wasn't a villain who came to finish her off. That would have been just the thing I needed, even more deaths. But just because Momo wasn't about to die, it didn't mean that more deaths weren't going to happen, especially if I let the stupid plan that Kirishma had go as it was planned.

"You must do it! For our classmates!" was shouted by someone else, identified as Tetsutetsu from Class B, he was basically their Kirishma and I imagine the deaths of his classmates caused him an incredible urge to go and fight the villains.

"I, I will think about it." replied Momo quietly.

"Tell us at midnight in front of the hospital." was said by Kirishma before they began to leave the room.

- POV change -

The meeting room was filled with heroes, most of the well-known names being there, including All Might, Endeavor, Edgeshot, Best Jeanist, Mt. Lady, Kamui Woods and Gang Orca, along with Tiger from the Pussycats. It was a great team, however one person was still missing, one specifically asked by Vlad King, who argued very strongly for his inclusion, despite other's protests.

When that hero entered, all the chatter quieted down, not everyone believing that Vlad King would go so far, even after such a tragic incident. The one who came was Corrosive, the hero who couldn't be found on the Popularity list, but was among the top on the Strength List.

The Hero Strength List was similar to the Popularity List that the public used to rank heroes, except it didn't care about popularity at all, ranking solely based on strength. Most placements were the same, the strongest heroes also being the most popular ones, except in the Top 10 there was a hero not known by most, Corrosive. He was a controversial hero, some believing him to be way too brutal, some believing that what he did was at worst necessary evil, at best the greatest heroic deed that others were too afraid to do, since murder decreased popularity like nothing else, which most pros valued the most.

And while Corrosive didn't kill when he was in a team, the heroes knew that the reason he was here was for vengenance, vengeance which was going to be delivered in pain.

- POV change -

It was around nine o'clock, and in front of the hospital was nearly the entire Class B, along with some students from Class A, all of them waiting for Momo to come and agree, since they knew that she shared their sentiments regarding the villains.

I knew, going down there to dissuade them would have been fruitless, their sheer numbers overpowering me, and unless I could make them hear the truth, they wouldn't change their plans.

So, I couldn't make them change their plans, but if they didn't know where to go then they wouldn't go anywhere. Momo didn't leave her room yet, so if I could convince her then they would just stay here, and wouldn't kill themselves, since that's what would happen if they went against villains fueled by rage.

These were my thoughts in the afternoon, but then I realized that trying to do everything myself was stupid, and calling help was the logical choice, so again I called Corrosive.

"You know how some people are just overly heroic?"

"Yes?"

"Class A and B convinced the student who made the tracker to make another receiver device, she plans to give it to them at midnight."

"Children are just stupid sometimes, thanks for notifying me, I'm busy now so I'll send Fumiko."

"Thanks, good luck with whatever operation you're doing." With that I hung up. This call happened in the afternoon, three hours ago, and as I said students were crowding in front of the hospital, sitting on the benches, acting like they were just sitting there spending time with each other.

Momo just walked out, and following her I also exited the hospital, anxious for Fumiko to come in time, but steeling myself to do something if she didn't arrive.

"Okay, everyone, stop crowding in front of the hospital." rang out a female voice which I quickly identified as Fumiko. She had her long hair out untied, wearing a dark red colored shirt, along with a black skirt that ended at her knees.

Students looked at her dumbfounded, since she wasn't a nurse, that was visible, and so they didn't understand why she would talk to them like that, it wasn't degrading or anything, but it was clear that those were orders.

"I see you don't take me seriously, allow me to reword my earlier sentence: Your unauthourized operation was found out, return to the hospital and you are not allowed to leave the building, this is an order sent by Eraser Head."

"But we can't just sit and do nothing!" was shouted by Tetsutetsu. To this, she sighed, and just continued speaking:
"You're not doing "nothing". You're actively not being a hindrance."

"Who even are you?!" was asked, for whatever reason. Or maybe someone actually remembered proper safety procedures, I didn't want to get the attention of myself by asking first.

"Untraceable, Pro Hero No. 864, status: sidekick." she even showed us her license. One thing I was sure of that her number was not accurate at all, she was much stronger than anyone in that number range.

"Now that my identity is confirmed, would you please follow the orders?" she asked, still with the same plain face that she started with. With much grumbling, everyone went back into the hospital, and sat down in the receptionist's area. I went back inside before she finished, and hid in the toilet, only coming out after a couple minutes, to show them that I was definitely there the entire time and wasn't the one who made sure that they stayed here.

It was nothing groundbreaking, but Tetsutetsu and Kirishma stood up, and began walking towards the toilets.

"Where are you going?" asked Fumiko. I'm sure she knew that the toilet was in that direction, but maybe by making them answer she could see if they really needed to go there?

"To the toilet."

"Both of you?"

"Yes."

"Well go then, it's good to know that you aren't going there to kiss each other." This elicited laughs from everyone, and caused the two of them to become embarrassed, and quickly ran to the toilet.

After a couple minutes, Fumiko looked at her watch, and made sure to do it very visibly, sighed and said quietly yet loudly enough for everyone to hear: "This should be enough time for them to learn their lesson." She went to the toilet, and came back with two students who were both knocked out cold.

"I swear, you children think you're so smart, but you don't check the obvious escape route for traps. Warning for everyone else, the other traps are way nastier, if you go I'm not responsible for the damage caused to you. Also, you, girl who put the tracker on them, come sit next to me so I can be sure you don't make anymore receivers."

- POV change

The pro heroes were put into two teams, Team 1 would raid the villain's hideout, Team 2 would raid the place where the tracker was located.

Team 1 was compromised of All Might, Endeavor, Corrosive and Kamui Woods, Team 2 was the rest.

- POV change -

The League of Villains was just hanging out in their bar, watching UA's official speech, where they tried to look competent while panicking on the inside, or so they thought.

Gradually, they began to feel an itch on their skin, but it was weak, and not noticeable. It stayed for five minutes, before suddenly it went away. At first, they didn't notice it, but quickly they realized that they couldn't even feel the chairs they were sitting on, nor the bar pull, but before their train of thought could continue the pain came. Oh the pain! It was like their skin was being burned off, like they were being crushed, and their mind quickly went blank.

They regained consciousness a couple seconds later, only to realize they were bound by wood. Well, most of them did, Dabi's skin was already very sensitive, so the experience he got was a lot worse than the others'.

The wall was broken down, and through it, could be seen All Might, Corrosive and Kamui Woods.

"You can't run anymore, League of Villains, for we are here!" was All Might's introduction, delivered in that usual overenthusiastic way of his. The villains didn't have anything to add, still feeling the after-effects of the acidic mist created by Corrosive. Edgeshot also came in, for a change he choose to come through the door, followed by police officers.

Shigaraki, who managed to gather his thoughts a bit, realized their situation, and also realized that in order to get out of the situation they needed to get some reinforcements:

"Kurogiri! Get here as man as you can!"

"I can't, the Nomus aren't there!" was the reply he got.

"You are still green Shigaraki." continued All Might. "League of Villains, you underestimated us way too much, our anger at the loss of our students along with the hardworking policemen. This is the end, Shigaraki Tomura."

"The end, you say? Don't be ridiculous, this is just the beginning. Justice, peace, nothing will remain of your garbage world after I'm done with it! Kurogiri!" he tried to give an order again, but Kurogiri got knocked out by Edgeshot.

"Accept defeat Shigaraki, we know everything about your League of Villains, the only question left is: Where is your master?!"

"This is...

This is...

Unsatisfying.

Don't be ridiculous.

Don't be ridiculous.

"Where is he right now?" repeated the question All Might.

"Go away.

Disappear..."

"Shigaraki!" he began to lose his temper.

"I hate you!" broke out Tomura.

With this scream, portals began opening, Nomus coming out of them. These portals were unlike the ones Kurogiri produced, looking more like the void that Doppo Kamiyama used, except for their color being completely different, and also being detached from everything, since one of the known weaknesses of the student's quirk was the need for all of it to be connected to himself.

"Edgeshot, what about Kurogiri?" shouted Kamui Woods, even though he saw that the portals were different he still wanted to be sure.

"He's unconscious, it isn't him."

"Endeavor, we need backup!" shouted All Might, only to discover that down there the situation was even worse, with dozens of nomus coming out of similar portals.

Not just that, but the captured villains also began to become covered in that goo that the portals were made out of, and they began disappearing.

"Endeavor, Corrosive, I'll leave the situation here to you!" was what All Might said before leaving to help at the Nomu factory, where he suspected that Best Jeanist failed along with the others.

All Might arrived like a meteor from the sky, clashing into his arch nemesis All for One, who was surrounded by the League of Villains, who looked a lot more villainous now with all those burn marks they got from Corrosive.

He clashed into All for One, their duel beginning instantly. As he was coming down from the sky it looked like an angel descended from the heavens to bring death & destruction onto the demon in human skin.

"I'll have you return everything, All for One!"

"Trying to kill me again, All Might?!"

As a giant cloud of ash formed they leapt away from each other.

"I will not make the same mistake I made six years ago, All for One! I will avenge all the students you have killed! You'll face justice, along with the entire League of Villains that you created!" All Might leapt forward to deliver a punch, but from the left arm of All for One came a great wind that pushed him back, making him fly through multiple buildings.

Back with All for One, he activated Kurogiri's quirk forcibly, creating a portal for Tomura and the rest to retreat through.

"Sensei, your body! You won't survive!" cried out Tomura, afraid for the only person in his life who he really cared for.

"Don't worry for me, Tomura." and with these words he used a weaker version of the wind powerup, and pushed the entire league into the opened portal.

And again, came All Might rocketing back from more than a mile, punching into the great evil again, who just went and parried it like the first one.

The duel went on. Punches were thrown, while All for One used his quirk which allowed him to use dark red tapes similar to that of Hanta Sero's, except they were much stronger and better controllable, plus sharper.

The fighting went on, All for One continuously taunting All Might:

"In the past, that fist crushed my comrades one after another, and you gained your title as the Symbol of Peace. The view you had from atop our sacrifices must have been magnificent." His taunting had not gone ignored, with All Might hitting him hard at the end, yet not doing any other damage other than that which was done to his clothes.

"I won't let you fight without your reserve though." he continued, making sure All Might was aware of the people trapped in all those collapsed building, crying and waiting for someone to save them. "Heroes have a lot of thing they need to protect, don't they?"

"This is what I hate about you. You're just toying with people like they don't matter, even though they didn't want anything else than to just live their lives! I cannot forgive that!" and with his determination reforged, he went and hit him again, this time bringing him down to the ground. But it was not enough still.

"What are you so worked up about All Might?" he started, his voice not betraying the fact that he was punched with probably the strongest strength-enhancing quirk ever. "I heard the same line before, from none other than your predecessor, Nana Shimura."

"Do not sully the name of my honored teacher with that filthy mouth of yours!"

"Why? She was nothing but a woman without skill, only with ideals. She was an embarrassment to the creator of One for All, that being me. She couldn't have died in a more pathetic way. Should I describe it?" However All Might couldn't take it anymore, and loading as much power into it as he could, he punched him again. But A force-reppelling quirk was used against him, causing him to fly away again.

"You know All Might, as much as you hate me I hate you even more. I killed your master, but you destroyed everything I built up. That's why I want your death to be the ugliest and most gruesome on possible." Another giant wave of concentrated air was sent at him, but he held his ground, not willing to let the innocents in the rubble behind him die from the villain's attack.

"First, your self respect that you kept even with your injury. Show the world your pathetic form, Symbol of Peace!" and as the smoke went away, All Might's form could be seen, his real one, one that was sickly and smaller.

"Hollow cheeks and sunken eyes! What a pathetic "No. 1 hero" you are! Don't be embarrassed. That's the real you, isn't it?"

"Even if my body rots and grows weak...

Even if you try to expose that form...

My hear will always remain the Symbol of Peace. It is not something you can steal even a piece of!"

"Fine, you won't change, I see, that's just the stupid and stubborn child you are.

Then, perhaps this will not hinder your heart either: You know, Tomura Shigaraki is Nana Shimura's grandson!" From the shock, All Might couldn't even speak.

"I kept thinking about what you would hate the most. I created chances for you and Tomura to meet. You defeated him right? You smiled so proudly when you won, not knowing a thing."

"Lies.." was the only thing All Might could utter in his disbelief.

"But it's the truth! You just know it, don't you?! That it's something I would do.

Oh, that's strange, All Might. Where's your smile?"

Around Japan, people crowded in front of any screens that displayed the current battle, believing that no matter what All Might will save them, like he always did. They cheered for him, they cheered for the Symbol of Peace.

It was like he heard it himself, despite being far away, as his arm became that of his muscle form again, and he began speaking:

"You're right, All for One. There's a lot a hero has to protect. That's why I won't lose!" But before he could launch his attack, All for One spoke again:

"All your might, that was the last of it, wasn't it?" He spoke as he levitated higher and higher "A wounded hero is the most dangerous. I see the image of you as you come after me with your guts strewn around in my dreams sometimes even now." But before he could launch another air attack, he was attacked by the flame of Endeavor, who arrived at the scene with Edgeshot and Corrosive.

"What is that form of yours, All Might?!" shouted the second at the first.

"We finally got here." added Edgeshot.

"Even though those were mid-range Nomus I didn't think you would capture them so quickly." And they didn't really capture most of them, Corrosive's acidic mist did wonders, wonders that could be even described as art in the couple seconds they lasted, not leaving anything behind. "As expected of the No. 2 hero!

If you just came to cheer however, then be quiet and sit like a good audience!" He couldn't fire off his quirk, as Edgeshot stopped him from doing it, and distracted him while Kamui Woods retrieved Best Jeanist and other injured heroes and civilians alike.

Tiger was also there, trying to get civilians out from under the rubble, and used the time he had to give an unexpected motivational speech:
"Even though this is all we can do, we're still easing your burden. Please stop that evil man, All Might. Everyone is praying for your victory, to triumph against the greatest villain of them all! No matter what you look like, you're still our Number 1 HERO!"

All for One however appeared to become irritated by the other heroes who came, and with another great air attack pushed them out of the picture.

"Let's stop talking about emotions and start talking about reality." and with these ominous words, his right arm became replaced with a Frankenstein-esque monstrosity, the combination of the greatest quirks he's stolen. "Until now I was only wearing you out, not trying to kill you. For your death, I will use the ultimate combination off all the quirks that I have!

After exchanging blow with you All Might, there's one thing I'm certain: One for All is no longer within you. What you have is but the lingering aftereffect of the only power that can oppose me.

It gets weaker each time you use it, like a dying flame, being blown out without anything touching it at all.

Mirio Togata, he's the one you passed One for All onto, didn't you?!" while he was speaking, he was also coming down from the sky, akin to the way All Might initially entered the battle. When the two of them collided, it was even fiercer than before, the ultimate evil against the ultimate good.

All Might was pushed back, but he stood his ground, not faltering despite the speeds he was moving at.

"I see, your flame is resisting, not willing to die out until it burns me down!" With his last power, All Might activated his another arm as well, getting a good hit in on All for One. He wasn't done, and the following punch was the one that he always worked towards, one that in itself carried the will of One for All, the punch that he simply called:

"United States of SMASH!" The impact of this punch was so great that the crater became almost two times as deep as before, the shockwave being so strong that the helicopter that the recording studios used was blown away, even though it was up in the sky.

When the smoke went away, All Might could be seen sitting on an unconscious All for One, and to show his victory, he threw his fist into the sky.

He even activated the muscle form for one last time, to reassure the people that the Symbol of Peace lived on, always defeating evil.

AN: This chapter was such a slog to write after the POV switched away from Doppo. Doesn't matter anymore however, since I did mange get through it, so we're back on track.

During the episodes that this chapter covers, I just had this idea: I got a couple reviews saying that from the title they expected a villain, which is a totally fair critique, but I got about thinking: What if Doppo was a villain? I even wrote a rushed prologue for that fic idea, but I don't plan on publishing it until I finish with this one. Would anyone be interested though? Of course, if I did write it, you could be sure that the villains would win if they had Doppo with them.
