Hey there, now we have the second part of this episode. I guess this the structure from now own. Honestly I like it this way, the chapters will be a bit longer but I guess you guys will be more welcome to that. I hope you all enjoy this one.
After explaining the new story, Issei was even more complexed. He was a bit of a sci-fi fan, so the idea of multiple universe was a reality was something he found interesting. Maybe there is a universe where he gets all these girls.
''So you are a pirate. A pirate from a pirate world, who have magical fruits and can use your will power as a weapon. And you are a captain of a crew, and you are searching for a treasure called the One Piece?" Asked Issei trying to wrap his head around that. He didn't know what was more bonkers, the devil thing or the pirate thing.
''Yes.'' Said Luffy all calm.
''And you ate a fruit that can make you stretch like rubber?" Asked Issei.
''Yep, wanna try? Grab my skin.'' Said Luffy.
Issei did that and he saw Luffy skin actually stretching like rubber. Issei felt like he was grabbing some kind of latex product.
''This is so weird.'' Said Issei creppied out.
''I think is neat.'' Said Akeno grabbing Luffy cheek and stretching.
''Senpai is fun to play with.'' Said Koneko grabbing Luffy other cheek and stretching.
Issei was beyond confused on that. How does having a rubber body makes you popular with women? He then thought of something and decided to ask Luffy, just in case.
'So you can stretch…any part of your body? I mean…any part?'' Asked Issei referring to luffy private.
''Yes.'' Said Luffy all simple, still not understanding what Issei meant.
Issei felt like he just lost a major cause. He felt that comparing the size of the two, Luffy would beat him any day of the week.
''I hate you Luffy! I hate you so much!'' Thought Issei in pure anger. How he can compete with a man that can make his ´´equipment´´ be any size as he wants.
''What is his problem?" Asked Luffy.
''I guess someone is jealous.'' Said Akeno with a laugh.
''Of what?' Asked Luffy.
''Oh Luffy-kun you are so sweet that is pretty much adorable.'' Said Akeno messing with his hair a bit more.
''thanks I guess.'' Said Luffy still confused.
Rias saw the situation and decided to continue with the serious topic.
''Taking…Luffy powers aside, we need to make sure you don't spread anything about this club to other people. This is extremely forbidden to leave school grounds, if we have any topics about the Peerage you will discuss with me.'' Said Rias.
''Yes, but what will happen if someone find out?" Asked Issei.
''The church will kill all of us and the government will take Luffy away and do who knows what on him.'' Said Rias.
''They can try.'' Said Luffy cracking his knuckles
''You don't care if the government comes after you?" Asked Issei confused.
''No, I fight them all the time. If they try to attack you guys too I will kick their asses.'' Said Luffy all serious.
''Oh thanks Luffy-kun.'' Said Akeno.
''Appreciate but I wouldn't like to wage war with the Japanese government.'' Said Rias.
''Man, what kind life did you live in your world?" Asked Issei confused. Was Luffy a regular pirate or a savage one.
''A pretty fun one.'' Said Luffy with a smile.
''You are leaving a ton stuff that I want to know more about it.'' Said Issei.
''We can talk about another time. Right now we have bigger issues to deal with.'' Said Rias.
''Just one last question. You just dropped some blood into a symbol and then you ended up in this world?" Asked Issei.
''Yes, I was there and then one minute later I am here. I just hope that my crew isn't that worried about me.'' Said Luffy thinking of his crew.
''So do you think your crew is waiting for you?' Asked Issei.
''yes, they wouldn't leave me. We are all Nakama and we will stay together until our journey is over.'' Said Luffy all positive and full of determination. That kind surprised and made the members of the Occult Research Club see that in another light.
''This is so cool Senpai.'' Said Koneko with a little smile.
''Do you have any female members?" Asked Issei with his biggest questions.
''Yes, I have Nami and Robin. They are my navigator and my archeologist.'' Said Luffy.
''How big are they sizes?" Asked Issei and that made everyone in the club sweat drop, but Luffy was all calm.
''Uh I dodnt know.'' Said Luffy with no idea.
Issei just thought about how a female pirate would look like. From those book he read as a kid, female pirates weren't the prettiest one around.
''They must be fat or something like that if he doesn't know.'' Thoguht Issei.
''Ok, now let's go back to the main topic. The fact that you are now my servant Issei.'' Said Rias.
''Alrigth what else I need to learn?" Asked him.
''Well there is the issue of forming contracts. As a devil you collect power by forming contracts with humans and receiving compensation from then. Now a days, no one manually draws magic circles to summon devils, so we hand the circle of the household of the king to potential contractors.'' Said Rias.
''Ok, so its like getting to know a person and if they like me I will be going to then from time to time, and this will get me some power?" Asked Issei.
''Good Issei, you are learning fast.'' Said Rias.
''Thanks I guess.'' Said Issei.
Rias just smile at that. He might not be so bad after all.
''Well Issei as new reborn devil you will learn the basics from time to time. Work hard and you might get a servant yourself someday.'' Said Rias.
''My own servant!'' Said Issei with a shocked expression.
''Yes, it depends of the effort that you put on your work. If you do enough contracts and get enough power, you can get your own servants and form your own peerage.'' Said Rias.
''Oh so its like forming your own crew. That should be fun.'' Said Luffy with a smile.
''my own crew!'' Said Issei with a look of hope.
''Yes.'' Said both Luffy and Rias.
Issei then though of being surrounded by a bunch of busted babes. All doing whatever he wanted and what he asked for it.
''They would obey me and do whatever I asked. Right?" Asked him.
''Uh…'' Said Rias trying to say ´´no´´ but Luffy already gave his answer.
''Of course they would. You would be their captain.'' Said him with a smile.
''Luffy-kun I don't think they would obey ´´everything´´ you ask for it.'' Said Akeno with a smile.
Issei then though of what would happen if he became a powerful devil. He could achieve his dream and have the harem that he always imagined. This would take time, but it was an opportunity that he couldn't let it go. Maybe this was his destiny, become a devil and then get his harem. He was getting so worked up that he started to sweat.
''Oh my…'' Said Akeno seeing Issei struggling face.
''Are you ok?'' Asked Kiba.
''I just need some time off. Take some fresh air.'' Said Issei wanting to process this whole thing up.
The rest of the club saw that and wonder if he would be ok with his new non-human life.
''What is he going to do?'' Asked Kiba.
''Probably going to jerk off in our bathroom.'' Said Koneko.
''Please don't use this type of language in our club Koneko.'' Said Akeno.
Luffy saw how Issei had probably a lot to think about it so he decided to see if he was fine.
''I am going to see if he is ok.'' Said Luffy.
''Ok, but don't take long. He needs to start doing his job pretty soon.'' Said Rias.
Luffy gave Rias a thumbs up and went to check on Issei to see if he was alright.
With Luffy
Issei was outside of the club, taking a deep breath and pretty much trying to process everything that just happened.
'Ok, I am no longer human, I work for a bust babe and her other devil minions. The guy who wants to be my friend is a rubber pirate from another universe and somehow I can get a harem with all this. Is my life becoming a bad joke or the best one?" Asked Issei to himself.
''Hey Issei!'' Said Luffy seeing the brown-haired boy outside of the clubroom.
''Luffy why did you came here?" Asked Issei
''I came to see if you were ok.'' Said Luffy.
''Dude, I have a lot to process. I mean…I am not human anymore.'' Said Issei
''Yes, but that's nothing important.'' Said Luffy all relax.
''Oh come on! I am a devil now! This is something really big to process.'' Said Issei showing off his wings.
''didn't you hear Rias, you can become a really big devil if you get enough contracts.'' Said Luffy as Issei put his wings back inside.
''Yeah I heard her.'' Said Issei rubbing his neck.
''So aren't you going towards that?" Asked Luffy.
''I mean…it sounds good, but it might take sometime.'' Said Issei annoyed.
''Well better start working…. which something I hate.'' Said Luffy with a smile.
''What should I do? I mean I don't know what these contracts things do anyway.'' Said Issei.
''I don't know man, but if this your way to get more power than go forward.'' Said Luffy with a shrug.
Issei just took a deep breath in that statement. Luffy wasn't the smartest guy, but he always reached the point very quickly.
''I guess you are right, if I am not human anymore, I guess I should embrace it.'' Said Issei.
''that's the spirit.'' Said Luffy.
''You are not the one that have bat wings on your back! I want to see if you are so optimist with these things and being a servant.'' Said Issei.
''Yes, the wings are cool, but I am not going to be anyone servant. Even if I was a devil, this wouldn't stop me from pursing my goals.'' Said Luffy.
''What do you mean?" Asked Issei.
''Tell me Issei what is your dream?'' Asked Luffy.
The brown haired teen just blinked at that in confusion. Nobody ever asked him what his dream was and when he answered people regret.
''My dream?'' Asked Issei.
''yes, mine to become King of the Pirates. What is yours?'' Asked Luffy.
The brown haired teen took a deep breath and told the truth from his heart.
''I want to become…the Harem King.'' Said him.
''Oh really? Why?'' Asked Luffy excited to hear that.
''Yes, I want to have a huge line of babes just for me. All of the best girls and the most cutest one that will be with me all the time and do whatever I ask for it! From every fetish to every desirable choice.'' Said Issei with a pervert smiling thinking of all the types of breasts that he could fondle.
Luffy just blinked a little bit confused. He still had no idea on what a harem was and Issei thought he was getting a bit uncomfortable hearing all this crap.
''I know…its sound gross and stupid. I better find something better to…'' Said Issei but Luffy cuts him out.
''No, I think you should go for it.'' Said Luffy.
Issei just stare in shock at that. Someone was actually supporting his dream to become the Harem King.
''You think so!'' Asked him in desperation.
''Yes, if this is your dream who I am to criticize. People always laughed at me in my world when I said I was going to be the King of the Pirates, but I never stopped. I got my crew; I went to all kind of adventures and I am ready for more. Nothing will stop me from accomplish my dream.'' Said Luffy putting a hand on his shoulder.
Issei felt to the point of crying. He knew it was pathetic, but it felt like a dream. Someone supported his pervert dreams and yet was brave enough to say he was his friends.
''You say that you believe in me.'' Said Issei with a little smile.
''Yes I do!'' Said Luffy with his signature smile.
Issei soon started to tear up a little bit as he started to think about all this.
''Wow, I can't believe it, after all these years someone believe in my pervert dreams! Its feels incredible, once I get enough devil powers I will be swimming in chicks. Ok, the girls in the club might be off my reach since they like him, but there are billions across the world. Who knows, maybe Rias might introduce me to some Devil babes all of them with huge tits and nice ass. Oh boy this is my golden ticket opportunity.'' Thought Issei with a glee.
''Are you ready to be a devil?" Asked Luffy.
''Yes, I am going to achieve the rank of king and get my servants. Once that is over, I will get my harem and have all the best girls in the world. People will know that Rias Gremory was the Devil that had the Pirate King and the Harem King'' Said Issei.
''Yes, but I am not her servant I am her friend!'' Said Luffy.
The two were just laughing at all this. Meanwhile Rias was seeing and hearing all that through a window and just smile at that.
''I guess I have two wild cards this year. I wonder how this will play out.'' Thought her.
Later
Luffy was just munching on some rice crackers on the clubroom. Since he was the only non-devil in there he couldn't do any contracts, in that case Rias told him to just stay there in case someone comes back and drops a package or something. If someone needs an extra pair of hands he could be of assistance, right now it was just him and Rias in the club and the president was taking another shower.
''Luffy would you be a dear and fetch me a towel?" Asked her.
''Sure!'' Said him.
The boy went towards a closet and picked Rias a towel and without second thought went to the shower and gave it to her, he saw her naked already so there was no problem.
''You can't jus barge into a girl shower. What if I was someone else?' Asked her with a smile.
''I don't see a problem in that.'' Said Luffy still clueless.
Rias just grab the towel and wrap her body.
''I admire how calm you can stay near a naked girl. We sleep together a few times, and you didn't break it. Most guys would freak out or do something nasty.'' Said Rias.
'Oh yeah? I don't see how many guys would act all weird out near you.'' Said Luffy.
''Oh really? You see me as just a regular girl?" Asked Rias as she and Luffy seat on the couch.
''Yes, you are my friend. So what if you are devil you are still Rias to me.'' Said Luffy with a smile.
Rias just blush at that. For the first time in a while someone saw her as a being and not an object. She remember all those nasty comment that those disgusting devil nobles called her just because of her body, here she found a man who sees her for who she truly are.
''He is so cute! I could just wrap him in this thing. I might…'' Said Rias coming close to Luffy lips.
Soon Issei appears and stop the whole mood.
''I am back from the delivery and…'' Said Issei seeing the whole thing.
Issei saw Luffy and the president pretty much looking like they were about to kiss (well Rias was but Luffy was still neutral). There was also the issue that she was with only a towel and the two were in the couch.
''Hey Issei!'' Said Luffy still not getting what was happening
''Luffy! How could you! In the club too!'' Said Issei pissed.
''Uh?'' Asked Luffy confused as Rias got up and try to take off the blush in her face.
''We did nothing. Luffy just grabbed me a towel and that's it.'' Said Rias all stern and looking serious at Issei.
''And why are you so close to him in that state, president?" Asked Issei wanting answer.
''Luffy is a trustworthy person. I trust him near me when I am without clothes. If I recall correctly, didn't you got caught trying to peep on the girls locker at least 4 times last month?'' Asked Rias with a smirk.
''Ok fair point.'' Said Issei with a sad realization.
Rias just looked triumph at that and tried to main a professional look. Meanwhile Akeno has return from her contract and was going to stay at the club for a while.
''Ara Ara looks like something really steamy happen while I was gone. Hey Luffy-kun I might need some help in my next contract, would you like to come with me?" Asked her putting a hand on Luffy shoulder.
''Oh sure.'' Said Luffy excited.
''What!'' Said Issei mad, the thought of Akeno and Luffy alone would drive him insane.
''Akeno I saw what your next contract is. I don't think Luffy would be fit for this job.'' Said Rias with a little glare.
''Oh president…I think my client would like some strong hands also helping out.'' Said Akeno with a lust tone at the end as she rubs Luffy hair again.
''I need to step up on my game if I want to beat his harem.'' Thought Issei with a determined look.
''Issei are you ok?' Asked Luffy.
''Yes, I am just thinking of my upcoming contract. This one is kind far and I don't think I can go by foot. So how do I do it?" Asked him.
''Akeno show to him.'' Said Rias.
Soon Akeno summoned a magic circle in the room, her hair moved up and down due to the wind that it brought.
''This magic circle is used for transportation. Give me your left hand, Issei.'' Said Rias.
''Ok.'' Said Issie and then a red circle appeared thre.
''So cool!'' Said Luffy with stars in his eyes.
''indeed it is.'' Said Issei seeing the circle.
Rias just smile at then explained to the pervert the situation.
''This is a carved seal. It's a proof that you are part of the Gremory household. Do as I´ve told you when you´re with the client. Are you ready for this?" Asked her.
''Yes! I am ready to get my contracts!'' Said Issei.
''Wonderful, that's what I like to hear.'' Said Rias.
Issei then looked at Luffy with a little smirk in his face.
''Look out Luffy! I am going to get more chicks than you.'' Said issei all cocky.
''Uh…chicks?" Thoguht Luffy confused thinking of chickens.
Rias and Akeno just laugh as Issei tried to go off in a really cool way. However nothing happen.
''Eh?'' Asked him confused.
''Why is Issei is still here?" Asked Luffy.
''Ara Ara something might have happened.'' Said Akeno with a laugh and Rias face palmed.
''Well, Issei it looks like you can't teleport.'' Said Rias a bit embarrassed.
''Ah!'' Said Issei in shock.
''Wow Issei you suck.'' Said Luffy with a laugh
''Shut up! I have been a devil for a day. How do I work these things out?" Asked Issei.
''Well you need to start gaining contract and training. If you want to increase your devil powers you need to step up.'' Said Rias.
''So how do I get into this person house?" Asked Issei.
''Do you have a way of transportation?" Asked Rias.
Issei thought about it and answered it.
''I have a bike.'' Said Issei looking a bit embarrassed.
Later
Luffy was on the club with Rias. All the others were having contracts to full fill. The pirate was so bored that he started looking at the cover at those old books that she had around.
''So Rias does any of these books have any kind of cool spell that I can do? Maybe summon infinite meat?" Asked Luffy excited.
''Well…that's an interesting remark, but no. All these books have history on the supernatural. Some are real and some are fake.'' Said Rias.
''Do you do anything cool here when you are not being a devil? This kind of boring?' Asked Luffy.
''Yes, I do.'' Said her.
Then she took out a chess board and some pieces.
''Wanna play chess?'' Asked her.
''Chess!?' Asked Luffy baffled.
''Yes, it's a fun and powerful game. Wanna learn?" Asked her.
''I am more of bare fist type. Does something cool happen in chess?' Asked Luffy.
''Yes, chess is a game of kings. We talk strategies, battle formation, crucial moments and all kinds of battles.'' Said Rias making Luffy animated.
''Oh really! Wow, chess sounds awesome! No wonder most of my crew play that.'' Said Luffy.
Rias just laugh at that.
''Your crew sounds very interesting. I hope one day to meet them.'' Said Rias.
''Yes, you guys are going to get alone pretty quickly. Now lets play some chess!'' Said Luffy excited.
''Ok, let me put the pieces.'' Said her preparing the board.
The two were about to have a nice chess match. Rias being an experience player would be able to end it pretty quickly, however she was more willing to teach Luffy how to play and have fun along the way.
However before they could start Luffy felt a bad presence with his observation Haki. He looked to the door with a glare.
''What is wrong Luffy?' Asked Rias.
''I sense something dangerous nearby.'' Said Luffy.
''Is here?' Asked her.
''No, but its near the club.'' Said Luffy.
''Ok, then what is it?' Asked her.
''Is like when we saw that old guy yesterday.'' Said Lufy.
Rias eyes were in horror, she knew what this must be.
''Is a Fallen Angel! It must found Issei location.'' Said Rias worried and Luffy got a look of horror upon hearing that.
''I need to save Issei!'' Said Luffy leaving the club in maximum speed.
''Wait Luffy!'' Said her but Luffy was already gone.
The devil saw Luffy leaving the club and running at top speed. Pretty much disappearing from her eyesight. Rias knew Luffy was strong, but she was also worried about him.
''Just be careful.'' Said her.
At street corner nearby.
Azazel and Millet were hiding behind some bushes. According to some sources the new pawn of Rias Gremory was in Otaku house nearby. They knew that one of the rogue Fallen Angels would try to attack and steal its Sacred Gear. From what they heard the woman Kalawarner would be the one to try to attack it this time.
''Ok lets wait and see what happens.'' Said Azazel
''Lord Azazel why are we hiding? Wouldn't be more reasonable to stop Kalawarner in her tracks. I mean the boy is now officially a member of the Gremory houseld.'' Said Millet.
''Well I know that, but I wanna see what this straw hat kid can do. If he is really the person behind that mysterious energy…then we must start observing things with an open eye.'' Said Azazel with a smile.
Then they saw the blue haired Fallen Angel appear in the sky. Wearing her signature red clothes and searching the area like a hawk.
''Looking good Kalawarner.'' Said Azazel with a smirk.
''She was always a fan of this attire.'' Said Millet.
''Well let's see what happen.'' Said Azazel while eating some candy.
''Do you think the Straw Hat kid will show up?'' Asked Millet.
'Yes, if we are lucky he should be here in a few minutes.'' Said Azazel.
Then like saying a magic word Luffy showed up. He was running in the street shouting like a mad man, however the place was empety so he and the Fallen Angel could argue.
''Hey!'' Scream Luffy.
Azazel, Millet and Kalawarner turned their attention towards Luffy. The Blue haired woman had veins popping out of her head, Millet had a bored expression while Azazel had a curious one.
''Its show time.'' Thought Azazel with a smirk.
With Luffy.
Kalawarner saw Luffy and was immediately set off by his presence.
''You again!'' Scream her pissed.
''What are you doing here? Why you crow wings need to keep bothering others!'' Said Luffy pissed.
''I heard that you made Dohnassek run away. Impressive, but nothing will stop me from stealing that kid Sacred Gear.'' Said Kalawarner.
''Go near Issei and I will kick your ass!"' Said Luffy.
Kalawarner soon made some light spears and directly aimed then towards Luffy.
''Die you pest!'' Said her with wrath in her voice.
Luffy with no problem dodged those attacks. After Wano his Haki was beyond the point of letting something like that hurting him.
''You are slow.'' Said him all cold.
''Shut up! '' Said the fallen angel pissed.
The fight keep going. Kalawarner kept going and going trying to hit Luffy with one of her light weapons but nothing would work. Luffy movements were difficult to hit.
''his movements are beyond insane. What kind of devil is he?!' Thought her.
Meanwhile
Azazel and Millet were beyond impressed by that display of reflexes. Sure some devils could dodge and even stop lighting at ease, but this kid was doing like he has been dodging powerful attacks for a long time.
''This kid is something else.'' Thought Azazel keeping mental notes on that fight.
Luffy on the other hand had enough of this crap. He soon stretched out his arms and prepared an attack.
''Gomu Gomu no...'' Said him ready to attack.
''Like I am going to fall for this crap once again!'' Said Kalawaner making a magic shield suronding her.
''bazokka!'' Scream Luffy hitting right at her.
Boom
The impact not only broke off the shield but also destroyed Kalawaner top area. Showing off her breaths.
''My clothes!'' Scream her pissed.
''Oops.'' Said Luffy with a smile.
''You imbeciel! Why did you do that?' Asked Kalawarner pissed.
''I am not letting you hurt my friend!'' Said Luffy.
''Ok, since you stretch so weird I guess sharp objects are you weakness. In this case I will cut you like there is no tomorrow!'' Scream her with a pissed off looked.
''Oh crap!'' Thought Luffy worried as he saw the woman going directly towards her.
Luffy saw Kalawarer took of her weapon and swing at him. Of course Haki and his instincts made pretty easy to avoid those, but it was still a pain to dodged it. In the way of escaping those attacks Luffy tried to grab her hands, however he ended up grabbing her left breast.

''Uh…'' Said Luffy a bit awkward.
The Fallen Angel woman frozen in place at that and soon started to scream at him
''You pervert!'' Scream her in a comedic anime way as she hits Luffy.
''Ouch!'' Said Luffy in pain.
''Hey what is going on?" Asked someone.
Soon they all turn their heads to Issei, returning from the person that he had a contract with.
''Issei!'' Said Luffy glad to see Issei was ok.
''Luffy are you…'' Asked Issei seeing that scene in shock.
''Oh hi there. Nice to drop by…'' Said Kalawarner still trying to act cool, but that ship has sailed already.
''You been groping these nice tits while I was working? What kind of friend are you!'' Scream Issei pissed.
''What is wrong with you two!'' Scream Kalawarner.
''Hey Issei she is here to kill you!'' Scream Luffy.
''What?! Those things…you are Fallen Angel?!' Asked him
''No shit Sherlock! I am here to do my job and get your sacred gear.'' Said her.
''What! Why do you people need to kill people to accomplish your goasl. Isnt this a bit excessive?" Asked Issei.
''Don't blame me, blame God. Now are you ready to die scum devil?" Asked her ready to form a light weapon.
''No, I am not letting Issei die! He still needs to become the Harem King.'' Said Luffy.
The brown haired pervert kind smile at that while the Fallen Angel looked at that with an absolute disgust.
''Harem King?! What kind of stupid title is that? Are you some kind of idiot?" Asked her
''Hey! Don't shout at him! Luffy is the first person to back off my dreams. He is also the one that is going to be King of the pirates!'' Said Issei.
''Am I surrounded by idiots!'' Said Kalawarner losing her mind.
''Luffy hold her off! I am calling the president.'' Said Issei.
''no.'' Said Luffy surprising Issei.
''Huh?" Asked the pervert.
''You will fight her. You want to be the Harem King then start showing off your power.'' Said Luffy with a words of encouragement.
Issei thought about that. Yes, when he was on his client house and they started to talk about animes and hentai he felt some kind of power up. Like just thinking about was granting him some form of energy.
''Come Issei! You got this! Show me that you have something on you.'' Thought Luffy with a smile, he knew there was power in his friend since he could feel it.
Then Issei raised his hand in the hair and shout out:
''Grant me power!'' Said him.
Then green energy dispersed from his arm as a his devil wings sprouted from his back, shooting right at Kalawarneer who screamed upon sensing all this energy coming from the boy. Soon a green orb appeared on his arm and a red hard surface began to form around his left hand as well as the red hard surface began forming a bow. A red arrow with a dragon tooth as the broadhead also formed as well. He let out a battle cry as he radided the bow and arrow and shoot at the fallen angel, pretty much destroying what she had left of clothing.
''Wow!'' Said Luffy amazed to see all that.
Issei look in odd at his arm as he felt that he had this thing with him all the time.
''Wow Issei…is that the Sacred Gear thing?'' Asked Luffy with stars in his eyes.
''Yes, it has to be.'' Said Issei a bit confused.
''Its so cool!'' Said Luffy with more stars in his eyes.
''I can't deny that.'' Said Issei with a smile
The female fallen angel felt that she had no chance against those two, so she decided to leave.
''I will kill you bastards later!' Said Kalawarner going off and flying to the sky.
''Oh get lost!'' Said the two as they laugh off.
While they were celebrating the leader of the Fallen Angels and her spy were watching that scene in odd.
''So Lord Azazel what kind of Sacred Gear is that?' Asked Millet.
''Well…that Sacred Gear is a special one.'' Said Azazel with a sly smile.
''Uh? What do you mean?" Asked Millet.
''This year the Gremory Family has hit the jackpot.'' Said him with a smile as he head back to Grigori with the loli girl.
Back to the Occutl Research Club
Issei and Luffy told Rias what just happen and then show off his arm.
''Why yes, this is your sacred Gear.'' Said Rias with a smile.
''Oh wow Issei! You are so cool now!'' Said Luffy excited to see what this thing could do.
''How do go back into having a normal arm?" Asked him.
''Once you´ve unleashed it, you can activated and deactivated it as you please.'' Said Rias.
Issei thought about deactivating and then it disappeared form his arm.
''Wow. I thought it might stay there.'' Said Issei.
''Congratulation Issei-kun.'' Said Akeno praising the new member.
''Yes Issei, you really are getting strong.'' Said Luffy smiling.
''Well while this is good you two have brought a new headache to me. Now the fallen Angels will know that if they find you´re a reborn devil with a powerful Sacred Gear. This is not good, you don't have fully control yet, Luffy wont be there all the time to protect you. Next time this could lead to your death, understood.'' Said Rias all serious.
''I´m sorry.'' Said Issei feeling a bit sad.
''You need a lot of time to trian and perfect your sacred Gear and your new devil powers. So don't go expecting to win every fight like its nothing.'' Said Rias serious again making Issei feel bad and Luffy tried to step up for his friend.
''But Rias…'' Said Luffy but Rias cuts him.
''No buts Luffy, you might be strong than a Fallen Angel but you are also putting the members of my Peerage in danger. I appreciate your help, but don't go cause any more problems or picking fight with them without informing me. Otherwise there will be consequences. Understood.'' Said Rias sounding like a big sister lecturing her two younger brothers.
''Fine.'' Said Luffy looking annoyed and Akeno just laugh at how Luffy looked and Issei feeling very down.
''Go home Issei. Is safe outside.'' Said Rias to him.
''I will.'' Said him feeling a bit bad.
Soon Issei was leaving the club feeling bad.
''Bye Issei.'' Said Luffy with a little wave.
''Bye Luffy, bye guys.'' Said Issei.
The pervert soon left and Luffy wanted to know what was going.
''Why were you so cruel to him Rias?" Asked Luffy.
''Agreed, it was a bit strict to him, president.'' Said Akeno.
''Well, I need to be. He needs to be more alert. I wont allow the Fallen Angels taken away my new pawn, he has a great potential and I don't want to lose him so easy.' Said Rias.
''In this case we need to make him strong.'' Said Luffy making the two girls look at him in odd.
''How?'' Asked Rias.
''We will make him stronger.'' Said Luffy all simple.
''Easy said than done.'' Said Rias.
''What is wrong with that?' Asked Luffy
''Luffy-kun, training Sacred Gears is a bit more complicated than you might think. Issei-kun might need months of training and hard work to fully master his newfound powers.'' Said Akeno.
''Then we do that.'' Said Luffy all simple.
''It's not like in your world Luffy. Training of devils takes a lot longer, resurrected devil even longer than you imagined. Issei being a pawn will take a great amount of time to fully develop and adapt all his strength and abilities. I know you like to cause fights, but please for me and the Gremory name don't cause any fight with the Fallen angels unless I ask.'' Said Rias.
Luffy saw Rias face. It was a mix of both ´´please´´ and ´´understand´´. Luffy wasn't someone very fond of following rules, but he understood what this could mean. It was like brining more marines to a new crew. Yes, he knows they are strong, but he doesn't know what could happen. Now Luffy wouldn't care for this and would fight the marines anyway, but after all the crap that happen he wouldn't be surprised that someone would go behind him and stab him with a sea prison stone. That had happened sometimes before.
''You´re right Rias. Fine, I promise.'' Said him looking annoyed.
Rias just smile at that. She knew that Luffy wouldn't be able to restrain himself, but she felt that his fighter side would take a hold in favor of a promise.
''Thanks.'' Said Rias with a smile.
''But if someone tries something I will beat them up.'' Said Luffy with a smile.
''I guess I can't hold you on forever.'' Said Rias with a laugh.
''Ara Ara, Luffy-kun is really full of energy.'' Said Akeno.
''I can see that it's going to be more complicated than I imagined. It's getting late, let's go home Luffy. Good night Akeno.'' Said Rias.
''Bye Akeno.'' Said Luffy.
''Good night you two.'' Said her.
The black-haired girl saw the two leaving the club, she would clean some stuff before heading. However she took a moment to think about the Straw Hat member.
''He really is an interesting fellow, president.'' Said Akeno with a smile.
Later
Luffy and Rias were already on his room. The two were in bed and getting set to sleep, Rias taking off his clothes while Luffy staying on his underwear.
''So do you think those jerks might return?" Asked Luffy.
''I guess so, Fallen Angels are like bugs. Flesh a good Sacred Gear or powerful artefact and they will come back.'' Said Rias as she was know on her panties.
''Why are they such assholes?!'' Asked Luffy.
''Well they fall from heaven and are kind without a purpose. At least regular angels are restricted by…you know who and leave us alone, unless we do something really bad.'' Said Rias.
''I don't care. Even if a regular one try to fight you guys, I will fight them as well.'' Said Luffy surprising Rias.
''You would fight the champion of heavens? For us Devils?" Asked Rias with as surprised look.
''Of course, you are all my friends. If they decided to hurt, you all because you are all devils than they have to pass through to me first.'' Said Luffy all serious.
Rias just look a little bit amazed by that and had a blush on her face. Here is a man that would literally fight the two types of angels to protect a group of devils and this one had the power to do so.
''Well I am glad that you decided to be an ally of the house of Gremory. I am sure that the other houses will get super jealous.'' Said Rias with a smile.
''I don't care. As long you guys are fine and there is good food, I will be fine.'' Said Luffy with a smile.
Rias just smile as she was now fully nude and Luffy was now with just a black underwear.
''Good Night Rias.'' Said Luffy as he immediately falls asleep.
Rias just smile as she saw Luffy dumb sleepy face, she find it cute and just for curious she check out Luffy underwear as she noticed the bulk there.
''that's still impressive even if it's not stretched.'' Thought her with a blush as she falls asleep on his muscled chest.
The next Day
Issei was getting ready to go to school. He was still sulking about what happened last night. He never imagined to see a girl like Rias getting angry at him.
'Why did I mess up last night? If it wasn't for Luffy would I been dead already? Can I do anything right?" Thought him.
Soon someone knocked at his house door.
Knock Knock
The teen open the door and thought it was some of his buds from the pervert trio.
''oh guys! Hey there how…'' Said Issei happy but it turns out to be Luffy.
''Hey Issei.'' Said Luffy.
''luffy? You are here? Where is Rias?'' Asked Issei.
''Rias said she would be busy, so she told me to walk with you to school.'' Said Luffy.
''Well its better than walk alone. Let's go.'' Said Issei.
''Sure.'' Said Luffy with a smile.
The two soon started to walk towards Kuoh Academy, Luffy seeing that Issei was still feeling bad about last night.
''So are you still bumped about what happened?" Asked Luffy.
''Well it's not easy having a sexy girl saying that she is mad at you. Still is pretty neat what this thing can do.'' Said Issei looking at his arm.
''Do you think that Sacred Gear of yours can make meat?'' Asked Luffy.
''What no! Why would do that?" Asked Issei.
''Then your Sacred Gear isn't cool at all.'' Said Luffy with a pout.
''What is wrong with you? Why the obsession with meat? Honestly this is bad for your body and…'' Said Issei but suddenly someone fall down in front of them.
''OOOH.'' Said someone with a foreigner ascent.
The two saw a young girl laying down on the ground, her white panties completely visible for the world to see.
''Why I am such a klutz? I felled down again.'' Said the girl with a foreign accent. She had a green nun habit with brown boots and a white veil on her head with a silver cross across around her neck. She had eyes that were as green as emerald and long blonde hair hiding under her veil. The girl was indeed beautiful.
Luffy just looked at her thinking she was dumb, while Issei was drollong at her.
''Who is she?'' Thought the two as they saw the girl.
Yes, we ended with Asia arrival. She will be fun to writing to be around Luffy. Don't worry she is for Issei, I already established that. She will be his main girl, for some reason people really love the idea of Asia being the main one.
I know Luffy is not at full here, but I wanted to write Luffy´s still being somewhat capable. In most fic they either have the dumb Luffy that feel couldn't solve a 4-piece puzzle or the brash Luffy that would do everything that he wants even if would upset his friends. Here he knows Rias wants the best for him and he kinds needs her if he wants to go back home.
I added some more Luffy and Issei moments. To establish a friendship, I dodnt want to just copy and paste the original story and slap Luffy here. Things will be different and with Luffy around it will be easier. It won't be Issei like ´´I will think of breast and win the day!´´, no he will have actual character development. Ever heard that DxD?
Also about the harem, I ended realizing Luffy has a lot of things that are common with Rias, Akeno and Koneko. It will be explored more in the future, but its more than just they felled in love with him and that's it. Ok Rias is in love with him right now, she just had to admit it, Akeno is getting somewhat interested and Koneko admires him. Luffy is a guy that is very likable and easy to fall for it. Remember this is the guy who made a woman who despised man and wanted to kill any male that set foot on her island fall in love with him in just a day. Yeah, he has that kind of charm. Also don't worry, I will address Hancock and her marriage propose.

Robin being the smartest of course will be really good at chess, Sanji was shown to know how to play, Franky is also super smart, I can see Dr Kureha teaching Chopper to play chess, Brook probably played alone while he was stuck in the fog, Jinebi also played for fun, Nami knows but she isn't as good as the others, while Usoop, Zoro and Luffy were never interested in the game.
Well this is it for this chapter. The episode is done and now we are entering on what is dub ´´the Asia Arc´´ since she is the main focus for a few episodes. Will Luffy handle Freed and what will he think about that asshole? See you all next time.
