I do know my medical stuff. Lol, I wanna be a diagnostician when I grow up. Or a surgeon… I think operating on people would be pretty cool.

Chapter Eighteen

That day they put the LVAD in Mrs. Weasley, and it seemed to be working okay at the moment. She had a normal heart beat. Dr. Marcus was saying that she would be able to go home in one or two weeks. All the Weasley children decided it would be best if one or two of them were to stay with her for a while.

"Ginny," Fred and George said in unison.

"Why me?" Ginny asked tersely. It wasn't that she didn't want to be there for her mum, it was the fact that Fred and George had appointed her for the task so quickly.

"Because Fred and I have to be working at the shop. Ron is busy with work also, and Hermione… Hermione do you even have a job?" George asked halfway through his reasoning.

"Well, n-no," Hermione was embarrassed to admit it. It was odd for her not to have a job. She was after all the smartest witch of her time, and she didn't even have a job?

"Pity. What a waste of talent," Fred murmured.

"I resent that. Besides I, myself, am currently working on getting a job, not that it is any of your business. Also like the both of you are ones to talk? You work… just forget it," she stopped before making a complete mockery of herself.

"Well like I was saying, Bill and Charlie are so far away it is out of the question. That leaves you," George stated with a smirk.

"I hardly think that is fair," Ginny said before standing up and walking over to the hospital lobby and grabbing a cup of coffee. Doctors were zooming around everywhere… sick people were being wheeled in on stretchers, and a sea of visitors hummed around the group as they discussed who would take care of Molly.

": You know what?" Hermione said," I will stay with her."

"What? Hermione I really think this matter should stay in the family," Fred said impishly.

"I don't care. Molly is family. She has always treated me as one of her own and Harry too. She has always taken care of us and now she needs us and we can't even take a little time out of our lives to help her the way she has helped us? I don't think so. I will do it," Hermione's tone was condescending, but it got the point across none the less.

"She is right," Ron started," and Fred Hermione is family. Just because we aren't married doesn't mean she isn't family. She is after all having your niece or nephew right?"

"Well I suppose that could happen one day, but--- wait a second you said having? As in you two are having a baby?" Fred seemed to be loosing his mind.

"Yes we are," Ron said clearly before getting a cup of water and handing it to Hermione who was now thankful to have such a wonderful man in her life.

'That was one way to tell them,' Hermione though before resting her head on Ron's chest and closing her tired eyes.

They all finally decided that they would all help in caring for their mum. Hermione and Ginny were going to be staying with her during the day since neither one of them had a job, and once Hermione did get a job Ginny would stay with her mum and plan the rest of her wedding.

Hermione wouldn't be working long anyway seeming as she was having a baby, and after the baby came it was possible she would want to stay home with him or her.

Fred, George, and Ron would just stay with Molly whenever they could visit. Arthur would be able to be with her most of the time, and he was retiring soon so it didn't matter anyway, and once he did retire he would stay with Molly all of the time.

Molly's condition would alter all of their lives, but only for a short while, and after everything she had done for them didn't she deserve a little help in her time of need?

A/N: It is short, but I do not have time to add more, and I cannot think of anything else to write in the story. I also have a lot of books I must read before the school year. I have to read Pride and Prejudice (great book), Emma, and I have to read Ishmael. I will write every now and then. I am going to try and finish this story soon. Do not worry the ending will not be rushed like most fics. It will be a complete story, I just need to write about 5 or 10 more chapters… hehe. After this fic I would like to finish my Grey's Anatomy fic and I would love to write a Dragonlance fic also.

I also am going to finish my other HP fic… A long way from home (I think that is what it is called)
