"Hey." Future Trunks greeted, smiling as he walked inside—with a little girl roughly four years of age with dark purple hair, blue eyes, with glasses.

Bulma, Vegeta, and Trunks recognized Future trunks even though he looked incredibly different:

He was older and had some more muscles.

His hair was shoulder-length and darker lavender.

And finally, he had a grayish-purple goatee.

The little girl, however, they did not recognize.

"Hey, what are you doing back here?" Bulma asked, hugging Future Trunks, who hugged her in return.

"What's the emergency?" Goku, Gohan, Goten, Chi-Chi, Videl, Krillin, Piccolo, 18, and Tien asked, bursting through the front door.

"Wow. You look different." Gohan noted, watching Future Trunks.

"He looks like a total dad." 18 stated with a smirk.

"What are you all doing here?" Vegeta asked, annoyed.

"I sent them a message. I came by to give you some important information. But it seems I'm a little late." Future Trunks spoke up, rubbing the back of his head when he saw all the stuff for Miyuki.

"Are you speaking of Miyuki?" Trunks asked, leaning against the couch.

"Yes. You got her on your birthday, yes?" Future Trunks asked, watching his younger self.

"Yes. That was yesterday." Trunks and Bulma answered, watching the little girl.

"Aww… So, shopping day." Future Trunks sighed, watching his surroundings.

"So, who's this little cutie? Do we get another granddaughter?" Bulma asked, trying to see the little girl hiding behind Future Trunks's leg.

"No, you don't have another granddaughter—or grandchild in general. Come on, Princess; don't be shy. You know everybody here; they're just younger versions of everyone. Everybody, this is Miyuki." Future Trunks answered before telling and stepping aside.

"What?! No way! That little girl is Miyuki?!" Bulma screeched, beyond shocked.

"What happened to her hair?" Bulla asked, looking at Future Miyuki.

"Normally I would scold Bulla, but she's right. The little girl our Trunks got yesterday has brown hair." Bulma replied, trying to recover from her shock.

"Well, that's one of the things I wanted to talk to you about. Trust me: there's a lot. There'd be a lot more, but I can only tell you so much." Future Trunks told Trunks and Bulma.

"Baby?" Miyuki asked, walking over to the crib where Baby Miyuki was sleeping.

"Yes, that's you—in this time—in the past." Future Trunks told Future Miyuki, walking over to her.

"No." Future Miyuki argued, not believing Future Trunks.

"Yes. Wow… It's been so long. You were so little. Just look at all that brown hair you used to have. Now, what color is it?" Trunks replied before asking, lifting Future Miyuki into his arms, marveling at Baby Miyuki.

"Poypol." Miyuki answered, sticking her finger in her mouth.

"Yes. Purple. Come on; let her sleep. I forgot just how little she used to be." Future Trunks replied before walking back over to everyone else.

"So, she's—what? Three in your time?" Tien asked, watching Future Trunks.

"She finally made it to four three and a half months ago." Future Trunks replied, setting Miyuki down.

"Gampa Goku. Gamma Ti-Ti." Future Miyuki happily greeted Goku and Chi-Chi, noticing them first.

"What did she call them?" Bulma asked, annoyed, ready to kill someone.

"Relax. That's what she calls them. Is Grandpa Goku, Grandma Chi-Chi, Uncle Gohan, Aunty Videl, Uncle Goten, Uncle Piccolo, Mr. Tien, Mr. Krillin, Mrs. 18, Pan, and Marron. Then with the rest of you, it's Aunty Bulla, Pop-Pop, and Mew-Mew. Trust me: after me, you are some of her favorite people—Dad especially. It's me, Dad, Mom, Bulla, Goten, Gohan, Videl, Piccolo, and so on a so forth." Future Trunks assured Bulma and Vegeta before any harm came to anyone.

"Pop-Pop!" Future Miyuki happily cried, running to Vegeta.

"Wahh!" Baby Miyuki made a noise as she woke up.

"Hi, Princess." Trunks greeted, standing over Miyuki's crib.

"Da." Miyuki stretched, watching him.

"Do you want out?" Trunks asked, watching her.

"Yeah." Miyuki answered, tilting her head a little.

"Baby me wake?" Future Miyuki asked, interested.

"Yes. But you still have to be quieter; she's still a little scared. You probably don't remember when you first came to me, but you were terrified of a lot of things." Future Trunks told Future Miyuki.

"Yes, Daddy." Future Miyuki softly replied, standing by his leg—until she saw something that caught her eyes.

"Mew-Mew, can I has a cuppy-cake?" Miyuki asked, walking over to Bulma.

"Uhh…" "It's fine. Do you happen to have The L-I-T-T-L-E M-E-R-M-A-I-D?" Future Trunks gave Bulma permission to give Future Miyuki a cupcake before spelling out The Little Mermaid.

"Yes, I believe so. Why do you ask?" Bulma replied before asking, getting two cupcakes.

"Because I would like to have an adult conversation with just the adults. Some of it's not kid friendly." Future Trunks replied.

"Oh. Right. Of course. Would you like a cupcake?" Bulma asked Baby Miyuki, quickly walking to the living room.

"Yeah." Miyuki answered after Trunks nodded his head.

"You sit in here. Mew-Mew's going to put in a movie for you and Future you." Trunks told Miyuki, setting her in her special-made bouncer while Future Miyuki sat in the front of the couch.

"You can sit on the couch, Sweetie." Bulma told Future Miyuki, handing her a chocolate cupcake with sprinkles. At the same time, Trunks gave Baby Miyuki the same type of cupcake.

"No, Mew-Mew." Future Miyuki answered, removing the cupcake wrapper.

"O-k." Bulma replied, unsure, digging through her DVDs until she found The Little Mermaid.

"Watch the movie and behave." Future Trunks told Future Miyuki.

"Yes, Daddy. Oooh! Mermaid!" Future Miyuki happily cried, watching the TV screen.

"Should I worry about her making a mess? I mean, it's nothing I can't vacuum up, but still…" Bulma asked, watching Future Trunks when they were all in the kitchen.

"No. She's pretty good about not making messes. And if she drops crumbs or whatever, she'll pick them up and eat them. The floors are always clean—and as long as it's not outside on the ground, I don't really care." Future Trunks answered.

"Here. Sit." Bulma insisted, pulling a chair out for Future Trunks.

"Oh, thanks." Future Trunks replied, taking the offer.

"When did she start calling you "Daddy?" Is that newer or right away?" Bulla curiously asked.

"She was two." Future Trunks answered.

"What did you mean by she "finally" made it to four?" Trunks asked, watching Future Trunks.

"There's a question I've been waiting for." Future Trunks started.

"What does that mean?" Vegeta asked, watching Future Trunks.

"Miyuki—she doesn't age like normal people; she ages slower than everyone else. Before any of you ask, let me explain. When I found out, it was a huge shock, and I didn't know how to process it. I wish someone had come to tell me when I got Miyuki like I'm telling you. And I'm telling you, so you know. Full Nekodians don't age like humans or Saiyans; after a year, they only age every nine years. So, if Miyuki were a full Nekodian, in our time, she'd only be two. In your time, she'd still only be one. Their first eleven months, they age like a normal baby does: month by month. But once they reach a year: they're a year for nine years. But because Miyuki's only half Nekodian and half Saiyan; she ages every three years." Future Trunks started explaining.

"So, my Miyuki isn't two?" Trunks asked, looking into the living room.

"No. Her birthday is December 24th. I made it a personal mission to find that out once I figure that out, so we knew when to celebrate her birthday. So, going back to the day I received her—when you received her. She was/is a year and five months in her second year of being one. Yes, I know; it's very confusing. I've had her for seven years and eight months now and have only known the truth for three years. Imagine not knowing or understanding why she wasn't getting any taller or a little more intelligent. Which reminds me… You haven't made a doctor's appointment for her yet, have you?" Future Trunks explained to a shocked group before asking.

"No, not yet. Well, just her eye appointment, but I was going to do the rest tomorrow." Trunks answered.

"Ok. Good. The eye appointment is going to be incredibly important; she needs her glasses. Make an appointment and when you see the doctor, explain to her that she's half Nekodian and ages slower. I'm telling you this because they'll ask about her intelligence later on. She gets tested and diagnosed with autism. I'm telling you right now because honestly, we still don't know much about Nekodians or their culture. Whether she has it or not; Miyuki does display some autistic tendencies. She's developmentally slower, quieter, doesn't like being in large groups of people, loves soft things, and she doesn't talk much. So, several doctors automatically assumed she has autism—and ADD. The ADD I'll buy because she really can't sit still or pay attention. But again, that could all be parts of being half Nekodian."

"From what I've learned, Nekodians are a peaceful, non-violet, and intellectually slower race. There were, however, a small percentage of smarter Nekodians. About ten percent of the race were smart, and five percent of them were geniuses. Miyuki's grandfather being one of them. Miyuki's oldest brother, Taiyo, is also considered a genius. Hinata, the next oldest isn't considered a genius, but he is smart. Kazuyuki is average, but he's an excellent tracker." Future Trunks continued to explain, taking breaths in between.

"Wait. So, was Daisy really twenty-something when I met her? Was she really the ages I was told she was when she gave birth to Miyuki's brothers?" Trunks asked, confused.

"Daisy. She was a full Nekodian and aged once every nine years. Miyuki only ages once every three years. Taiyo and Hinata, being half Nekodian and half human once every two years. That's because of the human in them. I don't know the difference in aging between Saiyans and humans, but there must be a different. And then Kazuyuki, from what I understand, ages normally once a year until he turns sixteen. Once he turns sixteen, he'll age once every three years. Juptarians age once every five years. I'm not sure I understand how any of it works."

"Sorry; I got off track. Let's get this out of the way: I got all my information from some messenger to the Nekodian Elders—who are all dead—or in Limbo; I'm honestly not sure. But anyway: because I'm not a Nekodian, I can't contact the elders for anything. Miyuki's too young to ask or call for them—and she can't be coerced. Somehow—I don't know how. But somehow, the Elders will know; they know anything and everything about anyone who even just the slightest Nekodian." Future Trunks just kind of rambled on and on.

"Are you not allowed to tell us anything about Daisy?" Tien asked.

"No, I can; I just don't want to. She was in her third year as sixteen when she had Taiyo and her seventh year at sixteen when she had Hinata. She was in her second year at seventeen when she had Kazuyuki. And with Miyuki, Daisy was in her eighth year of seventeen when she had her. Taiyo did just turn eleven: that's all true. Hinata's going to be nine: that is also true. Kazuyuki, however, is not two and a half or seven; he's just turned five a few weeks ago your time. They're all good boys, but we only see Taiyo and Hinata. Taiyo and Hinata love being older brothers, but Kazuyuki only cares about his family on his dad's side." Future Trunks answered and continued to explain.

"What about Miyuki? How does she feel about having older brothers?" Bulma asked, watching Future Trunks.

"She's—indifferent. She sees them a few times a year: birthdays, Christmas, Thanksgiving, and for two weeks in the Summer. She knows them by name, but because of how little we actually see them; she doesn't realize they're her brothers. By the time she realizes they're her brothers, it's a huge deal when they have to leave to go home. She cries, screams, and screams for at least an hour or so after they leave until she passes out. Then after a day, it's like she has no memories of them. Then in the Summer: they get to spend two weeks together. We all go to a hotel and stay there. But Summer's the worst. By the time Taiyo and Hinata have to go home, she's upset for at least a week before she forgets." Future Trunks explained, running his hand through his hair.

"What are you planning? How are the boys taking it?" Trunks asked, watching Future Trunks.

"Or can't you talk about it?" Bulma asked, watching Future Trunks.

"I talked to Taiyo and Hinata's father… Seeing as Kazuyuki wants nothing to do with any of them, he figured it best they don't see each other—especially if it's just going to hurt Miyuki in the end. In my opinion, it hurts all the kids, but there's nothing I can do; their father won't bring them down anymore, and I don't know where they live. I'm not going to do something that'll get me taken away from Miyuki. Believe me: that would be the worst thing to happen. But I'll get to that in a little bit."

"But anyway: both boys send birthday and Christmas gifts and in return, we sends them something as well. Hell, even Kazuyuki sends Miyuki birthday and Christmas gifts, so we send him something as well. Taiyo is in his second and final year of being sixteen: he's been working to save up enough to move to West City so he can see Miyuki more. He swears he's going to leave that city and that man to move to West City."

"Their father is a good man, and Taiyo knows that. Taiyo also knows who his biological father is and is incredibly thankful to his and Hinata's father for taking him in, but he can't stand him at the same time. There's just a lot more going on that I can't divulge for several reasons. Mainly because it's not my business."

"And Hinata: he's in his second and final year of being fourteen. I know he just got a job and wants to be part of Miyuki's life just as much as Taiyo. But I don't know what his plans are."

"As for what I'm going to do. For now, I don't know. If Taiyo moves closer, he can see Miyuki; I don't care. It's good for her. Hinata, I'm not sure about. I want them to be able to see each other, but I can't take the heartache." Future Trunks answered Trunks and Bulma to the best of his ability, taking a few breaths in-between.

"Daddy, where Pachi?" Future Miyuki asked, walking over.

"Pachi's not alive yet. You didn't get Pachi until four years ago in our time. This isn't our timeline, remember? This is a long, long time ago." Future Trunks answered Miyuki.

"Oh. White." Future Miyuki replied, walking back to the living room.

"Just give it a minute. Trust me." Future Trunks told Bulma before she could speak.

And he was right:

Future Miyuki was back with another question:

"Daddy, where 'More'Mores, Butterscrotch, and Or-Ors?" Future Miyuki innocently asked, looking around.

"Just like Pachi, they weren't born yet." Future Trunks gently answered.

"Oh. Otay. What 'bout Fissy and Stwipes?" Future Miyuki asked, watching Future Trunks.

"They weren't born yet either. Oh, come here. It's ok. You don't need to be sad; we'll go home after a little bit, and you'll see Pachi, S'more, Butterscotch, Oranges, Fishy, and Stripes again. What's wrong?" Future Trunks told Future Miyuki before lifting her into his arms and rocking her. He then asked when she started fussing.

"I hungy." Future Miyuki answered.

"I'll figure something out; don't worry." Future Trunks replied, sighing a little.

"Would you like a sandwich and some chips?" Bulma asked, watching Future Miyuki.

"Daddy?" Future Miyuki asked, looking up.

"Yes, you can have something. Tell Mew-Mew what you'd like." Future Trunks told Future Miyuki.

"Peanut butter-jelly samwich, pease." Miyuki told Bulma.

"Try again. They don't have your special peanut butter." Future Trunks gently told Future Miyuki.

"Special peanut butter?" Vegeta asked, raising an eyebrow.

"Tukey wit tease?" Future Miyuki asked, looking up.

"That, we have. What type of chips do you like?" Bulma gently asked.

"Petzels?" Future Miyuki softly asked, shaking a little.

"Of course." Bulma replied, standing up.

"I has ganorala bar wit da chalky sips?" Future Miyuki asked as Future Trunks set her on the ground.

"But of course." Bulma replied with a smile, getting everything around.

"Let's go back and watch your movie." Bulma suggested, leading Future Miyuki back to the living with Baby Miyuki.

Bulma gave Future Miyuki her food and gave Baby Miyuki some goldfish crackers.

"There's something like peanut butter—I think it's called "Wow Butter," and Miyuki loves it. She still calls it "Peanut Butter" instead of "Wow Butter." But it's something she likes. It's not exactly something we would normally buy because of how expensive it is, but for Miyuki—it's something she can eat without blowing up or anything. Which reminds me: as long as it's cooked or fried really well, Miyuki will eat shrimp. It can't be cold or raw though, or she will blow up. And we found out that she's not allergic to pork; she just doesn't like pork products—same with cauliflower. But she'll eat broccoli like it's going out of style: cooked and raw."

"She still allergic to all nuts and everything else on that list. As long as she doesn't eat them, Miyuki can pick and hold dandelions; she just sneezes a lot." Future Trunks explained, watching Future Miyuki as Bulma walked over.

"How did you find all that out?" Bulma asked, watching Future Trunks.

"Uhh… Well, Mom and I found the "Wow Butter" on a shopping trip one day. One day, Miyuki ate some of an all-pork hotdog Yamcha or someone brought over for a barbeque. She didn't have any symptoms, but I still rushed her to the hospital. They said there was nothing wrong with her—and that she either was never allergic—or she grew out of it. Same with cauliflower. So, instead of having to panic about every little thing; I agreed to take Miyuki in for allergy testing. Specialty doctors tested everything listed on Miyuki's allergy list. They explained that some people are allergic to raw shellfish but not cooked. Some people are allergic to cooked shellfish but not raw—but that's incredibly rare. Oh, and Shenron made it clear that Miyuki doesn't like them, but Miyuki's not allergic to Senzu Beans. I'm not sure how he'd know that, but he was right." Future Trunks answered and explained.

"How did you find out how old she actually was? Or rather what made you look into all that?" Trunks asked, curious. He wanted to ask earlier. But with everything else, it escaped his mind.

"Her birth certificate. Mom got a hold of a renovation company when she said she would, and the people showed up the same day. Mom, Dad, Miyuki, and I showed them the basement and we came up with a plan. The renovators and me: Mom let me design it how I wanted. Minus the kitchen, I have it how I want. But that's fine: it's still nice to have family dinners. Miyuki and I still have our own space—with a key so that nobody can just come in."

"But anyway: renovations only took a few months and it never occurred to me, but I never took Miyuki's birth certificate, first few pictures, and everything else out. And I didn't for roughly two years. One day, for whatever reason, I was going through all that and noticed that something was off. There was an entire extra area covered with some type of sticker. It mentioned that her Nekodian genes made her age slower. I started asking questions, and one day, I got a letter in the mail, explaining some things. Whenever I had questions, a letter showed up the next day with the answers—to a point I suppose. But that's all I can say about that." Future Trunks answered to the best of his ability.

"Do the glasses really help her?" Goten asked Future Trunks, just noticing Future Miyuki had glasses while Baby Miyuki didn't.

"Oh, yeah: big time. You have no idea. Without them, she'll walk into things or fall over—more. With them, she does just fine. She still falls over quite a bit, but it's not because she can't see what she's walking on or over." Future Trunks answered.

"They're both so adorable." Bulma cooed, watching the girls. She wanted to take a picture, but she also knew better.

"Do you still live here?" Bulla asked, interested.

"Yes. We live in the basement apartment." Future Trunks answered.

"Do you not like living there?" Bulma asked, trying to hide her hurt.

"Issues saving money?" Yamcha asked, walking in.

"You're late." Bulma firmly told Yamcha, annoyed.

"Actually, I didn't contact him. There are reasons, but I can't talk about them right now. All I can say is that he doesn't believe Daku is a bad guy. And no, we like living here: I know Miyuki does. We moved out once for a month." Future Trunks spoke up.

"What happened?" Yamcha asked, being pushy.

"Pop-Pop!" Future Miyuki cried, running to Vegeta; she hid behind his legs—away from Yamcha.

"Da!" Baby Miyuki cried, bouncing around.

"I'm coming." Trunks stood up and went to get Baby Miyuki.

"Is he part of anything Daku's involved in?" Vegeta demanded, not taking his eyes off Yamcha, holding onto Future Miyuki.

"Not that I know of. And as for what happened. I started dating this girl: we got engaged and Miyuki and I moved in with her and her kids. Simple answer: we didn't last and started fighting a lot. We lived there for three weeks before going to a hotel for a week. I then started looking into renting a two-bedroom apartment, but Miyuki because so depressed; she stopped eating. I figured, most of our stuff was still at home: I'd see if Mom and Dad would let me move back in." Future Trunks answered Vegeta and Yamcha.

"How much begging did you have to do?" Yamcha asked, annoyed.

"None. Mom and Dad jumped at having us back. Probably more Miyuki than me, but they helped us move back after only ten minutes. After about a day of being back, Miyuki started coming back and was happy again. For her, it was too much change so quick; she couldn't handle it." Future Trunks answered, becoming annoyed.

"What's wrong with her?" Yamcha asked, shocking everyone.

"There's nothing wrong with her. It's just part of who she is." Future Trunks huffed.

"Yamcha, if you're going to be like this; you can leave." Bulma firmly told Yamcha.

"Fine. I just came by to say that what he said about Daku is true: he's not a bad guy." Yamcha replied before heading out.

"Vegeta, stay calm." Bulma firmly told her husband, patting his arm.

"Daddy…" Future Miyuki mumbled, trying to get out of Vegeta's arms.

Once Vegeta set her down, she ran to her father.

"It's ok, Princess." Future Trunks told Future Miyuki, rubbing her back.

"You're sure he's not part of that lifestyle?" Gohan asked, watching Future Trunks.

"No, I'm not. But he's never done anything to Miyuki—and I've never seen him around any other children. But she's getting tired, so I'd better tell you what I came to tell you." Future Trunks replied, pulling Future Miyuki up a little.

"I not twired." Future Miyuki mumbled.

"Ok. But anyway: earlier you asked about her appearance. If you look at her first pictures that Dr. Bayanettea took and gave to you, you'll see she had white hair. All Nekodian babies start with short white hair and dark blue eyes for a few months. From pictures you'll receive at a later time, her hair started turning brown around five months. Not only that, but a Nekodian's hair grows fast until they reach three. Miyuki's hair started turning purple when she reached her second year of being two. Anyway: we ended up cutting her hair every two months—after we got her to understand we weren't going to cut her. It grew that fast—and it's thicker than any of ours. When she finally got to three, her hair stopped growing as fast."

"Her IQ and ability to learn. Unfortunately, she's part of the twenty percent of Nekodains who are beyond slow. Or that's what we've been told. I've also been told that she is capable of learning and retaining things. However, math, science, geography, any anything educational-wise, aren't things she'll ever be able to retain. That's why, when we were told she had Low-Functioning Autism, I didn't fight it. At the time—and still now, it's the only thing that makes sense to me. I can't go to the doctors with no information because I don't have it myself. But it doesn't matter: I love her just the same."

"As long as she knows who we all are, who to trust and not to trust; I'm happy. She knows shapes, colors, food, toys, movies, music, some of the alphabet, and how to count to five. Right now, we're good. And when I say she knows who to trust: that's a small list. The only people she trusts are in this room right now. Well, and Grandma and Grandpa, but that's for later." Future Trunks started explaining, pausing between subjects to take a breath or adjust Future Miyuki a little.

"Do they accept her? Does she have any friends?" Trunks anxiously asked, watching Future Trunks.

"Grandma and Grandpa love Miyuki and being great grandparents. Aunt Tights—well, she's an entirely different story. But she's one of those subjects I can't tell you about. As for friends… She has a hard time making friends, so Shenron made her some friends—in a sense. That's all I can tell you about that; you'll find out all about that when Miyuki's a little older. For the first few years, she has family and the people in this room. There is another little girl about her age she makes friends with. This little girl is very protective of her as well. So far, that's it though. My ex's daughter: they used to be friends, but she only turned out to be a bully. Which reminds me: don't put Miyuki in any kind of group."

"You'll be asked to have her join a group so that she can make friends her own age. It does not end well. The first day there she is severely bullied and picked on because of her ears. She gets pushed down, sand and woodchips kicked in her face. Most of the kids in that group are normal humans who learn from their parents who aren't thrilled about difference races being on earth. There's really nothing that can be done. And Miyuki wasn't the only non-human in the group. After some time, the group was shut down. There was an incident involving Miyuki that had to be looked into." Future Trunks explained.

"What incident?" Everyone asked, watching Future Trunks.

"The main reason she was bullied was because of her cat ears. For the most part, Miyuki looks like a normal little girl. She looks at all of you and sees you don't have cat ears like her. Daisy cut hers off and got surgery to get normal ears, so Miyuki never saw her mother with cat ears either. So—unfortunately, Miyuki tried cutting her ears off with a razor blade she somehow managed to get her hands on; she also sliced her hands and fingers as well." Future Trunks explained to a very shocked group of people.

"But I love her ears!" Bulla exclaimed, very upset about all that.

"How old was she?" Bulma asked, too shocked to ask anything else.

"At the time, she was in her third year of being three. We're better about that now, though; she's learned to accept her ears and how she looks. She knows that we, the people who matter, love her just the way she is." Future Trunks answered after thinking for a few seconds.

Bulma, Bulla, and Trunks were too shocked to say anything while Vegeta stood there, seething.

"Yeah… That was our reactions as well. And it took everyone to hold dad back from going to each one of those kids and beating the crap out of them and their parents." Future Trunks explained.

"Oh. I knew I was forgetting something. I know you want to be independent and all that, but I'm telling you right now, don't go out and find a random job somewhere. Stay in the family business and work at Capsule Corp." Future Trunks firmly told Trunks.

"Why?" Trunks asked, confused.

"Miyuki has abandonment issues or something. Anytime you try to go out to go job searching or whatever, she freaks out and won't stop screaming. Nothing soothes or calms her down. She'll scream until she passes out for about half an hour. Then she'll wake up, realize you're not there, and start all over again. It's easier if you stay at Capsule Corp because you can take Miyuki with you. The only way you can get out of the house for some time to yourself is if Mom, Dad, Bulla, Goku, Chi-Chi, Gohan, Videl, or Goten take her out for a few hours."

"She is such a good girl and rarely has tantrums. And she never misbehaves; she always eats all her food and picks up her toys. She never asks for anything. Or if she does, I usually get it for her because she usually never asks for anything. She goes to bed on time. But then again, she loves to sleep. She listens when she's told something. She just doesn't like to be left alone." Future Trunks answered and then continued to explain things.

"So, she's moved on from everything then?" Krillin asked.

"Of course, she has. It's been roughly eight years since she's been with him in their time." Bulma stated, watching both Baby Miyuki and Future Miyuki.

"Actually, no we haven't completely moved on yet; she still has night terrors from time to time. And her being so clingy with her abandonment stems from Daisy and all she did. Every now and then, she randomly have panic attacks. I suppose if anything good came of any of that, Miyuki doesn't like not being naked or strange men—boys in general. Sometimes she'll run around in her underwear and a shirt, but that's not often." Future Trunks explained, shocking Bulma.

"Does she have a boyfriend or mate?" Bulla asked, watching Future Trunks.

"Not yet. I'm sure one day she will. But for now, that's the furthest thing from her mind." Future Trunks answered, causing Trunks to breathe a sigh of relief.

"Who's Pachi?" Tien asked, curious.

"Pachi's Miyuki's puppy. S'mores, Butterscotch, and Oranges are her kittens. And Fishy and Stripes are her fishes. Those you get later on down the road." Future Trunks answered.

"Wait. How do you look so good when it's been eight years? You should look at least a little older. What's going to happen to Miyuki when you pa—" "Stop. It's fine. At first, I thought it had something to do with Nekodians. However, in reality, no one knows why, but we're all immortal. I stopped looking like I age at twenty-one. We don't talk about death with Miyuki: it's something that greatly upsets her." Future Trunks interrupted Pan.

"So, you don't have any other children?" 18 asked, watching Future Trunks.

"No." Future Trunks simply answered.

"But you'll have some more eventually, yes?" Bulma asked, indicating she wanted grandchildren.

"No. I decided some time ago that I didn't want any more children, so I got a vasectomy. I love Miyuki more than anything; she's my entire world. But with everything going on with her; she is a handful. It's easier for me to focus all of my attention on her instead of having to divide it between two or more children. Yes, I have loads of help—and I appreciate every bit of it. But I just need Miyuki." Future Trunks answered and explained.

"Daddy, we go home now?" Future Miyuki mumbled in her sleep.

"Just a minute, Princess. There's at least one more thing I need to explain to them. Then we'll go home." Future Trunks replied, rubbing her back.

"Otay." Future Miyuki mumbled.

"What else is there?" Trunks asked, watching Future Trunks.

"Miyuki loves you more than anyone; she trusts you. It's a long road for her to trust the others—and she's always shy and quiet. But she does open up and communicate with everyone here. With that said: don't get used to it even after she seems content because it takes her seeing just one person to set everything back. In reality, there is more than just one person, but you know what I mean."

"As time goes on, there will be groups of mainly men who show up to try to take her. Some she'll recognize and some she won't. Keep your eyes open because you never know who you can trust. Dr. Bayanettea: he's coming to the end of his career. He's a great guy, but he forgets certain details—such as Nekodians age differently. Trunks, don't be afraid to let your parents help you with anything—mainly setting up doctor's appointments for Miyuki: Mom's best with that." Future Trunks explained before telling Trunks with a smile.

"Thank you, for everything." Trunks told Future Trunks.

"It's no problem. To everyone else, keep an eye on Miyuki as well because you all become part of her life in more ways than you ever thought you would." Future Trunks added, standing with a limp Future Miyuki in his arms.

"Is she ok?" Bulma asked, concerned.

"She's fine. Once she's asleep, Miyuki can become very limp. As long as I know she's breathing and not complaining that she's hurting in anyway; I know she's ok. I have some of the best teachers and have learned plenty for them." Future Trunks answered and then stated with a smile.

"Oh! Come here!" Bulma demanded, carefully hugging Future Trunks and Future Miyuki at the same time.

"One more thing. Once she's up and walking, she likes to use her little toilet by herself. Fair warning: after she's done and someone helps her wash her hands, let her out of the bathroom before you flush everything. She hates the flushing noise; it's too loud for her." Future Trunks explained.

"Well, I should get her home. I'm sure I'll be back in a few years when she's older and I have new news. Until then, see you around." Future Trunks told everyone, heading to the door.

"See you around!" Everyone replied, waving until they were gone.

"Well, that certainly was a fun learning experience." Vegeta huffed, watching Trunks and Miyuki.

"Yeah… But at least we know what to look out for—and a little more about what Miyuki is half of. More importantly, we know to keep an eye out for the men who hurt her—and more that want to." Trunks replied before firmly stating, lifting Miyuki a little.

"Yeah…" Bulma sadly sighed, watching Miyuki, thinking how unfair her life had been.

"So—now what?" Goku asked, watching Trunks and Vegeta.

"We do everything we can to protect her—to protect the rest of our families and the planet." Vegeta determinedly answered.

"So, the norm, then?" Tien asked with a small smile.

"Yes—the norm." Bulma and Chi-Chi sighed, annoyed.

"She's definitely a special little girl." 18 stated, looking at Miyuki. Trunks had her in his arms, sitting on his knee.

"She most certainly is." Trunks agreed, carefully pulling Miyuki up to him again.

"Da." Miyuki spoke, looking at Trunks.

"My special little princess." Trunks said, smiling at Miyuki.

"Hey, Ma? When's dinner?" Bulla asked, looking at the stove.

"Ahh! My roast!" Bulma frantically yelled, running to the stove to get her roast.

"Well, if that's all; we'll be headed out." 18 informed everyone, standing up.

"Same here." Piccolo agreed, getting ready to leave.

"Thanks for coming." Bulma thanked 18, Krillin, Marron, and Piccolo.

"No problem. Keep an eye on that little girl." Krillin replied before they all left.

"If you want, I can come by in the morning to take the truck back. I left my car at the moving truck place so I could drive the truck for you. I can just explain the situation to them." Tien offered, standing up.

"Are you sure?" Bulma asked, somewhat shocked.

"Yeah. It's no problem. I have places to be tomorrow, so I need to get my car. And don't worry about trying to pay me back for it—or anything: I'm glad to help. If you still want, I'm painting the house when I get back in three days. I'm guessing a family lived in the house before me because there's a little area with a wall that's been turned into a chalkboard or something along those walls. I was going to remove it, but Miyuki could sit there and color on the wall." Tien offered, watching Bulma.

"Uh, yeah… That'd be great. Thank you. Would you like to stay for dinner and spend the night? We have a spare room you could stay in for the night." Bulma replied with a smile before offering as she got the potatoes ready.

"That'd be great. Thanks." Tien replied, taking Bulma's offer. Chiaotzu was away for the next week at a training camp.

"What is it?" Trunks asked when Miyuki started wiggling around.

"Pa-potty." Miyuki slowly answered.

"Come on. Do you want to use your new big-girl potty?" Trunks asked, stopping to pick up the new toilet they got her.

"Yeah." Miyuki answered as Trunks walked to the bathroom.

It took a few minutes to get the potty-training toilet out of the box, but Miyuki held it in and waited.

Once Trunks had it set up, he set Miyuki on her toilet and made sure she didn't fall sideways.

"Mom, can you come get Miyuki so I can use the toilet?!" Trunks called from down the hall.

"Of course." Bulma practically ran down the hall to get Miyuki.

"Are you hungry?" Bulma asked Miyuki, walking with her to the kitchen.

"Da?" Miyuki asked, confused.

"He'll be out in just a minute or two. He had to go potty." Bulma gently told Miyuki, setting her in her highchair.

"Thanks for having us for dinner." Videl and Chi-Chi thanked Bulma.

"It's no problem at all. I've always considered you family in some way or another, but now it's official with Trunks making Gohan and Videl Miyuki's godparents and Goku and Chi-Chi her god grandparents. Not to mention, Bulla and Goten officially connecting and such. We're all family—even Tien. Plus, the roast I got is meant to feed a small army or something." Bulma replied with a smile as Vegeta cut the roast up and brought it to the table.

"Is she going to be able to eat any of the food?" Pan asked, speaking up when Trunks walked out.

"That's a good question. Does she have any teeth?" Bulma asked, realizing they never looked in her mouth.

"I know she has some front teeth. Miyuki, can you open your mouth for me?" Trunks replied before asking Miyuki.

Slowly, Miyuki opened her mouth for Trunks.

"Well?" Goku asked after a few seconds.

"She's just missing a few in the back on her right side. But otherwise, she has a mouth full of teeth as she should have." Trunks answered after poking around Miyuki's mouth.

"What's that face for?" Bulma asked, watching Miyuki's face scrunch up.

"She probably tastes what's left of the soap I used to wash my hands with. Would you like some milk to get rid of that taste?" Trunks answered and then asked, watching Miyuki's scrunched-up face.

"Or-or?" Miyuki asked, looking at Trunks.

"How about some milk first? You've already had a lot of orange juice today." Trunks gently told Miyuki.

"K." Miyuki answered, making a face.

An Hour & A Half Later:

"See you later. Have a good night and a safe ride home." Bulma told Goku and them as they left.

"Thanks for dinner." Goku, Chi-Chi, and the rest of them thanked Bulma before leaving.

"What's the plan for the rest of the night?" Vegeta asked, watching Trunks and Miyuki.

"Are you putting her crib in your room?" Bulma asked, standing next to Miyuki's crib.

"Yes, that's the plan. She'll stay with me until either basement gets done and she can have her own room. I would rather not get everything set up in one room just to have to move her into a new room in a month or so. As for the rest of the night: it's getting late. I was going to give Miyuki a bath, do some of her hip exercises, and then put her to bed. After that, I may get some of her things set up that are easy enough to move." Trunks answered, looking at the bags filling the living room.

"Do you want to use the regular tub—or the one Videl brought earlier?" Bulma asked, watching Trunks.

"I think I'll use the smaller tub for her. That way I can also take a bath. It's been a long, stressful day. I just want to relax for a little bit." Trunks replied.

"Do you need any help?" Bulma asked, watching Trunks, shocking Vegeta.

"He's a grown man, Woman!" Vegeta exclaimed, causing Miyuki to bury her face in Trunks's shoulder.

"Not him. Miyuki, you idiot. I know Trunks is an adult; he's nineteen with a baby after all. No, I figured he could sit in the tub with the curtain closed and I could wash Miyuki while you and Tien get the crib in Trunks's room and the bed in the basement or somewhere." Bulma argued, shaking her head.

"Thanks, Mom; I'd appreciate that. I'm sure Miyuki would as well. Until she's fully used to us and understands we're not going to hurt her, it may best if you bathe her for the first few weeks or so." Trunks replied to Bulma, making her day.

"Awesome. You get the tubs and such ready while I find Miyuki a new diaper and jammies. That way you have time to get in and everything. There's a line on the little tub: don't go past that." Bulma instructed, taking Miyuki from Trunks.

"I'm going to take a bath in the big tub. Grandma will bring you in for your bath in just a few minutes." Trunks told Miyuki, kissing the top of her head after seeing her confusion.

Five Minutes Later:

Knock. Knock. Knock.

"Is it safe to come in now?" Bulma asked after knocking on the door.

"Da!" Miyuki cried, looking at the closed bathroom door.

"Yeah, come in. The curtain's closed so that only my head is showing!" Trunks called back. Not that that mattered a whole hell of a lot: Trunks was still wearing his boxers. He felt it was best for Miyuki—and would make her feel comfortable if he had them on.

"There's Daddy." Bulma happily told Miyuki, kneeling next to the little tub.

"Da!" Miyuki cried, reaching for him.

"Are you ready to get undressed for your bath?" Bulma asked, watching Miyuki.

"Da!" Miyuki cried, wanting nothing to do with the little tub; she just wanted Trunks.

"I think she wants to bathe with Trunks. Sorry. I don't mean to eavesdrop or anything; Dad and Tien want to know where the crib is supposed to go." Bulla stated, peeking in the bathroom.

"Good Lord. Never send a man to do a woman's job. Do you mind if Miyuki joins you?" Bulma huffed before asking Trunks.

"No, that's fine." Trunks replied, sitting up a little.

Bulma got Miyuki undressed and then handed her to Trunks; she couldn't help but excitedly coo when she laid against Trunks.

"No. Don't you even dare. Miyuki's not the only one in the tub; I'm in here as well. This will no—" Trunks started protesting when he saw Bulma's phone; she was taking a picture. And she did too.

Bulma walked away, laughing.

Nothing was visible:

Miyuki's head was on Trunks's shoulder, and you couldn't see anything past her hips.

If Bulma had to guess: Miyuki's feet maybe made it to Trunks's stomach.

"Your grandmother…" Trunks sighed, watching Miyuki.

"Mew-Mew?" Miyuki asked, snuggled against Trunks.

"Yes, Mew-Mew." Trunks replied, scratching her ears.

'Honestly, I hadn't expected this. But it's nice to know that even though it's only been a day, she trusts and feels safe with me. She does trust me, right? I mean, she must if she's laying in the tub with me: her wearing nothing and me only in my boxers. Saying "naked" in this situation just seems wrong to me.' Trunks thought to himself, holding Miyuki.

"Mmmm…" Miyuki stretched, making a noise before curling up.

"Ok—come on." Trunks calmly instructed, standing up with her in his arms. He then carefully placed her in her tub, knelt next to the little tub, and washed Miyuki.

"Mmmm…" Miyuki cried once Trunks got to her area.

"I know, Princess. But it needs to get washed. Do you want me to call Mew-Mew?" Trunks sadly asked, watching Miyuki.

"Do you need me for anything?" Bulma asked, walking in.

"Wha—have you been waiting outside the door this entire time." Trunks asked, staring at Bulma in utter disbelief.

"No." "Yes." Bulma and Vegeta answered at the same time.

"Traitor." Bulma mumbled as Vegeta walked by.

"Never mind. Can you finish cleaning her so I can get her ready for bed?" Trunks asked, watching Bulma.

"I'd love to. Miyuki?" Bulma replied before asking Miyuki.

Miyuki just nodded, holding onto the side of her tub.

"I'll be right back, ok? I'm going to change in our room. Then I'll be back to change you and put you to bed." Trunks told Miyuki, noticing her confusion when he stood up.

Three Minutes Later:

"Da!" Miyuki cried when Trunks walked back in.

"Hi." Trunks replied, watching Miyuki.

"I think Future you is right: you're going to have to work at Capsule Corp. Miyuki stared at the door the entire time you were gone, waiting for you to come back; she never noticed me cleaning her—anywhere. You really aren't going to be able to out and do whatever you want for a few months." Bulma told Trunks, handing him Miyuki after wrapping her in a towel.

"I know, Mom. I kind of figured that out earlier when she'd get upset every time I walked away or something. And it's fine. I'm sure it'll be different—and probably really hard at first. But I made a mistake with Daisy, and I have to take care of Miyuki. Miyuki is priority number one from here on in. And I'm fine with that. I don't have to be, but I am. Daisy was a mistake, but Miyuki is one hundred percent my little miracle. I screwed up by not believing I ever did something as stupid as knocking Daisy up. And because of that, Miyuki was severely hurt. It's amazing she trusts me like she does. But it's also a good thing: she has someone she knows she can trust who won't hurt her. No matter how clingy she is, I will be there for her. And from what Future Trunks explained, I still go out thanks to you, Dad, Gohan, and several others. And working at Capsule Corp is fine. It's not something I planned on doing my entire life, but it's a family business and Miyuki's my number one concern. I will do what's best for her. Speaking of which, I have to get her ointments on, changed, try to get some hip exercises, and to bed." Trunks replied, slightly annoyed, holding Miyuki close.

"Mom, I'm sorry. It's just I'm sick of hearing the doubt in everyone's tones that I can do this. I love and appreciate you and Dad so much more than you will ever know. I can do this; I know I can. And I know I'm not on my own: I have you, Dad, Bulla, Gohan, Videl, Goku, Chi-Chi, Goten, and so many more helping me. If I had to do it on my own for whatever reasons, I'd figure it out. I know it's only been a day, but I do love Miyuki more than anyone or anything." Trunks apologized and then explained his reasoning for snapping a little.

"Trunks—I'm sorry. I didn't mean to sound like I was doubting you. I know you can do this." Bulma sincerely apologized, not realizing she made Trunks feel this way.

"Thanks, Mom. I love you, but I gotta get Miyuki ready for bed. If I don't fall asleep after her, I'll see you later. If I do, I'll see you in the morning. Just in case: love you, night." Trunks told Bulma, quickly hugging her.

"Nigh." Miyuki softly told Bulma.

"Love you both, too. Night, Pumpkin." Bulma replied, kissing the top of Miyuki's head.

"Nigh." Miyuki softly told Vegeta, passing him down the hall.

"Night, Princess. Night, Son." Vegeta replied before Trunks and Miyuki disappeared to their room for the night…
