"Hmm… are you certain my child? The roads of Skyrim is harsher than the snow that falls upon the mountains." So I've been told.

After denying Skjor's help, he pulled me back to Jorrvaskar to look for Kodlak.

"She is certain Kodlak. She wouldn't even accept my offer to accompany her." Pulling my wrist held by his hand, I gave him a glare.

"That's because I was hoping for Vilkas to accompany me since I've been seeing him more outside of Whiterun and we've been out together before." The tone of voice is not something you should take when talking to your superiors back in my world but with a guy like this? Who wouldn't?

"Which is why I should accompany you. He's a cub and so are you." Crossing my arms on my chest, I gave him a sarcastic smile.

"So you do doubt Vilkas' ability to aid me in battle? Well that's contradicting to what you have said a while ago that Vilkas is the Master of Arms in the Companions.. You are basically saying that… he could teach the newcomers their way in the battlefield but cannot protect me?"

"Let me remind you the first time you came to Whiterun you were half dead already. Who was with you that time? Indeed… Vilkas."

"ENOUGH!" I held back my tongue as I heard for the first time Kodlak raising his voice.

"I will decide."

"Place your bags on the horse and walk beside it. Do not be lazy" Damn Skjor. Damn with all due respect to Kodlak. Why? Why do I have to suffer with this man?

"I do not need you babying me."

"Then do not act like one."

"That's it. I give up. Never mind accompanying me. We will never reached the Nettlebane with this situation."

"Nettlebane? What are you talking about?"

"In order to save the Gildergreen, we need the sap of the Eldergleam. But… we need the Nettlebane to be able to cut from the sap of the Eldergleam."

"And the Nettlebane is…?"

"Held by a Hagraven at the Orphan Rock…" Skjor stopped walking. It took me a while before I realized he didn't follow me. Holding the reigns, I looked back at him. His face shows that anytime he will shout at me in anger.

"A Hagraven?! Are you out of your mind?!" I wasn't even surprised about his reaction. No one will want to go against a Hagraven. They're nasty witches.

"That's why I want Vilkas for this. I'm guessing he would know much."

"Nothing will change. The Companions never liked witches to begin with." We continued to walk down the road as I hummed in agreement.

"I never wonder. Glenmoril Witches gave you a curse that you can never cure."

"Not all of us think of it as a curse. Only the pups do."

"and Kodlak… he wants a cure Skjor. I know Aela and you embraced the blood of the beast but you should consider the others as well." He scoffed in disbelief and walked faster than I.

The sun has set down and both settled for the night while Skjor lay awake in the night. As he waited for the night to pass, his eyes wandered on the strange girl that came into the life of Companions. Vilkas and Kodlak said that this girl is blessed by the gods with a gift of foresight. He didn't believed it. He didn't also believed when she knew Vilkas is a wolf nor did he believed when Vilkas insisted that she was hunted by vampires because of it. When the girl shifted in her sleep, the cloth tied around her forehead slipped. Come to think of it, the girl has an odd scar on her forehead as if it is in shape of a dragon.

Maybe that's why she was hunted? Shaking his head, he decided he will believe it when he sees it. Vilkas said that she has the power to see the future. I wonder if what will my future be? Skjor stood up and pat the girl gently on her cheeks.

"Lazy girl, time to wake up." She gave him a growl and opened her eyes, blinking away the fogginess and glared at him.

"I hate you." He gave her a grin.

"I know"

The road to Orphan Rock was harsh. As Skjor looks around, he noticed the girl stopped.

"Before anything else, let me brief you on the dangers that lies ahead." The girl wasn't able to continue her thoughts when Skjor gave her a scoff before turning into a werewolf. He looked at her and gave her a grin before dashing to the Orphan Rock. She wanted to call his name, but she just groaned and raced towards his direction. By the time she reached Orphan Rock, she saw two witches laying on the ground.

Withdrawing her sword, she carefully ventured the place towards the camp where the other two witches remained.

She then heard a loud roar and the screeching of the Hagraven. Picking up her pace, she ran towards the sound. She reached the camp and saw the back of two witches. One was crossing the log towards the other side while the other is 3 meters behind her. She knew Skjor is too blood crazed to even bother sensing the witches presence. Taking a deep breath, she dashed behind the witch and stab her at the back. The witch screamed as she pulled the sword out of its body. This alerted the nearby witch and was about to cast a spell when the girl threw her weapon and aimed it to the witch's chest. The witch gave her a scream before falling. Hearing a splat down, the girl sighed.

"Fuck Skjor for not even bothering to listen." She turned her attention back at the Hagraven. The Hagraven and Skjor is nowhere to be found. Should I even bother to look for him? Shrugging, she crossed the log towards the other side and looked for the chest containing the Nettlebane.

While the girl was searching, she felt a presence behind her. Slightly looking back, she saw Skjor still in a werewolf form standing behind her breathing heavily.

"Next time, listen to me idiot." She said while still looking for the dagger. Seconds later, she felt a wet organ sliding in her neck. Startled, she immediately turned around and punch Skjor in the face. Unfortunately, werewolves have thicker skin. Skjor didn't even flinched. He continued to move closer to the girl. She panicked… and it was a wrong choice.

By the time she turned her back to me and attempt to ran, I pounced. She fell on the ground but began to crawl away from me. Her position just made my blood rise. I raised my arm and hugged her from behind. Her arms trapped on her sides. She kept struggling. Like a little prey she is. As someone who embraced the blood of the beast, I can control what I do. After the fight with the Hagraven, there's another fire I want to end. Her scent. Her scent is the fire.

The girl didn't bother talking to him the whole duration of the trip back home. Mostly because she rode the horse and was now ahead of him. The incident awhile ago was something he could explain. He likes her. He likes the girl. If only he was able to reach heaven.

When he was too distracted, she sliced the werewolf's chest. Skjor howled in pain. With a swift movement, she threw dirt on his eyes, blinding him.

And now she was nowhere to be found. When he transformed back into human, he was now nursing a large wound across his chest. He even drank the Hagraven's healing potion to be able to leave Orphan Rock. He continued walking towards the direction of her scent. Unfortunately, the sky started to turn grey. It's going to rain and it will make him lose track of her scent.

Groaning in frustration, he knew Kodlak will be so disappointed at him.

"How many times do I have to apologize?!"

"Shut your trap Ralof!"

Where was I? Oh yes. I am currently in the beginning of the game. Yes. That's right. I am sitting with my hands bound and are currently resting on my lap. Ulfric's in front of me gagged and still looking at me and beside him is the main reason why I am here.

I don't know where I was going. All I know is I need to run away from Skjor. As I travel to look for any shelter, I heard clashes of swords not far from where I am. That's when I saw Ralof running towards my direction.

"Help!" He shouted. I didn't know who is hunting him. But I'm a good ally. I ran the horse towards the enemies, slashing them with my sword. Due to the sea of soldiers, I wasn't able the arrow aimed at my back.

I was scraped by the arrow at my right shoulder. I could've left that time if it weren't for another soldier knocking me off the horse. I lay down the ground with a sword at my neck.

When the soldiers rounded up all the Stormcloak soldiers made me realized that the enemy soldiers were the Imperials. In short, I was fucked. Thanks to Ralof dragging me into their affairs. Not only he made me fight the Imperials, it advanced the game. It means anytime, Alduin will appear. And I am not ready to face him.

We've reached Helgen faster than I expected. Ralof wouldn't shut up and kept talking and muttering apologies to me. I didn't bother. I am close to my death. As we trot towards the middle of the town, I saw General Tulius talking to the High Elves. Great. Just great. This just confirms that I am indeed at the beginning of the game. The meeting with Alduin in which I am not ready for.
