Thea was nervous all day. She couldn't focus, she had her kindergarten class work on their reading and then writing.

Would she be able to sit there and go through their memories without crying? Then she thought about Joey, would he deny her? Would he try to take her from Thea? His family was sure to blow their top when they found out, probably call Thea name after name.

Getting home, Brie was outside arguing with some men, Seth was trying to calm Brie down. Renee was holding Joey, who looked absolutely confused. A cop was standing by her front door.

Thea got out of her car and walked over.

"What's going on?", she asked.

"You've been evicted", Renee said.

"What?", she asked, before making her way to her siblings.

Seth saw her and placed his hands on his hips.

"What's going on Seth? Renee said I was just evicted", she said.

He nodded and pointed towards the cop. Thea walked over to him.

"I live here", Thea said to him.

"I'm sorry, but the home owners have asked me and their lawyer to not let you in. The lawyer is inside right now", the cop said.

"But I still have two more days to pay", Thea said.

"I'm sorry, I was just told to stand out here and not let you in", he said.

The front door opened and the lawyer came out. Dwayne sighed and walked over to her, handing her a paper.

"They won't hold anything against you, they understand you can't afford it. They won't ask for the money that's owed as long as you leave.", Dwayne said.

"What am I suppose to do? I need clothes, my child and sister need their things. They can't just take everything", Thea said.

"Actually they can, they can sell whatever they can and make up the money that's owed", Dwayne said.

"Can I just please grab a few things for my daughter, please Dwayne", Thea begged.

"I'm sorry Thea, if I could I would but I can't", he said.

He walked past her and the cop stood by the door. Thea closed her eyes, bad move, now her tears ran down her cheeks. Dwayne drove off.

"You three can come and stay with us, we won't leave you out in the street", Renee said.

Thea turned back towards the cop and he held his hands up.

"Please, I just, my daughter needs clothes, my sister as well. The only photos I have of her are in that house, photos that can't be replaced, they won't be able to sell those. The photos of my husband, please, I just, give me five minutes. Please", Thea begged.

The cop sighed, but nodded.

"Okay, nothing of value", he said.

"Just what's valuable to me", she said.

He nodded and unlocked the door.

"Thank you, so much", she said.

Everyone walked in.

"Renee, can you take Joey upstairs and pack her clothes and the few toys you can carry", Thea said.

Renee nodded and took Joey up to her room. Thea looked at Seth.

"Um, in Roman's old office, his birth certificate is in his safe along with mine and Joey's, can you also grab all the paper work that's in the safe box on the side", she said.

He nodded and she gave him the code. Their wedding date.

"It would be easier to remember our anniversary if I use it as our safe code", Roman had joked.

"So if you forget the safe code, that's when I know you forgot our anniversary", she had said.

He had laughed and kissed her cheek, before telling her he loved her and that he would never forget.

Brie had gone to her room to pack her things. Thea walked into her bedroom and took a deep breath before walking towards her closet and grabbing a suitcase, putting photo albums and clothes into it.

Seth walked into her room and held the files she needed.

"Thank you", she said, pushing them into her purse.

"Ready?", he asked.

She shook her head no.

"I don't know what I did to deserve this. First, I lose my husband, and now…", she stopped.

Seth rubbed his little sister's back.

"You know, that you, Joey, and Brie are more than welcome to stay with us for as long as you need", he whispered.

"I know, but…", she stopped.

"I know", he said, hugging her tight.

Getting to the house at the time Thea had told him. He panicked a bit to see a cop at the door. Dean jumped out of the car, Roman followed.

"Come on man, let me in", Dean said.

"I can't sir", the cop said.

"Did something happen to my niece? My sister in law?", Dean asked.

Roman was confused.

"Oh, you're her family?", the cop asked.

Dean nodded.

"I'm sorry sir, it's just that Mr. And Mrs. Reigns had asked me not to let anyone in, but I let her in to grab a few important items", the cop said.

"Mr. And Mrs. Reigns?", Roman asked.

The cop nodded.

"Seems like she owes money on the house and they decided to take it and everything in it. If you asked me, I think it's messed up", he said sadly.

Roman was pissed, that must have been what they were talking about before he had entered the room.

He swallowed.

"Can I go?", Dean asked.

The cop nodded and let them pass. Getting inside, Dean made his way upstairs. Roman followed.

Dean turned into a room.

"Uncle Dean", a tiny voice said.

Roman froze, remembering Dean had asked about a niece. What niece? The only nieces he had belonged to their other siblings. Slowly entering the soft blue bedroom, the name Joey was made out in letters on the door.

"Daddy, you're here", that same tiny voice said to him.

He turned towards the voice, a little girl in Dean's arms. A blonde woman stood looking between them.

"I should go get Thea", she said, before leaving the room.

Dean set down the little girl and she ran over to him, taking his hand and pulling him more into her room.

"Mommy said you were coming today", she said sweetly.

Roman looked at his brother.

"What the hell is going on?", Roman whispered.

Brie came around the corner.

"Joey, you about ready to…", she stopped.

Looking from Dean to Roman. Thea appeared next, she walked into the room.

"Hey", Thea said, nervously.

"Why is she calling me daddy?", Roman asked.

"I'll explain, all of it, but we have to go. I was only allowed to come in to get clothes and photo albums", she said sadly.

"Joey, come and help aunt Renee and I load the car", Seth said.

"But daddy just got here", Joey said, holding onto Roman's hand tight.

Roman bent down to the little girl's level and smiled.

"I'm not going anywhere, okay. Listen to your uncle", Roman said.

Joey nodded and wrapped her tiny arms around Roman.

"I love you daddy", she whispered, before kissing his cheek and running towards her uncle Seth.

"We should give them a moment too", Dean said to Brie.

She nodded and they left.

"When?", he asked.

"I found out the day you got into your accident. You wanted to celebrate and spend the rest of the day, in bed", she said.

"Why didn't you tell me?", he asked.

"Because you were already feeling overwhelmed with finding out you were married, I didn't want to add anymore", she said.

"If my math is correct, she'll be around four?", he guessed.

"Almost", she said.

"Joey?", he asked.

"Joseph's your middle name", she said.

He nodded.

"She knows who I am?", he asked.

"Yeah, she asked why her cousins had dads but she didn't. I told her about you and gave her a photo I had.", she said.

He sat on the small bed in the room.

"I understand you're processing all this, but we really have to go. I don't want the cop outside to get in trouble for letting us in", she said.

He looked at her.

"Who's kicking you out?", he asked.

He wanted to see if she would rat out his parents. She swallowed.

"The bank", she said, lying.

"You just lied to me", he said.

She sighed.

"Why did you ask if you already knew", she said.

"You aren't going anywhere, don't move", he said, standing.

"No, Roman please. I don't want to have anymore bad blood with your family, besides the house is in your parents names", she said.

He pointed a finger at her.

"Don't. Move.", he said stern.

She nodded. He lightly touched her cheek.

"I'll be right back", he said.

She nodded, before he left. Roman quickly made his way down and out. Dean sent him a nod.

"Make sure they don't leave, okay, I'll be right back", Roman said to him.

Dean nodded as Roman got in his car and drove off.

"What's with him?", Brie asked.

Dean looked over at her. She was still as beautiful as ever. He kicked himself every day for listening to his mom and breaking it off with Brie.

"Roman doesn't remember Thea, if you stay with Brie, you'll only make it worse for Roman and for Thea", she had said.

He owed the Reigns family everything, they adopted him after his mom left him at their house and took off with her new husband.

"He just might save this house for Thea", Dean said.

Brie smiled and nodded.

"How have you been Brie?", he asked.

"Good", she said.

He nodded.

"I never, I, see I had, If I…", he didn't know how to apologize to her for breaking her heart.

She looked down before meeting his eyes again.

"I know why you did it Dean and I understand, I'm just glad you didn't write her off like everyone else in your family", she said.

"If I would have known she needed money...", she cut him off.

"She wouldn't have taken it, you know that", Brie said.

"Early birthday gift for Joey", he said, shrugging.

Brie laughed.

"I miss you and I know that right now I'm at the bottom of your list, but I'm willing to wait. I'd like another chance, what we had was going somewhere, I was ready", he said.

She smiled softly.

"You were always at the top", she said.

He smiled.
