My Lilyflower, a poem

So, i had a dream last night that I was in English class and had to write a poem that James Potter could write to Lily, and i wrote it while sleeping, and here it is.

a/n this came to me in a dream, funnily enough. I had a dream that my old English teacher assigned our class to write a poem that James would write to Lily and this is what I wrote while asleep haha and it had to be ten lines so it's ten lines haha the actually assignment was more detailed and didn't make sense so we'll leave it at that haha well here it is

My Lilyflower

An unthorned rose,

That cute-button nose.

The Perfect life to live in,

Your cream-colored skin.

A lightly perfumed air,

Surrounds that radiant red hair.

An all too soon demise,

But oh! Those emerald eyes!

But one gift of all is best, it's true.

That gift, my Lilyflower, is you.
