This chapter I am going a different way with the story. I'm trying to go back and have the reader relive Raven's past memories as if we were reading them from her journal. While Raven is giving us her thoughts about how she felt while she was reliving that memory. I hope that makes sense! This is also to give the reader some context on their previous relationship over time, flashbacks. The italics are the scripts took from her diary entries.

"Hey Rae." The blonde girl said with a blissful smile.
"Hey you." Raven replied.
"What are you doing?" Terra asked.
"Nothing now." Raven said. A smile took over her face as her eyes lit up.
Terra giggled as she saw Raven's smile begin to crack the serious look on her face.
I couldn't help but look away. It was moments like these that I've grown fond of. These memories are dear to me. She soothes me.
Raven looked away for a moment, she was blushing slightly and had hoped to turn her head quick enough so the blonde wouldn't see it.
Terra sat down next to Raven and pulled her knees to her chest.
We were on top of the tower. It was the middle of summer, slight breeze, and orange sky. I was sitting up there to clear my head. I had no idea she'd be looking for me.
"Wow, it sure is beautiful isn't it?" Terra said as she took a deep breathe out.
"Absolutely." Raven said.
"It's very calming" Terra replied.
"You have no idea." Raven said in a whisper.
"Hey..." The blonde girl said as she gently lifted her hand to place on Raven's arm.
Raven looked down as soon as she felt the soft touch of her friend.
"I know your struggling." Terra said sincerely.
This wasn't a lie. Terra and I became close over the years of us knowing each other. She began to feel how I was feeling. All thanks to me connecting to her telepathically once. We had long talks about the things in my head. We talked about the things in her head as well. She was there for my first suicide attempt. This was about two years ago, I remember it vividly. She walked in on me overdosing. I remember hearing her screams of terror. She ran over to me. Beside me sat a burned up spoon, the needle still stuck in my arm and my body slumped up against the doorway to my bathroom. That was the last thing I remember before I woke up in a hospital bed 2 days later. She was the first thing I saw when I woke up.
The waves of sadness passed from Raven's body to Terra through her hand touching Raven's arm. They could feel each other's emotions.
"It's getting late.." Terra said.
The two Titan's walked into the tower. Terra was walking Raven to her room. She arms carrying her as she struggled to walk. The most brutal wave of emotion took over Raven's body, crippling her.
When Raven was able to mentally connect with another, the emotional toll it would take on her body would be great. And would send her into her worst fears and nightmares.
Terra walked her over to her bed and gently began to lay her down.
Raven eyes opened to meet the blue eyed girl's eyes. Terra was close to Raven. They could feel the warmness of their breaths touching each other's skin.
I was lost in her eyes. For that moment that our eyes met, I was at peace. I felt the heat beginning to smother my face and I remember the feeling of electricity as I felt her hand on my side. She knew. She felt the connection with me and all the feelings that came with it. I blushed.
"Sorry." Terra said, face pounding with the heat from her blushing.
"no.." Raven said.
Raven began to slow raise her arm towards Terra's face. She took her finger tips and gently began to pull the small strand of hair hanging down on Terra's face behind her ear. Her hand remained gently placed in the side of Terra's face, index finger lighting touching her ear.
It felt like an eternity we lay there together.
"Stay with me" Raven whispered.
Terra didn't say a word, instead she gently began to situate herself next to Raven. She situated herself into the pillow and began to roll towards Raven. Gently placing her arm over Raven. Raven lay on her back as she felt the warmth of Terra embracing her while still feeling the electricity run between them.
It was at at very moment, that I had felt something I never felt before. Was that love? Were those butterflies? I really wasn't sure at the time. But I knew that I was at peace.
