The next day Laurel and Sara caught the early train to Central City. They would be meeting Laurel's friend Caitlin Snow at Jitters to get the cure from her. Laurel had met Caitlin on one of the few trips she had made to Central City to see her mother. As the two sisters were sitting at Jitters waiting for Caitlin to show up, they saw someone that they knew from the videos that they had watched from the future. It was Barry Allen and Iris West. They wished that they could warn Barry about what was about to happen to him, but if they did that, they know that there was a chance that he wouldn't become the Flash and become the hero that they both knew that he could be.

Not long after that Caitlin walked into the door with a briefcase in her hand and she walked over to the sisters. "It is good to see you again Laurel. This is one hundred vials of the cure. I hope you don't need that many though." Caitlin said.

"I hope not too, but it is always better to be safe then sorry you know. Caitlin, this is my sister Sara. Sara, this is Dr. Caitlin Snow. She works at STAR Labs." Laurel said.

"It is nice to meet you. I hear that you and your friends are going to have a busy night tonight while turning on the Particle Accelerator." Sara said.

"Yeah, it will be a long night, but hopefully in the end everything will work out fine." Caitlin said.

"I am sure that everything will be fine." Laurel said.

"Anyways, if you want, I can get you tickets so that you can come tonight if you want." Caitlin said.

"I think that will be great. We will see you there." Laurel said.

"Well, I need to get back to work. I will see the two of you tonight." Caitlin said and the sisters nodded.

"Let's go visit mom so that we can make sure we get to the Particle Accelerator tonight." Sara said and Laurel nodded as they left the coffee shop as well.

They want to Central City University where their mother worked and found out where her office was. They knocked on her office door and their mother looked up to see who it was and was surprised to see both of her daughters standing there.

"Not that it is not good to see you, but what are you two doing here?" Dinah asked.

"We had some business in the city, and we thought that while we were here, we would stop by and visit you and maybe even see what this Particle Accelerator is all about." Sara said.

"I think it will be a good thing for the city. There is just something about that Harrison Wells that doesn't sit right with me." Dinah said.

"I agree with you there, but if this helps Central City, it could help the world, so I am willing to give it a chance." Laurel said.

"I guess you are right. So, what kind of business are you here for?" Dinah asked.

"I had to meet a friend of mine so that I could get a file for a case I am working on. It seems our cities might have a criminal in common." Laurel said.

"Well, from what I can see, things seem to be cleaning up since those vigilantes showed up. I think they are trying to do good, but I guess we will just have to wait and see." Dinah said.

"I think they are doing a great job, and I don't think that there is any reason for people not to trust them." Sara said.

"I guess not. Just be careful in Starling City. Things seem to be getting pretty bad there." Dinah said.

"We will mom. So, do you think you can free yourself up for lunch?" Sara asked.

"I can spare an hour. Let's go and eat and catch up some more." Dinah said.

The three women had a nice lunch and shared what was new in their lives with each other. "So, how is married life treating you?" Dinah asked Laurel.

"It is great. I think you need to think about your younger daughter though. She is getting pretty hot and heavy with Tommy." Laurel said.

"Laurel! What the hell." Sara said.

"I am just telling the truth." Laurel said.

"I know, I just didn't want her to know yet, but yeah we are getting really close, and knowing Tommy, he will probably pop the question soon." Sara said.

"Well, I am happy for the both of you. I need to get back to work so I will see the two of you later." Dinah said.

"See you later." They both said at the same time.

Later that night, Laurel and Sara meet Caitlin outside of STAR Labs to get their tickets so they can watch the press conference. The three of them entered the building and Laurel and Sara went to find some seats to sit in well listening to the press conference.

They listened to Wells' speech and then they heard the loud applause and knew that all of these people here thought that this machine was actually going to help someone. Far from it. A lot of people could die from this tonight, but like they said earlier, they couldn't stop this because then the group of heroes that are in Central City need to be created. Once the press conference was over the sister got up and left the building, they heard an explosion and turned to see the dark matter cloud coming toward them.

"Remember, when the cloud hits you, you need to scream." Laurel said and Sara nodded.

The cloud was getting closer and closer until it finally reached them. They both let out loud screams which ended up turning into sonic wave before they stopped. They stayed around outside of the building for a while until Caitlin walked out. She saw the sisters and said, "I know you were hit with the cloud, so we think that it would be a good idea to get some test done to be safe."

Laurel and Sara nodded and then followed Caitlin inside where they met up with Cisco who had equipment that could test for any abnormalities. Sara decided she would go first, and it was found that somehow this Particle Accelerator had messed with her genetics and now she had the meta gene.

"So, do I have powers or something like that?" Sara asked.

"I think it is possible. When I tested you there were two place that showed a lot of energy. Your throat and your brain." Cisco said.

Cisco then went to test Laurel and he found that she now had the meta gene as well. "Your energy is in your throat and ears. I don't know what all of this means as of yet, but I will find out." Cisco said.

"I think I know what we can do. I just need to test it and I think that would be better to be done outside." Laurel said.

Once outside, Laurel let loose a scream and it broke the windows in the car she was aiming at. Sara did the same when she tried to use her new power as well. Now they just needed to figure out what the deal was with the brain and the ears.

Later they were all back in the lab and Sara heard Caitlin talking to someone. It sounded like she was talking to herself but with two different personalities. The meaner sounding one sounded like she wanted to hurt people because she thought she was being mistreated and being locked away. Sara stood up and walked over to Caitlin.

"Hey Caitlin, do you mind if I give you a tip?" Sara asked.

"Go ahead." Caitlin said.

"You need to let this other half of you out or all she is going to do is cause trouble once she does get out." Sara said.

"How do you know about this?" Caitlin asked.

"I guess I can read minds as well. I have been hearing the two of you talking to each other in your head for a while now." Sara said.

"That is interesting, and I take your advice under advisement. Thank you, Sara." Caitlin said.

"Hey guys, I think I know why my ears are having that higher energy with them. Will one of you go to the other room and whisper something?" Laurel asked and Sara went to do just that.

"I am going to have a threesome with Tommy and Oliver when I get back to Starling City." Sara whispered.

When she walked back into the other room with Laurel, she saw the smile on Laurel's face. "You try it, and you die." Laurel said.

"So, you have super hearing?" Sara asked.

"I think it is more like echolocation. I can hear things from far distances and tell what direction people are coming from. That could be really useful with our night jobs." Laurel said.

"It sure could. I can read people's minds. So, I guess that could be useful as well." Sara said.

"Yes, it would. Caitlin are we ok to go now?" Laurel asked.

"Yeah, you are good to go. If you have any type of complications, I want to see you back here as soon as possible." Caitlin said and the sisters nodded.

"Well, we have been here most of the night. It is almost morning. Let's go get the cure and then get to the train station so we can catch an early ride back home." Laurel said and Sara nodded as they went to do just that.
