What if your whole existence was calculated by someone you'd never met, yet had power over the past four generations of your family? Averie Delinor traverses to a quiet village in Eastern Europe in search of her father who disappeared 2 months ago, only to discover the village is alive once again with new settlers, and four Lords who cherish the idea of regaining the powers they once held.

20-year-old Averie Delinor travels to a supposedly abandoned village in Eastern Europe in search of her father Isaac Delinor, who disappeared 2 months earlier. Using a scrapbook of old pictures and letters as her guide, Averie comes to find out that the village isn't as abandoned as she realized, with new residents residing there, under the watchful eyes of four Lords who would do anything they could to regain the supernatural powers they once held. Working along newfound friend Kai Hastening and orphaned siblings Taylor and Carson, Averie takes on a mission she didn't realize she needed to accept, and finds out a truth that has imprisoned her family for several generations.
