Chapter 6

(The day of the fight between Winchester and Diana)

The fight between Cardin Winchester and one of the assistant combat teachers was well known. If he loses, Beacon will expel him. A win or a draw keeps him there.

(Jaune and the girls' dorm)

Jaune had just gotten up and was getting dressed. He wore a black under-armor shirt with his symbol in gold on the chest, jeans, and boots. Diana was wearing a tight red polo top with a white collar, blue hot pants with white stars on the front, red boots, and her tiara. Jaune looked at her, "Are you ready?" He asked.

While placing her bracelets on, she replied, "Yes, Jaune." She stated, "I would like to ask you something."

"I will father your first child already." He teased, and she blushed and smacked him on the shoulder.

"No, That's Not It!" She said, "although I am happy you agreed. Could you give me 'entrance music'?"

"I know just the right thing," he said. "You get ready."

(Combat Class)

Cardin was bragging that if he was going to fight Diana that he'd beat her and that she would help him beat Jaune. Never mind that they would take turns on him. That was when they heard an alarm and looked to where Jaune, Dinah, and Mari came out. Behind them was Diana.

She was ready to fight, she started to crack her knuckles. "Now, Mr. Winchester." She said, "since you like to fight those; as Jaune would say, 'extremely high of your salary'. Why do you not take me on?" Jaune facepalmed.

"It's 'Way above your paygrade', Di." Sighed Jaune.

"Oh," she said as Dinah chuckled. Cardin gulped and everyone was ready to see this fight. But, Weiss couldn't leave well enough alone.

"Why is she...?" She started.

"Schnee, If You Don't Close Your Mouth," started Dinah. "I will make it so it gets wired shut! This has nothing to concern you!"

"Weiss," said Jaune. "Get off our ass before I ask Dinah and Mari to 'make a wish' with you. Stop being so Fucking Jealous!" Then he looks at the two, "okay. Cardin Winchester, you have been ordered to fight Ms. Prince to keep your place here in Beacon. If you win, you get to stay. You lose, you are expelled from this academy."

"You're Just Doing This Because Winchester Beats You All The Time!" Said Weiss, Jaune twitched.

"Dinah, Mari take care of her, Now!" He said, the two grabbed her.

"We need to talk, Ms. Schnee." Said Mari.

"Get Your Hands Off Of Me! Don't You Know Who I Am?" They left with her.

"Now that's over," said Jaune. "Fight!" Cardin was nervous and tried to show his bravado.

"If you forfeit, we'll never speak of this." He said that was when she just clocked him with a quick right. Sending him flying, then she chased him to where he flew and started to pound his face. Everyone was looking on at this massacre. After a few minutes, Cardin was bleeding and out cold.

"When he wakes up, let him know, he's expelled." Said Jaune and then the bell rang, "that's class. Team RWBY, get your teammate to the nurse." They nodded and took off.

"What about Cardin?" Said Sky.

"Alright, take him as well." They do.

(Ozpin's office)

Jaune and Diana were in Ozpin's office. "What happened?" He said.

"Diana won," said Jaune.

"Very well, Cardin will be expelled." Jaune and Diana nodded and were about to leave when someone stopped them. It was a member of the Vale council, he looked at them and sneered.

"What is he doing here?" He said, "and who is this whore?" Jaune wanted to throttle him but Diana held him back.

"Fuck you, that's what we're doing here!" He said, "her name? Nonya."

"Nonya?"

"None ya Damned business!" The Councilman got mad and went to attack them.

They blocked the attack, "you attack me..." He said.

"And what are you going to do?" Said Diana.

"You can't expel me, because I'm now a teacher. You can't send me to jail, because then you'd have to deny the empire that's providing you with income exists. You can't kill me, because my girls will take turns on you." The councilman gulped, he knew Jaune was right. Ozpin settled everyone down.

"Why are you here?" He said.

"We wanted to send a huntsman out to save a village." He started.

"So, you can have me killed and then deny everything." Said Jaune. The council looked accosted.

"No, they just need our help." Said one.

"Oh, if that's the case, I'll send one of my girls out."

"We want you to..." Jaune was about to throttle him when a blade was on the councilman's neck.

"You were saying?" Said Jaune. He couldn't say anything, it was Cheshire. The councilman relented, "Which village?" So he was told and he called up Karen and Kara, and they came into the office. "If this is an ambush, Karen and Kara will kill every one of your men and then we're coming after you." The councilman gulped and was panicking on the inside. If it was an ambush, he was dead.
