this is a part of just say yes! that i thought of after publishing the story explores the idea of the Birthday Party in jail to help Gia overcome her addiction in this story

Troy is in his room at the house, reading on his IPad, his father's 1 year memorial service was yesterday and Gia wasn't there he falls asleep on the bed and he starts dreaming

SMF- DC command center Troy is sitting in his office with Tyler having a conversation about Gia

Troy- Tyler, do you think forcing people into drug and alcohol rehab just drives people further away from their family and do more drugs and alcohol, or kill themselves

before Tyler could say what was on his mind, Wes and Adam enters the office with a visibly upset Jake and Emma Troy sees this and knew what was going to be said was not going to be good at all,

Adam- Troy,

Troy- Adam, Wes is something wrong?

Wes- Troy what we have to say you need to sit down

Troy- oh no,

Troy knew what was about to be said, when a officer says 'please sit down' when they give you bad news is never good

Troy- Gia's dead is she?

Adam hesitates but Troy sees Emma balling crying in total grief he knows Gia has died

Wes- we found her this morning behind some dumpsters at the HCH building, she died of a drug overdose...

for Troy the worst has happened they asked him to come identify her body, they take him, Emma and Jake to the hospital mourge as they enter the mourge Troy, Emma and Jake walk to the viewing area, Syd is outside sobbing, her maskera running with her tears, Troy enters and sees Kim crying hugging her deceased Gia, saying 'I'm sorry' over and over again.

Troy- NO!!!!!!!! GIA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Troy wakes up in his bed he raises up in his bed, he sees that he is in his room and he knows Gia is in jail until she says yes to treatment, Troy is in shock from the dream

Troy- got to come up with a plan to get Gia to rehab (lays back down) but how? think Troy think!!

After 1 1/2 hour of thinking about what to do Troy comes up with a idea, his and Gia's birthday is in four days and he writes it down on a notepad,

After writing his idea down with 21 pages of paper from his notepad and he reads over it thoroughly
