Disclaimer: I do not own Hermione Granger, Draco Malfoy, or any other Harry Potter trademark. Just my own twisted mind! BWAHAHAHAHAH!

Melody and Nikki asked for a HG/DM story, I couldn't bring myself to make it a lovey fluff piece. Sorry girls- I'm a realist!

Enjoy!

Hermione Granger was, in a word, annoying. Annoying as all Hell. The way she pranced abut school with her books under her nose and had a tendency to interrupt every lesson with her annoying, squeaking know-it-all-ness. Disgusting little Mudblood.

And she'd had the nerve to hit him once. Draco swore that if he wasn't so deeply watched within Hogwarts he would have put the torture hex on her right then and there. He left- But his loathing for her only grew as years passed. Finally the opportunity was his to get her back for all the disturbances over their school days.

The small village of Dearsdern was a nice place for the members of the Wizarding world to visit for lunch or a quick restock of supplies- by no means up to par with Diagon Alley or Hogsmeade, but a quaint little town. Lots of places one could hide in as well, Draco found the more time he spent there. It was the perfect opportunity to get her back- he knew it the moment he saw her disgustingly frizzy hair walk out of Roqueshire's Books. It figures he'd see her at a bookstore. Mudbloods never changed. Draco's opinion of them didn't either.

She walked down his favorite alley. Perfect. It was so pleasantly empty on a Wednesday evening. He waited a moment and followed, casting a spell over the alley to make others turn away and block out sound. He approached, following slowly. It took her nearly three minutes to realize she was being followed. It seemed Miss Know-It-All was losing her touch. She spun around and dropped the bag she was holding when she saw who it was.

"Merlin! What do you want, Malfoy?" She snapped as she bent to pick it up. Draco smirked and moved forward swiftly, slamming her against the wall and catching her off guard. Hermione screamed in protest at the impact and reached for her wand.

"No no no, Granger." He smirked, dangling the tool above her head and cracking it in half. "Can't let that happen, now can we?"

"What do you want, Malfoy?" She spat in his eye, making him curse as she struggled to get away.

"I want to shut that filthy Mudblood mouth of yours for good, Granger!" He snapped, slapping her across the cheek for her assault. Hermione whimpered, but stood her ground.

"I'll have you in Azkaban if you don't let me go!" She snapped at him. Draco clucked his tongue.

"Ah, but Granger, I'll never be caught. Stupefy." He aimed his wand directly at her, rendering her unconscious. "Call me a filthy little cockroach…" He muttered as he reached under her robes and pushed her underwear to the side. Cotton briefs, he could tell. Typical, nerdy little Mudblood. He'd show her just how powerful Draco Octavius Malfoy, wanted Death Eater and murderer was.

Pity she wouldn't remember.

He wasn't very surprised to find her a virgin- it only served his image of her to make her a prude too. Pity for the Weasley boy, really. He made no efforts to be gentle with her- she didn't deserve it- the nagging little shrew…

After he'd had his way with her filthy little body he held his wand to her thigh and muttered a few choice words, marking her with a small black and green serpent. He chuckled to himself and sat her down on a bench with her things before muttering an "Obliviate!" at her and walking away. She'd wake later feeling sore and confused- the thought made his smirk deepen as he went to celebrate with a nice drink.
