When I came out to show up after I'd adjusted myself, I guess you could say I took breath away with my new look.

The suit looked good on me, but it felt like it wasn't enough of an adjustment to avoid being recognized.

"So, what do I look like in this?" I said when I came out.

"As agent." Steve said first "No, you look more like Fox Mulder from X-Files."

Before I started dating her, I had no idea how much women actually liked me, because when she saw me, it was clear that she liked me.

"You look nice." Claire said when she saw me.

"Thanks, but it feels like it won't be enough. If I could, I'd repaint, maybe even cut my hair and get rid of my fingerprints."

"Master Jim, don't worry, such drastic changes to your appearance won't be necessary." Blinky said while a three-year-old didn't leave him alone.

"I would like to be a knight like Jim." Small Enrique idealistically pronounced.

Aarrgghh seemed happy to take care of a small child, I guess parenting started to fill him up after he lost his Wingman even though he was an uncle to the kid. Because of my relationship with Claire, Enrique thought I'm his uncle too even though I'm now essentially suppossed to be his step-Dad.

"When you grow up you could be helping us to stop the bad guys." Even though Aarrgghh barely talked, he tried his best for the whole sentence so that he could support the small future hunter.

"Does anyone have a small wooden sword? I want to make him happy."

I spoke in while still wearing the uniform of feds, and to deal with "boring talk about politics"- that is, how her little brother felt about it, I took a moment to cough up. I decided to again use the amulet.

The child was enthusiastic seeing my "knight outfit", on the contrary, he was bored when I was dressed as "the man who works in the office".

He had enough enthusiasm for a 3-year-old, so as soon as the child got the toy in his hand, he immediately started swinging the wooden sword around.

"Ohohoho, calm down, calm down, you're not in knight school yet." I switched my behavior to parenting.

"Claire, told me all about how you saved the world. I'm you, you're Gunmar."

I didn't object, but I had fun in the role of father. After a few witty sentences the little child had uttered, I laughed as I hadn't for a long time. I was rolling on the ground crying with laughter. Enrique seemed thrilled to be 'taught' by a real Trollhunter.

"You guys having a good time?" Claire said when she saw me "playing on knights" with Enrique. Wiping away my tears, I stopped laughing and stood up. This was probably one of those moments when she must have felt like she had two kids.

"We're just playing on Eternal Night and defeat of Gunmar." I said.

She didn't mind. During the next play before I go to do my job, I had a wooden sword, and Claire helped Enrique to hold Excalibur. While her little brother was enthusiastically playing, she looked at me and I looked at her. I blushed.

"Jim, you'd be a good Dad."
When she said that, she reminded me how much I long for my own family and then be a parent.

"I don't know my father, he left me and my mom when I was 5. I don't want this little guy to have an unhappy childhood like mine. You know, if life lets me, I'd like to be a dad."

No sooner had I said that than her little brother popped the question me and Claire were both afraid of.

"Claire, uncle Jim, where are Mommy and Daddy?"

We both looked at each other again, unaware of how we would explain to him that "Mommy and Daddy are in heaven". Lying to him would be wrong, but so could the truth could hurt him.

"Mom and Dad are... Mom and Dad are..." Claire tried to say something, but she stopped as sadness hitted her.

The child immediately noted the sadness in his older sister's voice, as well as the tears in her eyes. A little boy started to be concerned.

"Where are they? They didn't even say goodbye to me."

It was such an awkward situation, I didn't know how to react.

"Enrique, I just can't lie to you, I'm so sorry, Mommy and Daddy will never return." She spoke as she started sobbing again.

"What happened to them?"

"Mommy and Daddy..." I took a deep breath "... they died, they're in Heaven now."

The little boy started to cry and hearing the child crying made my heart break.

Douxie seemed to be back on his cynicism and dislike of life with an extreme metal, because I could hear the playing music out loud while he acted like he was playing on guitar. But even child's cry stopped him.)

I heard the German lyrics of the symphonic metal before the song ended and before the music was turned off when he himself heard the little boy crying. I couldn't understand a word of the song, but from the tone I'd say it was about desperation in war. I looked at him.

"You don't have parents yourself, show him compassion."

He looked at me, sighed, and looked again at the crying orphan. I guess he saw himself in him.

"I-I don't have parents either."

Enrique gave him an unbelieving look. Me and Claire were watching if Douxie can wake up the parent inside him too.

"I'm an orphan, I grew up as an apprentice in a castle. I never knew my parents."

Enrique began to calm down and Douxie continued.

"Listen, I have a friend, he's a talking cat."

"Talking cat?"

"Yeah. He's no ordinary cat, his Dad's a dragon. His name's Archie. Would you like to meet him?"

Enrique nodded.

Ever since we all became "internationally wanted criminals," I've only seen him take care of music, after what happened with the Arcane Order, he hasn't touched magic. But he made an exception for an orphaned child. I guess it seemed like he, like me, would like to lead a normal life and fulfill his dream of being a star in the metal scene. I'm not sure, but I think he may be done with magic.

He conjured up little things in the air moving from fairy tales like a dragon or unicorn, and the little child watched in surprise as the pictures moved in the air.

Enrique immediately drew his big sister to go and see.

"Claire, see how they move?"

"I see them too."

Douxie got a bit of a fright when I patted him on the shoulder.

"See how wonderful it is to be a parent?" I said, and he looked at me in surprise. For a moment it looked as if he had stopped being grumpy.

"When I lost Nari, I wanted to kill myself, but since I'm a wizard, I can't just die. I was so immersed in my own sadness, my resentment, that I completely forgot that life was wonderful, too." He answered me and after a long time I saw him he smiled
"Your girlfriend's brother reminds me of myself when I was adopted on Camelot. I was small and scared, they had to explain that they didn't know who my parents were and what had happened to them. I was about 2-3 years old, the same as him. I couldn't leave him in this."

"So perhaps you like going back to your country."

Douxie laughed a little again, but there was a mix of joy and cynicism.

"Come to think of it, here in Britain, Merlin, Morgana, Arthur and Archie were my family." But then he sighed "But then the Arcane Order with their puppet Gunmar puppet had to break up my only family. Nari didn't deserve to die, she didn't belong to them."

"You also think Merlin was a little senile and a scumbag?"

That line made him laugh, and in response he punched me in the shoulder.

"Jim, this was so true that I can't right now."

We both laughed for a few seconds like men.

"Like Claire said we're a family, you still have a family Douxie."

Before Douxie could recover, so the 3 year old hugged him and said "Uncle don't be sad."

He was surprised because it was the first time he was an uncle to anyone. He who thought a few minutes before he had no family.

"I'm talking with Uncle Douxie, go watch the magic with your sister again."

"All right, Uncle Jim."

When the spell ended, it was clear that it was time to go to work. I didn't notice Blinky was watching the whole scene, because stopped me when I was picking up the necessary items for infiltration as fake papers.

"Bringing the family together is a value worthy of the Trollhunter Master Jim."

"Thanks Blinky, I didn't know."

"The old methods that stood for not caring about others no longer apply. If you want to defeat this unknown enemy of yours, you need a family."

Blinky was surprised when I suddenly hugged him.

"You're like the dad I never had."

Blinky smiled and held me in his arms for a moment like his own son.

My mood has improved quite a bit, my anger has left me at the moment. When Claire seen I'm ready to leave, she kissed me and said "I'll stay here with my brother, someone has to take care of him when mum and dad are no more."

I took my papers and adjusted myself to make myself look as formal as possible. Now I've forgotten for a while what I'm swimming in, and the task has brought me back to reality. This is like spy thrillers, not family comedies.

"Since it's not the U.S. government, I managed to create a fake profile for you." Krel explained to me while I was inquisitively inspected my entry documents and ID.

"James Sturges?" I wondered about my new identity.

"I hacked into their camera system, so you don't have to worry about the cameras shooting anything, or the alarms going on."

Eli explained to me my new identity "You're James Sturges, you were born to English parents in San Bernardino, you came back to Britain for a job, you're 26 years old, you have a bachelor's degree in security and forensic studies, and you're working on Mi6 as an analyst."

"That's almost the same as my true identity."

"But it sounds cool."

I sighed and got the necessary things. Since I didn't know how they felt about the checks, I didn't take the amulet.

It was morning outside, and I was pretty nervous when I was supposed to go. London was a wonderful city, and I cut my way across the famous local underground called The Tube. When I went through security and got released, I was looking for something to get information from. I had been given a flash drive to download files from their computers, but now I could do nothing.

I was walking down the hall and I heard a woman's voice near one of the rooms. I looked through the window curiously to see what was here.

"Can you tell me in which wars terrorist organizations used improvised explosive devices and why they waged a guerrilla way of fighting?"
One student volunteered.

"During World War II, the Gulf War, the Balkans War, Operation Desert Storm, they were also used by Islamic terrorists during the war in Chechnya and Dagestan against Russian troops."

Curious, I continued to listen, noting that the woman had been releasing footage of the terrorist groups to the students.

"The Irish Republican Army, the Basque ETA, the Corsican FLNC, or even the Tamil Tigers or the Baloch Liberation Army. Why are these groups waging guerrilla warfare?"

"They fight improvizedly, they fight for their idea. They believe they are soldiers or guerrillas, despite the terrorism they commit. They believe they are fighting for freedom, even though their actions and equipment are far from the military. During The Troubles in Northern Ireland, violent attacks on civilians for pushing their ideological interests were used by protestants for the British Unionists, which is speculated to have traded arms with the neo-Nazi terrorist organisation Combat 18, as well as Irish Republicans of Catholic thought. Yes, they were concerned about the separatism of Ireland from Great Britain, but there was also the sectarianism and religious fanaticism that we can see in Islamic terrorists, like Al-Qaida or Islamic State. Terrorists believe that with the help of violence against civilians and fear, they can change a system that either seems corrupt to them or doesn't conform to what their faith says."

It felt like I wasn't going to learn anything I needed to know here. The security expert probably noticed me because she finished her lecture and let me in.

"Excuse me, I've got college students on a field trip, what do you want?"

I was trying to think of something to say.

"I'm looking for someone, or something."

She looked at my card about me working here.

"For someone who works here, you look like a complete novice."

"I need help, then I'll give you a break."

She told the students it was recess and walked out into the hallway with me.

"I'm an analyst and I need to study some information. Given what's been happening in the world, I'm worried about the next wave of terrorist attacks."

With what I hadn't counted on, the woman probably wanted to make friends with me. She was about 30, and what do I say?

"I'm sorry, I have a girlfriend." I said, but she probably wanted something else.

"I don't want to flirt with you, just talk to you. You reminded me that the world was in danger of ending."

"Sorry, I didn't mean to-"

"No, it's not your fault. My husband broke up with me and I have a little daughter. The government went into hiding actual details so there wouldn't be panic, I don't even know more details besides the attackers being terrorists. I was afraid I'd lose my child. What do you need to find out?"

Now I was remorseful for lying.

"I want to find out about the terrorist attacks I just talked to you about."

"They won't let you in, they won't even let me in. If you're looking for something, you can look at psychological operations or operations from years gone by."
Damn, I thought to myself. I knew I'd have to interrogate someone.

"Thanks for help." I said, walking away

"You're welcome, sir-"

"Sturges."

Before she went any further, I was gone.

Finally, I noticed an office where one of the bosses was. I didn't wait for anything, stormed in and started the interrogation.

"If you just yell for help, I'll throw you out the window." I threatened and started twisting his arm "Who's behind it, speak up!"

"Okay, okay, but we're not the CIA, you won't know everything here."

"Shut up and talk, old man, one of your cleaners tried to kill me in Prague, you expected to provoke my girlfriend's father to hate me after you labeled me as a terrorist, you set up a car with explosives and killed both her parents. Now, a three-year-old child because of you, her little brother is with no parents! How would you feel if the child was in that car!?"

I started pushing him harder by my hands to the window.

"It was in the context of CIA cooperation with Mi6, Interpol, Europol and other secret services of European Union countries, that's all I know!"
I hit him.

"Keep talking!"

"I don't know, they said they used secret sociƩtes, if you want to find out more you're going to have to interview the head of the CIA himself."

I was sorry I didn't realize this was one big trap, because I got hit in the head and fell unconscious.

"If that young terrorist wants to have the CIA, he'll have it. Take him away."

By the time I closed my eyes, I realized an agent had beaten me.
