A/N: Well, this may be updated frequently since I have most of these already written. It's just a matter of giving them detail and attempting to actually make a story out of it. I'm hoping I'll be able to explain their relationship better through all these.

"Well, I guess, this is goodbye."
They stand in front of their little island. For the last time?
"No, not goodbye, we'll be back."
They looked at him (the older, the calm, the thankful) surprised. Wasn't he the one who wanted to leave for so long? Never content with this little island where everyone was born and lived until death.
"She won't be limited to just one place; she'll have everything this world has to offer. Everything we were never given."
"And she'll meet her grandparents, and all her 'aunts' and 'uncles'. They'll fall in love with her the moment they see her, I just know it." Kairi (the ever-glowing) concluded.
The two left, content with the thought that they'd come back. Unsure of when and how, just content with the fact that they would.
The younger remained.
He looked down on this island, this haven that he had planned to live on for the rest of his days. He fought every obstacle that stood in his way in order to return here. And now here he was, leaving.
"Hey! We don't have much time! Come on!" They called to him.
And he would always answer, wouldn't he? They were his world, they completed him. It was the way it always was. At first friends, then lovers. And that was okay. It didn't matter what anyone else thought, it didn't matter what was deemed moral or wrong. Because this was right. This was his life.
He would leave his island, begin anew with his lovers and his child (a child…a new life indeed) and he would be happy.
But still…
"We will come back…" He whispered to his island. "And you'll be explored once again. I promise."
