Chapter 6: We're Defending A High School
Date: August 1st, 2022
I woke up to a chilling feeling in the air, like something horrific has gone down. It's 4 in the morning. That's when Fluffy Afro knocks frantically on my door. I open it and see Fluffy Afro with an actually terrified and serious expression: "Adam! There's something far worse than my hair catching in fire! Come with me, it's so urgent I was woken up by Dominic who was woken up by Bray who had a bad vision about something!" "What the hell?! I hate getting only 6 hours of sleep but if it's that bad, fuck sleep. Don't worry! I'm getting up. My backpack was already packed for our scheduled mission today anyway." As soon as I'm ready, we run to the meeting room where everyone else in Miitopia BRAINS are gathered.
Dominic greets me: "Adam! Thank goodness you're up! This is no time for jokes or naps! Let me explain quickly because some of us here including you have an urgent meeting at the main BRAINS headquarters in a few minutes with representatives of the other branches and our allies. You were quickly voted to be one of Minecraftia and Miitopia's representatives for emergencies like this. Smasher was correct about all that information. But he never said what time the attack would be. I have some very bad news. The attack has decimated every hero in the My Hero Academia universe, doesn't matter if they're retired, pros, or rookies. They're all dead and the world is in shambles. We must hurry and travel back in time as soon as possible." "What?! When the United Mining Company attacks, we usually get there in time to prevent this! This is horrifying! Okay then. What's the plan so far?" "I will share it now with everybody. Everyone, if you're not representing us, please stay in this room to await the battle plan. We have a crisis to deal with and it won't be pretty. Now come on, Adam and the other representatives! We must hurry!" Me, Dominic, Bray, and Blaze immediately teleport to the giant meeting room on the space ship that serves as the main headquarters. It is currently invisible and in orbit around Kohnanix.
Dr. Bonesbane says upon our arrival: "Good. Everyone is here now. We must begin the plan at once. The longer we wait, the more suffering will happen on that planet until we can prevent it. Intel shows that the United Mining Company already allied with the villains of that world and attacked just 2 hours ago. It also shows that some number cards came into the possession of the villains, causing chaos and havoc that first crushed UA High School. Every student and staff member did their best to hide, flee, or resist but they were all slaughtered. Tomura Shigaraki, the villain with the quirk Decay personally killed All Might, most of the other staff, and Deku. The destruction has hit every corner of the globe." I ask: "What kind of manpower and firepower did the company bring along?" "Millions of men recruited from various Earths but only thousands at first, several nuclear weapons, and thousands of ships, tanks, and planes. I don't enjoy shoving aside emotion in an emergency like this but we must get to planning everything out right away now." Bray replies: "I agree. We must approach this from a tactical standpoint. Dominic brought along his experimental Timeline Preventer. We'll see if it works today." "Good good."
We spend a solid hour and a half planning with the ones I mentioned, myself, Mystic the cobalt tree molter, Ender, Shadow, Despair, Kanoka Guardian, Yusaku, Roken, Yusei, Crow, Kaito, Dr. Faker, Reiji, Sora, Atem, Yugi, Daichi Miswa, Dr. Zweinstein, Martian Manhunter, The Atom, The Xr4ti, Shope, Lloyd, Master Wu, Dark Magician, Neos, and others. After formulating the plan with drafts sent to everyone else and then voted on by them, we finally got ourselves something good. All of us part ways and make it back to our comrades. When we get back to Miitopia, Dominic says: "Let's begin the recap. We will divide our forces into multiple smaller teams in and around UA High School. The team members have been selected based on everyone's feedback, the area each one will cover, the circumstances and abilities of anyone we can help, and much more. From here, we will all split to go into those teams, each team will meet up at a different location to finish up final preparations and discuss a few strategies. But first, let us all share a breakfast together to ease our nerves and fears. This way, if one of us dies and cannot be revived, we will have this memory from before we lost them. Is that okay?" We all agree to that plan and so, we have breakfast together. The combined efforts of Blaze, Fluffy Afro, Bray, and Lauren easily gets a feast ready in mere seconds. Blaze's speed and strength came in handy and the technique used with them is something the wolf has been trying out for weeks on and off with varying results. It went perfect today.
Anyway, most of us practically stuff ourselves knowing that we're going to put in so much work today that a lot of the food will be basically burned off. I have a triple chocolate muffin, 3 slices of pizza, a 3-way, a chocolate chip cookie, and some fries with water of course. As we eat, we discuss things and prepare for any possible tragedies. With that done, we finish up, clean up, and say goodbye before parting ways. The team I'm on will be responsible for helping Class 1A who has drawn the ire and hatred of many villains against them. If Shoto's fire and ice, Bakugo's heat sweat, and Deku's One For All Shoot Style weren't enough along with the quirks of their classmates, I fear just how powerful the enemy will be. There are numerous teams that have been set up. Each one is a small size in order for much more effective communication and allowing us to cover more ground with the same forces. Most of Twisted Land's Dynamic Force will be helping us which is really something considering they're robots with free will. The teams are made around the parameters of specific roles: 3 close range fighters, 2 support, 2 far range fighters, 2 mid range fighters, 1 distraction, 1 intelligence specialist, and 1 stealth specialist. That gives us teams of 12.
I immediately meet up with my teammates for our specific mission in Twisted Land: "Thank you all for coming so quickly. I'm glad we're all here already. Let's not waste time and begin finishing preparations to get out there." My teammates Akiza the Fab Fairy(far range), Pirate Blaster(close range), Thrashbeak(distraction), Garlic Mushroomsauce(support), Great Sage Bray(mid range), Regnes(4th Chaos Form, close range), Zane the Nindriod(intelligence specialist), Codix(Twisted Land Dynamic Force, stealth specialist), The Flash(technically far range), Starlight Glimmer(mid range), Coconut Dropper(far range, manifestation of Twisted Land's Coconut Drop roller coaster), and Stoneheart(Kohnanixian, support) are all ready to go in actuality. With that, Bray says: "I shall now remind you that we can't just go in there unannounced while everything is still calm. We have to be a little patient and be there the moment they attack Class 1A. We'll need your help for that, Zane." The titanium nindriod with blue eyes and a white ninja getup replies: "Affirmative. It's most optimal to go there and observe the school from a distance until it's our turn to go inside. As agreed, we'll let them try to get Class 1A through the unguarded windows but give them a surprise when they do."
Akiza, the Fab Fairy with long yellow hair, brown eyes, and a beautiful fairy outfit that goes with her hair taps her foot angrily: "Let's just get on with it already! I want to give some jerks a piece of my mind!l I reply: "We're all antsy to do that but we have to be a little patient. Though there's no time better than now to get to that universe. Quantum Leap! Take us to the park by UA High School approximately 5 minutes before the attack on the school by the United Mining Company and villains began!" A clock with time moving in a counterclockwise directly appears briefly but then fades as my band teleports all of us to the designated location. All we have to do now is watch, be patient, and stay quiet. The wait is tense and boring but then we hear Present Mic say: "We won't let you get to the students!" This is followed by Yappa Yappa laughing and saying: "But you won't be able to stop us! Not when we have more than just a few friends! Ever noticed that the sky has gotten a lot darker lately even though it's only the morning?! You won't stop us, we're going to slaughter you! Say hello to my newest friend, Tomura Shigaraki! His quirk as you know is Decay so you better watch yourself! Now then, I wonder if the one who crushed and humiliated me in another universe is around here somewhere. If Swiftdrawer is here then I know where he's going to go! He won't face me head on but will go to Class 1A! Hey Tomura, I'll save Deku for you to kill! Until then, I'm leaving!"
This is followed by a lot of explosions and I see Dominic armed with a cloning machine and using it to create a bunch of clones to deal with Tomura. I've never seen so many Dominics in my life. Anyway, Zane says: "Let's go! We have to go now! My analysis concludes that Yappa Yappa will be at Class 1A in less than 20 seconds." "In that case, Quantum Leap! Take us to the door to Class 1A immediately! I beg of you!" Just like that, we're right where I requested. Only The Flash and I open the door to go inside. We are in appearance textbook definitions of comic book heroes so only us entering was the wisest move. Eraserhead, real name Shota Azaiwa's black good eye turns red with the other eye covered by an eyepatch and his shoulder length black hair stands up a bit as he demands of us while wrapping his signature scarf attached to his baggy black clothes around us to bind us: "Are you with the people attacking this school? Answer me! Your quirks are useless with my quirk Erasure." I reply: "If you let me take my mask off, I will tell but there isn't much time. This class is about to be attacked by one of my adversaries. You know what, fuck it. I'm Swiftdrawer. My real name is Adam. I'm a warrior and artist who enjoys a specific trading card game." "Usually people who wear masks don't reveal anything about themselves. I don't trust you." "I wouldn't expect you to. I'm trying to speed things up. First of all, I'm quirkless and so is The Flash here. He has powers but they aren't from having a quirk. Nor were my powers when I had them."
The glass of the windows in the classroom shatter, forcing Shota to put us down. The students are too much in shock to try to restrain us themselves. That's when our teammates rush into the room with Bray coming in first. She immediately puts up a magical barrier around the classroom: "Sorry to crowd this room but evacuation will do you no good and we're here to help you, not hurt you. This barrier will not last long with who we're up against but it'll buy all of you some time to get into action." I add while pulling out my sword disguised as a paintbrush: "We have no time right now for explanations or introductions. I hate to say it but you just have to trust us for now. We'll gladly cooperate with your school's headmaster with information stuff. Damn it, I partly hate disguising my sword as a paintbrush but I have no choice." Akiza says: "You're damn right! It's time to kick some butt!" After her words, Yappa Yappa jumps into the classroom and exclaims: "Swiftdrawer! It's really you! Aaaaaa! It's you! It's you! I'm going to make you pay for defeating me! The capture of Smasher doesn't matter to me! Aaaaaa my pride! It's gone! It's gone! I'm going to kill you!" "Shit. You're really here. Everyone, we need to take this outside. The room is too small and cluttered for a fight. Hey Bray, look out! A Nomu is coming! Crap! Debi that blue flame guy is there too!"
Bakugo yells: "Just what the hell is going on? Who the hell are all of you?" Yappa Yappa alternates between panic and pure joy: "I'm Yappa Yappa and if you don't stop being angry, I'm going to kill you first! Swiftdrawer! Aaaaa! Get away from me and then die! Die! Die! Die! Everyone just die!" "Please stay out of this, I know what he can do firsthand. Come on Yappa Yappa, let's settle this outside in the hallways." "Fine! I want to kill you most anyway! I'm so jealous that you haven't been crushed completely! It's disgusting that you're still doing well despite everything! I hate you! I hate you!" When Smasher revealed more to Dominic, he said that Yappa Yappa had had his mental health crushed but somehow, a number card helped calm the instability down a lot as long as one remained on Yappa Yappa's person: "I'm just glad that your mental health isn't totally destroyed right now. I want to defeat you and you're my enemy but I refuse to let anybody suffer because of my actions if I can help it!" "Damn you! Why are you so caring? I want to kill you so bad! Empathy doesn't matter in the end!" "Then come try me asshole! Let me see if you have become even more powerful! One must always at least strive to increase their power level." "Gladly! I have a whole new set of tricks and abilities to use against you and I just can't wait for you to suffer thanks to them! Here's my first one! It's perfect! Revenge Revolution!"
The attack uses some very dark energy to send me spinning around and hit the walls, floor, and ceiling of the hallway. It does so much damage in part because I actually wasn't ready for something like that. In fact, it was so bad that I got one hell of a headache and a big swollen patch of skin on my forehead that just started throbbing and hurting really bad right away: "What in the fuck? This is cruel even for you! Agh! This headache! It hurts so much I can't even concentrate completely! There's no way I could do many creative things without suffering while this remains around. My strategy must be altered to fit my needs. And I really resent the destruction being done to this nicely designed school. I'm going to have to call in some help to commence damage control later. I just hope Dominic is using his latest gadget to erase the timeline where you all won because we didn't get there in time or even close to in time."
"It is so like you to care about something as useless as a building with some fancy artistic flair! That makes me want to kill you so much more! Weeping Doom!" Suddenly, sharp solid dark energy things fall from the ceiling in a flow exactly like the tears of someone who is crying. That's when my dexterity comes in handy. I couldn't dodge all of them but I dodged so many, I only got a couple of minor cuts: "You haven't won yet! I'm just getting started! My will to defeat you is so strong I'm willing to put up with an agonizing headache that doesn't stop in order to put a stop to you! Haaaaaa!" We parry and our blades just keep clashing, both of us manage to get a couple hits in but nothing too serious. However, Yappa Yappa grins: "I'm holding back my strength! Let's see how much you suffer when I take it up 10 notches to really make you struggle and miserable!" While I am not surprised at the increase in the speed and thus the force of his attacks against me, I started to struggle like he thought I would: "Shit! You really are a lot stronger than I gave you credit for. But still, I'm wasting my energy trying to block your attacks. I see you're trying to destroy my mask to reveal my non vigilante identity but I'm afraid, you're going to have put even more effort to expose me."
To him, it's like I almost vanished in an instant as I dodge his latest strike: "Stealth won't work so easily on me anymore. To defy pain by fighting, what a poetic and tough way to show you aren't done. Honestly, talking as loud as this so you can hear me over your failed attacks is quite draining but I'm used to it. I refuse to fall, this is a matter of life and death to the point I have to take action or ungracefully flee. In so many shows particularly geared towards children, they make this stuff sound so easy. Bringing life forms together is incredibly hard in most civilizations I know of and yet in Equestria, the ponies had a somewhat easy time bringing creatures together." I just continue to avoid dodging attacks while retorting against Yappa Yappa's insults with logical statements and shit like that. The damage around us is startling. This hallway doesn't need any air conditioners anymore, it's got a "sunroof" now. Dodging doesn't take too much thinking which is perfect for me right now but talking to Yappa Yappa in a loud tone is really starting to hurt for 2 reasons. Crap. My headache is getting even worse now and I think my throat is so exhausted it's getting sore! I hate when this happens. I'm shocked Yappa Yappa hasn't tried to hit me where there's a big bump on my forehead yet. It'd be nice to have my mii counterpart but no one is even sure where they went anymore.
If I recall correctly, this body of mine was originally theirs but if that isn't true, that means they're probably at the damn Miitopian villa. I have access to many of my memories through the stories I wrote of my adventures in my world but I'm too busy trying not to die right now to think about reading them there: "Why don't you just stop running and face me so I can kill you? I hate you! I hate you! Fine! I will just use a ranged attack or one that affects a large area! You aren't fast enough to go very far in a few seconds so try this! Expanding Ring Of Doom!" Suddenly, a rapidly expanding dark energy ring that could easily cut me in two if it were made of solid energy comes out and hurts me. The hit is critical, it hits the big bump and other highly sensitive places. I definitely wasn't nearly fast enough to avoid it. My body starts trembling, it's like I'm cold and my limbs are aching at the same time. The headache spreads all over my head, the pain becoming more agonizing before peaking and calming down a tiny bit. This has happened before to me: "No! Not again! I got sick around the middle of last month on my world and had roughly the same symptoms. *back and chest pain develops* Now it's almost exactly like all that! *tries dodging while clutching left hand to chest* I'm getting more injuries. Where is everyone? I shouldn't have tackled you alone! Every word I say comes with a stinging pain! I need help, I can't beat you on my own and I can't even stall for time much longer." I begin to lose hope because I am in so much agony now that it's close to impossible for me to think positive without suffering from something that hurts. Tears form in my eyes as I stumble and fall to the ground, my balance was upset just as I started to feel dizzy.
Everything I worked so hard to cultivate and protect: friendships, Twisted Land, romance, comradery, countless hundreds of art I made, and more is forgotten as my confidence breaks. The sadness and pain is overwhelming, like a incredibly powerful tsunami specifically crushing an area no bigger than 2 meters. The injuries I sustained along with the aching and pain in my joints, bones, muscles, and ligaments make my nervous system constantly transmit so much pain through the neurons. They go through it all: the axon hillock, axon terminal, nodes of Ranvier, and so on in each neuron at a stunningly high speed. It's like my whole nervous system became a overstimulated hyper highway of misery as the adrenaline and feelings sped up my heart rate and more. I haven't cried that much in several years but today, I am a river of sadness and pain that never seems to stop flowing. Even when dehydration begins to come into play, I keep bawling my eyes out while making as little noise as possible so at least my throat couldn't get much worse. And when I hit emotional rock bottom, I feel a sharp pain as I am stabbed in the back: "Wow you are so pitiful today. I'm going to kill you as tears continue to soak that cloak of yours! I'm going to have so much fun tormenting you as you take your last breaths and cry your last tears! Now you know what it's like to be utterly defeated like I did! My pain will be nothing compared to yours once I'm done with you!" I don't respond as he begins to remove my artistic mask to find out who I am as well as Swiftdrawer.
However, he quickly stops taking it off: "That was just a little to drive up the suspense and increase your agony! Your death will be slow and painful!" He uses holes that were cut into my cloak to injure my skin more. As what's underneath the skin gets exposed to the air, my body hurts even more as my face becomes hot and swampy due to all my tears. After that, he slowly stabbed me more again, I can feel the quality of my breathing decrease like I'm being actively deprived of air to use to keep living that is made of oxygen, carbon, nitrogen, and bits of other villain doesn't even bother taking anything out of my backpack or pockets. To him, everything I have must be trash that he quite simply refuses to actually even look at for himself. In fact, he says: "You can keep your paintbrush. I won't let myself touch such a disgusting thing! I'm jealous of how strong it is and I hate that you have but still, keep it! It'll be only good as a centerpiece for your beautifully destroyed corpse! I don't care about your garbage, I just want you dead and to suffer as long as possible! Your heavy breathing gives away how much you're suffering! I don't even need to cut off one of your fingers to get you to express your pain for me!" Underneath my mask, I widen my eyes before more tears flow.
He continues: "Just a few more minutes and then I will join the Nomu and others just as the sky team finally comes in and really does some damage! With their help, your nasty t*****y friend who so repulsiveness claims to be himself as a woman and looks very happy about it will be dead easily! Once master rules over any world, the history of that world will be rewritten to benefit just rich men like him. Women must always give birth and stay at home while men work. The only nature marriage is between a man and a woman. Life begins at conception. Must I go on? No, you know the other portion of my beliefs now! Now watch as a t*****y like yourself gets slaughtered because in the end, everyone must be compliant to my master! Money is power and I'm going to enjoy finishing killing you!" He stabs me again but then, the air around us shakes as a fast foot covered in a green aura surprises Yappa Yappa: "One For All: Full Caling! Take this, villain!" The sound of Yappa Yappa hitting a wall snaps me out of my crying.
When Deku comes over to help me as Yappa Yappa recovers and prepares his vengeance, I look up and weakly say: "You can't beat him alone. I couldn't beat him alone. All I do now is suffer as I get weaker and weaker. Avenge me. I only have a few minutes left before I suffocate or bleed out completely. If you used your full power, you could give him one hell of a fight but it would be short lived as your body would suffer complications beyond medical help that couldn't be treated by any other means in time for you to not be killed too. Be careful, Yappa Yappa's hate knows no bounds. Stick with Shoot Style and Full Caling. Please, honor this last request of mine. We're not friends but I know how heroic you are. Every time I speak, my throat hurts and my head pounds more. Go on now, do your best and watch out for his arms and stealth." "Please don't die! If it weren't for you, we'd have been overwhelmed by our enemies!" "Your power does not have healing capabilities. And please stop wasting time, Yappa Yappa is about to blast your head off at this rate. I don't like dismissing emotions even as sadness consumes my very sanity but survival must come first. Talking also puts me closer to death.."
Deku gets angry and yells: "I'm not going to let you hurt anybody else, Yappa Yappa!" "Kid, I know all about your quirk and it's weakness. I haven't divulged that information to Tormura Shigaraki yet but get out of my way! I'm trying to finish a kill here and your death is meant to be left to Tomura! It's one of the conditions that got him and his villains to work with my master's United Mining Company in invading UA and from there, killing everyone in the school and then in the city and beyond! The pro heroes and students will die first so the civilians have no hope left!" "I refuse to stand down against the likes of you! Detroit Smaaaaash!" Deku's pretty sane green hair moves around a bit as a determined look fully forms in his green eyes. He has sort of a gray helmet mask like thing around his collarbone, the outfit he wears is for the most part green with elements of yellow among other colors. The original version of Deku's hero costume especially had multiple elements inspired by All Might's outfit. Yappa Yappa just laughs: "This will be easy. I do wonder though. Tomura was supposed to meet with me in your classroom right about now. What happened I must wonder? Oh well! I'll make it easy for Tormura to kill you when he finally gets here! He'll see your struggling body as you pant heavily and grunt in pain while I grin at all the corpses on the floor!" "You're so ruthless, I will stop you!" "Just try it and see what happens! Now it's time for my counterattack! Let's throw it back a bit! Painful Obligatory Obedience!"
An even more dangerous version of the attack I have several bad memories about is revealed. The 2 attacks collide and Deku hits a nearby railing at a high velocity. I start crying again seeing just how painful that must be. I'm getting so weak now. I'm going to die. But then, a green energy I'm more familiar with knocks Yappa Yappa back and from there, emerges Miitopia's Great Sage and one of my closest friends, Bray: "I shall not allow you to hurt my close friend or one of my new allies. Nomu has been greatly weakened. They will be beat soon even without my help. Those science experiments with multiple quirks couldn't do much to much of us. Hold on, Deku. I must help Swiftdrawer as soon as I can. They're dying. I can feel it. Yappa Yappa, history will not treat you kindly." "Fuck! It's you! Damn you t*****y! As long as I'm around, you won't be helping anyone! Freaks like you deserve punishment and death for defying basic biology! Die! Weeping Doom!" "A freak huh? I haven't heard that insult in a while. Ancient Miitopian Forbidden Spell: Body Seal!" She looks unharmed and prepared to fight for hours as she locks Yappa Yappa and his attack in a magical barrier temporarily. That's when she sees Deku in really bad shape: "I can't help you both on my own. Or at least that's what I would have said until recently. I shall commence the ritual to evolve beyond a Great Sage. It won't take long." With her staff, she summons a table and summons various artifacts I recognize from the past like the sword I was gifted by the Duel Monsters version of the Egyptian Sun God, Ra and others I don't.
The sage quickly sends out energy to the artifacts and shouts: "There isn't much time! There is a limit placed onto us all that acts like the ultimate limit. It ensures that the followers of greed, money, and more cannot get a hold of it. But the main villains Swiftdrawer and I helped defeat in fact exceeded it. To break mine, I must awaken each of these objects temporarily! Great Limit Seal: Unlock!" Just then, a key comes out of nowhere and creates a hole in reality as the items give off a faint green glow. From within that hole comes out dark green energy. It flies into Bray and she exclaims: "It is finished! I shall now be able to do much more for the next 5 minutes. I must make this count and hope I can further extend this power." She instantly heals us both of all injuries except emotional and mental ones and strengthens the barrier around Yappa Yappa and his attack: "You are going to die a very painful death for all of that! I'm going to murder you so well, not even your fancy power up will be able to stop me! Triple Painful Obligatory Obedience!" The attack isn't enough to break the barrier but Bray gets an urgent expression on her face: "Swiftdrawer! Deku! Listen! You must go all out with your abilities. I'm casting a spell that gives super recovery. It'll only last till this power runs out so use it well. Swiftdrawer, Extremely Risky Spin Slash will be much easier now. Deku, any injury you sustain from your body being unable to handle your full body will be instantly healed but I shall inform you both when I can't use this power anymore. Let us fight together as one! It's the only way."
Bray is an incredibly powerful mage but she shows off something not even Dominic or I have seen before. She considers the two of us two of her several greatest friends. I turn away from Yappa Yappa and quickly wipe the tears off my eyes by taking the mask off before putting it back on. I'm shaken even though my body feels so much better but at least my hope is restored. I'm nagging at myself for my failure: "I will not lose like that again today! No way, no how! You're not the only one who's stronger, Yappa Yappa!" He replies as he finally breaks the barrier: "Good! Making you suffer much more wouldn't be as much fun if you couldn't put up a better fight than when we first met after being saved from the brink of a slow and painful death! My master, Nedib Pmurt is going to be so pleased after this! With you dead and defeated, he will have to worry less about his company! It's perfect! You suffer, he and I benefit! That's exactly how things should always be. The suffering of creatures for our gain is always so satisfying! Even if none of them cried screams of pain, the profit would still be so nice! Infinite economic growth through infinite suffering, genius!" "Profit? Really?! You really don't have any respect for other organisms, do you? You'd gladly eat meat from a factory farm even if you weren't always so hungry about the pain and suffering of those animals that were so pointlessly and unethically slaughtered. Putting your own whims and comfort at the cost of others? Disgusting. That's what most politicians, corporations, and mainstream media outlets are like where I come from. Deku adds while flicking much of his power at our foe: "I agree. I don't want to hurt others for my own benefit. Shoot Style!" Yappa Yappa instead of attacking right back turns his arms into water and stretches them out to intercept our attacks. The tornado of flames I made and Deku's powerful attack that only hurts 2 of his fingers at most stand a chance against this but much of the energy and force they had the moment they were unleashed is taken out of the equation. The weakened attacks hit him and he mockingly laughs as if he were being tickled: "I'm so jealous of your respective abilities! If I had One For All and Miitopian mage magic, I'd be unstoppable and invincible! But those abilities had to end up in the hands of abnormal freaks like you! It's tasteless that the plot did this to me! If I could throw up at my own thoughts, I would! Now back to killing you! Painful Obligatory Obedience! Painful Obligatory Obedience! Painful Obligatory Obedience! Painful Obligatory Obedience! Painful Obligatory Obedience!" It's clear he's trying to knock us down and drain our stamina: "A trick like that won't work! Bray! I need you to cover me! Deku, please keep on doing what you're doing! I have a reckless plan that might endanger us in the short term but eventually will end up paying off!" They nod and Bray increases the speed of her offensive attacks such as Tower Of Flame while Deku holds nothing back in countering and attacking.
This attack will deal much structural damage if successful. But that matters little at this point, you can replace a building but you cannot replace a life. A village can rebuild after destruction but a person can't be just rebuilt after death unless they're a robot or someone like Cell. Yappa Yappa gets pissed as I start to work: "Are you not afraid of me anymore? Why aren't you fighting, Swiftdrawer? Oh wait, you must be planning something and I won't allow you to finish it!" I reply: "Says the villain who wants every civilization to be forcibly converted into the fragile dreams of a racist queerphobic ableist and so on man you call master who literally has no business intruding on the happiness of others to control and exploit them completely. You don't appreciate the life around you nor the wonderful art made by creative minds all the time. It's a shame. Good luck stopping me though. I'm refusing to be afraid of your power right now. It took so much to beat you last time. Teamwork and failing of several before I came in as the one who got to finish you off for a time." "I remember all of that well but after some experiments and training, I am now much more powerful than you!"

You're promoting actual fascism without even considering how terrible it would feel to be subjected to the same crap Neo-Nazis are getting away with in the country and world I reside in. Imagine being labeled as a freak for being different from everybody else. Now imagine hearing people hurl insults at you when they see you. And famous politicians wanting to erase you from society by banning books and teachings about individuals like you, calling for the extermination of you, and accusing you of spreading disease and being an abuser just because you don't identify with your genitals, love someone with the same genitalia or gender identity as you, or practice a set of beliefs that doesn't have the largest following in the country you live in." "Nobody will ever do that to me, I'm too powerful and willing to kill for anybody to dare oppress me!" "Don't be so sure about that. Frankly, you're considered an extraterrestrial on many planets called Earth. I feel like if it weren't for Tomura's League Of Villains and your master's company's military goons, you'd be seen as a dangerous invader who wants to snatch children or something without any solid proof. Now then. What are you waiting for? Try to stop my attack!"
"That does it! I'm going to really make you pay and suffer now you fucking t*****y who is in the way of a perfect society! Your attacks so far have done very little! In an attempt to cure my pale skin, my master ended up making my skin much tougher through a method he forced out of a prisoner! That prisoner was obliterated after my skin didn't go back to blue! I don't mind sharing a little of the power of my master! Even if I fail, he will kill all of you for me when the time is right! But I won't fail! I disgust myself by speaking of a fake future that will never come! Die! Die! Die!" He aims the 3 attacks he's used today at me and instead of blocking them for me, Bray sees how my attack is coming along and smirks, confident in the power that's building up through my paintbrush, sword, arms, and friction. When the attacks hit, instead of harming me, they are deflected back at Yappa Yappa, doing some damage in the process: "How dare you?! I can't stop your charging with that? Well then, your mage friend is going to die first and without him, you and that reckless Deku are dead!" He charges up a terrifying amount of energy into his just returned to normal from water right hand. The instability and powerful is so great, I can sense it even though all my magical abilities and such are all completely gone. The Miitopian warrior attack Darkeye Slash typically requires the use of built up magical reserves by a Miitopian warrior but I've used it for such a long time, I don't need magic for it though it's less powerful without magic when I use it. Just a side note. Deku prepares a Detroit Smash or something but Yappa Yappa is way too fast for him.
The nameless powerful attack is about to hit Bray right above where her heart is located when a whole bunch of magical ice freezes the attack and Yappa Yappa solid: "Sorry I'm late. My sensors indicated that you would be fine to fight by yourselves until this point and I was busy. If that attack had hit, I'm afraid Bray would have taken some serious damage that would have required much magic to heal very quickly. Fortunately, this ice will hold the attack long enough for all of you to get away from the blast radius but I advise more drastic action in order to reduce any casualty count from it to 0. It will also hold Yappa Yappa for about 10 more seconds." Yappa Yappa's eyes widen in confusion and shock as Zane the nindroid easily froze him. Zane's body shines brightly thanks to the "sunroof" that was "added" to the school above this hallway earlier before I almost died. Yappa Yappa soon breaks out with pure hatred twisting his face: "Not another intruder into the battle! Fine! I will kill 3 of you and leave Deku alive but suffering just as Tomura asked me to!" The attack that would have killed Bray fails because she banished it to another dimension.
That's when I make a loud realization as her power up begins to fade: "Shit! Not only is the time almost up for me to charge my attack without issue nearly up but I just realized how much of the timeline you fucked up, Yappa Yappa! Tomura right now should have had his villains merge with another organization of this world. We can't reverse the events that have altered the course of this timeline. It would take too much time and energy with what we have. It's time to officially realize we're in a whole new hard to reverse timeline where the threats are even worse. That does mean we can go even more all out now though. It's obvious that preserving the original timeline so this alternate universe never comes to existence is a mere pipe dream at this point. And sealing away the memories of this altered timeline from the people on this planet affected by it isn't feasible right now either." "Hahaha! Good! You've realized something that reminded me of something! As long as timelines so freely emerge from other ones, my master and I's wealth and power will be infinite! We'll be immortal and rule over everything with society as perfect as the Republicans of your world have dreamed for generations! Power and glory to me!" Zane replies: "That's not a logical way to live out your life. Being kind towards others will make you feel really good. The fact you are filled with so much hatred shows that the level of happiness is being limited by you yourself and at the same time, increasing stress, anger, fear, and other factors that might not be healthy for your body. It's not helpful for people, that's what I know."
"Just be quiet, worthless bolts of trash! I'm going to make you suffer even more for making up false science about what hatred does! Master said it doesn't do that to humans, how could he be wrong? He's right about everything including the fact that t******s ignore biology!" It's my time to point out as the others attack and shit: "I'm sorry but right now, fuck politeness. You're such a fool. You don't even understand the basics of the scientific method. One of them is don't trust everything you read or hear. If something is actively shitting on something, some group, or someone, there's bias in it that probably taints it into being something that is not based in fact at all. Trans people do not ignore biology. They just realize that the genitals that people define them with don't actually define them among other things. Gender identity is as real and natural as an affinity for certain foods or my habit of being a picky eater. With that said, it's time to unleash my attack right before Bray cannot use that dark green energy anymore! I've tried developing this attack in the past but didn't get far unless someone who could lend me their help or something did so." Yappa Yappa sees how much energy I've built up and slightly panics before putting on a confident and malicious grin: "Aww is that your widdle attack? Scream in terror as I crush it right here and now!"
"No need to be so confident. It's a real waste of energy. You don't know what you're getting yourself into. My groove is back and I'm ready to help design your potential defeat once again! I should go a little further. My comrades are actively disrupting your plans. Our force of many has spread itself out throughout the school grounds of UA. I have some time before my muscles are too sore and burning to continue charging this attack so why don't I give it more some juice? Why not, the 3 comrades that are here are ones I can depend on to be awesome. They can definitely hold you back long enough for this to work as I wish it to." The villain swears under his breath as Deku uses Shoot Style very well even without Bray's spell. This is the part where things get a little more complicated in a good way for us. Pirate Blaster walks out of Class 1A with Thrashbeak on his shoulder and carrying a big hunk of metal with the United Mining Company logo on it while dragging an unconscious military person whose camo uniform is quite similar to one of a military I'm unhappily a little knowledgeable about. Upon seeing Yappa Yappa, Thrashbeak with a badass attitude throws up a tiny sword to where it stuck out of his mouth. As my muscles slowly begin to burn and shit, I ask: "Pirate Blaster! Great, you and Thrashbeak are here! What happened to the 50 strong war machines that were headed to Class 1A from what we gathered?" "Yar har! We sent them to Deathly Bones after making them walk the plank! It would have taken less time if that Nomu weren't so strong!"
Yappa Yappa looks about as enraged as an endermen can get crossed with the anger and malfunction of Gridiron in the Bolts Blip universe, he's got actual steam coming out of his ears and he could easily lose his balance over emotional overload: "Not the pirate! She was important to the defeat of Gorganan, The Shadow, and the SDL!" Pirate Blaster just laughs: "She?! To quote a meme found on the social media of Swiftdrawer's homeworld, we don't tolerate misgendering around these parts! I'm a former captain who resigned from being captain and helped defeat capitalism in some worlds! My comrade crew mates and I stick together by each other's side as much as we can! Let's bring this sore landlubber down!" Thrashbeak immediately gets to work and is forever immortalized as a formerly underrated legend. The parrot may have a few screws loose but his heart and combat skills are in the right place. I didn't even realize a parrot could be so damn strong! He flies too fast for Yappa Yappa to blast him and then uses the little sword to deal a serious blow on the villain. The only sounds I hear for about 10 minutes are fighting and Pirate Blaster just out of spite for the harm Yappa Yappa has caused starting to sing light hearted original non stereotypical sea shanties with elements of Death Metal here and there while ironically dealing serious hits on Yappa Yappa.
After that, I can't continue powering up my attack so I stop and hold it for as long as I can. Just long enough to warn and ask the others: "Everyone! The attack is ready! Thank you for buying like 13 minutes for me to power this up! My arms are as good as done right now but I appreciate everything! Bray and Zane, can you please try to limit the damage surrounding Yappa Yappa when this thing gets him?" "Affirmative. I will do my best. Ice is not optimal for this situation but it does decrease the chances of devastating structural damage by 5%." "Swiftdrawer, my dear friend. I shall do everything I can to. You can't hold it anymore, just let it go! As you know, you'll die if you don't! I did after all help oversee the development of your new ace. My magical reserves are about 80% full after everything. I've been trying to save a lot for our next adversaries. It's the logical thing to do. Ancient Miitopian Invisible Arena: Form!" Zane reinforces the move using the energy he detects from it as a guide with ice. Yappa Yappa almost looks in fear as I say: "I don't care if I didn't call my former ace attack the other name I've made for it! But this one has one name and one name only. The velocity of this attack is driven by its sheer force and unstable nature. Can't believe this is my first truly successfully attempt at unleashing it." His suppressed fear is replaced by another grin: "That's cute, your first time? You're all dead after this fails!"
"Not necessarily. I wish I had the strength to do it on my own but despite that and everything else, the greatest strength is found in the bonds and comradery of life forms who have come together for one or more crucial purposes! My world's opposition to fascism and capitalism must come together like that too! Let me reveal our collective resolve and forged bonds! An attack so wonderful and well designed it transcends far beyond the scope of most art forms! Great Infernal Tornado Slash!" The fire tornado that I had formed and kept from rotating an inch or even being disrupted by the nearby movement of other air molecules and such is let go. My right hand ached and trembled from charging and holding the move, the image of part of my paintbrush temporarily appearing as a mark in my skin. To add to my attack, Deku recklessly endangers his physical body by using the full power of One For All, Pirate Blaster charges magic into his sword and lets it out, Thrashbeak tries to make Yappa Yappa dizzy, and Zane freezes our enemy after reinforcing Bray's spell with ice. Bray is forced to use some healing that takes a few seconds to cultivate spell wise in order to prevent Deku from seriously injuring himself again like he already has at least 2 times.
When my attack gets Yappa Yappa, he bursts into flames as he cries out: "I will get you for this if any of you survive today! I will kill all of you if the others fail to beat me to it! I'm so disgusted by the idea of somebody stealing my kills! At least that number card that so happened to be acquired by Tomura allowed him to be more willing to work with us! You haven't won yet! Wait, I can't be losing! This must be a dream! I'm winning! There's no way I can be losing! All of you are dead!" At that moment, the mysterious corporate man Nedib Pmurt shows up and shows immunity to my attack as it defeats Yappa Yappa: "You beat him again. I'm too calm of a man to snap at any of you right now. Come on Yappa Yappa, you're coming home where you belong. It'll be weeks before you fully recover. Don't try to stop me, foolish radicals. I can do the same thing Tomura Shigaraki can but with magic instead of a quirk. Woke radicals like you may have beat him this time but you haven't won this battle and you certainly won't win our so called culture war! Now, I must be off. I have a meeting with the annoying Human Resources employee I have just so I can be uncancelable. He never shuts up about his paycheck and how we treat him. If I didn't need him, I'd let him pathetically flee to woke people like you who will just fill him with lies like Covid being a severe disease and still being a pandemic. Then his life will get worse and somebody else will lead to his death if he doesn't destroy his own life completely by being woke." The more I meet that guy, the more I dislike him.
I'm glad he just goes away, he's like a mastermind slowly putting his master plan of mass oppression, greed, exploitation, and lies on a scale not even seen on my world. I'm surprised he's honest with how disposable people are to him considering politicians, billionaires, and the media for the most part are unwilling to say that part of what they're doing outloud. If he's really from my world, I wouldn't be shocked if he has some ties direct or indirectly to Nazifurs. And to be frank, Nazis of all kinds cannot ever be welcomed into any space that treats life forms including marginalized people as organisms who deserve to not be destroyed by capitalism or oppression reasonably without major harm up to the point of genocide happening. Now enough of that, I fear Tomura Shigaraki is coming as we rest and pant after beating Yappa Yappa: "Comrades, Tomura is probably on his way here by now. Dominic's clones are beings of metal not biological material. That means they have weaknesses Dominic doesn't have. We have collective agreement to get away from Tomura if his quirk Decay gets too close to destroying somebody. Besides, it'll be like a trap for him. He'll much more underestimate us because he believes most of us are on the floor dead right now. We must not let our guards down. Btw, what kind of Nomu did you have to deal with anyway?"
Thrashbeak swallows his sword and blurts out without any self restraint: "They were tough! They nearly ate me! Their quirks are regeneration, fire, electricity!" "Well shit, that Nomu is going to come back for seconds if they haven't already! Damn it, I'm too exhausted to fight with my hands. But there's no time to worry about that, my legs can still move a lot. I'll kick that Nomu in the eyes if I have to! In order to completely stop Nomu, we definitely need to neutralize the regeneration quirk, destroy every one of Nomu's cells in an insanely powerful attack, and/or seal the life form away with magic and possibly, science too." Bray concurs: "I believe so too. We managed to buy a lot of time when we defeated Nomu but now, we must finish what we started." The whole entourage of us rush into the ruined Class 1A classroom and go down the side of the building the windows are located to get to the area by Class 1A. Nomu is giving Class 1A and our teammates a really hard time. But thanks to quick thinking and the knowledge nearly everyone got fighting the Nomu or several of them, we subdue the organism. I can't believe a human body was twistedly turned into this without any consent involved whatsoever. Defeating Nomu was easy due to our plans like me utilizing my vocal cords to let out one long and nasty high pitched scream with grit as a primary feature of it to distract the Nomu.
Bakugo, the blonde haired jerk with big red and black back hair, gauntlets for his quirk, and a pretty wicked costume that goes with his hair and shit yells at the Nomu a lot and deals serious damage by rapidly firing his explosive sweat that he lets accumulate in those gauntlets. Among others, Tenya Ida aka Ingenium uses his quirks that involves rocket or jet booster like things be inserted into his feet to greatly increase his speed and using the basic principles of F=ma to deal a great blow. He wears black glasses, matching his neat black hair, and I believe black eyes too. The outfit he wears is white, gray, and very much Knight like. Instead of using a sealing spell, Bray works with Zane to stop the Nomu in their tracks with paralysis and ice respectively. Then, Pirate Blaster being close to Eraserhead tells him to use his quirk Erasure with the help of his cloth. Thrashbeak assures the teacher they know what their doing. Then, all of us who aren't locking Nomu in place attack them and while they aren't totally destroyed, the Dynamic Force member Codix uses stored liquid nitrogen to freeze the particles that remain of Nomu. Just then, Dominic arrives with a a small batch of clones: "Sorry but Tomura is on his way! Let me take those frozen remains of Nomu. I'm detecting a time disturbance in the organism that suggests they shouldn't even exist and was created due to the change of the timeline here."
Bray allows him and then Garlic Mushroomsauce has her turn at telling the members of Class 1A that it's okay to turn them over: "Before anyone says anything, that man right there can be trusted. He's a scientist who has achieved many things." The rest of us nod in agreement so Eraserhead sighs: "Fine. We have too much to handle to stop you from doing whatever it is you're doing." Thrashbeak smiles at the pro hero and teacher before Dominic collects the Nomu, places their parts inside an equally cold tube that will keep Nomu alive but unable to use their quirks. After that, they give one of their clones the tube and convince them to take it to his lab in Miitopia. The clone nods and goes there. Once he's gone with his clones, slow footsteps from not too far off are heard. It's like the life and color is suddenly sucked out of the sky and environment as dark clouds roll in at the most terrifying perfect moment. Regnes gets in front of us and says: "He's here. Tomura Shigaraki. I'm a number and only a number can be destroyed by a number, I will protect all of you. My goal isn't to scare Tomura, that wouldn't even work to begin with. But I'm sensing the presence of 2 numbers. One is on the ground where Yappa Yappa was defeated, the other feels like it's with Tomura. Be careful, all of you. This will not be pretty, it'll be terrifying beyond the scope I can produce fear. To many, I'm like a walking nightmare straight out of a horror movie. The air is getting colder around us. Someone please go get the number on the ground in the hallway in front of your class. We might need that card's strength. Hurry. I'm not unbeatable, if I am defeated, I won't be erased but I won't be able to save any of you from his quirk Decay."
It seems that Regnes managed to make a good introduction of himself earlier when I was facing Yappa Yappa by myself and suffering as Ida who happens to be Class 1A's class representative runs off without even saying a word. In seconds, he comes back with the number but the number seems to respond really well to him. I speak up: "That number card must be resonating with the nature of your heart. This will be useful in our next fight. You are a stickler for the rules put in place for UA High School but you do it with a true card of the safety of others. You aren't actively trying to create some echo chamber full of a bunch of dumbed down people with no true free will. You fight to protect others and live by the honor of your brother. Many individuals are too selfish and become consumed by the numbers, their darkest wants go extreme. Interestingly, that wasn't the case in the universe the numbers originate from for a long time. If you weren't protected by some power, your most unkind parts of yourself would consume you unless you had a very strong will." "But how will this help me?" "Regnes, I must defer that question to you. Let's hurry this up, he's almost here." "Okay, let me sum it up. The picking up of a number forms a connection between you and the number. In situations where some of the living spirits of the numbers are released from another world like today, it's possible for more to emerge. That number is Number 325: Speed King Swift. How appropriate."
Just then, Speed King Swift comes to our location and glares at Tomura Shigaraki who is now in close view. The villain with several decapitated hands of his deceased family members placed carefully to be part of him, long light ish blue hair, black clothes, wrinkles, scars, and red eyes takes off the hand that was concealing his eyes: "I will kill all of you right here and right now. It's too bad Yappa Yappa and Nomu couldn't kill most of you for me but oh well. All Might is next after Izuku Midoriya dies last out of all of you. I don't know much about some of you but all I can say is that you're as good as dead. Everything I touch decays and goes away forever. All of you are about to go away forever too. These brats from UA have caused me so much trouble in the past but that's about to change. Hey big creepy guy, I almost want to spare you but I know you're with them. You'll die first and then that one who hides themselves with a cloak and mask." Regnes stands his ground and stares firmly: "You cannot scare me with promises that you might or might not keep. Just try to kill me. It'll be an interesting fight." Chaos Number 916 doesn't even lift a finger as he stands there like a statue and takes whatever Tomura tries. This frustrates the villain to no end: "Why aren't you dying? You should be dying but what aren't you even flinching?" It's a good thing Regnes is protecting us because all of us are pretty beat up. I certainly am and Bray is having a hard time with healing anyone for some reason.
As I drink some water because I'm severely dehydrated to the point I developed another painful headache, I ask her: "Bray, why aren't you able to heal anybody?" "It's like Tomura and the number he carries are somehow limiting things that do the opposite of killing organisms. We're in deep trouble if Tomura finds out why Regnes won't die." And then, a blue glow eminates from Tomura's pocket. I have a bad feeling about this.
Outro: Thank you for reading the first chapter I've made in a long time where I'm actively suffering due to the infamous things called headaches and stuff. It's been so bad it directly greatly influenced how this chapter turned out. I couldn't bring myself to write for nearly 3 days for long to finish this but I did it and hope my recovery continues. I've been sick and suffered a lot because of that. I think I need to actually eat more. I hope you enjoyed, this turned out really well despite unexpected challenges coming out of a cheap ripoff of Pandora's Box or something. Additionally, I had to spend some extra time with looking through things to get into the mood for writing a My Hero Academia chapter well with Yappa Yappa added into the mix. But it was worth it! You'll see more MHA characters in the part 2 chapter of this battle rages on in Chapter 7: Class 1A Rises Again. Anyway, see ya next time!
