Chapter Two

Nami.

"A Kunoichi, you said? From where village are you from? Which clan?" A lady with a blond hair and with a diamond in her forehead said. I remember her name is Tsunade.

Kakashi said she's the fifth hokage and she just stepped down her position last week.

She's kinda scary. If Usopp is just here? He's already crying from how scary she is.

"Yes... But it was supposed to be my disguise.." my last sentence was a whisper. I'm the only one who heard it. "I... I'm just an ordinary Kunoichi and... I'm from... Land of Wano..."

Land of Wano... I hope they knows it.

I saw them nodded but still confused. Tsunade spoke. "Land of Wano, huh? Never heard of it."

My eyes widened a bit and Kakashi saw it.

"ANBU, go get Ino." Ordered Tsunade to those wearing masks.

The 'anbu's' make a move and Tsunade face me.

"We we're able to look into your memories once Ino is here and we need to make sure that you're not an enemy of ours," her chin's up while saying it.

My eye twitch. Do I? Do I look like a threat?! Do I look like an enemy? This face? This cute face of mine?!

"This is so annoying," I muttered under my breath.

"Get Ibiki," she continue her order.

I sigh. "Kaka...shi..." I sang his name. I have nothing to do here.

Tsunade angerly scolded me. "You brat! Show some respect to the Hokage!"

I tilted my head to look at her. I shrugged. "Why the hell would I do that? Give me 10 million berries now then I'll show you some of my respect," I clasp my hands and place it on my chin with a beli puppy eyes.

Give it to me. Give it to me.

They raised their eyesbrows on me. Ha! Give my money or I'll let you taste the pain within my partner. I'm sure Zeus will allow me to use him for them. I'm his partner after all.

"Nonsense! I'm wasting my time for your golddigging," Tsunade harshly says.

Anger filled me. I stood up. "I'm not a gold digger! You just have to pay your debts!" I insist.

"Huh?! When did we have a debt from you?!" Tsunade snap. Arching her brows.

"Hah! This," I point my position. "This. You're all planning to integorate me! That's not something I will tolerate! You will pay me or you will have debt with interes," I already decided.

Of course, I need money, especially here in an unfamiliar place I'm in. I have needs. Just me. About Zeus, I'll just feed him some of my thunderbolt.

I sigh. What will I'll gain here? I'm decided! If they'll give me money or list their debts then I have no problem from their attitudes.

Ugh. I want Sanji-kun's milkshake right now...

"Fine" Tsunade's voice filled the silent room. Huh? What fine?

"Lady Tsunade?" A confused voice asked. It's the bakashi.

"I said fine. I'll give her my money for the peace of her. But that was supposed for my sake!..." She muttered the last phrase.

Ah, she's just like Zoro?

Wait- did she just? Did she said she'll give her m-money to m-me?

In a snap, I hug her. "Kyaaa! That's my Tsunade-sama! You're the best!"

A thick mark cross in the side of her forehead. "Let go, brat!"

I let her go immediately. Scared if she'll suddenly change her mind...

"Very well. Then you're agree for us to look at your memories, right?" She asks.

I nodded like a puppy. "Hai, Tsunade-sama~!" I said with my excited and happy tone.

She nod. "Very well," She turned to Kakashi. "You have disagreement or something?" She asked.

Kakashi sweatdropped. "Nothing's problem, Lady Tsunade. If Nami-san already agree then so be it," He said and started reading and signing papers.

Minutes passed and I did nothing but to annoy them then the expected visitors entered.

They bow a little. "Hokage-sama, Lady Tsunade" they greeted.

"What business do we have here, Lady Tsunade?" One of them asked.

"Ah, Morino-san, Yamanaka Ino, glad you're here. I'm about to get sick because of this brat," Tsunade greet them and insulted me while her finger in her head.

"I'm not a brat! I'm twenty years old!" I snap.

One of the new comers hold my both wrist. Huh? What's wrong with them? He's creepy.

"H-hey let go!" I force myself to let go of their grip.

"Show some respect to Lady Tsunade and to the current Hokage"

I was about to struggle again when the Bakashi stop them. Ugh, I'm glad.

"Mah, let her go because Ino will look to her memories," Kakashi said and the man with a black coat said 'yes' and let my wrists go.

I breathe. Ah, I stopped my breath for a seconds, huh?

Kakashi turned to me. "Okay, Nami-san, we'll look for your memories in exchange of money, shelter and to continue being Kunoichi here in Konoha Village if we'll see if you're not an enemy of this village. Do you agree?" Kakashi eyed smile to me when he's finish to his speech.

I think... I just agree to this deal because I need them. The exchanges. I need to survive here until I go back to my friends and nakama. Until I go back to Sunny.

But deep inside, I'm really against at this idea. Looking at someone's memory just for their satisfaction? Nah, I'm not a cat burglar for nothing. I knew what's right and wrong.

And for their idea, it's wrong for me.

The one thing I don't want from that idea is for someone's privacy. For their bad memories and I don't want them to see my bad memories. My bad self. From my experience when I was still a kid to being navigator or map stealer and drawer for Arlong's Pirates. I don't want that to happend.

But some part of me wants them to see something. Something's happy. My happiness. My obsession to oranges, to my treasures, my crew...

I am proud to be the Future Pirate King's Navigator. Even if I'm a bit sadistic to them especially for the boys, not to admit but I love them all. Even Zoro the bastard.

I want them to see that in the future, I'm able to draw the map of the world. That I'm the best Navigator in the future.

And I am proud of that. For able to show them what's my family like.

Wait. I felt like I'm now a manipulative sad girl...

"Are you ready, Nami-san?" Bakashi asked carefully.

I just nod. "Go ahead" I said with a serious or rather a blank face.
