Hi everyone, thanks again for your patience. Here, we continue where we left off with the heroes battling the deadly Super Shredder and his forces. Things are going to get more intense here, even more so than in the canon show. How will our heroes prevail against such a terrifying threat? Find out right now.
Darkest Plight
"SAKI! WE DIE TOGETHER!" Splinter shouted as he pulled the Super Shredder down with him into the dark and vast chasm below. Both wrestled against each other with all their might as they continued to fall; Super Shredder lashed out with his claws, which Splinter tried to duck before punching his enemy in the face. However, Super Shredder pressed hard against Splinter to press his back against the rocky wall while they fell, causing Splinter a great deal of pain.
"You fall to your doom, rat!" Super Shredder cursed as Splinter continued to resist against him.
"Not doom… if my children… survive!" Splinter bit into Super Shredder's shoulder, using his own momentum to spin over Super Shredder and away from the wall. He kicked himself away from his mutated enemy, but Super Shredder caught him by the robe, determined not to let his hated foe escape his gasp. However, they came to a ledge that had strut out from the wall, breaking Super Shredder's fall while Splinter continued to plummet.
Knowing he couldn't likely escape his fate. Splinter took a deep breath as he tried to put himself in a meditative stance, bracing himself for the bottom that was surely to come. However, he failed to notice that the ground he was plummeting toward briefly glowed purple before it broke apart into something much softer such as sand and dirt, which cushioned Splinter as he impacted the ground.
Meanwhile; the group of heroes consisting of Leo, Elsa, Raph, Mikey, Donnie, Anna, Kristoff, Sven, April, Casey, and Shinigami; they had found themselves face-to-face with Stockman-Fly, Bebop, and Rocksteady, along with a small army of black ice-ninja.
"Ha ha!" Rocksteady laughed. "You should have run when you had chance! Now I will be doing all the squishes!" He punched his fist into his palm.
"No way dog, we talked about this!" Bebop argued with his partner. "I want to blast em!"
"Hey, we gotzzz a job to do! We don't have time to argue!" Stockman-Fly buzzed.
"But I want to squish them!" Rocksteady protested. "It's fun!"
As the mutant-trio continued to argue with each other; Anna and Mikey looked to each other with nods before turning to Leo, Raph, and Kristoff, all three nodded as they moved around the sides while the princess and orange-clad Turtle got the enemy's attention.
"Hey, hold on a second! You can't kill us!" Anna stated. "If you do… you'll never know where the treasure is buried!"
"Treasure?" All three questioned at the same time.
"What treazzzure?" Stockman-Fly questioned.
"Is treasure with gold and jewels?" Rocksteady asked.
"Uh…" Mikey tried to think of something. "The treasure of imawiener."
"I'm a wiener?" Bebop questioned before realizing what he just said. "Oh that is not funny, dog!"
This was the distraction needed for Kristoff to come in and slug Bebop across the face while Leo delivered a flying-kick to knock Stockman-Fly down as Raph leapt to grab Rocksteady by his horn.
"Watch the skull!" Rocksteady shouted before Raph rode him back up the tunnel the way they originally came just as Elsa threw up an ice wall to block the black ice-ninjas.
"Everyone out! Now!" Elsa exclaimed as the heroes quickly ran back up the tunnel, right before the black ice-ninjas broke through Elsa's defenses and ran in pursuit after them.
It didn't take long for the heroes to exit the tunnel back outside and enter the wide clearing where they faced and defeated the black ice-dragon from before. Leo drew his katanas to block and parry the swords from two black-ice ninjas. He kicked one of them down before ducking under the slice of the second and quickly decapitated that one as well. He didn't get much time to rest as three more suddenly appeared before him.
Anna and Mikey both ran to get some distance from four pursuing black ice-ninjas, the later throwing shurikens at them, but they only bounced off their frozen surface before engaging the two in close combat. Mikey quickly drew his nunchucks to attack two that came at him, while Anna used her sword to defensively parry against the blades of the two enemies that were attacking her.
Raph continued to ride on Rocksteady before the mutant rhino had enough and threw the red-clad turtle off him. Rocksteady proceeded to charge at him before he was tackled by Sven, the two rolled across the ground for a minute before Rocksteady delivered a punch to knock Sven off him, but this allowed Kristoff to get in close with a slice from his hatchet. This did hurt Rocksteady a bit, but also furthered irritated him as he glared at Kristoff, who regrouped alongside Raph and Sven, just as Rocksteady drew his hammer and sickle before going on the attack.
Elsa had already grown a set of ice-wings as she flew in the air with Stockman-Fly giving pursuit as he continued to spit acid-like projectile at her, which she was easily able to avoid before flying closer to the ground, with Stockman-Fly in pursuit. However, right before she reached the ground, Elsa broke her wings apart into a powerful blizzard-like attack, which she threw at Stockman-Fly to blast him away. She didn't have time to rest however, as a series of lasers were shot in her direction from behind. Elsa turned up with a surprised expression before she glared at the appearance of Tiger Claw, who was joined by five black ice-ninjas before they all leapt at her.
Donnie spun his staff defensively to block the icicles that were shot at him by the black ice-ninjas, but that was all he could do as he found himself surrounded by six in total. Fortunately for him, salvation came in the form of April, who controlled her tesen to slice and decapitate all six of them.
"You okay, Donnie?" April checked as she ran toward him.
"Yeah, thanks I… watch out!" Donnie pushed April out of the way just in time as Rahzar suddenly appeared to lash his claws at the pair, forcing them to dodge before Rahzar landed on his hands and claws before pouncing toward them again.
Casey, Karai, and Shinigami appeared to be in a similar bind as the two kunoichi continued to hold off the black ice-ninjas while the former pucked a series of exploding pucks toward Bebop, who dodged each of them while performing his 'dance-moves' and delivered a few pelvic thrusts to blast his lasers at Casey, which he could barely dodge himself. As Karai and Shinigami came back-to-back against five black ice-ninjas, they seemed completely unprepared for the sudden arrival of Fishface, who leapt above them to land on his hands in-between and deliver a double-kick with his metal legs to knock them back.
Soon, all twelve of the heroes were backed together as the Foot mutants, and small army of black ice-ninjas had them cornered.
"Your time is up, little ones." Tiger Claw stated. However, just before either side could attack, a large tornado suddenly appeared in-between the opposing groups, preventing the Foot mutants and their forces from attacking.
"It's the Wind Spirit! Gale!" Leo exclaimed.
"Guys the path is clear! We need to go!" Karai told the group as they spotted their way out of the mountain range. As they all quickly used this opportunity to retreat, Elsa paid a final glance toward the tunnel they recently exited; an expression that mixed anger and sadness before joining the rest of her friends and family.
Northuldra Camp
The natives of the Enchanted Forest, as well as Arendellian soldiers, continued to wait alongside their new companions, the Mighty Mutanimals; the groups making small talk and interacting with each other to pass the time. All except Olaf, who simply waited, staring out in the direction of the Forest where he saw his friends depart. He was soon approached by the elder of the Northuldra.
"I may have only known them for a short time, but I have seen your friends accomplish wonderous feats." Yelena told the little snowman. "I'm sure they're all right."
"No offense Yelena, but you don't know the Shredder." Olaf said in an uncharacteristically serious voice. "Even when he was a normal man, he was a nightmare. It took all our strength to bring him down last time, and the only one who ever stood a chance against him one-on-one was Master Splinter. And now he's become an even worse monster."
Yelena sighed. "I honestly do not know what to say, mostly because I've never seen this man in my life. But, from what I've heard of him, from what the Queen and Princess have told me, I would be lying to say I wasn't nervous at the thought of someone as strong as him."
Suddenly, Rockwell felt his forehead a bit as his psychic senses felt a familiar presence. "They've returned!" He exclaimed, getting the attention of everyone else. The Mutanimals, Matias, as well as other Northuldra and Arendellian soldiers quickly ran toward where Olaf and Yelena were as they saw Elsa fly in with her ice-dragons just before they touched down. It was only then they noticed someone missing from their group.
"Where is Master Splinter?" Slash asked.
As Elsa's ice-wings vanished, along with the ice-dragons, everyone looked down with his or her own expressions of grief and worry.
"He… He fell…" Karai stuttered. "He fell into this dark chasm… in the mountains…"
Nearly everyone gasped, as even the Mutanimals looked especially shocked, but none more so than Olaf, who looked toward Elsa as she appeared visibly upset compared to most of their friends.
"April, could your powers locate him?" Leatherhead asked the redhead.
"No… I… I lost my mental connection with Splinter as we left the mountains." She replied.
"But that doesn't mean he's gone!" Anna quickly said. "He… He could have saved himself! I mean… this is Master Splinter we're talking about!"
"This is also Shredder we're talking about." Kristoff said. "He was bad enough before, but now he's somehow made himself worse! He was able to hold his own against Splinter and Elsa!"
"That doesn't mean we give up, though!" Anna argued. "We… we have to know for sure! So, until we do, we… we can't assume anything!"
"That's right." Mikey said immediately. "Splinter is still alive! He… He has to be…! Right guys?" He tried to ask his friends, but none of them offered a response at first. "Right?"
"Even if he were alive, how can we stop the Shredder?" Shinigami questioned. "Nevermind how more monstrous he is, he can create his own army of frozen ice monsters! And he has his goon squad with him too!"
"He's become stronger… but he's not invincible." Elsa said, getting everyone's attention. "When Splinter and I fought him… for a second, he seemed to keel over… like he was in some kind of intense pain. We all know my powers don't mix well with mutagen, and if he put a combination of that stuff inside of him…"
"It must be doing a number on his physical body." Donnie followed her train of thought. "Maybe that's how we stop him."
"We're going back!" Leo stated, his expression hardened with determination. "Shredder caught us off guard last time, but not again! This time, we'll be ready!"
"Got that right." Slash stepped up alongside the Mutanimals. "Splinter's one of us, and when you mess with one of us, you mess with all of us!"
"Please, let us help!" Matias stepped up as well, speaking toward Elsa and Anna specifically. "We are sworn to protect the Royal Family of Arendelle. If this Shredder is threatening you and your friends, we help you fight."
"We're in too." Honeymaren and Ryder also stepped forward with the Northuldra. "This Forest is our home."
"And we'll be damned if we let these monsters ruin it for us!" Ryder added.
"Alright." Elsa nodded. "We'll need all the help we can get here. We will find Splinter, and we will stop the Shredder and anyone else who tries to stop us!"
With that, the allied group of mutants, ninjas, soldiers, Northuldra, and otherwise all stood together as one unified force, determined to defend their home from the monsters that were at their doorstep, no matter the cost.
Super Shredder struggled to pull himself out of the chasm he fell into, having climbed all the way back up from where he fought his enemies. As he continued to struggle, he was approached by one of his most faithful followers.
"Master Shredder!" Tiger Claw offered him his hand for support, which the Super Shredder accepted as he allowed himself to be pulled back up to solid ground. "You survived! Is Splinter… gone?"
"Perhaps… but he is a resilient old rat." Super Shredder stated, having thought Splinter dead several times before, only to be surprised. Suddenly, he felt wave of agonizing pain flow through his entire body, much to Tiger Claw's shock as Super Shredder felt his right arm. "Help me…! I need… more power…!"
Tiger Claw saw on his master's right arm, the ice that flowed in his body was beginning to spread further up his forearm. "You're arm…! Tread carefully, Master. We warned you that mutagen and the Ice Queen's blood may be incompatible with each other. And you injected yourself with our entire supply!"
"Do not… lecture me old friend!" Super Shredder stuttered as he allowed Tiger Claw to carry him. "This will suffice for now! I was called to this forest… I can feel greater power… calling from beyond its shores! We'll regroup with Bradford, Xever, and Stockman; have Zeck and Steranko search every inch of this chasm!" Super Shredder ordered. "We must… be sure… Splinter is gone! And I… I will exterminate that witch myself!"
Northuldra camp
"Alright, so we all know the plan?" Leo asked as he, his friends, family, and allies all made their way closer toward the mountains.
"Mikey and I will search the chasm for Splinter." Donnie said as he carried a bag full of climbing supplies.
"I'll help too!" Olaf volunteered. "I'm not a fighter, but I can help look into dark holes!"
"That sounded really wrong, dude." Casey told him.
"Time to go spelunking, bros!" Mikey stated.
"Sven, Raph, Casey, and I will stand guard and watch over those three while they search the chasm." Kristoff said, continuing along with the plan.
"Meanwhile; Leo, Karai, April, and myself will stay outside the tunnels." Elsa continued.
"Knowing Shredder, he'll want to eliminate his 'competition' who can threaten his power, and the only one of us who can possibly do that, is Elsa." Karai followed along.
"We'll be acting as bait." Elsa continued. "We'll lure Shredder and any forces he has away from the mountains and back down here."
"And we'll be waiting for him." Anna stated as she stood alongside the Shinigami, Mutanimals, Northuldra and Arendellian soldiers.
"This may very well be the most dangerous battle any of us have done." Leo said, facing their small army of allies. "I can't guarantee we'll all make it out of here alive. So, if any of you want out, just say the word now. We won't take it personally."
Nobody, not a single soul, man, woman, or mutant, said a word. The only response came in the form of affinitive growls, or gestures in the form of drawn weapons and firm battle stances.
The group soon found themselves at the edge of the forest, in a small but long clearing that appeared to separate the tall trees from the massive mountains. "Alright, let's do this. For Sensei" Elsa stated as she re-conjured her ice-wings, and five Ice-Dragons, which were quickly mounted by Leo and Karai on one, Kristoff and Sven on the other, Raph and Casey on the third, Donnie and April on the fourth, Olaf and Mike on the fifth.
"For Sensei!" They all shouted as Elsa and the Ice-Dragons flew straight up while the rest of their comrades got ready for the upcoming battle.
It was dark and silent at the bottom of the chasm. It had been silent ever since he landed there some time ago. Suddenly, Master Splinter's hand shot out of a pile of sand and dirt as he tried to pull himself onto solid ground. It seemed a little easier than he had anticipated as he pulled himself up and rolled over on his back. He felt along the ground with his right hand to feel the soft sand, which was unexpected as he thought that it would either be solid rock or even spikes. He was either very lucky, or something else was behind that. Given what he had heard about this forest before however, he wouldn't be surprised if the later was true.
Despite the soft landing, he fell a considerable long way down and he was still in a great deal of pain. He felt his head at first before trying to stand, only to get a pain reminder that his right leg had been severely broken by the Super Shredder before the fall. Realizing he needed to straighten it out before going anywhere, he tried to quickly feel around for anything that he could use as a brace or something similar. It would seem that someone was looking out for him however as the ground near him shifted and changed, the rocky surface itself taking the form of two long stone rods that appeared to be just long enough.
This was confirmation that there was indeed something unusual going on, but now was not the time to dwell on it. He quickly grabbed the two stone rods before tearing off a piece of his own robe and began to tie the rods around his broken leg. This next part was really going to hurt, he took a deep breath and braced himself before tying off the makeshift cast to straighten out the broken bones, causing him to scream in pain. The scream itself echoed throughout the chasm as Splinter fell backwards onto the ground to catch his breath, his body was still quite battered, and he would need time to heal himself.
Master Splinter then felt the ground beneath him become much softer as the rocky surface turned into sand. He tried to sit himself up as he observed the process being done around him and felt the sand beneath him.
"Fire… Water… Air… Earth…" Splinter muttered to himself, almost as if he had to remind himself of what called this forest home. "Are you… the Earth Spirit?" In response, the sand next to him shifted and took the form of a smiling face. "You… you saved me… Thank you." The smile in the sand only turned broader, which caused Splinter to smile back. "My… my children… are they…?" The sandy face became somewhat three dimensional as it gave a nod to assure him that they were all okay, much to his relief.
Suddenly, he heard something. It wasn't something that echoed in the chasm, but rather in his mind. He recognized it instantly, the sound of a woman singing, the same sound he heard that called him to this forest, and likely the one that Elsa had heard.
"Is that you?" Splinter asked the Earth Spirit, the sandy face below him merely turned into a frown and shook, indicating that it wasn't. "Well… I believe it is time we find out." He allowed himself to lean back onto the sand, the Earth Spirit making it as soft as possible as Hamato Yoshi attempted to put himself in a meditative state. This would not only allow his physical injuries to recover more quickly, but perhaps even allow him to find out what it was they were truly dealing with.
The heroes had successfully managed to make it to the clearing just outside the tunnel that led to the chasm. So far, it didn't appear as if their enemies were nearby, but they knew that would not be the case for much longer.
"Alright, this is it." Leo told everyone. "Let's go, Master Splinter is counting on us."
With that, the group consisting of Raph, Donnie, Mikey, Kristoff, Sven, Casey, and Olaf made their way down the tunnel, leaving Leo with Elsa, April, and Karai.
"And now we wait?" April asked.
"And now we wait." Elsa confirmed as they stood closer together, scanning the area for any sign of the enemy they knew would eventually show themselves.
Meanwhile, Bebop and Rocksteady both gazed down into the seemingly bottomless chasm where their quarry awaited them. Needless to say, both looked extremely nervous.
"No way, dog! I'm not climbing down there either!" Bebop protested. "Come on, we're doing rock-paper-scissors!" They proceeded to play their game. "One, two, three…" Rocksteady had rock while Bebop drew paper. "Ha! Paper beats rock, son!"
"But paper no good against rock!" Rocksteady argued. "Rock destroy paper!"
"Dummy, paper wraps around rock like this!" Bebop wrapped one hand around the other for emphasis. "Do I gotta keep explaining it to you?!"
"Oh wow, this place is big!" They heard Olaf's voice echo throughout the area, causing the duo to look in the direction they heard the voice and saw Olaf, Raph, Donnie, Kristoff, Casey, Mikey, and Sven enter the area.
"Focus, Olaf! We have a job to do!" Raph chastised.
Bebop quickly pushed Rocksteady around the corner so they wouldn't be seen. "What you do that for?" Rocksteady questioned.
"The Turtles and their pals are looking for Splinter." Bebop explained. "So, we wait here, let them do all the work for us, and haul up Splinter's body! Tight!" Rocksteady nodded in approval but was surprised when Bebop wrapped his arms tightly around his own body.
"Very tight…" Rocksteady winced, but he understood Bebop's intentions as his active camouflage turned both of them invisible via direct contact just as the group of seven arrived onto the scene.
"Wow… that is a long way down…" Olaf looked down the chasm and couldn't see the bottom. "Do you think Master Splinter…"
"He's alive, Olaf! Don't go saying stuff like that!" Sven told him.
Kristoff got a good look at the walls around the chasm, he wasn't able to before due to being in the middle of a fight, but now he had the chance. "This seems way too steep. I don't see anybody climbing down something like this, and I've been climbing mountains my whole life."
"That's why I've got these." Donnie reached into his bag to pull out a pair of grappling hooks. "I've added a secondary-hook attachment to these, which should allow us to find another place to latch onto without dropping the primary hook."
"Time to go spelunking Olaf, you ready?" Mikey asked the little snowman.
"Whenever you are, Mikey!" He replied as Mikey tied the snowman around his shell, their backs facing each other and essentially giving Mikey an extra set of eyes on the back of his head.
"We'll stay up here and keep a look out for any of Shredder's goons. Be careful guys." Casey told them.
"See you on the other side." Donnie replied as he and Mikey shot their grappling hooks to the other side of the chasm and began their descent, leaving the other four on top. However, just as they saw their friends leave, Sven began to pick up an odd and familiar scent in the air, something Kristoff noticed.
"Sven, you okay buddy?"
"Yeah… I just… something doesn't quite smell right." Sven said, narrowing his eyes in the direction he was picking up the odd scent.
Master Splinter continued to meditate, basking in the emptiness of the void, while also listening the sound of a woman singing that played on in his head. His own spiritual awareness helped him to focus on the voice, and the more he focused on it, the deeper the meditation he found himself in. It wasn't long before he felt his own spirit become detached from his body.
Soon, Splinter had found himself in what appeared to be a black void, with nothing around him. But he could indeed feel a presence around him as he heard the woman's voice once again.
"Show yourself! Who are you?!" He called out.
A response came in the form of a series of glowing vibrant pink sparkles, which took the form of a small lizard, that appeared to be set ablaze as it ran around him. Next, coming from the void, was a larger cluster of navy-blue sparkles, which took the form of a horse of some sort that appeared to flow like water. From above that, a swirl of light-blue sparkles flew around him, taking the form of a breeze of wind with leaves around it. And finally, standing around all of that, was a gathering of large giants, illuminated by dark purple sparkles, these giants appearing to be made out of stone. As these giants formed a large ring around Splinter, the illusions of the fire-lizard, water-horse, and wind continued to move and circle around Splinter.
"These must be the spirits of the Enchanted Forest…" Splinter was easily able to deduce. Soon, these illusions began to shift and change with the sparkles around them. All four clusters of sparkles dissipated and reformed in front of Splinter; but rather than taking animal-like or ethereal forms as before, each of them appeared to take some kind of humanoid form as they stood in front of the rat master.
On the far left was the tallest, a cluster of dark purple sparkles helped to illustrate the rocks and earth that swirled around him with the staff he carried. To his right, was a figure made from the sky-blue sparkles, wielding a pair of dual blades as a gusting wind blew around him. On his right was another humanoid figure, illuminated by the vibrant pink sparkles that appeared to set him ablaze, but he didn't appear to be harmed by the flames as they clustered around his fists. Finally, the one on the far right, was illuminated by the navy-blue sparkles as waves of water seemed to bend around his arms. These four figures, they seemed eerily familiar to him. But, to his surprise… a fifth figure appeared above the other four.
This one appeared to be female, which was illuminated by white sparkles as she hovered above the other four before landing gracefully in the middle; all five of them faced Splinter as he seemed to come to a realization.
"A fifth spirit…."
Meanwhile, Raph, Casey, Kristoff, and Sven continued to wait near the top of the chasm, Casey casually balancing a puck on his hockey stick while everyone seemed a little more than anxious. But given what they were waiting for, one could hardly blame them.
"Hope they're okay…" Raph said, glancing down the chasm. "It's awfully quiet down there."
"And awfully boring!" Casey stated. "I wish something crazy would happen!" He slapped his puck toward the other side of the chasm, only to watch it fall into the abyss below.
Sven however continued to sniff the air before he glared. He then pried a large rock from the wall, much to the group's surprise, before throwing it in a seemingly random direction. Only for the rock to hit Bebop and Rocksteady, knocking them onto the ground and out of their camouflage.
"You deer-jerk! You hit me in my piggy snout!" Bebop glared at Sven.
"I knew I smelled something crappy." Sven glared as Raph, Kristoff, and Casey drew their respective weapons to face their newly revealed enemies.
"Bebop and Rocksteady!" Kristoff glared.
"Now you will bring us furry rat-man ninja." Rocksteady said as he drew his hammer. "Or we will break you like dancer!"
"No, no!" Bebop ran his hand down his face. "Break-dancer ain't got nothing to do with… aw forget it! Take em down, G!"
Rocksteady roared as he and Sven were the first to charge each other, Raph joining the mutant reindeer to jump and deliver a spinning kick to Rocksteady's face; leaving Kristoff and Casey to face off against Bebop, who leapt in the air to throw a laser-mohawk projectile at them.
Meanwhile, Mikey, Donnie, and Olaf continued to descend further into the chasm, using their dual-grappling hooks to zip from one point to another, making their way closer to the bottom.
"Master Splinter! Hello!" Mikey called out.
"Master Splinter! Please answer us!" Olaf called out. "I'll call out Marco and you call out Polo! Marco!" No response at first. "Marco!" Still nothing.
Donnie glanced around in every direction he could. "I'm certain this is the general area where Splinter fell but… without knowing how far deep this place goes… he could be anywhere."
However, Olaf saw a faint purple glow off to the side which seemed to come from the wall. "Hey guys! Look!" He pointed toward the source of the glow, with Mikey and Donnie looking to see the rocks on the wall move and shift, taking a new form that seemed to resemble something akin to an arrow that pointed downward and at a slight angle.
"Dudes… I think it's Fuji!" Mikey stated.
"It is… it's the Earth Spirit!" Donnie realized with a slight laugh. "Of course! Fuji is connected to any form of earth around this forest, and this place is filled with it!"
"The Spirits are helping us!" Olaf cheered as the group made their way further down, going in the direction they were shown. "Thank you, Fuji!"
Meanwhile, Leo, Elsa, and Karai continued to wait for their most treacherous and unforgiving foe to show himself, with April using her Aeon crystal to widen her psychic powers, reaching out in all directions in a form similar to radar. It was a long and anxious wait for all of them, but they wouldn't have to wait for much longer.
Suddenly, she felt him. She felt the cold and dark presence, the unrelenting hate that radiated off him, and the irresistible urge to kill every single one of them. And he wasn't alone either.
"They're coming!" April alerted. "They'll be here any second!"
"Stick to the plan." Leo told everyone. "We bait them away from the mountains and into the forest."
"No, we take them down in the forest!" Karai stated. "We finish them today!"
"They're here!" Elsa spotted the villainous group consisting of Tiger Claw, Rahzar, Fishface, Stockman-Fly, all led by the Super Shredder as they climbed their way down from a cliffside. In record time, Elsa conjured an Ice-Pterodactyl next to her, along with her own ice-wings. "Everyone on the dino! Now!"
Leo, April, and Karai quickly mounted the Ice-Pterodactyl and flew off with Elsa straight toward the sky just as the Foot mutants made their way to solid ground.
"Master, they're leaving!" Tiger Claw alerted.
"They won't get far." Super Shredder stomped his foot onto the ground to spread a large patch of black ice around the area, which quickly grew and took shape of a Japanese dragon, much smaller than the last one, but big enough to hold all four Foot mutants, which they were quick to mount before it took off with Stockman-Fly right beside them.
It didn't take long for the black Ice Dragon to catch up with Elsa and the Ice-Pterodactyl, both soaring through the clouds before Elsa and her friends gunned straight down toward the forest. The Super Shredder's steed appeared to be much faster as it slowly closed the distance between itself and the heroes. However, Elsa and her companions showed no sighs of slowing down as the forest below became more detailed, showing how close they were to the ground.
"Elsa! Now!" Leo ordered, prompting Elsa to quickly turn around and blast a powerful blizzard into the face of the black Ice Dragon. Soon, a thick layer of blue ice covered the creature's entire face, blinding it and preventing it from navigating, while also giving the others a chance to attack. April blasted a powerful psychic wave just as Leo and Karai leapt from the Ice-Pterodactyl to deliver a dual-attack of spinning kicks. All three attacks hit the frozen face of the black Ice Dragon at the same time, shattering Elsa's ice as well as the outer layer of the face of the black Ice Dragon. Elsa conjured a blizzard around her friends to pull them out of the way as she flew as fast as she could to avoid the crashing monstrosity that landed so hard on the ground, it shattered.
There was a brief shockwave that blew many of the leaves off the trees around them, as well as several branches just as Elsa, Leo, April, and Karai landed rather gracefully. Right in front of them however, Super Shredder landed on his feet rather hard, right alongside Rahzar, Tiger Claw, and Fishface with Stockman-Fly hovering just above them.
"Nowhere left to run." Super Shredder growled.
"Who said anything about running?" Elsa glared. "We got you right where we want you."
Suddenly, the ground beneath the Super Shredder exploded as Leatherhead and Slash broke out of their pitfall hiding spot to land a surprise attack with Slash's mace and Leatherhead's shoulder thrust to send Super Shredder rolling back, followed by a powerful psychic blast from the side to knock back Rahzar and Fishface, a mechanical fist which flew out to punch the surprised Tiger Claw in the gut, and a certain flying pigeon to kick Stockman-Fly out of the sky.
The villains looked toward the hill on the side to see a small army being led by Anna, Shinigami, Matias, and Yelena consisting of the Mighty Mutanimals, as well as Metalhead, Arendellian soldiers, and Northuldra.
"ATTACK!" Anna shouted, drawing her sword, prompting the allied group to give war cries and yells as they charged forward.
Super Shredder quickly recovered with a glare before he slammed his fists onto the ground, creating a large patch of black ice around him that quickly rose two dozen black ice-ninjas, which charged at the allied army as well.
Meanwhile, Sven and Rocksteady grappled with each other, trying to press their own strength against the other. But it would seem like Rocksteady had the upper hand as he forced Sven against the wall. However, Raph quickly appeared to deliver a kick to Rocksteady's face and knock him back, allowing Sven to follow through with a punch and knock him down.
At the same time, Kristoff threw a punch with his free hand, while also slicing with his hatchet in the other, hoping to get at least one hit on Bebop, who simply dodged each attack with his dance moves before swerving around Kristoff to kick him in the back and send him rolling close toward the edge of the chasm. Casey tried to get the jump on him from behind, only for Bebop to turn invisible much to Casey's frustration before Bebop appeared on a higher ledge.
"I got your punk-butt now!" Bebop sang as he shot more lasers at both Casey and Kristoff with his pelvic thrusts.
Master Splinter continued to meditate as he saw what could only be described as humanoid shapes of the five spirits before him. It didn't take long for someone as wise and smart as him to deduce what stood in front of him.
"It is said that the four elements are merely four pieces of a single whole." He said aloud. "It is from this whole that life thrives. And that, I believe is what you are." He spoke to the illusion of what he thought was the fifth spirit. "You are the spirit that represents life itself. You are who has been calling me, as well as Elsa. Tell me, why were we summoned to this place? For what reason were we called?"
The response he got was the humanoid forms of the four spirits around the fifth all vanishing and returning into trails of their respective colored sparkles, which swirled around the illusion of the fifth spirit before she herself expanded in the form of bright white sparkles that stretched out in all directions all around Master Splinter. It then began to take shape, this time of what appeared to be some kind of landmass.
This new illusion around him took the shape of what appeared to be a set of mountains with a massive frozen river and a glacier in-between. Even though this was a mere illusion in his mind, Master Splinter could feel the incredible energy that flowed throughout this place. For this was where the fifth spirit dwelled, and where it was calling him and Elsa from. He instantly knew what this place was.
"Ahtohallan." Master Splinter spoke aloud. "The source of this world's magic. You and the other spirits came from this place, didn't you? And you made the forest your home. This is where we are meant to be."
However, something inside Splinter spoke differently. Whether it was his own intuition and spiritual awareness, or it was the fifth spirit still communicating with him, he could not say for certain. But he knew what exactly was being said.
"No… There are those among us destined to come to this place. But… I am not one of them."
Back in the forest, it was practically a small warzone as the Arendellian soldiers and Northuldra stood together, battling the black ice-ninjas, parrying swords, shields, and staff with ice-weapons that appeared as hard as steel. Though the soldiers and Northuldra had numbers on their side, the black ice-ninjas appeared to be stronger and quicker.
Ryder brought his staff to the face of one black ice-ninja, only for it to block his attack with its arm before kicking him down. It loomed over him for a moment before a metal fist was shot toward its chest and shattered it. The fist returned to Metalhead who quickly made his way over to Ryder and over him his hand, which Ryder took as he was helped up.
"Thank you… uh, metal turtle." Ryder said, not sure what to make of the metallic being that stood before him. Metalhead nodded in response before turning around and opening fire with his laser guns at three incoming black ice-ninjas.
Honeymaren stood alongside a group of Northuldra and an Arendellian solder, standing their ground against a group of five black Ice-Ninja, doing their best to stand together. She was able to knock one down, and allowed a soldier to bring his sword down and decapitate it, leaving only four left.
"Cowabunga!" Mondo Gecko zoomed in on his skateboard to slam the end of it into the face of one black ice-ninja, shattering it. "I saw what you dudes did." He told them. "I'll knock em down, you slash em!"
"Good plan!" Honeymaren nodded as Mondo skated toward the remaining three, where he quickly swerved his skateboard to knock all three of them down on the ground, allowing Honeymaren and her team to finish them off.
Pigeon Pete, meanwhile, hovered in the air as he faced off with Stockman-Fly. "We meet again, my arch enemy!" Pete glared.
"Yezzz, but you won't be zzzo fortunate thizzz time!" Stockman sneered before they both attacked, only to slap each other in the face as per their normal squabbles.
Fishface ran towards April, dishing out a kick in her direction, which she attempted to dodge before slicing her tanto at him, but Fishface ducked underneath to knock her back with a kick before she recovered. As he tried to move in closer, he was struck by a psychic blast that sent him rolling back.
Rockwell appeared by April's side. "Mrs. O'Neil, perhaps it would be best if we combined our powers to rid ourselves of this foul fish."
"Fine with me." She smirked as they both combined their psychic powers to produce a single, powerful, psychic blast that sent Fishface flying and crashing through several trees, sending him even further away from the battlefield.
Mattias found himself pinned against a tree as he used his shield to try and force Rahzar back who only snarled at him. "Didn't you learn your lesson last time, old man?" Rahzar sneered. "I think it's time I broke those frail bones of yours once and for all."
Suddenly, Rahzar was slashed in the back, causing him to wail in agony and backed away from Mattias, allowing Anna to come to his defense. "You treat your elders with respect, Rahzar!" Anna scolded as she attacked with her sword, which Rahzar parried with his claws before catching the blade, but this left him open for Mattias to rush him with his shield, knocking him down and allowing Anna to punch him in the jaw and send him rolling down the nearest hill.
"How's that for an old man?" Mattias called to the downed Rahzar as he smiled toward Anna. "Thank you, princess."
"Anytime." Anna smiled back.
Meanwhile; Tiger Claw sliced his machete toward Karai, who parried it with her own short-sword against the relentless slashes before Tiger Claw delivered a kick to knock her toward a tree. Shinigami then appeared from behind to throw out her chained ball and ensnare Tiger Claw's arm before pulling it back with her leg, bringing Tiger Claw in close as she tried to slash at him with her crescent-moon blade, but Tiger Claw caught her by the arm and hauled her over his head before throwing her down. Before he could attack further however, he was struck in the side by a long staff, knocking him down as he came face-to-face with a glaring Yelena.
"Hello again, elder one." Tiger Claw greeted with a smirk. "I am delighted to settle old scores with you."
"Too bad the feeling isn't mutual, beast." Yelena replied as Karai and Shinigami stood alongside her before all three went on the attack.
At the same time, a bit further away from the other fights; Elsa roared as she threw a powerful wave of her magic toward the Super Shredder, who rose his fists in response to slam them on the ground and shoot out a series of large black ice spikes to overwhelm and shatter Elsa's own ice-magic, the force of the collision knocking her down. Suddenly, Super Shredder was soon tackled by Leatherhead, who ran as he crashed Super Shredder through several trees, knocking them down with raw strength. However, Super Shredder dug his feet into the ground, halting Leatherhead's charge before grabbing him by the sides and causing Leatherhead to moan in pain as he felt the freezer-burn touch from physical contact alone, forcing him to loosen his grip before Super Shredder hauled him over his head and threw him away, crashing into another tree.
Slash then appeared at Super Shredder's side with a roar of his own, slamming his mace into Super Shredder's side to knock him back slightly before Slash went in on the attack. Leo tried to provide back up for Slash, coming in from behind with several slices from his katana, moving with such speed, contrary to Slash's own strength and savagery. This seemed to keep Super Shredder on his toes before he coated his arms in black ice, like armor, as well as extended his own blades to block Slash's mace with one hand and Leo's swords with the other. He then caught their weapons in his claws before throwing them away and grabbed them both by their heads to lift and slam them into the ground before throwing them away, even the massive Slash was thrown around like a rag doll.
Suddenly, Super Shredder's entire lower body was struck by countless ice-blades from all around the ground, courtesy of Elsa. Even if the blades couldn't pierce his body, they would keep him still long enough for Elsa to create a massive blizzard just above the Super Shredder, which she condensed into a powerful attack of pure ice-magic. She yelled as she thrusted her hands down, sending the attack straight at Shredder with explosive results.
A brief fog filled the area, along with snow and ice that covered the ground and several trees around them. But Super Shredder didn't appear the least bit damaged as he shot at Elsa at such insane speeds, grabbing her by the face and slamming her onto the ground. He kept one hand over her face and grabbed her waist with his other, attempting to hurt her with his freezer-burn touch. Even she could feel the pain, which was emphasized by her muffled screaming as she tried to fight him off.
"Shredder!" He was suddenly blasted off Elsa by a powerful psychic blast, courtesy of April and Rockwell, the pair standing alongside Anna and Mattias. Leo, Slash, and Leatherhead likewise regrouped on the other side to have Super Shredder surrounded on all sides.
"Go at him from all sides! He has to have a weak spot!" Leo ordered as all seven of them came directly at the Super Shredder, who only roared and lashed out at each of them.
Back in the mountains, above the chasm, Bebop continued to blast palm-lasers at Kristoff and Casey, forcing them to dodge while Rocksteady slammed his hammer across Sven's face to knock him down. He was about to raise his hammer and crush Sven's skull when Raph leapt onto his face from behind to pull back before delivering a kick to the back of his neck and knock him back as Raph leapt backwards.
"That's it turtle-scum! Now you get the horn!" Rocksteady charged at Raph with his horn, which he was just barley able to dodge, rolling out of the way, but coming awfully close toward the edge. This brief moment of hesitating allowed Rocksteady to slam his hammer into Raph's side and knock him into the wall.
"Hey!" The recovered Sven called to Rocksteady, taking a charging stance on his hands and feet. "Let's play chicken!"
Rocksteady accepted the challenge as he charged at Sven, who waited for the right moment until his enemy got close enough. When he got there, Sven ducked his head and bent upward, catching Rocksteady's gut with his antlers and used his own momentum to throw the mutant rhino over the edge behind him, sending Rocksteady falling and crashing onto a ledge about twenty feet below them. He struggled to pull himself up but was finished when his own mallet fell onto his gut, knocking the wind out of him and rendering him unconscious.
Kristoff was able to get in close to Bebop and wrap his arms around his neck and keep him pinned. "Let me go, boy! Only the ladies grab me like this!" Bebop struggled in his grip.
"Casey! Now!" Kristoff called, allowing Casey to skate his way in and slam his hockey stick across Bebop's face with enough force to knock him out as well.
"Ah yeah! Casey Jones and Kristoff for the win!" They shared a high five with each other, along with Raph and Sven who regrouped and exchanged high-fives and fist bumps with them as well.
Master Splinter appeared to be standing in the middle of a lake, which was shown to be a cluster of navy-blue sparkles. He stood in front of the illusion of the fifth spirit, once again taking the form of a humanoid female composed of white sparkles. Though neither of them appeared to say a word to each other, they may as well be having a conversation with their hearts, minds, and souls. It was almost as if they were in perfect tune with each other. Slowly, they each took a step forward, walking closer to each other as Splinter spoke.
"It is strange. Looking at you, I am reminded of all that has happened in my life. Every blessing, every hardship, every tear shed, every moment of rage, my greatest hopes, moments in my life that brought happiness as well as turmoil. Even at a young age, I understood the value of life. Though it is finite, that is what makes it most beautiful." He and the fifth spirit stood less than an inch apart from each other. "Because our lives are finite, we live them to the fullest as best we can. My life was filled with many hardships, but I regret nothing. I am thankful for what I have, and what I've lost. I understand why we are here now, and what must be done. The forest will be set free, and the evils that plague it shall be vanquished."
The fifth spirit gave a simple nod as it raised its hand before Splinter raised his own. Soon, their palms touched with each other, before Hamato Yoshi awoke from his meditation.
Yelena parried her staff against the blade of Tiger Claw before Shinigami came in with a kick to the face, which Karai exploited as she transformed into her mutant serpent form to ensnare her tail around his waist and used his snake-arms to pin his hands behind his back. This allowed Yelena and Shinigami to come in with a series of strikes, kicks, and other attacks that Tiger Claw was unable to defend himself against. Finally, Karai pulled back on her tail, just as Yelena and Shinigami thrusted their staff and chained ball respectively into his gut, so much so it knocked the wind out of him and sent him rolling down the hill.
Before either could celebrate their victory, all three of them heard the sounds of yelling and battle not far behind them and saw their strongest allies engaged in a vicious battle against the Super Shredder.
Leo, Anna, and Mattias came at him from multiple sides to slash at him with their swords, but their blades didn't even penetrate his skin before he went on the attack. He struck his fist into Anna's side to send her crashing into a tree, grabbed Leo by the throat before slamming him into the ground and rushed Mattias, who tried to protect himself with his shield, but Super Shredder easily shattered the shield like glass as he rammed his shoulder into Mattias, knocking him hard against another tree.
Suddenly, Super Shredder was picked up by an invisible force and kept pinned in mid-air by the combined psychic powers of April and Dr. Rockwell before they slammed him into the ground and kept him there. This gave Slash and Leatherhead an opportunity to come in and attack while he was down with Leatherhead bringing his large fists down as Slash relentlessly pounded him with his morning star. However, this only served to further fuel the Super Shredder's rage before he yelled and exploded a massive cluster of black ice out from his body with enough force to send Slash and Leatherhead flying backwards, and even break the psychic grip from April and Rockwell. He quickly rushed the two and grabbed them both by their faces and threw them hard, both crashed against a separate tree before sliding down in pain.
Karai, still in her mutant-serpent form, was next to attack Super Shredder, trying to wrap her entire body around him and pin his arms to his side, hopefully allowing Shinigami and Yelena a chance to attack. However, Super Shredder stomped his foot onto the ground to shoot out a series of black ice-spikes; Shinigami was knocked back, but Yelena cried out in pain as one spike impaled her left shoulder. He then easily freed himself from Karai's grip, grabbed her by the throat and threw her away. He was suddenly kicked in the back by Leo, drawing the Super Shredder's attention toward him, and away from Anna as she helped the injured Yelena away.
He drew his blades again as he tried to rush the Super Shedder, but he brought his fist down to send a trail of black ice-blades along the ground; which Leo attempted to brace himself against by crossing his blade. But the impact knocked the swords out of his hands and sent him flying, but before he could get any farther, Super Shredder grabbed him by his foot before slamming him down hard on his shell and picked him up by his arms.
"Goodbye, Turtle." Super Shredder began to squeeze hard against his arms, trying to crush him, while also causing freezer burn through physical contact along his arms. The intense pain caused Leo to cry out in agony. However, a trail of ice spikes appeared in-between, forcing Super Shredder to drop Leo and separate the two as he drew his attention toward the source.
Elsa glared at him with as much hate as possible, a powerful blizzard swirling around her as she readied all the magic she had at her disposal. Super Shredder returned her glare with one of his own before he tried to rush her. Elsa gave a powerful yell as she threw out both her arms, blasting with all the magic she had at him. The intense blizzard she pushed against him was enough to halt him in his tracks, forcing him to use his own arms to brace himself. There was even a layer of frost forming over his body as she continued to push against him with everything she had. However, Super Shredder took a single step forward, followed by another, and another, pushing himself against the blizzard and closer to Elsa step-by-step. Eventually, he was right on top of her, his blades extending across his arms more with his black ice before he raised them both and tried to bring them down onto her. Though she tried to form an ice shield to defend herself, Super Shredder easily shattered it as he pummeled Elsa into the ground and proceeded to stomp on her repeatedly with his foot. He stomped on her over and over, causing her to yell with each stomp as he attempted to stomp the life out of her.
"Elsa!" Anna shouted, after having set Yelena down. She was about to run and help her sister, but the Super Shredder's attack was thwarted by a series of laser blasts that pelted his back. He turned around with a glare to face not only Metalhead, but also Mondo Gecko, Pigeon Pete, as well as the rest of the Northuldra and Arendellian soldiers, including Ryder and Honeymaren, having defeated his own forces already.
"Take him down!" Mondo exclaimed as the small army charged directly at their single foe.
The brutally injured Elsa looked in horror as she saw all this and knew exactly what was going to happen. "No… don't do it… stay back… please…"
However, Super Shredder brought his fists down onto the ground once more to create a massive wave of black ice-spikes that shot out of the ground in all directions. The force and shockwave alone was enough to knock the small army back. Before they even had a chance to recover, Super Shredder had leapt over his the black ice-spikes and went on the attack. A series of brutal punches, kicks, and slashes were all the Northuldra, Arendellian soldiers, and Mutanimals could register before they even knew what hit them. In a matter of minutes, they all had been knocked down hard on the ground, some suffering rather brutal injuries. Even Metalhead was knocked down.
Ryder attempted to charge him, but Super Shredder easily swatted him away. Honeymaren tried to strike next with her staff, but he grabbed her by the throat and pinned her hard to a tree and readied his claws to mutilate her.
"Stop!" He heard Karai's voice, having turned back to her human form as she tried to approach him. "Don't do this! You could do something good for once, Saki! Something without the malice! Without the hate! Without the need for revenge!"
This seemed to be enough to calm him down, absentmindedly dropping the terrified Honeymaren as he turned to face the girl he raised directly.
"Karai…. I… I never meant to hurt you." He tried to speak to her. "Please… call me Father… not Saki…"
She took a brief look around and saw that almost everyone had crawled their way away from him, as well as a stray spike made from Super Shredder's black ice just below her feet. Now that she was close enough, she could only hope that this would be enough to end him.
"You were never my father!" She kicked a black ice-spike from the ground into her hand and drove it into his mutated heart, actually piercing through his skin. He cried out in agony as the glowing substance that flowed through his veins was hacked from his mouth. He felt his own body twitch as his limbs became stiff, the ice around hm spreading even further as his mutation acted up once again.
"No… not now! Not now…!" He stumbled backwards.
This was it. This was her opening, and she found something that can actually damage him. Karai held the black ice-spike in her hand as she attempted to rush Super Shredder and end this madness forever. However, a series of blue laser blasts from Tiger Claw created a large barrier of ice that separated her from Super Shredder.
"No!" Karai called out as Tiger Claw, Rahzar, Fishface, and Stockman-Fly regrouped with their injured master.
"Come master! We must leave!" Tiger Claw said as they tried to help him away from the battlefield.
"We can't let them escape!" Karai was about to give pursuit.
"Karai!" Anna called to her, causing her to turn around to see the redhead helping her injured sister to her feet, with April doing the same for Leo. "Our friends need help! That's more important right now!"
She knew that Anna was right, no matter how much Karai wanted to end this, her friends and family came first. "Alright… next time." She quickly ran to Anna and helped Elsa while Shinigami did the same for April.
Soon, the same sort of thing happened with everyone else, the least injured helping those most hurt back up on their feet, mutant to human such as Mondo and Pigeon Pete with Ryder and Honeymaren, Slash helping Leatherhead, Metalhead helping to carry an injured Northuldra, even the Northuldra helped the elderly and injured Arendellian soldiers.
Yelena grimaced as she felt the piercing pain in her shoulder as she tried to stand, but as she stumbled, she was quickly caught by Mattias, who helped to bring her arm over his shoulder. "It's okay… I've got you." The Arendellian lieutenant told the Northuldra elder.
"Thank you…" She smiled sincerely.
Despite the unfortunate outcome of the battle, all previous animosities that had been experienced by any of the parties present, particularly those among the Northuldra and Arendellian military, it had all been forgotten. They were all in this together, and the only way to survive it was to stand together.
Meanwhile, the Earth Spirit, Fuji, continued to guide the trio of Donnie, Mikey, and Olaf deeper into the chasm as they looked for the one that they all considered father.
"Master Splinter!" Olaf called out, still attached to Mikey.
"My… My sons…!"
All three of them gasped with smiles as Donnie turned his flashlight towards the ground, where they found Master Splinter, having sat himself up from the pile of sand and dirt he had been lying down on. Once they set their eyes on him, Donnie and Mikey quickly leapt down with the orange-clad Turtle quickly tying off Olaf from him before they all ran toward Splinter with joy.
"Sensei!" Donnie exclaimed as all three of them embraced Splinter with literal open arms.
"Thank you, great pizza-maker in the sky!" Mikey also exclaimed.
"We're so happy we found you, Master Splinter!" Olaf smiled. "If I had tear-ducts, I'd be crying tears of joy right now!"
"I have never been happier to see such smiling faces." Master Splinter wrapped his arms around all three of them, truly happy to be reunited with his family.
It had taken several hours, but the forces of the Foot had made it to where their master had told them to go. Tiger Claw and Rahzar helped the Super Shredder toward the shore at the northernmost part of the region; they, along with Fishface and Stockman-Fly now found themselves facing the raging waves of the dark sea.
"And why are we at the ocean again?" Fishface asked.
"This… is it." Super Shredder stuttered as he fell to his hands and knees on the dark sand. "I can hear it… calling to me… just beyond."
"Yo!" They heard Bebop's voice calling out as most turned around to see Bebop and Rocksteady also arrive onto the scene. "We just got back from those crazy mountains, dog!"
"Dah, Splinter alive! We saw Turtle-boys pull him up!" Rocksteady reported.
"He's too stubborn to even die." Rahzar snarled in disgust. "Just like his sons."
"Silence!" Super Shredder exclaimed. "Listen…" He heard it again, the sound of a woman signing. However, it was something only he can hear.
"I can't hear anything. Can you guys?" Fishface asked, to which Stockman-Fly, Bebop, and Rocksteady only shook their heads in response. However, Super Shredder did indeed hear the voice again.
"Power… More power… and it lies just beyond this sea!" Super Shredder stood up and prepared to march toward the raging waters.
"No, Master!" Tiger Claw tried to stop him. "You cannot cross that sea in your condition! You must rest!" However, Super Shredder slammed his fist to knock Tiger Claw back before he charged into the raging ocean.
Once he made his way into the water, Super Shredder slammed his arms down to spread a series of black ice-spikes all across the area before pushing himself even harder against the treacherous sea. He could feel it the further he pushed; he could feel this sea pushing back against him, as if the sea itself was an enemy trying to stop him. But he would not be stopped. The power to finally crush his enemies was just beyond this sea, and nothing was going to stop him!
Done.
Well, I'd say I'm rather pleased with how this story turned out. Quite a bit has happened here. Master Splinter not only survived, but he even made contact with the fifth spirit! Let me say just one thing real quick, the fifth spirit in this story is not Elsa! That was one thing I didn't like in the canon movie, it was something that felt like was just thrown out there, there was no build up or anything to it that made it feel natural. So, instead, I'm planning on doing something different. It'll make more sense as the story goes on.
However, Super Shredder is far more dangerous than anyone could have imagined, even more so than in the canon show. He was able to singlehandedly overpower not just the Turtles, Elsa, and the rest of their friends; but even the Mighty Mutanimals alongside the Arendellian soldiers and the entire Northuldra tribe! However, his mutation appears to be growing more unstable by the minute. But… he's also made it to the Dark Sea, and he has a destination in mind that lies just beyond, and we all know what it is.
What's going to happen next? How will our heroes prevail against such an over-powered enemy, especially if he should happen to reach his destination. However, before they can even think about facing Super Shredder again, a new foe is about to reveal themselves, someone who is much closer than they realize.
Until then, stay safe and stay healthy out there. Love you.
