It was Christmas Eve in the Inkwell Isles, and Gwen was helping put up the finishing touches in a big cabin she created for her family to stay in with bedrooms close to the cottage in the forest. Gwen was helping set up the decorations for the Christmas Eve dinner that evening for her two families to socialize and bond together. Gwen sets up holly, tinsel, garlands, wreaths, trinkets and the candles. Margarine cook the dinner while Rose and William wrap gifts. Edgar was helping set up the Christmas tree. Once the preparations were finished, Gwen said,

"Well, I think that's everything!"

"I think you're right dear." Said Margarine, after setting up the table for dinner for eight people.

"I can't believe this is our first Christmas in the Inkwell Isles and not at home this year."

Rose said as she is putting the presents under the tree while she tried not her pregnancy wear her down.

"It'll be the most memorable yet!" Said William helping her up on her feet.

"I feared we were never going to celebrate Christmas as a family again."

Edgar said, expressing his fear of not having Gwen back in the family.

Rose approached her father and said

"Papa, you don't need to worry about it anymore. I was the one who found her and she reunited us after we escaped the Devil."

Edgar smiled at Rose. Just then, there was a knock at the door. Gwen gets the door and sees Cuphead, Mugman and Elder Kettle and they all said,

"We're here!"

Gwen smiled and hugs her surrogate family and they enter the cabin.

"You're all here!"

Rose said as she gives the cups and Elder Kettle a hug.

"Yep my dear, we wouldn't miss this!" Elder Kettle said as he placed a few gifts under the tree.

Cuphead and Mugman take Gwen's hands and go into the kitchen as Margarine was setting up the food while Edgar followed them.

"Mmm…" Both cups said after sniffing the air.

"Oh, hey boys." Margarine said as she gives the cups a hug.

"Smells delicious in here Marge." Said Mugman.

"Thank you Mugman, dinner's not ready yet." Margarine thanked Mugman.

The cups notice Edgar behind them and give him a hug too.

"Oh, thank you boys. I owe you both everything for keeping Gwen safe all this time." Edgar said as he hugs the cups back.

"Eh, think nothin' of it daddy-o. We're her best friends after all." Said Cuphead.

Gwen realized something.

"Oh guys! I almost forgot! I forgot to pick up something from the mall! I'll be right back! They're gonna be closing soon!"

"Okay, but don't be too long dear! Dinner's almost ready!" Margarine called out.

"I'll help ya momma." Mugman said.

"Aw thanks Mugman." Margarine thanked as he helps her with the cooking.

Gwen uses her ink pen and inkwell and demonstrates her new learned ability she learned: teleportation. Gwen tapped her ink pen on the table and disappeared.

"That girl learns fast." William said, impressed with Gwen's powers.

"Yep. She told me when she sees someone do it, she can do it too. She just has to use her imagination. Even the Devil." Rose reluctantly says.

"Honey, what did we say? Don't think about it anymore. It's over, we're still standing here because of your sister. Besides, we still need to tell everyone the big news in the morning." William reminded her.

Rose sighed and said,

"You're right. I'm sorry honey. Still trying to get over it."

William hugs her and both kiss, only to realize they were standing under a mistletoe Cuphead was holding above them standing on the recliner.

"Real funny Cuphead!" Rose scolded as Cuphead laughed and William giggled.

In downtown Inkwell City, Gwen rushes to the toy store to pick up two presents she put on hold. She picks up the gifts, pays the cashier and was about to head back to the cabin when she suddenly noticed the Devil looking at the toys in the store window. Gwen saw the Devil staring at the toy train as it kept moving around the train track. Gwen giggled and decided to leave him alone and be on her way. But suddenly she heard the Devil say,

"Fancy seeing you here my beautiful flower."

Gwen cringed as she realized too late he noticed her presence. Gwen turned around and saw the Devil leaning against the window, folding his arms and smiling at her. She sighed and said,

"I don't know what you're doing here, but I don't have time for this. I gotta get home to my family. It's Christmas Eve! Goodbye!"

Gwen was about to head home until the Devil wrapped his arm around her and says,

"What's the rush dear? Stay a while, let's spend some holiday time together. You and me."

Gwen begrudgingly agrees since she knew he could just kidnap her without her invisible sweater on. The Devil walks with Gwen down the sidewalk. He magically make a small red poinsettia flower appear in his hand and places it in Gwen's hair. Then, he surprises her with a bouquet of red and white poinsettias he stole from a window display. Gwen sighed, takes it, puts it back in the window display and kept moving along the sidewalk. The Devil is confused and tries a different tactic to win her over. He makes a string of Christmas lights come to life on a building, scaring nearby citizens and spelled out the words in cursive, 'I love you.' Gwen is unimpressed, sighed again and kept walking. The Devil loses patience and tries one more tactic. He noticed an insect couple sitting on a bench about to share a big box of chocolates. The Devil uses telekinesis to snatch the box of chocolates, making the couple cry and presents it to Gwen. She sighed again and uses her ink pen to use telekinesis to give the chocolates back to the couple, making them stop crying and happily munch on their chocolates. The Devil growled angrily and asked,

"Why are you so hard to impress?! Why aren't you like most women?!"

Gwen looked at him unamused and said,

"Well, lets see. Maybe, cause you stole those two gifts and you scared people with that stupid love note. And another thing, those things are too cliché for me."

The Devil grumbled as they kept walking. He decided to try simply make a conversation with her.

"So, what did you ask Santa for this year?" The Devil asked.

"I haven't yet. Maybe some new art supplies? I dunno." Gwen answered impatiently.

"Hmm, fine. Well, I'm gonna ask Santa for that cute little choo-choo." The Devil said.

Gwen paused for a moment, then she burst out laughing. The Devil gave her an insulted look and asked,

"You think that's funny?!"

"That is priceless! Like you'd ever get on the nice list!" Gwen continued laughing.

"I was just about to go the North Pole right now to fix that! Care to join me?" The Devil offered.

"Wait, the North Pole and Santa Claus are… real?" Gwen asked, now fascinated.

"Yes my dear. He resides in this world though, not yours. He travels to both the human world and this world! You humans know nothing!" The Devil scolded.

"Same with you on being nice!" Gwen scolded back.

"Alright, if I could prove to you that Santa Claus and the North Pole are real, would you go with me to talk to Santa?" The Devil asked.

"Yeah, yeah sure. Whatever you say." Gwen said sarcastically and was about to leave.

"Great! Then it's settled!" The Devil said with a big grin, cutting to the chase.

"What?!"

Gwen realized too late and attempts to get away, but the Devil swept off her feet and tapped the pitchfork and disappeared.

They arrived inside an office in the North Pole. The Devil puts her down and Gwen looks around and is fascinated. Gwen gasped and looked outside the window. She witnesses little elves and reindeer making Christmas preparations outside and hears the elves singing a song as they were building toys for all the children of the two worlds with a smile on her face.

"That proof enough for you my dear?" The Devil asked, knowing that bringing her to the North Pole would impress her.

"Yeah, but I don't see…"

Gwen was about to finish until the office door opens. The Devil sits down in the chair as Gwen quickly moved in front of his desk.

"Ho! Ho! Ho!" A deep voice called and closed the doors.

Gwen gasped at the sight of the one and only… Santa Claus himself!

"Santa?" Gwen asked.

Santa turned around and saw Gwen standing in front of his desk.

"Ho ho, hello there little girl! Who are you my dear?" Santa asked.

Gwen walked up to him and said trying to contain her excitement,

"I-I'm Gwendolyn Mae Emmons. Call me Gwen sir."

"And did you come to ask for a present my dear? Just whisper into my ear what you want." Santa asked as he held up his ear.

"Well… since you mentioned that, I was thinking maybe…" Gwen was about to tell Santa what she wanted until the Devil interrupted,

"Hello, Nicholas."

Both Santa and Gwen turned around and saw the Devil sitting at Santa's desk with a menacing grin.

"Oh boy." Gwen said worryingly.

"Ho ho, hello. Goodness, what a hairy boy you are." Santa said.

The Devil levitates himself up and floated in front of Santa.

"Oh my. Who are you?" Santa asked.

"Well, um…" Gwen tried to speak until the Devil puts his finger on her lips, shushing her.

"My dear, do you mind?" The Devil asked, hinting her to give them some privacy.

Gwen gives him a disappointed look and said to Santa,

"I'll get back to you in a minute. Mind if I look around sir?"

"Ho ho ho! Of course, my dear child. I'll have elf number 3 show you around."

A small elf comes into the office, grabs Gwen's finger and takes her into the toy factory. Gwen could barely contain her excitement.

Elf number 3 shows Gwen how all the toys are made, how they take care of the reindeer and show the actual sleigh Santa uses to fly all over the two worlds to deliver the presents. Gwen pets all eight reindeer and they each give her kisses on her cheeks. The elves treat her with Christmas cookies and a hot cup of cocoa with marshmallows. Gwen is led back to the office and noticed the Devil being told he was on the naughty list and won't get a choo-choo. The Devil sits sadly in Santa's chair as Gwen smugly asked,

"So… how'd it go?"

"It was terrible! Henchman was right! I'll never get on the nice list!" The Devil answered sadly.

"I told you so." Gwen said.

"Aw, don't be too hard on him dear." Santa assured her as he placed his hand on her shoulder.

"Why Santa? After all he's done to me, my family and friends?"

"Even sometimes there's good in naughty children too. Like there's good in you and your family and friends." Santa pointed out.

"Really?" Gwen asked.

"Yes my dear, nobody's perfect at being nice." Santa answered.

Santa walked up to the Devil and showed some compassion.

"Oh. Tell you what. If you can be a good boy 'til the stoke of midnight, I'll put you on the nice list."

The Devil's eyes popped, shakes Santa's hand and said,

"You have a deal Santa! I won't let you down! You'll see!"

The Devil disappears, leaving Gwen behind as she sipped some cocoa.

After seven seconds, Gwen says to herself,

"Three, two, one…"

The Devil reappears in the office as Santa gives him a disappointed look. Gwen smiled smugly and asked as she was munching on a Christmas cookie,

"So… how'd it go?"

"What happened?" Santa asked sternly.

The Devil stood there, feeling guilty and said,

"Well, I was off to a good start."

"Yeah, for like 10 seconds!" Santa argued, he sighed, gets up from his chair and said,

"Santa needs a drink."

"Does improvement count for nothing?" The Devil asked.

Santa opens his globe, pours a bottle of milk in his glass and said,

"At this rate, you'll be on the naughty list forever."

"Forever? I will roast you forever!"

The Devil yelled and blew fire around as Gwen made a forcefield. She snickered as she kept eating a Christmas cookie.

Santa looked at him unamused and tsked. Santa got out his naughty list and wrote,

"Threatened Santa."

"I told you so." Gwen said as she sipped some cocoa.

The Devil's eyes popped, got down on his knees and begged,

"I'm sorry! I just wanted a tutu!"

"Choo-choo." Santa corrected him.

"Right." The Devil said.

"Well, if you really want on the nice list, there is one way, but it comes at a cost." Santa pointed out.

"I'll do anything!" The Devil begged.

Gwen snickered and said,

"I bet you can't get on the nice list before midnight tonight."

The Devil's eyes popped and said,

"I'll take that bet dear!" The Devil quickly said.

"What? I wasn't actually betting! I was just saying you can't get on the nice list before midnight!" Gwen answered back.

"I maybe the Devil, but that doesn't mean I can't be nice too!" The Devil argued back.

"Let's think about three reasons why you'll never get on the nice list, shall we? One, you're the definition of evil. Two, you have zero kindness in your heart if you actually have one. And above all… three, you're too ill-tempered!"

Gwen argued as she finished her cocoa and Christmas cookie.

The Devil growled furiously as he was about to explode fire again as Gwen made herself another forcefield to protect herself, knowing it was coming.

"Now, now you two. Perhaps there's a way to settle this in a mature-like way?" Santa stopped their bickering.

"Hmm, maybe you're right. Gwen, why don't we actually bet on it? Just name your terms if you win." The Devil discussed.

Gwen thought for a moment and said,

"If I win, you will stop trying to win my heart, kidnap and marry me!"

"Fair enough. If I win, I won't stop trying. And you get to give me something." The Devil explained his terms.

Gwen sighed and folded her arms.

"What is it? A tutu?" Gwen joked and laughed.

"What? No! You're going to give me… our… first…"

The Devil said as he held up a mistletoe.

"Kiss." He finished.

Gwen's eyes widened and nearly threw up until she got a hold of herself.

"You alright?" The Devil asked.

"I'm fine, I think I had a little too much cocoa and cookies." Gwen lied after catching her breath.

"So, do we have a deal?"

The Devil asked sinisterly and reached out his hand, gesturing her for a handshake.

Gwen reluctantly reaches her hand out and said,

"Deal."

The Devil grabs her hand and both shake on it.

"Now that you both are settling this maturely, come with me Devil." Santa instructed.

Gwen looked at the clock and realized,

"Oh my gosh! I gotta get home! Mama's got dinner ready!"

Gwen grabbed the two presents but just remembered,

"Oh wait! Santa?"

"Yes dear child? Oh, right your present!"

Santa remembered and sat down on a stool. Gwen squealed excitedly, sits on his lap and whispered what she wanted for Christmas.

"Oh, ho ho! Alright dear." Santa said as he got out his nice list and added her request next to her name on the list.

"Thank you Santa!" Gwen thanked and kissed his cheek. She gets up from his lap, tapped her ink pen on the globe and disappeared.

The Devil stood there, shocked that she learned teleportation.

"I taught her that one!" The Devil lied to Santa and goes with him outside the office.

"Oh, Devil. If you want to increase your chances of getting on the nice list, why don't you give her a gift?" Santa suggested.

"I've already tried that! I tried giving her flowers, a love note and chocolates! But she kept rejecting them every time! I tell you she's so hard to win over!" The Devil explained frustratingly.

"You stole those gifts, scared people and those are too cliché to her. Maybe you could possibly win her over by giving her something personal and from the heart." Santa advised.

"Really? But what could she possibly want personally from the heart?" The Devil asked.

"I know what would make her very, very happy than what she asked me." Santa said.

"Ooh! What is it?" The Devil eagerly asked.

Santa gestured him to lean his ear towards him, the Devil does so and Santa whispered it. The Devil's eyes popped and he said,

"Oh fine, I'll see what I can do."

Then the lights suddenly go out in the toy factory.

Meanwhile, Gwen reappears in her home and put the gifts under the tree.

"There you are Gwen! Where have you been?" Edgar asked.

"I'm sorry papa. It took longer than I thought. Now, then let's eat, shall we?"

Gwen lied and started setting up the big table.

Later that evening, the families ate dinner together and socialized. Meanwhile, Gwen sat with the cups as they were playing with their toys Gwen got for them at the toy store earlier. Elder Kettle falls asleep in a comfy recliner. She noticed Rose sitting with William in front of the window, watching the snow fall outside and sipping some eggnog. Then, she notices her mother and father sitting together and sipping some red wine on the couch.

Gwen felt sad and thought about still being single even though the Devil is still after her and is stuck in a bet with him. Gwen gets up and goes upstairs to her custom-made room. Gwen laid in bed and said to herself,

"Ugh, why did I ever make that stupid bet with Devil? I'm not kissing or marrying him, ever!"

Just then, Gwen heard a knock at the door.

"Come in." Gwen said.

Cuphead and Mugman enter her room.

"Yep, something's wrong." Cuphead said.

"I'm fine guys. I'm just tired. It's just my first Christmas in the Inkwell Isles with you guys." Gwen lied.

"No Gwen, you're not fine. You're laying in bed. You do that when something's troubling you." Mugman pointed out.

Gwen sighed as the cups join her on her bed.

"I can't lie to you guys. It's just that…" Gwen hesitantly tried to speak.

"You were sidetracked, weren't you?" Cuphead guessed.

"Yeah, pretty much." Gwen admitted.

"Where did you really go?" Mugman asked.

"The North Pole." Gwen confessed.

Both cup's eyes widened and jaws dropped.

"You actually went there? Did you meet Santa?" Cuphead asked excitedly.

"Yes, I did. I told him what I wanted and that I was on the nice list." Gwen admitted.

"That's great Gwen? Am I on the nice list? I know I haven't been good all year long but…" Cuphead asked hesitantly.

Gwen put her hands on Cuphead's shoulders and said,

"Aw buddy, don't say that. You have goodness in you. We all do. Nobody's perfect at being nice. I haven't been perfect either." Gwen assured him, remembering what Santa told her about not being perfect at being nice.

"Really Gweny? Ya think so?" Cuphead asked.

"I know so buddy." Gwen smiled.

Cuphead smiled and hugged his best friend. Mugman joins in too and said,

"Merry Christmas guys."

"You too buddy." Gwen answered back.

Just then, the door opened and Elder Kettle comes in and said,

"Oh, there you two are with your best friend. Come on boys, it's time to get going. We'll be back in the morning for breakfast, presents and family pictures dear."

"Okay Elder Kettle." Both cups said.

They both get off of Gwen's bed as she goes up to Elder Kettle, hugged him and said,

"Merry Christmas Elder Kettle."

"Merry Christmas Gwen." He answered back.

The cups and Elder Kettle leave the cabin and back to the cottage. Gwen and her family head on to bed. Gwen hoped that the Devil loses the bet and won't have to kiss him.

That night, while everyone was sleeping, Gwen wakes up for a while and waited for Santa to come to her cabin. Suddenly, she hears someone land on the roof, realizing he was here and quickly goes back to sleep. After a while, Gwen thought she heard someone come in her room and then heard a poof sound and was gone. But she assumed it was Santa and continued to sleep.

The next morning, the family wakes up and sees gifts left under the tree, kind of handled poorly.

"Merry Christmas everyone!" Edgar announced.

"Merry Christmas!" Everyone said at once.

"So, what do you girls wanna do first? You wanna do pictures, eat breakfast or do you wanna open presents?" Margarine asked.

"PRESENTS!" Both girls yelled excitedly.

William giggled at his wife and sister-in-law, acting like children on Christmas morning.

The family all opened their gifts until they hear a knock at their door. Gwen peeks out to make sure it wasn't the Devil. But to her relief, she sees Elder Kettle and the cups. She opens the door and they all yelled,

"Merry Christmas!"

"Merry Christmas guys!" Gwen answered back and hugs them and enter the cabin.

"Gwen, check it out! Santa brought me a choo-choo!" Cuphead said as he showed off his little choo-choo train.

"Santa brought me new books!" Mugman said and showed her his new books.

"And Santa brought me a new radio!" Elder Kettle showed the new radio.

"Aw that's great guys! Let me show you what Santa brought me!" Gwen said as she ran to grab her present from Santa. She lifts up a large drawing board used for drawing cartoons on.

"What do you guys think?" Gwen asked with a smile.

"That's great Gwen! Now you have something to draw your cartoons on at the office!" Elder Kettle complimented.

Afterwards, they all eat breakfast together until it was time for family pictures. They all head outside behind the cabin by the giant pine tree Gwen magically decorated with chairs set up. Elder Kettle sets up his camera and the Emmons family took their portrait, the cup family, Rose and William, Gwen and the cups, and finally both families. Everyone heads back inside except for Gwen who stayed outside to magically make the chairs disappear.

Just then, the Devil appeared by the pine tree along with Henchman with a scroll.

"Oh, it's you. What do you want?" Gwen asked unfazed.

"How rude, I came all this way to see you this special morning. We have a bet to settle, remember?" The Devil reminded her.

"Oh, right. I forgot. But how do I know if you succeeded or not?" Gwen asked suspiciously.

"Uh, I'll show you ma'am."

Henchman said as he walked up to her. Gwen knelt down to Henchman as he pulled up the nice list. He showed her that the Devil's name did in fact appear on the list after all at the last minute.

"You see Gwen, boss did two nice things before midnight and his name magically appeared on the list." Henchman explained.

"Wait, if he did two nice things last night, then that means…" Gwen said.

"Uh, yes Gwen. You lost the bet." Henchman pointed out.

Gwen's heart sank, quickly tries to go back in the cabin until the Devil magically levitated her and lowered her in his arms.

"Uh, uh, uh. A deal's a deal." The Devil taunted as he used a breath spray.

Gwen facepalmed and groaned as Henchman flew above the pair and held a mistletoe. The Devil puts Gwen down, but still held her. The Devil closed his eyes and puckered his lips. Gwen shuddered and quietly said,

"You can do this, Gwen. Just a little kiss. Just a little kiss."

Gwen took a deep breath, stood on her toes, closed her eyes and kissed the Devil. Henchman floated there with tears of joy, feeling happy for his boss. After 5 seconds, they stopped kissing. Gwen wiped her lips and felt embarrassed. The Devil whispered in her ear,

"I told you so."

Gwen sighed and hung her head down. The Devil jumped out of joy and levitated off the ground, finally happy that he finally got a kiss from Gwen. Gwen knelt down and sunk her head in her hands as Henchman floated down to her.

"Aw, don't be sad ma'am." Henchman said as he put his arm around her, comforting her.

"Henchman, why?" Gwen asked.

"Why what Gwen?" Henchman asked.

"Why do these things happen to me?" Gwen asked sadly.

"Aw Gwen, it's Christmas. It's about making other people happy. You made the boss happy." Henchman pointed out.

"Well, yeah but what has he done to make me happy?" Gwen asked.

"You mean, you didn't find it?" Henchman asked.

Gwen's eyes popped and asked,

"Find what?"

"Uh, look under your bed and you'll see." Henchman said and pointed up to her bedroom window.

Gwen used her ink pen and disappeared into her room. Gwen looked under her bed and saw a present wrapped in red and green with a gold bow. Gwen tapped her ink pen and reappeared next to Henchman.

"You mean, this one?" Gwen asked.

"Oh good, you found it! Open it!" Henchman said excitedly.

Gwen looked at him confused but started to open the present to reveal a white box.

"Go on, take a look." Henchman encouraged her.

Gwen lifted up the box lid. Gwen's eyes widened and jaw dropped as she gasped.

"Henchman, is-is this…?" She asked.

"Uh yes ma'am. Boss was told that you lost something precious to you before he brought you here. So, he took the liberty of restoring it just for you." Henchman happily explained.

Gwen lifts out her old sketchbook she had before her father destroyed it out of anger before she was kidnapped. Gwen looked through the pages and saw her past sketches all restored. She had tears in her eyes and started to cry.

"Aw ma'am, don't cry."

Henchman said as he wrapped his arms around her and she sunk her head in his chest crying. It was the first true act of kindness the Devil had ever shown her. The Devil floated down and noticed Gwen crying in Henchman's chest.

"What's with the waterworks?" The Devil asked, confused.

"Aw, she didn't see your gift you brought her earlier until I told her about it. I think she loves it." Henchman explained.

Gwen gets up from Henchman, wiped her tear-stained face, hugged the Devil, cried in his chest and said through her tears,

"Thank you."

The Devil's eyes widened and bashfully said,

"Uh, yeah sure."

He looked at Henchman as he encouraged him to embrace her. The Devil wrapped his arms around her and embraced her. After a few seconds, Henchman said,

"Uh, boss I don't mean to interrupt this beautiful moment, but it's time to go."

"Oh right, that choo-choo isn't gonna play by itself." The Devil said as he released Gwen and walked up to Henchman preparing to leave.

"Oh, Devil?" Gwen asked.

The Devil turned around and looked at Gwen smiling.

"Yes?" The Devil asked.

"Merry Christmas." She said.

The Devil sighed and said,

"Merry Christmas."

The Devil lifted and tapped his pitchfork and both disappeared back to Hell.

Gwen stood there, happy with her gift as Rose came outside and said,

"Sis! There you are! I have a big announcement to make. Let's go inside and…"

Rose said until she noticed Gwen holding something and just stood there quietly.

"Gwen? Are you okay?" Rose asked concerned.

Gwen turned around and said,

"I'm fine. I'm just happy we're all here together again." Gwen lied.

Rose looked at her sister and noticed the sketchbook.

"Oh, you got a sketchbook huh? Who gave you that?" Rose asked.

"I don't know, it didn't say who it was from." Gwen lied as she showed the gift tag.

"Well, don't worry about it. Maybe Santa brought it. Now come on. William and I have something we want to tell you all."

Rose said as she led her sister back in the cabin. Everyone gathers by the tree on the couch and chairs as Rose and William stood in front of the families and said,

"Alright, now that we're all here, we have a big announcement to make. Our recent visit from the doctor told us very big news about our baby."

Everyone's eyes widened.

"Oh, did you find out the gender dear?" Margarine asked.

"Is the baby alright?" Edgar asked.

William and Rose smiled.

"Yes mama and papa. The baby is fine. We also found out we're not having one baby…"

Everyone's eyes widened as Rose finished,

"… We're having two!"

Everyone gasped and cheered.

"Oh my gosh! You're having twins?!" Gwen asked excitedly.

"Yes Gwen. And mama and papa, you're having two grandchildren!"

Edgar and Margarine both had tears in their eyes.

"What's the gender?" Cuphead interrupted.

"Boy or Girl?" Mugman added.

"Both." William answered.

"What?!" The cups asked as everyone gasped.

"Both. Boy and girl!" William announced.

Everyone cheered as the family hugged Rose and William.

"Wow, you're both having a little boy and a little girl. I'm so proud of you." Elder Kettle complimented and wiped a few tears.

That evening, they all had Christmas dinner and it was finally time for all families to return home. Edgar and Margarine returned home and Rose and William returned to their home in the human world. Gwen and the cups returned to the cottage. Gwen decided that despite kissing the Devil, this was still the best Christmas of her life so far and hoped to have many more wonderful Christmases with her two families and with a niece and nephew on the way.
