Swordswoman Rin gets Help for making Lunch
It's been two weeks since the Behemoth incident, Kazuki decided to do some exercising to get stronger with his werewolf powers in case something like this happens again and maybe this will also help him from using his remaining seven spell counts even though he may end up using them along way whenever his instinct to use them kicks in.
"It's lunchtime, Kazuki." Yuna smiled as she offers to feed him the lunch she made for Kazuki.
"Thanks, Yuna though I hoped that our lunch together would be a little more peaceful without the guys glaring at me like that." Kazuki pointed out, all the male students are surrounding him with dark auras emitting and red angry eyes including Yukihiko and Fasutofudo because they got in trouble because of him.
"Oh, just ignore them and let's enjoy ourselves." Yuna advised not let that bother their lunchtime.
(With Kuriko)
"Sheesh, what's taking them so long? Didn't Rin pass on the message?" Kuriko walked toward the science room where she sees Rin standing there with the door open a little.
"Hey, Rin!" Kuriko called out, getting the sword-fighting girl's attention.
"What are you doing standing there in the day? Have given Nanba the message yet?" Kuriko asked, Rin try to explain her reason, but she looks nervous, so Kuriko decided to ask the the guy herself.
"Oh, hey there, Miss Kazetsubaki. Miss Kamishiro." Nanba greeted.
"Don't "Hey" me, if the star is not at his farewell then it can't start, can it?" Kuriko said, confusing Nanba.
"What's with that look, you mean Rin didn't tell you about the party?" Kuriko asked, upset a little.
"Oh yeah, sorry, I actually get a message from Miss Kamishiro." Nanba remembered. "It just I wasn't ready to be apart from Mister Microscope and the rest."
"Why are you saying such silly things? Come on, everyone's waiting for you!" Kuriko dragged Nanba out of the science room.
"Hey Miss Kamishiro, could you please put away Mister Microscope and the rest for me?" Nanba asked as Rin smiled and nodded with a little blush.
(Nighttime)
Kazuki is seen sleeping peaceful on his bed until his nose picked up a familiar scent and open his eyes to see Yuna in her pajama and hugging her stuffy.
"Yuna, what are you doing here?" Kazuki asked as he sits up and rub her tired eyes.
"Kazuki, have you heard any strange noises?" Yuna asked worry.
Kazuki was confused at first and started listening to strange sound with his werewolf ears, the sounds were all bubbling and steaming with some chopping too.
"What could it be, Kazuki." Yuna getting scared.
"It sounds like it's coming from downstairs." Kazuki pointed out.
Kazuki and Yuna have made their way downstairs to where the strange noises were coming from and find out what's making them in the first place, they know most of dorm staff have gone home this evening as they can see the light coming from a small open door that leads to the kitchen. They slowly walk toward the door and were about to peek inside until suddenly, two talismans flew toward them and cover their mouths.
"Shush, quiet you two or she'll notice us. You understand" Kuriko whispered behind them and they nod.
The three peeks inside the kitchen, to Kazuki and Yuna's shock that they see Rin inside the kitchen doing some intense cooking as she chops up from fish and meat and putting them in the boiling pot.
"What's Rin doing?" Kazuki asked.
"It looks like she's cooking, but…" Yuna noticed something about the way Rin is cooking.
"She's been at this for two hours." Kuriko informed shocking the two. "But that's not the problem really, it's so late at night and she's making such an awful racket, and no matter how much I look at it, it doesn't seem to me like she's actually cooking.
Then the "stew" she's making came to life trying to get out, Rin quickly close the top and put a few heavy rocks on top to keep it in there.
"Oh man, the place has been turned into a battlefield than a kitchen." Kazuki said, seeing the mess Rin made for the past two hours.
"My thoughts exactly." Kuriko concurred.
"But why is Rin cooking in the first place?" Yuna asked, but Kuriko doesn't know as she informs that Rin already got started when she came down here.
Rin accidentally added some sugar and try to put in three times the salt, seeing her cooking like this is making the three peeping students gross out not wanting to eat whatever she's making, but Kuriko suspect that Rin isn't going to eat that herself wondering if she's cooking for someone else.
"Oh dear, I can't watch this…" Yuna leaned on the door, accidentally opening it and revealing themselves to Rin.
"You saw it!" Rin angered that they were spying on her.
"No, no, we saw nothing." Kazuki lied, not wanting to face Rin's wrath.
"Nothing at all." Yuna lied too.
"Right, we didn't see you cooking and burning anytning." Kuriko blurted out, realizing she has sealed their fate.
However, Rin lash in out anger with the kitchen knife in her hand, instead she got down on her knees and bow to them.
"Please, help me. I want you to make me into a real woman." Rin begged, confusing the others.
"Hey, what's going on here…?" Elizabeth asked yawning as she came out of Kuriko's chest.
"Oh, I'm sorry if I woke you. I was just trying to cook, that's all." Rin explained.
"Doesn't your school have a cooking class?" Elizabeth asked.
"It's… more personal than that." Rin said.
"We'll handle things from here, go back to sleep and I'll put a noise-sealing talisman, so you can sleep peaceful." Kuriko said.
"Okay, momma, night everyone." Elizabeth went back into Kuriko as she places the talisman on herself.
Rin started explaining that she wants to make a box lunch which any woman would be able to do by herself but trying to make one over and over again proven impossible for her and begs the three to help her.
"I don't mind making the preparation, but who are you making the box lunch for?" Yuna asked curious which made Rin flinch.
"W-Why would you ask something like that?" Rin asked nervous.
"Because you have to take that person's taste into consideration." Yuna answered.
"…It's for my senior." Rin confessed.
"Is it a girl?" Yuna asked, but Rin didn't answer as her face starts turning a little red.
"It's Mitsu Nanba, President of the Biology Club." Kuriko revealed shocking the two that it's a boy that Rin likes.
"K-K-K-Kuriko, how did y-you know." Rin stuttered.
"Hahahaha! Who knows what evil lurks in the heart of Rin, the Scarlet Maiden!" Kuriko acted dramatic like in the anime and her back reveal having a rose tattoo that made Kazuki blush and his tail wagging.
"Kuriko, that's just lame." Yuna removed the talisman and the tattoo disappeared and pulls her Kuriko's shirt.
"Aw, and I was just getting to the good part." Kuriko winced.
"Well, huh, Senior Nanba will be transferring soon, so I thought I should give him some kind of present and I thought it should be a box lunch." Rin explained.
"Uh, I guess making tasty food for a boy you like would be nice." Kazuki commented.
"Really?" Rin asked.
"I agree, it might even have a much better impact than an ordinary present, but I'm sorry to say… I think Nanba has a hard time dealing with strong-willed girls, doesn't he, Rin?" Kuriko asked.
"Actually, I have not spoken to the club president much. He seems to be good with more feminine girl and I have no self-confident in that area. That's why I want you to teach be more feminine." Rin explained.
Kuriko look at the mess in the kitchen knowing she can't do it, at least not on her own.
"Yuna, how long will it take to teach Rin how to cook?" Kuriko asked.
"Everyone has their own pace. When is Nanba is transferring?" Yuna wondered.
"Tomorrow as in toady." Kuriko answered, Yuna and Kazuki gasps that it's already after 1 am.
"Please, you have to help me! Senior Nanba is coing tomorrow for lunch, please I beg of you, teach me how to become a woman." Rin begged as she bows again.
"(Hmm, this maybe a good opportunity to get Rin and Nanba, and I'll have one less love rival to worry about getting Kazuki's genes!)" Kuriko thought but didn't felt right about it for some reason.
"Since we're short on time, let's worry about the cooking for later and transform your demeanor into something more feminine." Kuriko suggested.
"My demeanor?" Rin confused.
"Right, if you want to be more feminine you must start with your appearance, to make the person you're dealing with slave. All you have to do is change how you look and use your feminine wild." Kuriko advised.
"And I suppose you got some ideas of how she should look." Kazuki guessed and Kuriko answer with a smirk meaning yes.
(Few Minutes Later)
The girls put up a curtain while Kazuki sit in front as an audience with a flashlight in each hand for the lighting like a show live performance. The curtains open showing Kuriko in a sexy white bunnys suit.
"(Wow, she looks hot!)" Kazuki thought seeing Kuriko like that.
"Ladies and gentlemen, Rin Kamishiro in the Masquerade Cosplay Show!" Kuriko announced.
The first outfit Rin's wearing is a Chinese dress that you see on waitresses at a Chinese restaurant though it's a little tight for her, Kuriko try to make the skirt more open but Rin didn't like that. The second outfit is too more for Rin dressing up as a dominating woman and pointed out that Nanba would not like this at all. They try on a few more outfits for Rin like dressing her up like a nurse, a maid, a black dress that looks exactly like the ones the dorm manager Karei Hirosak wears every day, a red bunny suit though it makes Rin feel embarrassing, a white one-piece swimsuit with a pair of sunglasses and a flower on her head, a cheerleader, a policewoman, but none of them is working for Rin.
So, in the end Rin settle on wearing the academy's school uniform though Kuriko thinks there's something missing.
"Hey Rin, don't you own a pair of glasses?" Kuriko asked.
"Yes, I do, why do you ask?"
And then Rin put on the glasses she has.
"Those glasses are definitely not the right type to help you attract Nanba, they just make you look like a girl with poor eyesight." Kuriko pointed out.
"But I do have poor eyesight." Rin stated.
"(Huh, I guess she must've wore contact lenses.)" Kazuki thought.
Kuriko decided to give Rin a new pair of glasses with red frame that makes her look like a school girl than her old look, even though Kazuki likes her original look a little better, then Kuriko with Yuna's help change Rin's hair into smaller long pigtails making look cuter than before. Now all that's left to do is the cooking which Kuriko and Yuna volunteer to do it themselves while Kazuki waits with Rin.
"So, what kind of person is Nanba?" Kazuki asked curious.
"He has no distinguishing features." Rin answered.
"Huh, that can't be right." Kazuki said.
"Every right, his looks are average, not really handsome, he's quiet and modest, his grades aren't too bad. Ah, now that I think about it, he reminds me of you." Rin realized.
"Me? But there must be something about Nanba that caught your eye." Kazuki said.
"Yes, there was, but do not misunderstand me, do not think I have romantic feelings of love toward him or anything like that. Senior Nanba is earnest and that caught my eye. When experiment or observations, he works intently by himself, looking into the microscope and taking records, say nothing until the sun sets." Rin explained about Nanba.
"Must be a hard time to talk to him." Kazuki stated.
"There have been any chances for to talk to him, but one day I realize Senior Nanba is earnest. When he concentrates nothing else can bother him when he is like that, his profile is nice, from looking his profile I could feel the seriousness his enthusiasm in his passion. I guess that what you would call a nice face." Rin said as Kazuki started to see that she really likes him.
"Tell me, Shikimori, since you are a man as well let me ask you will he be happy if he got something like this?" Rin asked showing him a small rabbit keychain.
"You see, this has been my most treasured possession." Rin mentioned.
"I'm sure he would think it's cute, but I think he would like the box lunch better." Kazuki stated his opinion.
"I see, then I'll have to give him the box lunch." Rin smiled.
Yuna and Kuriko started teaching Rin some cooking so that she can do it on her own whenever she feels like, a few hours later the box lunch is complete, and it looks delicious.
"So, I wonder how it came out?" Rin asked.
"It doesn't matter anymore, it's enough that it came out at all." Kuriko said.
"But if Nanba is going to eat his then it should good, I can put in his favorite" Rin rushed and accidently trip on a fraying pan on the floor.
As time seem to slow down, Rin watch in horror that the box lunch she worked so hard for is about be ruin spilling it all over the floor, but to her surprise the box lunch stop falling and seeing a glowing aura around it. It was Kazuki using his magic to stop the box lunch from falling and put it back in Rin's hand.
"You idiot! What were you thinking, now you only six magic counts left!" Kuriko scolded.
"Sorry, but Rin worked really into making that lunch, so I couldn't let it go to waste now, could I?" Kazuki explained.
(At the School Gate)
Everyone in the Biology club are gathered around Nanba giving him a warm goodbye with a few present as well as Rin is standing a little far watching this and wanted to give the box lunch to Nanba though for some reason, she didn't go to him.
"Are you sure about this?" Kuriko asked.
"Yes, I am." Rin answered with a small smile as they wonder why.
"I do not know why, when I saw senior standing there just now, I decided to hide it on square of the moment. For some reason, when I saw him smile, I could not give it to him." Rin explained as she sees Nanba leaving.
"In the end everything was all for nothing and it shames me, but I really did wrong by Yuna and Kuriko, but you were the greatest victim of all Shikimori to have use your magic and you do not have very much left." Rin said as she handed him the box lunch.
"Thanks for the food." Kazuki took the first bite, and the taste was awful in his mouth even Kuriko and Yuna taste finding the food they helped to make is no good.
Rin felt sad that her successful turned out to be awful yet Kazuki wouldn't stop eating the box lunch despite the bad taste, Rin decided to try it herself and gap that it's awful in her mouth. She sees Kauzki still eating until he finishes which actually brought a cute smile on her face.
(The Next Day)
"Kazuki, here I want you to have this." Rin handed Kazuki her bunny keychain.
"Why, didn't you say it was your treasured possession?" Kazuki asked.
"Yes, and now I'm giving it to you, but you must pretend this never happen or else I would be shame forever." Rin said looking away to hide her blush.
"What's there to be shame about? I think it's cute." Kazuki smiled, then Rin draw her sword at him.
"So, it would seem you don't care for your life." Rin angered and started chasing Kazuki to "punish" him.

We got to see a little cute side of Rin as she wanted to make a nice box lunch for the president of the biology, but it looks like she's starting to rethink on who she really like though refuse to admit her feelings for Kazuki which I'm sure she'll come around. Now Kazuki only has six spell counts left.
