Those memories of that girl that I must have known in the past keep showing up in my dreams. I don't know who she is but, I have a feeling that I will meet her soon. It feels like she has hold on my soul. I, Mibu Kyo will find her and my past.
But, do I really want to know my past? It could have been bad or even worse. Big Brothers, Kyoshiro and Chinmei (Kyoichiro) once told me to take one day at a time and to not rush in remembering. It's almost like they are scared of something... Are they scared of me?
Father was always telling me that he was proud of me. He taught me how to defend myself. And then, he died. Kyoshiro told me that it was his time.
He stole my first girlfriend. But, I never felt anything but friendship for her.
My little sister, Mahiro told me the other day that she wanted me to meet her best friend. I have a feeling that nothing's ever going to be the same after I meet her.
"I'm Shiina Yuya, the great bounty hunter who has been all the way through Tokai Road many times. Onime no Kyo, I will take the bounty on your head."
"Kyo? Did he kill my brother?"
"Yes... Servant number one..."
"Kyo! I have a name! It's Shiina Yuya!"
Who is this girl who plagues my mind? Have I met her? Who is Onime no Kyo?
"Kyoshiro? Do you know anything about an 'Onime no Kyo?'"
"N-No..." (He can't be remembering... I'm dead... And, Sakuya and I are finally going to marry...)
"Do you know anybody named 'Yuya?'"
"Not that I know of... Kyo, I love you, my little brother"
"Yuck! Get off'a me!"
He won't give me an outright answer... I now know that they're hiding something from me...
Yukimura's a know-it-all asshole..
"Hey! Yuki!"
"Wha? gzzmphbuut... Kyo?"
"Do you know about anyone named Onime no Kyo?"
"Hmm... Demon Eyes Kyo... I've read something a long time ago. It is said that he was one of the Legendary Samurai... But, nobody knows what happened to him... It is said that his woman died of a broken heart... He lost his body to another man and was trapped in the other man's body for four years. It was then that he was able to come out, he met a young bounty huntress named Shiina Yuya and they traveled for a while finding new and old comrades alike.
