Authors note 1: a few of you asked me if Emma and Thomas would return in the future, and some were even a bit upset over the fact that they died. I want to say first that as they were my own characters, it put a smile on my face to see that they were well-liked. But they won't come back to life(neither will Susie.) You never know about the future, and magic can do some things, but they are dead and won't be brought back to life. Hope you all enjoy this chapter!

Chapter 43. imprisoned.

"Merlin, I hate paperwork." James Potter walked inside the empty Potter mansion and loosened his tie. He was tired, and though he wanted to see Lilly again, he felt relief that he could sit in one of his living rooms and enjoy some fire whiskey in peace without the questions.

He trudged up the stairs and entered the room waving his wand, making the oil lamps light out and give out a weak warm light.

He smiled at the armchair that had been his new best friend these six months he had been alone. With a walking over, he waved his wand once again, and the fireplace roared ablaze.

The exhausted Auror plunged down into his favourite seat. He automatically reached out his hand and grabbed the whiskey bottle that was now almost empty and opened it, pouring the last drops of heaven into the small round glass.

Just as he had raised it to his lips, the fire turned green, and the Auror frowned.

"What do they want? It's almost midnight. accept call."

Moody's scarred face and magical eye turned to James. Behind the scarred Auror, James saw different Aurors running back and forth, screaming orders to one another. Lord Potter knew it was serious, putting his glass on the fancy table beside him and leaning forward.

"Code purple, there has been an attack. Meet Black and me outside the perimeters of house Quade. I repeat it's a code Purple."

The flames turned back to normal, and James stared at the fire in disbelief before gulping the liquid and waving his wand.

The fire again turned green.

"Pick up damned. Pick up!"

Dumbledore's tired face showed, But when he noticed James' expression, the eyes switched from tired to alert in an instant.

"What has happened?" Said the headmaster seriously.

"code purple. The Quade mansion has been attacked. Going there now. Tell Sirius to meet me there, and he will return to brief you on our findings when he returns."

Dumbledore nodded, and the flames returned to their normal colour again.

"Code Purple is better than Code black. That means that he is missing, not dead." a small pop was heard as he apparated away.

The Quade mansion.

When James stood outside the perimeter, around fifty other people were waiting for him.

"There you are, lad. We just had the curse breaker check. Their wards are down."

James nodded towards Moody, who reached out a curse-shield. It was the Aurors best defence. It was invisible except for a strap on their hand. If they blocked, the shield would automatically fold out, taking a certain amount of spells before the runes magic gave out.

"That can only mean that Lord Quade has been killed. We will enter in four groups. Moody I and…."

There was a small pop, and Sirius walked over, his wand in hand.

"Black will enter first. Mark two will go in from the southern point, and mark three and four will wait here as backup if there are any unsuspected surprised waiting."

The men nodded, and the three Aurors entered the grounds, their wands ready.

"Shit, look at that," whispered Sirius pointing to the massive hole in the wall.

"be prepared, lads. I sense dark magic here and something else that I haven't felt before."

The two Aurors nodded to Moody's warning as they ascended the stairs, seeing the dead man with bullet holes sticking out from the back of his head.

"It looks like he did it to himself." Black moved his head towards the two colleges, who gave the corpse a glance.

"Imperius probably, Imagen Lord Quade didn't take kindly to intruders," grunted Moody.

The two massive doors were already busted open, and when James flicked his wand, opening the entrance hall, they stared at the two corpses.

"what the fuck…" whispered Lord black as he saw the corpse pierced by the floor, making him look like a kebab.

"He has an imagination. I will give him that," grunted Moody as he stepped closer to the man with no head.

"They are muggles. Now at least, we know how the attackers look." continued the aged Auror as he hunched down, staring at the corpse.

James nodded. They had witnessed these attacks before, but only magical corpses were left behind.

"Mark two will sweep downstairs. Move up." Moody and Black confirmed the order, and the three took a triangle position as they headed upstairs.

"That must be the slave and… what the shit happened to his face?" Sirius had walked over to one of the muggle corpses and raised his upper body, showing two others the hole right through his face.

James frowned as he walked over and inspected the corpse.

"I have never seen a spell do that damage…."

Moody walked over, squatted down and dragged his hand inside the circle shape hole.

"Because it wasn't a spell, lad." both Serious and James looked s bit disgusted by the black liquid on the Aurors hand.

"This is not magic. My eye can't see it. It's something else."

The veteran picked up a small veil and dragged his fingers on the opening, making the black goo little by little fill it up.

"What do you mean it's not magic?" questioned Potter, confused as he straightened up and turned around to watch for possible ambushes.

"I told you my eye can't see it. It can see everything magical, but this little beauty is invisible, nada." The two men stood themself, and they saw the hole in the wall. They gave each other a nod and carefully stepped over to it.

"Who wants to go first?" Asked Moody, staring at the two colleagues he had trained himself.

"James gave Sirius a nod and stepped inside his wand, pointing like a gun and his other hand raised, his shield ready to act if someone decided to attack.

"Clear." Sirius entered after, and Moody last. The veteran Auror looked around the battlefield with glee. And then focused on the woman lying on the floor with blood and piss mixing the underneath her.

Moody got on one knee and inspected the body while Sirius walked over to Lord Quade's corpse.

"He has been shot in the back. Probably tortured before." James nodded to the stunned black-haired Auror. He had seen much in his time at the force, but this was different. This wasn't a battle. This was carnage. The Potter Lord scanned the room, his glasses reflecting the devastation.

"Over there." James walked across the room, and the two Aurors, who had been busy looking at the other corpses in the room, noticed where he was headed.

James hunched down as he looked at the dead blonde girl with a bullet wound in her forehead.

"poor girl," whispered James as the two Aurors now stood behind him.

"That's his sister. If the monsters killed her, then maybe Jakob-"

"master is not dead." the three Aurors turned with lightning speed and pointed their wands at Feemey, who hid behind one of the armchairs."

"Who are you, elf? Speak!" roared Moody, his wand tip glowing red.

"Calm down, don't you see her crest?" said James irritated and lowered his wand as he walked over to the shaking elf.

"Do you know what happened here?"

The house elf nodded as tears began falling down her cheek. Her dress, which had always been neat and beautiful, now hung torn and dirty by the dust and small holes.

"Susie told Feemey to hide, and Feemey followed orders for a while. Then Feemey heard master Jakobs scream, and Feemey came out to aid her master in the battle. But when Feemey saw master fight, she hid and looked as master defended himself from the once attacking. Master was truly great, and Feemey knew she would only be in the way if she came out. Then a blonde girl… The leader. Trapped master and made him go to sleep. They took him away. Feemey knew that she couldn't save master, so Feemey waited for you to arrive so Feemey could tell you. You must help master."

James turned and stared in shock at his two colleagues.

"They took him? Why would the muggles kidnap a pureblood heir?"

"Feemey heard the blonde leader, sir. Feemey heard that master had met her before, and she had been hunting him. She looked to be a bit older than the master himself. She wanted him alive."

James nodded.

"Thank you, Feemey, you have been of great aid. You will be accompanied by Lord Black here to the ministry to answer some more Questions."

The house elf nodded, and James turned towards the other two.

"Well, some good news, the boy isn't dead. Otherwise, his house elf would be free."

"Good news? James was kidnapped by a crazy girl with an army of soldiers who killed his family. I have some knowledge of crazy girls, and I don't see how that could be good news." said Black seriously.

James sighed.

"You need to talk with Dumbledore about this."

"Wake up." Jakob jerked as cold water splashed on his face.

"Why is it always fucking cold water?" coughed the boy, trying to move his hand to wipe the water from his face only to find that he was bound to the seat. With closed eyes, he gave the voice a smile.

"Do you mind giving me a towel?"

"I do, actually, but you can have this." Jakob felt a fist slam into his jaw, his head yanked to the side by the force of the impact. Shaking his head, The boy slowly opened his eyes.

Rachel sat in front of him in a small oval space that looked expensive, with white armchairs on either side. Eight soldiers were sitting in the seats around them, watching him closely with their firearms ready.

"See, you didn't need a towel," said the blonde, leaning back in her white leather seat in front of him."

Jakob frowned and looked outside the small window. He needed to think straight. The Slytherin boy couldn't act on his emotions. He needed more information about his new enemy before he killed them all.

"Are we in the air? or is it some kind of illusion?"

Rachel laughed, but the men behind her didn't move a muscle. They were only observing Jakob.

"Right, I forgot. You have never been on a plane before. It's like a boat but can fly thousands of meters up in the skies. Can abominations like you do that?"

Jakob turned his gaze towards the witch in Infront of him.

"We can. So does every plane look like this?"

Rachel looked a bit confused at him but still had that amused smile on her face.

"I just slaughtered your family, Destroyed your life, and you ask me about planes? You were not this calm when you last looked me in the eyes. Did my punch make you forget everything?"

Jakob shrugged.

"I will answer your question if you answer mine."

Rachel pulled her gun at the boy.

"You don't make the rules here. I do, you worthless piece of shit" she glared at the boy, who wore a blank face, not even bothered by the words or the gun and continued to look outside the window.

"This is a private jet. There are different models of planes. This is one of the more expensive models." Said the girl after a few seconds trying to hide the hesitation in her voice. He wasn't even a bit scared of her or the soldiers.

Jakob nodded and answered her question while still staring out the window.

"You slaughtered my family. I will collect what I'm owed, but until then, I will wait. And I never thought you would find me again. You deserve a piece of my time for that."

wizengamot.

"Order! Order!" Fudge banged his hammer, and the people around the chamber quieted down.

"We have called you all today for an emergency meeting to discuss the recent attack. Dumbledore."

The minister gestured for Albus to step up, which the aged wizard did and glanced over the sea of dark, grey and light factions.

"Yesterday evening, there was a muggle attack on one of the ancient and noble families. Lord Quade, his daughter and their slave have been murdered."

Dumbledore observed the total silence in the chamber for a few seconds before the shouting began from every side, which surprised the headmaster. Never had all three factions screamed at him as one united group.

"You let that happen, Dumbledore!"

"Where was the ministry! The Aurors!"

"How could we let Muggles attack one of our great houses!?"

Dumbledore gestured to a blonde man sitting in the dark faction, which held up his snake cane with emerald gems as eyes.

"Lord Malfoy."

The blonde stood and stared at Dumbledore. There was no hate or anger in his gaze. He opened his mouth with his raised chin and spoke loudly and clearly.

"Where is heir Quade? You didn't mention him as one of the deceased."

Dumbledore sighed. He gave Fudge a glance, signalling for him to be ready with his hammer when he told the collected houses of the fate of the newly dubbed hero.

"We have collected information that the muggle attackers kidnapped young heir Quade. His whereabouts are unknown at this moment."

The people in the chamber screamed and yelled at both each other and the ministry.

Malfoy waited for everyone to quiet down before he gazed around the room, giving them all a glare.

"Heir Quade tried to tell us about this threat, about the muggles. And now he has paid the price for speaking his mind about them." He turned his head towards the minister.

"What will the ministry do?" Before the Nervous Fudge could answer, someone spoke before him.

"You're the one to talk, Malfoy. You were one of the families that shunned Thomas not even days ago. The Grey faction stood firm with the house of Quade." sneered Green grass, Standing up and giving his old friend a dangerous glare.

"You will watch your tongue Green grass or-"

"That's enough, Lord Crabbe." Shouted the minister. Interrupting the fighting that he felt was on the rise.

"We are doing everything in our power to reclaim heir Quade, but as of now, we have no clues as to where he is. We have the best Aurors on the mission."

"We are landing soon, ms Barebone."

Rachel gave one of the men behind her a nod. She looked at the boy who was busy inspecting the ground outside, that slowly came closer as the plane descended.

"Blind him. We have his wand and knife, but you can never be too careful."

One of the large men took out a bag, carefully walked over to the teenager, and hastily put it on him like he feared the calm boy would bite him. Jakob sighed behind the bag. He had wanted to see them touch the ground.

"Is this really necessary? Why don't you just kill me and get it over with?"

"You are too valuable to be killed. But we will shoot you in nonlethal places if you try anything. Take him."

Jakob felt someone grab his shoulder and was led out the stares feeling a warmer wind than in his home country.

He was placed in a vehicle and felt the momentum push him back in his seat as they began their driving.

"Where are we going?" asked the teenager with the black bag over his head calmly. Rachel stared at the boy who sat with two of her men beside him, having their guns pointed directly at his temples.

"You are going to a safe place where we can get the answers we need. If you cooperate, you won't feel much discomfort."

Jakob let out a snort and, a second after, felt a large and stronger fist connect with his cheek, making the darkness temporarily lightened up by small white dots.

"Something funny?" asked Rachel with an amused voice crossing her arms and legs as she sat in front of the boy.

"You have already inflicted the pain of taking away my family. You have absolutely nothing more to take away from me."

"I haven't taken away what matters most to you. I still have your life in my hands. I know your type. You only care about yourself and don't even think about the consequences of your decisions."

Jakob frowned. She wasn't the first one to tell him that.

"I can tell by your silence that I am correct? You are just like everyone else that hungers for power."

Jakob stayed silent, but it wasn't for the reason she suspected. He was counting every second they drove, every turn they made. He needed to find his way back here when he had what he wanted.

The car stopped, and Jakob was pushed out on the ground, face first.

He felt a slight stinging when his eyebrow connected with the sidewalk.

Before he let the darkness take over, he heard Rachel scold the soldier and tell someone else to check if he was alright.

Hogwarts.

"Ms Parkinson, heir Draco. You will follow me to the headmaster's office."

The two Slytherins glanced at each other in puzzlement but stood up and followed Professor Snape out. Pansy hadn't really had time to talk with Draco about everything with Theo and the betrothal contract, as they had instead focused on keeping their alliance intact for Jakob. It would have been a nice escape from their own reality if it weren't that the two worried for the health of their best friend.

"what's going on? Are we in trouble?" asked Draco in a low voice when they had walked out of the dungeon and headed towards the grand staircase. Snape turned, and the two Slytherins stopped when they saw the sorrow their potion let slip for a second.

"No, Draco. But you will need to prepare yourself for what you are about to hear. It's about Jakob. You will know everything soon enough."

When Snape turned, They continued their ascent, and Pansy felt like a heavy stone dropped in her stomach. She has had a nightmare about this. Someone collected her, giving her the information that Jakob was dead.

She didn't meet Draco's eyes when he tried to meet them and continued a little more hurried as they ascended the steps that led to Dumbledore's office.

When the door opened, they saw Dumbledore sitting in his usual seat with a heavy look on his face, but that wasn't the worst part. Her parents and the Malfoy were also present, looking at the two students in silence.

"Father?" asked Draco a bit nervously. What-"

"Please sit down, heir Malfoy." interrupted Dumbledore, gesturing to the two Slytherins to sit in the conjured chairs.

The young blonde noticed that his father hadn't even given the headmaster a glare for giving his son an order. Narcissa looked like she was close to tears but had her chin raised.

Draco and Pansy knew something horrible had happened, and they took a seat staring at the headmaster.

The old man didn't even know how to start this conversation. He sighed heavily as he gave them a sorrow-filled smile.

"Late last night, there was an attack on the house of Quade by the muggle order that has been targeting magicals worldwide."

Draco and Pansy stared in shock at the headmaster and then turned to their parents, who only confirmed what the headmaster was telling them.

"Where is Jakob? Is he safe?" asked Pansy in a slight panic. Draco, who feared the worse leaned back, pale and in shock.

"We…" Dumbledore cleared his throat. Took a breath.

"Jakob has been kidnapped. We believe he is safe and is searching for him."

Pansy felt dizzy. She put her hands on the armrest to stabilise herself.

"What do you mean kidnapped? They are muggles. What about Lord Quade and Emma?" asked Draco frustrated, looking at his father.

Before Dumbledore could speak, Lucius opened his mouth.

"Thomas, Emma and Susie were killed in the attack. His house elf is hidden and still loyal to him, which means that the bond remains strong and that he is alive. Draco, do you know anything of why they would take Jakob?"

Dumbledore glanced at the Malfoy lord. They had decided not to tell the two teenagers about the fate of the others until morning, knowing that they needed time to digest the first news.

Narcissa stepped over and kneeled Infront of the two who stared at her.

"I know how you both must feel right now. This tragedy is hard on everyone. But please. Do you know anything that can lead us to the boy?

"no… I-"

"they were muggles? The ones who attacked?" asked Pansy in a monotone voice.

The three adults and Draco turned their heads towards the blank-faced girl.

"Yes dear, they were," answered Mrs Parkinsson.

"The only contact we have had with them was when we were in Salem."

Luscious frowned, and Draco gave his friend a surprised look.

"When we were there, a muggle attacked us with a cursed object. She almost killed us all, but Jakob saved us from her and… killed her."

"He killed someone?" asked Dumbledore and leaned forward, observing the girl.

"Salem? Why didn't you tell us, Draco?" Narcissa shook her son, who didn't answer. When the mother opened her mouth to ask her son again, she was cut off by Pansy.

"Jake made us promise not to. He didn't want his father to know that he had been under threat and risk damaging the alliance between house Quade and Malfoy. That muggle had already killed three magical from America, and if he hadn't stopped her, we two would have all been dead."

Dumbledore leaned back. This was a problem. Not as big as he had feared in the beginning. Jakob had protected his friends and stopped someone. But taking a life at age thirteen was... problematic.

Luscious closed his eyes, seeing the fool he had been for casting the boy aside.

"But if the woman is dead, who would be a threat?" asked Narcissa, looking at the girl.

"She was the leader of an organisation called N.S.P.S."

Dumbledore's eyes widen at hearing the recognition. But that couldn't be. Grindewald killed them all. The headmaster had gotten good information and a lead on where to begin his search.

When the meeting was over, Draco and Pansy were offered to take an early Christmas break which they both declined. They couldn't stop because of the news. They needed to continue. And what would they do if they were home? Sit around and wait for information about their friend. They were better off here.

Ivy, who had been trying to read a book Hermione thought would help her in charms, looked up as she saw her mother enter the library.

Lilly, I need a word with you. Come."

The girl frowned as she and Hermione both got up.

"No, miss Granger. I need to talk with my daughter alone."

Hermione sat down again and watched the two redheads leave.

"What is it, mum? You look pale?" questioned Ivy as her mother closed and silenced her office room.

She gave Ivy a sad smile, and a tear ran down her cheek, knowing that this would devastate her daughter.

She approached the now scared girl, who had also started tearing up, knowing that something bad had happened.

"Mum… what is it? Is someone hurt?"

Lilly took her hands in hers and stroked her thumb on her daughter's fingers.

"Ivy, I know how you feel about Jakob, and I wanted you to know this before everyone gets the morning owls tomorrow."

Ivy's hands began shaking.

"Don't tell me he is… that-"

"We don't think he is dead, sweetheart, but something happened."

Lilly began telling her daughter the news about the attack and that Jakob had been taken. She didn't finish her story as Ivy broke down on the floor, crying hysterically. Lilly hugged her daughter closely in the empty classroom, telling her to breathe and stroke her head gently as the devastated held her mother's arm robes.

When morning arrived, the daily prophets fell from the ceiling by the numerous owls. The newly woken students took up the papers, and when they saw the headline, they shouted for everyone to listen, to look at the front page. Some even called towards the teacher's table.

"Jakob has been kidnapped by muggles!"

"His family is dead!?"

"He was right about them!"

"Is he alive!?"

Shouts coming from every table could be heard and the Slytherin group closest to Jakob, who had all been notified the night before, sat silently, glancing around at the different reactions.

"At least they are not cheering," sneered Draco.

"You are looking the wrong way, mate."

Draco frowned at Blaze's comment and turned further down the Slytherin table, where he saw one Rosier looking like Christmas had come early.

"That little bitch." hissed Pansy as she was about to stand up and curse the girl. Draco stopped her hand from raising her wand.

"Stop. We are going to take care of her, but not here."

"that little slut will be punished for this." Vowed the black-haired girl as she sat down again. Giving the girl a murderous glare as she saw her showing the paper around to her friends, who didn't look as amused as their leader.

When Jakob woke up again, he wasn't wearing the bag over his head anymore. He was tied to a chair and looked around the empty cellar room. The room was empty except for a light bulb hanging from the ceiling on top of him and a white thing mounted on one of the four concrete walls, directed towards him with a little red blinking light.

The door opened, and Rachel walked inside, holding a foldable chair.

"Good morning. How did you sleep? I see that the cut on your eyebrow has healed nicely." Jakob observed the girl, that now wore more everyday clothes. She had a pair of jeans and a pair of shoes that looked like they were made from sheep. She wore a woollen grey jumper and had her hair let down, making her look like a normal teenage girl. Almost like the one, he had met this summer, but her eyes were different. More grown up. And so was her chest.

"I slept well. Or at least as well as one can sleep, tied to a chair and all that. But details."

Rachel gave him a mock glare and sat on the chair in front of him.

"You make it very difficult for me to be angry with you, Jakob. I wonder if that is your plan or if it's just who you are. Good at manipulating and getting your way."

Cant it be both? Thought Jakob but didn't answer, breaking their eye contact.

"You know, I have always imagen this moment. You sitting there tied up and screaming at me for the retribution I brought upon your family and me sitting here feeling the sweet joy of justice."

"Sorry to disappoint," answered Jakob shrugging.

"It's fine. I think this is better, actually." Rachel leaned forward in her chair, took his chin in her hand, and forced him to turn his face at her, locking her eyes with his.

"You also made me feel things before the hell you brought me through. It's nice to know that I at least have some good memories of you. Otherwise, you would be dead right now. Laying beside your family."

Jakob raised an eyebrow. This fucking girl.

"What is that thing over there?" Jakob changed the subject nodding towards the glowing red light.

"That is a camera. It will make us see you even if we aren't in the room. So don't think of trying anything."

"Huh... that's interesting." answered the Quade boy. His mind flooded with ideas of how to create a magical equivalent.

"I can tell you more about this world if you tell me about yours?" asked Rachel, leaning back with a smile.

"What would you want to know about our world? You are free to visit anytime you want, being one of us," said Jakob with a raised Eyebrow.

Rachels's smile vanished for a second, and she stood, taking out a small black thing and pressing it on Jakob's neck. Electricity flowed through his body, and his muscles cramped up. Closing his eyes in pain, he waited for the girl to end the torture.

"That is what's going to happen if you annoy me." Declared Rachel sitting down in front of him again, wearing a smirk as she observed the boy in front of her take deep breaths, his body twitching a few times."

"you have your fun toys. And using them on a child. Tsk tsk tsk."

Rachel frowned at the words Jakob had spoken.

"You are not a child. You-"

"Will be fourteen next month." interrupted the boy and saw the wide eyes on the girl in front of him.

"You are lying. You cant be thirteen. You look older than me."

"But age isn't a problem for you, right?" Jakob leaned in, feeling the blood charm activating. Rachel slowly leaned towards him, staring into his eyes.

"You only see me as an abomination, right? But I have seen your soul, Rachel. I've touched it. It was the first soul that willingly came to me, and let me tell you. It was beautiful."

The girl's cheeks reddened, and her lips slowly parted. She suddenly shook her head, got up, and backed away.

"stay back!" Jakob leaned back in his chair.

"What could I do? You have my wand, and I'm tied to a chair." Rachel looked at the camera briefly. And then back to Jakob.

"You are an abomination, and I know what will work against you." She turned and opened the door. Jakob briefly saw a long corridor, almost looking like the corridors in saint mungo's, and the door slammed shut.

".5.6" He counted the steps he could hear her take before they disappeared.

She wanted information, and so did he. In a way, Rachel was just like Jakob. A girl who had lost everything and rallied her people to fight the threat. However, she was further ahead in her plan, but not for long.

Headmasters office.

"Send someone to look through Salem. There might be clues to where he was taken." Moody, who had been briefed about the situation, responded with a nod and the green flames vanished. Dumbledore sat heavily in his seat, rolling his wand in his hands.

"Why aren't you using the ring, Jakob? It would be much simpler to find you if you just…." Dumbledore frowned. He wanted to be found, right?

Before he could think more on the subject, the door opened, and Ella and Professor Flitwick stepped inside.

The girl was embraced tightly by her head of the house, who comforted the girl as she was led to the chair in Infront of Dumbledore.

"Ella, you have my deepest condolences about your mother. We are currently searching for Jakob and will notify you when he has been found."

Ella didn't say anything and only nodded while the crying continued.

"The Quade mansion is under Aurors jurisdiction until this crime has been solved. I talked with the Potters. They have agreed to open their house for you and Jakob when he returns."

Ella looked up confusedly at Dumbledore.

"I don't even know them, headmaster. Shouldn't it be better if I stayed with the Malfoys?"

Albus gave the half-goblin a quick glance before he continued.

"I have spoken with Lord Malfoy. Before the incident, house Malfoy openly cut ties with house Quade. He wanted to take you in, but as it stands, it wouldn't look good if he decided to do so without the approval from your master, that is now Jakob."

It was an elaborate plan. Malfoy hadn't said anything but Dumbledore had his own agenda. He needed to rescue the boy and have him under the roof of the Potters. With Ella there, the last living family member, he would surely stay. This was the chance he had been waiting for and maybe the only one if he was unlucky.

When the basement door opened again, Jakob was surprised to see another woman step inside. She had brown hair and looked to be in Narcissa's age. She walked over to the boy with a tray of food.

"I'm going to release the bonds now. They will see it and shoot us both if you try anything."

Jakob frowned as she took out a knife and started cutting the ropes.

"You would sacrifice yourself for this?"

The woman smiled.

"I have lived a comfortable life, and if it's my time, I will gladly follow my lord's wishes."

Jakob took up the plate and looked at the food. He saw the small necklace with a silver cross hanging from her neck and raised an eyebrow.

"When you say lord, you mean god, the one named Jesus, right?"

The brown-haired woman looked surprised at the boy who inspected the meat drenched in a brown sauce.

"It's not poison, and you know of our lord and saviour?"

" Sure I do." Awnsered Jakob taking a bite.

"A relative of mine was a priest. He taught me about this kind and forgiving good that took our sins, so we didn't need to sacrifice for him.

The woman looked at the camera and then back at Jakob. She sat on the foldable chair where Rachel had previously sat.

"An abomination was a priest? What is his name?"

Jakob chuckled.

"He isn't alive anymore. But he was well respected and liked by your people. I saw it with my own eyes."

"So you have been in our world?"

"Can I ask your name? Said Jakob after nodding at her question and taking a bite."

"It's... Christine." answered the woman a bit hesitantly.

"Hi, Christine. My name is Jakob Quade." Jakob reached out his hand, showing his charming smile.

The brown-haired woman slowly, carefully took it and shook it once before discreetly wiping it on her clothes.

Jakob sighed.

"As I told you before. My relative taught me a lot about your god and the real enemy you have. Not the one you believe to be."

Christine crossed her arms. Giving the boy who enjoyed her dinner an amused and slightly disgusted face.

"What enemies are you talking about? In my eyes, you are the Demons."

Jakob chuckled at the brainwashing the woman had gone through. She will be lovely to turn.

"I have seen a demon, Christine. They are not like you and me."

"You. Have you seen a demon?" asked the housewife staring non-believing at the boy.

"They are more real than you think. And let me tell you If I saw one in this room. I would do everything to kill it."

The woman was about to say something when the door opened, and a man with a firearm stepped inside.

"This conversation is over. Get out." The woman nodded and gave Jakob a weak smile before walking out. Jakob smiled back as the man slammed the door shut.

Knowledge is a powerful weapon indeed. I need more time. I can get them to talk. Jakob took another bite of the ground meat.

When he had eaten up, he rose from the chair and began walking around in the empty room.

After about ten walks around the room later, the door opened again, and Rachel walked inside, looking at the boy standing on the other side of the room.

"Thought you might want to use the bathroom? You are walking like a stray dog in here." Jakob gave her an unamused stare but followed her out into the corridor. When he entered the long pathway, he saw six guards positioned on either side of the wall, pointing their guns at him while he passed them behind Rachel.

"How did you manage to get so many on your side?" asked Jakob curiously.

Rachel turned her head towards him, and he noticed the proud expression on her face.

"We already had a lot, but when I showed them what threat you and your kind were, people rallied very fast. They only needed to be shown the truth."

"Good to know," answered Jakob as they continued down the hall with the guards behind them.

"In there. You will have five minutes until we bust down the door."

Jakob shrugged and went inside. He looked around the small space. No windows or anything. Just a toilet and a sink.

He did what he needed to and walked out again. Rachel gave the nod, and they all continued back.

When the Quade boy stepped inside his cell, he noticed a mattress had been put down on the floor against one of the walls. But that was not all.

A man, wearing a black dress and holding a book and a cross, waited for him.

"Father," said Jakob, keeping up the appearance of him cooperating but feeling something was wrong.

The old priest nodded back but did not show any smile or other positive expressions.

"This is father Burns. I had told him about the little stunt you pulled when we caught you. That was not magic." Said Rachel behind him as the door closed.

"Sit down." said the priest. Pointing to the chair. Jakob frowned.

"What do you-"

"Do what he says." said the blonde in a low, threatening voice.

Jakob sat on the chair, and the priest sat opposite him. Rachel stood behind the priest with her hands behind her back. Staring at Jakob with an expression he couldn't read.

"Exorcizamus te, omnis immundus spiritus," started the priest, holding his cross towards Jakob as he continued. Jakob looked very confused as he switched from watching the priest to Rachel, who only stared back at him.

"omnis satanica potestas, omnis incursio infernalis adversarii, omnis legio, omnis congregatio et secta diabolica."

When nothing happened, the priest breathed out a sigh of relief.

"He isn't hosting one of them. The results would be... unpleasant."

Rachel seemed to relax a bit and her hands unlocked behind her back.

"I will try one more thing." said the priest as he stood up and brought out something from his pocket.

"Open your mouth." Jakob looked disgustedly surprised at the man's order.

"Why the fuck would i..." Rachel took up her gun and interrupted him in the middle of his speech.

"Fine," sighed Jakob, giving her a short glare and observing the priest, who stepped closer and grabbed his chin harder than necessary.

The priest let a few drops and forcefully closed and covered his mouth with a hand. It felt like acid in his mouth, and Jakob coughed. Blood sprayed out, making the priest take a step back in shock as Jakob spit out the blood and drops of water.

"What the bloody hell was that?"

Rachel directed her gun towards Jakob, and the priest moved slowly back towards her, wiping his bloodied hand on the black dress.

The Burns began chanting again, but Jakob didn't react to a single thing. He spat out more blood his mouth had collected before the healing started and glared at the priest.

"I'm not a demon. You can stop that."

The old man put up his cross and slowly walked forwards to Jakob, who raised his eyebrow.

"You think a cross will hurt me? What was in that vial?"

"holy water. You are a disciple of Satan, you are…" the priest stopped as he heard the boy laugh as he pressed the cross to his cheek.

"I'm not a follower of Satan. I'm not a demon, either. It feels cold if you want me to describe the feeling." Said Jakob glancing at the cross. The priest almost looked a bit sheepish as he pulled back his divine protection from the boy.

"Then why did the holy water affect you?" Questioned Rachel, her hand slightly shaking as she held the gun.

"Because of my ancestor. She did something stupid, and now I must live with the consequences."

"What did she do, boy? A deal with the devil?"

Jakob shrugged.

"Something like that."

The priest gave Rachel a nod, and together, they left, closing the door behind them.

Jakob walked up and sat down on his new bed.

"Damned priest. I shouldn't have allowed him to do that," he whispered a few more cursed words before the door opened again, and Rachel walked inside.

"Are you going to throw more holy water on me?" asked the boy, not looking up at the girl who approached slowly.

"You seem like you are in a bad mood? Didn't expect us to find out your secret?"

"I didn't hide it. You saw what my darkness can do."

The steps stopped, but Jakob continued his staring contest with the concrete floor.

"What are you? You aren't only a magical."

He sighed and met the gaze of the girl, who flinched back.

Great, she is scared now. Now I need to deal with this. Otherwise, she will never give me any information.

He leaned back towards the wall and stared up at the ceiling.

"I'm not a demon. I'm cursed."

Rachel frowned and glanced back at the slightly opened door with her men waiting if she needed them.

"Go on."

"My ancestor made a deal with a demon about a thousand years ago. Magicals and muggles have this bad thing inside us. When we use it, it grows. It has side effects."

Rachel took a step forward, showing her curiosity.

"My ancestor asked for a way to not make it grow and take over. She was gifted a tool of sorts that would act like a trash bin. It grows instead of us."

"sounds like a demon to me, "Rachel said, crossing her arms.

Jakob frowned and met her eyes.

"I have seen demons. I didn't even know you could have one inside you, but I can assure you that I would kill myself if I did. You saw what the priest did. The chanting didn't work because it was against demons. The holy water is light. I have darkness. Darkness isn't the same as evil."

Rachel sat down in the chair. She was getting information.

"So you have darkness. What's the difference?"

Jakob chuckled.

"Everything. Demons are made from evil. Angels from light. Darkness doesn't have anything that we know of. Demons fear the dark, and so does the light."

"Why?"

Jakob gave it a thought. He could just tell her but would the muggles be able to use this information? They could summon them. Only Jakob could do that, and by giving her this, she might trust him a bit more.

"The 72 pillars. Demon lords were the angels that fell with Lucifer when he rebelled. They are the ones that run hell and go from kings to dukes."

"so? Why would darkness be harmful to them?"

Darkness is the only thing that can harm them. The demon lords that have infected our world are fallen, angels. Do the math."

Rachel looked confused for a moment, and then her eyes widened.

"They are made from light." She whispered and received a smile from the boy.

"Using holy water on a demon lord wouldn't do anything as they are still the same. The real weapon you can use is me. And I am the only one. That's why I'm cursed."

The girl looked up at the camera, making a sign with her hands, and the red light turned off.

She glanced back, and the door slowly closed behind her.

"So you are telling me that you. The one that has done horrible stuff is actually on a holy mission from the church?"

Jakob chuckled, leaning back.

"More like forced. Some of the demon lords have escaped into this world, and I'm here to stop them."

Rachel got up from her chair, walked over to the boy, and squatted in front of him.

"You are good at this. But I can see through your bullshit."

He broke their eye contact and shrugged.

"Honestly, I don't care what you think. I just felt better to be able to finally tell someone. Jakob activated his blood charm just a bit, hardly noticeable. Continuing his little speech.

"When I met you that day, I felt a small relief when I saw how you smiled at me. You knew nothing of me or my past, and we had fun for a moment. It's a shame that it ended like it did."

Rachel stood up and gave him hesitated look. She could tip over. He just needs to provide a gentle push.

Jakob looked down at the floor again.

"I didn't let you live because I wanted you to suffer. I let you live because you succeeded in something no one has ever been close to achieving before."

Ask me what. Ask me what thought the Slytherin teenager. She needed to ask. To doubt. To let herself be hooked.

"What did I achieve?"

He looked up and gave her a sad smile.

"To give me Hope. Hope that Once I'm done with my task that I will have a life that I can enjoy. Find someone to laugh with. To kiss someone again with that passion we shared."

He forced a tear roll down and looked away.

Rachel stared at the boy. Not knowing what to say or do. She finally decided to turn around and walked out. Closing the door behind her.

Jakob lay down on the mattress again and turned around, facing the wall. He had seen the emotion in the girl, the torn feelings in her eyes.

He had her.

The next morning The boy was awoken by the blonde, who once again had walked in without even knocking.

"Good morning. How was your sleep?"

Jakob sighed as he sat up.

"It wasn't terrible. But I'm not used to these standards. You spoil me, you know."

The girl seemed to be in a good mood and chuckled, making Jakob extra careful.

She sat beside him, and Jakob moved slightly to the left, giving her some space on the mattress.

"I have been thinking about what you said yesterday about starting a new life when you were done with the thing. Do you really see that the mission you are on will ever end?"

The Slytherin boy wanted to roll his eyes, she was either playing the same game as him, or she was truly a naive and easily manipulated girl.

"I see an end. When it is done and the world is cleansed, I hope I can leave the rest of it piece. I didn't choose this destiny. I was born with it. Had I been able to choose, I would at least wanted to have something worth fighting for."

"What do you mean?" asked Rachel, turning her head to him curiously.

"Fighting for something. I have been told who the enemy is and what my part is all my life. I have never had a real reason. I have seen people fight for their friends and family... For love." He looked back at the girl and noticed the redness on her cheek returning.

He didn't break eye contact this time, and they only stared at each other for a few seconds. Rachel suddenly looked away and cleared her throat.

"You have been cooperating very well, so I think a little reward should be in place." She smirked as they both stood up.

"You will follow me and get 15 minutes to take a nice warm shower. Are you ready?"

Jakob couldn't say that he didn't need one. It had been a while since he showered last. When they walked out, he noticed that the red blinking light on the camera was turned off, and a slight smirk briefly appeared on his lips.

He followed Rachel as she guided him down the corridor.

"Why aren't your bodyguards with us?" asked Jakob glancing around, knowing the answer already.

The blonde in front of him shrugged.

"You are behaving better and better, and after last night I thought you would feel better to know that I trust you to not make a scene."

Jakob frowned. Rachel did something that they wouldn't approve of. She thought she was in control. That she was training him like a dog. Do something bad and get punished instantly. Do something good and get rewarded. What did she actually want Jakob for?

"You told me that you had questions for me? That I was valuable. You haven't asked me anything yet."

Rachel stopped and gestured for him to open the door.

"They will come, but first, I think we should get to know each other."

"And forget what you did?" asked Jakob with a raised eyebrow.

"You started it," answered Rachel annoyed, and walked inside the bathroom first. The Quade heir followed her inside.

"I didn't, and you know it. But I never held you or anyone else a prisoner."

"That's true," answered Rachel as she leaned on the white wall, watching him walk and look around the bare shower room.

"Don't see it like you are a prisoner, then."

"Are you going to let me shower in peace?" asked Jakob, noticing that the blonde girl hadn't made any sign that she was leaving.

"No? Hurry up, or I will take you back." she gave him a daring look, and the Slytherin boy sighed as he took off his clothes. Still a perve. He thought while he unbuttoned his pants. Rachel, who had her arms crossed, wasn't even discreet in her staring.

Jakob chuckled as an idea popped into his head.

"You are the leader now, right? The one in charge of the N.S.P.S.?"

He turned and let go of his pants, activating his blood charm but very subtle.

"You only have 14 minutes to go," said Rachel, frowning at the hold-up in the undressing.

He raised the charm a bit more as he unbuttoned the first of the three buttons and then glanced at her. He saw it. The hesitation in her eyes when they met.

"I just find it very impressive. You being what, sixteen? Able to rally all those people to one cause."

Rachel leaned off the wall and looked into the boy's eyes.

"I'm fifteen, and N.S.P.S. Isn't run by only one leader. But my family, and no, that only I carry the Barebone name, is one of the six that does."

Jakob took a step closer, looked down as he unbuttoned his last one and met her gaze. He turned the charm slightly higher, not wanting to go full out, making her realise what was happening.

"Ah...So there are more leaders than yourself?"

Jakob was now standing in front of the girl, and a deja vu appeared in his mind as he saw the blush that had formed on her cheek. The breath of vanilla and the blue eyes that stared at him in lust.

"Why would you ask that? You are not the one in control here..." said the girl in a low dreamy voice as she stared at his lips.

"We don't have much time left, Rachel. Tell me. Why did you keep me alive? What is the purpose."

"I told them that you knew the information that we needed. That you were too valuable to be killed. We are preparing a war. We have..." She seemed to understand what she was doing, and Jakob, who noticed the small shake of her head and resistance in her mind, put the full effect on her. Closing the distance and pressing his lips onto hers.

The girl made a surprised noise and froze for a second before closing her eyes and wrapping her arms around his neck.

He wanted to vomit, but Jakob knew that She would have snapped out of it and retaliated if he didn't do something quickly. They were preparing for war. She wasn't the leader, only one of six. He needed more time.

He released the kiss. Observing the blonde girl who had killed his family staring at him just like she had done in that alleyway. The hunger in her eyes, the slight biting on her lower lip.

"I want to continue, but I really need to take a shower." Said Jakob with an apologetic smile.

Rachel nodded and collected herself while waving him away.

"Yes. Go I... I will turn around."

Jakob did what she said and turned towards the shower. He took off his pants, knowing that the Blonde girl wasn't turned and probably stared at his backside right now.

He stepped inside and pulled the blue shower curtains, Separating her eyes from his body. He then turned on the warm water and enjoyed the sensation, letting out a pleasurable sigh.

But then a frown appeared as he heard the shower curtain move aside.

He felt two hands touching his back and moving in between his arms. Jakob looked down and saw her white hands and arm embracing his chest and stomach, feeling her Naked body pressing against his back, and The Quade boy froze. This was not accordingly to plan.

"Rachel, what-"

"You are dirty, and I will help you. Give me the soap."

Jakob looked at soap that lay on a small tray. Grabbing the square soap, he let her right hand accept it, and the embrace loosened. Rachel began to slowly glide it on his back in small circles, using her other hand to smear the soap in a wider area. He could feel her almost massaging him, but he doubted it was for his pleasure alone, and she didn't miss a spot.

She moved to soap his arms and neck squeezing his shoulders and seductively caressing his neck and the beginning of his throat.

"Turn around." he could hear her shaky voice, the tone that she had ordered him with having an expectancy in it.

"Rachel, are you-"

"Turn around now."

Jakob closed his eyes. He might have gone a bit far with the blood charm.

When he turned, he saw her blonde hair that was a shade darker now that it was wet and stuck to her body like small tentacles around her back and chest. He saw the red cheeks that highlighted the freckles that covered her cheek and nose.

Her blue eyes stared at his eyes but slowly wandered down his body. Jakob mimicked her behaviour seeing her toned white freckled shoulders and arms. Her breasts were bigger than he had remembered, and his eyes continued down. Noticing the lines on her toned stomach getting more visible as she breathed out. His gaze continued down, watching her legs and shave… he snapped back and looked up.

He was about a head taller than the fifteen-year-old blonde, and when she noticed that he was staring straight ahead, she raised her head and started to soap him in.

"We don't have much time left," stated Jakob again, more to himself than to the captor, trying to control the blood flow that was rushing down, making him grow harder.

"Then we will have to be quick, don't you agree?" she turned him to the side, pushing him towards the wall. He could feel her soaped hand grasping him. The blonde took a position, raising her right leg while grabbing his left shoulder to stabilise herself while directing him towards her opening.

No, I won't do it. Not with her. Not with the girl who killed my family.

Rage mixed with the lust he was already feeling made him grasp her hand and, in a swift motion, made them switch sides. He had her wrist pinned to the wall, and when she saw the rage in his eyes, she opened her mouth, a second from screaming for help.

Jakob caught what was transpiring and tried to remedy the problem.

He quickly kissed her, grabbing her breast with his other free hand, making her create high pitched moan.

The warm water was raining down on them, and he knew that he needed to satisfy her in some way so that she would still believe that he wanted her after his initial rejection.

He slowly moved his hand down and bent his knees to get in a better position. Not inside. Not inside. was the only thought in his mind right now.

As a precautionary measure, Jakob used his hand to guide him and slowly swayed his hips back and forth. Rachels's moans started sounding higher, and she leaned her hip forwards, making the rubbing hit a specific part as they continued.

They stopped kissing, and Jakob released her wrist, moving his hand up and intertwined it in hers, still pinning it on the wall as they gazed at each other.

He could feel everything. The gliding sensation that increased with every stroke. Rachel's lips caressing his member, begging him to enter her.

He saw her eyes blink longer as they quicked the pace, hearing their wet body make a splattering noise every time they banged into each other.

"I'm cumming." moaned Rachel as she, with her free hand, cupped his cheek.

"Me too," sounded Jakob in a heavy breathing voice, and with one last kiss, their body tensed.

"She grabbed his ass and pressed him towards her. Hadn't his hand been there to ensure he didn't enter, he would surely have. She jerked as she came over his hand and growth. Jakob, in the middle of his own climax, shot his seeds in between her thighs and the wall behind her.

When they were finished, they breathed heavily, and Jakob felt like he almost wanted to pass out. He swayed a little, taking a step to stabilise himself, and Rachel caught him.

"That was amazing." whispered the blonde with a wide-open smile as she rested her forehead onto his.

Jakob nodded with his eyes closed. Hiding his disdain.

"Yeh. You were amazing." he kissed her again, and she responded with a brighter smile.

"Are you going to tell me something heartbreaking this time?"

The Slytherin boy opened his eyes and gave her an amused smirk, shaking his head.

"Nope. But we should get out. If they knew what we did, I don't think they would be too happy."

Rachel seemed to snap back to reality, and her dreamy smile disappeared.

"Um… yeh. I will go first." letting him go, The blonde stumbled a little while exiting the shower on her weak legs while Jakob cleaned himself off.

When he was done, he stepped out and wrapped a white towel around his waist. Glancing towards Rachel. The blonde had put on her white underwear and was about to put her jeans back on.

He observed her behaviour. Would this act pay off, or would she distance herself now?

She turned back towards Jakob, confused and torn about what to say.

"I… This won't happen again. Don't think this meant something. You are still a prisoner."

Jakob smiled inwardly as he approached the girl who had turned away, showing her back towards him. He could kill her now. It would only take one second, and he could get his revenge. She turned and flinched as he stood Infront of her.

He raised his hand and gently pushed some of her hair behind her ear.

"You shouldn't hide your smile behind your hair."

She stared into his eyes for a moment and gave a weak smile before clearing her throat and grabbing his clothes, pushing them on his chest and making him take a step back.

"Get dressed."

When Jakob returned to his cell, he turned towards the girl, waiting for the hesitating blonde to say something.

"I will bring Christine over when lunch Is ready."

She shut the door, and Jakob sat down on the chair.

He was in. He needed a bit more time to get the information from his kidnapper. He summarised in his head what he already knew.

They were more than he had expected and were on a war path. Suddenly he understood what Pansy from the future meant by the warning she gave him.

Something would happen during Christmas that would lead him to open the gate. He had seen the aftermath and knew now that bringing the demons wasn't the best idea. Maybe there was another way to have more control over... No, he could open it. His mind wandered back to the blonde girl.

Rachel wasn't the head of the snake. She was only one of the heads of the hydra.

Hogwarts.

"We have found a trace, Albus. They aren't in Salem, but when I entered a church and expressed that I came from the organisation, a woman told me they had moved to Portland. We are scanning the area as we speak."

Dumbledore nodded to the fireplace that showed James.

"Good. Notify me when you have a visual on the target."

"Dumbledore, there is something else."

The bearded headmaster frowned.

"Tell me ."

"We have seen signs of death eaters in the area. They are also looking for the boy. I haven't seen them myself, but I know that they are on the same trail as us. They are leaving bodies."

Dumbledore nodded with a serious face.

"Be careful. We can only assume they wish to harm Jakob after his statement about their dark Lord."

James nodded, and the fire dissolved. Dumbledore sighed.

"This isn't good at all. If the death eaters get to Jakob first, there is no possible outcome that will end well for us.

The door opened again, and Christine walked inside. Her hands trembled slightly as she placed the lunch tray beside the mattress where The Quade boy lay on his back with one of his hands behind his head. He sighed as he turned his gaze away from the woman who didn't meet his eyes, staring back at the ceiling.

"Guess the priest told you about me?"

The brown-haired woman gave him a nervous smile but didn't answer his question.

The Quade boy turned his head towards her and gave the woman a charming smile.

"Christine, you have been the nicest one here. To show you my gratitude, I will answer one question."

The woman who was about to stand up halted briefly and glanced towards the camera.

"Do you mind if I get some time to think of one?

Jakob looked like they weren't sure.

"Hm, if I do that, the question won't be yours. How about this, then." The Slytherin boy turned his head towards the woman again.

I had a book on me when I was taken. If you can let me have it, I will answer two of your questions."

"I… I need to check with them first."

"of course. Take your time Christine." the boy retained his charming smile and activated his blood charm. A bit stronger, knowing that Christine hadn't felt something like this before.

The woman stared into his eyes for a few seconds longer, and he stared back at her leaning slightly forwards like he was about to whisper something. The woman leaned forwards, mesmerised by the boy.

"Make them bring me my book, and I will reward you with something only I can give." He leaned back and saw the woman breathing heavier, the same hunger in her eyes as Rachel had shown before.

"Is there something else you wish to ask me?" questioned the amused boy.

"No..No, enjoy your lunch." She stood up and corrected her dress, and walked out.

Jakob smiled and enjoyed his lunch as the woman had told him.

When he was done, he activated himself. Doing pull-ups and squats to get the time going as he waited.

The door creaked open again, and Rachel stepped inside, holding his book.

"You are really making an impression Quade. You told us you would answer two questions if I gave you this?"

Jakob glanced at the book and nodded.

"It gets a bit boring here except for the visits, of course." Rachel sat on the chair before him with the book on her lap.

"What is written in this book? Why do you need it?"

Jakob took a seat on his opposite hers.

"It was my mother's. I have no idea what's in it because I got it from my father seconds before you attacked. I don't need it, but I'm curious if what is written inside it."

Rachel observed his face, trying to see if she could glimpse a sign that he was lying.

"My first question. Where is the ministry of magic in the U.K.?"

Jakob frowned.

"I don't really…. What do you mean?"

"How would one enter the ministry the none magical way?"

Jakob thought for a moment.

"I have never done it, Rachel. I'm sorry, but I only know how to enter the ministry by floo."

"What is floo?" asked the blonde leaning a bit forward, interested.

Jakob gave her an innocent smile.

"If I answer that question, will it count as my first one?"

Rachel thought for a moment and then gestured for him to continue.

"Floo is our way to get around. You enter a fireplace, say the destination, and throw down the floo powder. The flames then teleport you to the designated fireplace."

"That sounds like it hurts." Rachel looked a bit uncomfortable by the description, and Jakob chuckled.

"it doesn't hurt. But can feel a bit uncomfortable the first few times. Your next question?"

The girl straightened up in her seat.

"There is a magical school in Britain. What is it called, and where is it located?"

Jakob raised an eyebrow in slight surprise.

"You won't be able to reach it. It's located where there are mountains, but students don't get the exact location themself. If a muggle entered the perimeter, they would even see it."

Rachel smirked.

"We have our ways. We entered your mansion without a problem." Said the blonde, giving him a brief smirk before continuing.

"So you are telling me you don't know the answers to either of my questions. Shame."

She stood up and sighed dramatically as she held the book firmly, indicating that he would even get to touch it. Jakob crossed his arm, giving her a frown.

"You asked two questions I Didn't know the answer to. You can just give me more until I know the answer."

Rachel glanced at the book and then at Jakob.

"I told them that you had knowledge, that you were valuable. Give me something, or you might not see the next dinner."

Jakob sat quietly, still holding his arms crossed.

Rachel gave him a sneer and turned towards the door.

"Shame."

The blonde girl closed the door behind him, not noticing the glint in his eyes.

They had my book. That means that they have my other things too. I believe that it's almost time.

James and his team had surveyed the area all day. Not a single sign of the organisation or Jakob.

"Moody, You don't see anything?" The veteran who stood a few meters behind him grunted.

"I've told you, lad, there is nothing here. Maybe we got the wrong information."

James shook his head.

"No, we didn't. The Deatheaters have been sighted near here. They are searching the same trail."

"That doesn't mean it's the right one." Mumbled the older Auror and turned back to scan the area once again before they moved on to another place.

James sighed and was about to walk away when he noticed a blonde girl standing at a stoplight with a woman and a man. The Auror frowned. The man and woman beside her stood formal to formal.

"Moody, hide. I'm going to check something."

The older Auror glanced at where James was headed and grinned as he walked further down the street.

He walked on the other side of the street and briefly looked up at the red light and then forward, observing the three with a quick glance.

The light switched, and he started walking forwards, wearing a confused expression as he passed the three who ignored him.

"Excuse me." The three people turned around and gave him a suspicious look as he walked over to them.

" I'm looking for my keys. You haven't seen them by any chance? About four of them in a keychain?" the two adults didn't answer, and the blonde gave him a warm smile.

"I'm sorry I haven't."

"Ah shit, Excuse my language, I was going to pick up my son Jakob from school, but the key to the car is one of them."

While James babbled, he observed the blonde girl's expression, and when he mentioned the name Jakob, he saw the slight twitch in her right eye.

"I'm sorry I haven't seen them. Do you want us to give you a ride?" asked the blonde and looked at the man, who glared at James.

"No. It's fine. I am just a bit frustrated. Hope I didn't ruin your day." apologised James as he started to back away.

Rachel nodded and gave him one last smile before leaving with her two bodyguards.

The Auror saw Moody's head pop up behind a street corner, and James gave him the signal to follow her.

When Christine entered Jakob's cell again with dinner, Jakob gave her a warm smile.

" Christine. It's always a pleasure."

The woman smiled back at Jakob as he activated his charm again. He strolled over to the bed and sat down, gesturing for her to sit down beside him.

"Do you mind if you could keep me company for a while? It's so boring to eat alone."

The already affected woman handed over the tray to the boy and sat down beside him.

"Do you make the dinner yourself, or do you only carry it the long way down here?" Asked Jakob taking a bite from the piece of bread.

"It's not so bad. The kitchen is downstairs, so I don't need to use the stairs. Being an old woman like me, stairs are my worst enemy." Chuckled the woman and noticed Jakob sitting a bit closer to her while still holding his smile. Her hand became warmer, and her breathing increased.

"You aren't old. You look to be, what, 27? I bet you get a lot of stares when you walk down the street." Christen gulped as she started fidgeting with her hands and crossed her legs.

"I'm almost forty. This... isn't appropriate. We should-"

"You told me about a staircase? are we below ground?" interrupted Jakob and raised his legs, so his shoes stood on the floor, blocking the camera as he gently stroked her right thigh above the dress she was wearing.

"Y...Yes, we are... On floor zero. Floor one is the entrance."

Jakob nodded and rewarded her by taking her hand gently and placing it under his shirt.

" Do you know where my belongings are?"

He moved his hand behind her back and slowly massaged her lower back.

"They are in the paper box room where all the prisoners' belongings are stored."

Jakob smiled.

"Thank you. This will be our little secret, alright? we don't want you getting into trouble now, do we?" He turned down the charm, and Christine blinked a few seconds before retracting her hand and standing up.

"No... secret." she touched the cross on her necklace as she walked out and closed the door.

"One last thing to do", sighed Jakob as he continued with his meal, waiting for his final victim to enter through the door.

" She should be here soon. Always one visit before bedtime."

As he whispered it, Rachel walked inside and over to him.

" Are you ready to answer some questions?"

Jakob nodded and stood, following her to the chairs.

" Before we begin, I would like to ask something first, if that's alright?"

Rachel, who had crossed her legs, looked suspiciously at him.

" Go on?"

" Um…" he gave her a slight movement with his eyebrow, indicating that the question was delicate.

Rachel raised an eyebrow and gave the sign to the camera, which turned off.

Jakob stood up slowly, took the two steps over to her, and hunched down in front of the girl, who didn't say anything but gave him an amused look.

" About what happened in the shower room, I think about how we… It isn't right, but I can't stop thinking about it. But I…"

He moved his eyes down to her lips and then to her eyes again.

Rachel slowly uncrossed her legs and stood up, Jakob following with her.

He raised his hands slowly and put them behind her back, moving her body closer to him.

" You are so fucking beautiful." was the only thing he could whisper before she closed the distance between their lips.

Jakob matched the intensity, and she pushed him off her.

" We can't."

Jakob sighed.

" why? Why do we have to be stopped? You want me, and I want you. Is it so difficult?"

" You are an abomination. You are dangerous." Said Rachel with a frustrating, loud voice dragging her hand through her hair.

Jakob gave her a betrayed look and took a step back.

" Yes. I'm the monster. You don't even see it, do you?"

Rachel frowned.

" See what?"

" This war. You are fighting someone who doesn't want to be your enemy. Do you think you will be hailed a hero when you have succeeded in killing us all? Why do you think we are hiding." said Jakob pleadingly.

" This war will happen with or without me. You have no idea what's coming, and I'm one of them. I can't just run off with you."

" you think you are immortal? We have magic. We will fight back. Do you think your weapons are better than us?"

Rachel gave him a smirk.

" We have made special ones. Ones that are blessed to ignore your magics. How do you think we got inside the mansions wards?"

Jakob frowned.

" The only thing that can beat magic except for magic itself is… evil."

" no. We have our priest blessing them."

Jakob's pleading expression changed, and he stood a bit straighter.

As he smirked and changed his tone, he gave her a slight bow of his head.

" Thank you, Rachel. It took some time, but you gave me all the needed information."

The blonde looked confused for a second before it dawned on her.

" You… you tricked me again, you swine!"

Jacob chuckled and closed his fist.

" You really thought I would be caught by some muggles? I'm Jakob Quade!" he roared and opened his hand. The darkness that had been stirring inside him swirled up violently in his palm like a tornado. Rachel looked terrified at the mist and backed away towards the door.

" No… you need a wand for magic."

" This isn't magic, Rachel." Jakob grabbed her hand and held her like a human shield with his arm around her throat. And whispered in her ear.

"This is darkness."

Raising his palm towards the door, the darkness shot forwards, destroying the wood and metal, devouring the screaming guards outside, and leaving only blood and pieces of bones.

" You won't die here with the rest of them. You killed my family, and I will collect what I'm owed." Hissed the boy in her ear as she saw the destruction he had caused by only raising his hand. He could have done it all along.

"You will guide me to my belongings, and then we are going on a honeymoon. A long honeymoon, Just you and me."

Authors note 2: This was the longest one yet. I won't write chapters this long in the future(I Think), but I didn't want to end the chapter while he was imprisoned and leave you all with too many cliffhangers. ;) Then, as I wrote, it became more and more and then I had over 12k words. Hope you all enjoyed the chapter, and I'll see you in the next one!

Cheers!
