...Lover...
I feel someone shaking me and my eyes open. I find Ailia's ice blue eyes staring into mine. I groan and sit up. "Caily has a date and wants you to do her hair." Ailia yawns. I run my fingers through my long black hair. I nod and slide out of bed. Caily is pouting on the floor while Eileen and Dominique exam her closet.
Caily Malfoy is the oldest and Lucius' younger sister. Her ash blonde hair was a mess and her smoke gray eyes filled with tears. Ailia Rowle crawls under my covers her auburn hair spread out on my pillow and her eyes closed. Her chest rises and falls and I know she's fast asleep already.
I walk over to Caily and smack the back of her head. Eileen Travers tsks at my behavior and I shrug leaning on Dominique Selwyn. Eileen's copper hair is in an intricate braid keeping it out of her chocolate brown eyes. Dominique eyes me carefully with rose red eyes as I finger her light chestnut hair. "Is it bad that I wish I had eyes like Eileen's?" I wonder.
Dominique laughs but I'm dead serious. It's not that I despise my black eyes but I despise my black eyes. I pull Caily over to the vanity we'd set up at the start of term. Everyone' makeup, perfumes, jewelry, and the like we're all stashed neatly inside the drawers. I stare at her in the mirror turning her head from side-to-side humming.
It takes me an hour but I finally fixed Caily's hair. It now falls down her back in soft and shiny waves. I hold out my hand and she frowns. "That'll be four galleons. For ten galleons I'll do your makeup too." I smirk. She slaps 20 galleons into my palm and I start on her makeup while Eileen and Dominique finish picking out a dress for Caily.
I spritz her with perfume and hand her earrings, a bracelet, and a necklace that would go well with dress and heels Eileen and Dominique had picked out. She gives each of us a hug before bolting from the dorm. I slide Eileen and Dominique five galleons each for their work. Eileen is also dressed to go out.
"Got a date with Regulus?" I wonder. She nods a happy smile on her face. I was a bit worried when they started dating. They're both my friends and if it were to end horribly, I did not want to get caught in the middle. "Hey Adelaide, where's your brother? I want to ask him some potions and defense against the dark arts questions." Dominique sighs flipping through her papers.
"Severus is probably in the library." I roll my eyes. She turns to me with pleading eyes. "Fine let me get dressed." I sigh and start running a brush through my hair. She squeals and jumps up to get ready. "I still can't believe you have a crush on his brain." Ailia yawns getting up. "How is that? Brains can be sexy too." Dominique shrugs. Ailia and I share a look.
I sigh as I leave the library Severus and Dominique had begun talking theories and my brain went fuzzy. I run smack into someone and wince. "Hello there. You're Snivellus' little sister, aren't you?" a boy with aristocratic features smiles at me. "And you're a bully. If you don't mind, I'm a bit busy." I push past him and continue walking. "I've heard that you were his sister but you're far too pretty to be related to him." the boy chuckles.
"No offense, but could you not talk to me. I honestly don't want to talk to you in the slightest." I sigh. "Let's start over. My name is Sirius Black." the boy holds out a hand. "I know. Your brother is my best friend." I shake his pointer finger. "Ah, so you're Adelaide. Come take a walk with me Addie." he grabs my hand and leads me down the corridor.
People gawk, stare open mouthed, and or gossiped about us as we pass. I struggle trying to yank my hand free. Sirius stops and tosses me over his shoulder making several people gasp. I hit his back with my fist but it doesn't faze him in the slightest. I pout and whine. He sets me on my feet when he reaches the lake. "You're not like other girls. Most girls would be thrilled to talk to me." Sirius frowns at the look of boredom on my face.
"You are one of the people that bully my brother. Of course, I'm not thrilled about this. Can't you go bother one of your fan girls instead." I push Sirius away with my fingertips. He stares at me a quizzical expression on his face. I dust myself off and start for the school. Sirius spins me around and pins me to a tree. I open my mouth to question his behavior when his lips land on mine.
My heart starts to race a mile a minute and I can feel the blush on my cheeks. He cups my face tilting it and deepening the kiss. My eyes close and I place my hands on his shoulders. His hands rest on my hips keeping me pressed up against him. I whimper softly when he breaks the kiss. He smirks and kisses me again.
He taps my hip and I jump into his arms. I moan softly when he starts kissing my neck. I knot my hands in his hair and softly tug. A low growlish purr leaves his lips and he attacks my neck with renewed vigor. His lips travel back up to mine claiming them in a hungry kiss. When we break apart, I note his gray eyes have darkened several shades.
"Are you sure you don't like me even just a little bit?" he smirks. "I don't like you at all. You're just extremely skilled with your tongue." I look away. "Hmm, skilled with my tongue. Well, I'm skilled in more ways than that if you'd like to take me for a test drive." he chuckles. I roll my eyes as he sets me on my feet.
"Hey Sirius! What are you doing?" I hear James Potter yell. Sirius groans and gives my lips a quick peck. "Wait right here Addie." Sirius pats my head before running over to his friends. I turn away so they don't see my face. One touch tells me my cheeks are still burning and are possibly bordering on red.
I can feel the boys' eyes on me every now and then and hide behind a tree when they're distracted. It's a few more minutes before I open my eyes my hand over my heart. It begins racing again when I find Sirius staring at me one hand above my head the other on my hip. "Would you like to pick up where we left off? I promise there will be no more interruptions." he whispers. "No, I think I should go." I murmur.
He frowns and tilts his head back looking at the sky. I look at my hands and fidget. He kisses the top of my head and I look at him slightly dumbfounded by his gentleness. He pulls me into his arms. "I find you very intriguing Addie. You're quite... well I don't know... appealing to me. I find myself drawn to you for some reason I can't yet explain." he mumbles examining my eyes.
I can't bring myself to look away. "Can we meet up again next weekend?" he wonders tucking my hair behind my ear. I open my mouth to reply but nothing comes out. He smiles and takes a step back. I look away trying to calm my racing heart.
"Where did you disappear to earlier?" Dominique wonders at dinner. "Nowhere. I was just wandering." I mumble feeling my blush begin to return. "I heard you were seen been dragged out to the lake by Sirius Black." Caily murmurs. "I heard he threw Addie over his shoulder." Eileen giggles. I can feel my blush spread.
"What really happened between you and my brother?" Regulus smirks. "Nothing! Geez, you guys. How about we start with you guys not giving me the third degree?" I scoff. Regulus laughs earning a hit from Eileen. "If nothing happened, why is he staring at you like that." Regulus chuckles pointing over my shoulder.
I turn slightly and see Sirius looking at me while talking to his friends. The look in his eyes sends a shiver down my spine though not a bad one. "Who knows. I told him I didn't want to talk to him cause I'm not one of his horny ass fan girls and he found that interesting. Poor thing thought I'd be ecstatic just being near him. Sucks to suck I guess." I shrug and return to my dinner.
Regulus chuckles and gets to his feet. I try to stop him guessing what he's doing but Ailia covers my mouth. "Lia, let her go." Severus chuckles. I run after Regulus and tackle him. I grab him by his collar and drag him back to the Slytherin table. He pouts and turns to whine to Eileen. "Lele, Addie hit me so hard I think I'll bruise." Regulus whines.
I stick my tongue out playfully. There's a tap on my shoulder and I turn and see Lily. She nods outside and I wave to my friends before following her outside. people are still watching us so I pull her out into the courtyard where the light doesn't reach. As it turns out she just wanted to ask if Severus was ok after James and his gang's latest prank.
"Why don't you just ask him?! I know you two miss talking to each other and I hate, hate, hate being the messenger running back and forth!" I stomp my foot and fold my arms. "Oh, come on Addie! Just tell me! It's the last time. I promise!" she begs. "He's fine. Just been studying up in the library." I sigh.
Lily breathes a sigh of relief and looks up at the night sky. "By the way, I heard some rumors about you and Sirius today. What was that all about? He's been asking about you a lot lately." she frowns worriedly. "Oh nothing. He was just being his usual narcissistic self. I wouldn't be surprised in the slightest if it all turned out to be some bet James came up with." I roll my eyes.
Lily hums lost in thought. We start to walk back inside and she stops. "But I don't think it's a dare or a bet. He's never looked at anyone not even himself the way he looks at you Addie." her words make me freeze. I look at Sirius who is staring at his plate with a bored expression on his face. Remus whispers something and Sirius' head snaps up.
He looks around a mixture of frantic and excited until he finds me. A dazzling smile lights up his face. I blush and look away. "I'll talk to you later Lily." I hug her and practically run down to the dungeons. I take a calming breath once I'm in the common room. My heart is racing and my face is red. I go up to my dorm and crawl under my covers.
My fingers graze the books in the library as I look for the charms book I want. A familiar hand caresses mine and locks our fingers together. "Hey there, I've been looking all over for you Addie." Sirius whispers in my ear. He kisses my cheek making me smile. "Yes?" I ask not turning around.
"Can I look at you? Turn around." he whispers. I turn around and he kisses me. I wrap my arms around his neck and kiss him back with just as much enthusiasm. He presses me against the shelf. I moan softly into the kiss earning a smirk from him. My fingers entwine in his hair tugging gently.
When we break the kiss, he caresses my face and refuses to move back. Instead, he kisses the top of my head holding me close. I take deep calming breaths the scent of is cologne was intoxicating. "We're supposed to be studying but I don't want to." Sirius groans. I hum softly nuzzling his neck. "Addie." he whispers. I hum in response.
"We need to study." he mumbles and I hum softly not paying him any mind. We stay there like that for an hour before finally going to study. I sit across from him much to his displeasure and he gets up walking quickly and purposefully around the table to sit next me. I shoot him a look but he just opens his charms book and notes and starts reading. I sigh and open my books to study.
Two hours in and I feel Sirius' hand on mine. He laces our fingers moving our joined hands under the table out of sight. I freeze and he leans over kissing my cheek before going back to studying. I blush and try to focus on my studies. I can see his shoulders shake with laughter out of my peripheral. I bump his shoulder with mine and he chuckles.
"There you are Sirius..." James rounds some shelves but pauses when he sees me. His eyes flit back and forth and I can see the wheels of his brain turning. Sirius lets go of my hand and gets up to greet his friend. They have a whispered conversation before sitting down. "So, Addie, how long have you been friends with Lily?" Sirius asks.
"Since I was 8. Severus introduced me to her and her sister. Why?" I mumble still reading up on charms. "Jamesy was curious is all." Sirius laughs. I finally look up. James and Sirius are in the midst of a serious and silent discussion. I catch something about the full moon and James smacks Sirius' arm and nods at me.
"Are you two talking about Remus? If so, I already know. Figured it out two months into my first year, with Regulus' help of course." I shrug. They gawk at me. "Don't tell me you guys took longer than that to figure it out? It's kind obvious." I look at them both hoping I'm wrong. They duck their heads shame plain as day on their faces. "You're joking." I gasp.
They can't bring themselves to look at me and I tap Sirius' hand under the table. He finally looks up and shakes his head. I bite my lip and look away. "Regulus said it was obvious and that he probably didn't want you guys to know." I mumble. Sirius puts a hand on my knee but I'm lost in thought.
"Anyways James I'll be there. Don't you have Quidditch practice." Sirius smiles. James looks confused and Sirius gives him a meaningful look and nods at the library door. James pouts and stomps away. Sirius shoots me an apologetic look. I nod and smile and he gives me a quick peck on the lips before hurrying after James.
I study uninhibited for two hours before Severus sits down in front of me a frown on his face. "Are you dating Sirius?" he demands. "Wow! Good morning to you too brother." I roll my eyes and keep reading. "Answer me, Adelaide! Cai told me she saw you two looking rather close in here earlier." he huffs impatiently. I make a mental note to smack Caily later.
"No, we're not dating. We were just studying in the same place at the same time." I sigh. He eyes me carefully and sighs. "Are you sure? I keep hearing all sorts of rumors." he sounds worried. "Yes, Sev. I'm fine. We're all fine. Now stop meddling. Are you and Lily ok now?" I wonder. Severus looks away muttering under his breath and I sigh.
Ailia shakes me awake and I groan. "Today's the Quidditch match. Aren't you coming?" she asks excitedly. I smack her with my pillow and roll over. "LEMME SLEEP!" I whine rolling over. She chuckles and slides off my bed. I wait until I hear everyone leave for breakfast. I throw off my covers and rush over to the vanity and give myself a quick spritz in the nicest smelling perfume I have. I drag a brush through my hair.
I wait in the shadows until the entire school is in the stands waiting for the match to begin. Then I slip down to the edge of the forbidden forest. I then follow the map Sirius has drawn until I reach a small stream. I follow it for several minutes and find a tub sized pond. I sit on the rocks and wait. Half an hour later Sirius strides into view.
I jump up and race into his arms. He picks me up and I lock my legs around him. "How are you? I haven't seen you since our little midnight date in the Astronomy Tower." he whispers. I smile and rest my head on his shoulder. "I was just missing you." I whisper. He chuckles as he sits down on the rocks with me in his lap.
We sit there enjoying the day and chatting. His lips find mine naturally and I smile. The kiss slowly becomes more and more heated. I turn to him placing my hands on his shoulders to steady myself. His hands on my lower back pressing me to him, he deepens the kiss making me moan softly.
Our clothes end up in a heap next to us and I lower myself slowly onto his raging erection. Once he's fully inside me I move at a leisurely pace. When I can stand it no longer, I pick up the pace. We both moan and groan. Sirius takes one of my nipples into his mouth while teasing my other breast with his fingers. I toss my head back in pleasure.
Sirius pulls my hips down faster and I put my head near his ear moaning softly. He groans as my walls tighten around him. "Fuck!" I hear him mutter. He flips us over and starts to pummel into me. I don't last long when he places my leg on his shoulder and quickly come undo in a silent orgasm. He kisses me riding me through it until he comes undo himself.
He pulls out flopping next to me. Panting we stare up at the sky. A satisfied smile tugs at my lips. "That was amazing!" I giggle. "You were amazing love." Sirius leans over and begins kissing me again. He flips me over and I place my hands on the rocks as he enters me from behind. I moan quietly and he leans over me kissing the sensitive spot on my neck.
By the time we get back up to the castle it's dark and dinner is over. I give Sirius one last kiss before heading up to the baths. When I walk into the dorm my friends are on my bed watching me. "Where have you been?" they ask. "I went for a walk. What's all the fuss about? Did something happen?" I wonder. "We got back and you were gone! We searched everywhere with no sign of you at all!" Dominique pouts.
"Sorry Domi." I smile innocently as I go to the vanity to brush my wet hair. They watch me in confusion. "Are you sure you didn't just meet up with some guy instead?" Cai scoffs. "And what guy, pray tell, would that be?" I laugh. She blushes and looks away not able to answer.
