2nd Disclaimer: This was my first fanfic. I wrote it a couple of years ago as a one shot and never ended up posting it. But it is rather sweet so I thought… Why not? I hope you all enjoy it. -
Tart
"You WHAT?" Pie and Kish yelled together. Tart looked at the ground. Maybe Pie had never liked the planet and Kish wanted to get as far away from his former "sweetheart" (this term was way too strong, Inchigo had hated him) as possible but Tart had a favor to repay.
"I want to go back to earth." He said.
"Give it up Tart the battle's over." Pie sighed.
"It's not about that! You don't have to come but I'm going! So just… just… butt out!" And Tart ran to the teloporters. I WILL do this! He thought. "Teloporter… beam me down to Tokyo."
Pudding
Pudding sighed. It was going to have to be red hot dogs again this week. Her dad was off training in the mountains and the purse that he had he given her was wearing thin. To make matters worse the restaurant wasn't doing so great. Pudding sulked as she went down to get the milk. Since she went was three when Hancha, Honcha, and Heicha had been born she could barely get a moment to herself. But tomorrow she was going to be all alone. Hancha, Honcha, and Heicha all had a sleepover and Lucha and Chancha had a field trip. Her friends from the café all had dates. Inchigo and Maysha, Lettuce and Keiichiro (shocker!), Zakuro and one of her model "friends", and Mint and Ryou. Tomorrow was Valentines Day and the first one that Pudding would spend alone.
Tart
Tart walked into the sweet shop slowly and gulped. "I'd like 10 of those." He said as he pointed to some brightly wrapped butterscotch candies.
"Ok hun. That will be…" The cashier started but before she was finished Tart had put his money on the counter and was out the door.
Valentines Day
The bell jingled as Tart walked through the door of the Fong family Restaurant. "Welcome to…" Pudding started. When she saw who it was she almost dropped the plate she was holding. "Tar-Tar?"
Tart held out his hands in witch he held the ten candies. "For you." He said, his face a bright pink.
Pudding looked at them with wide shining eyes. As she kissed him on the cheek he turned a bright red.
"Happy Valentines Day Tar-Tar." Pudding said softly.
Author's Notes:
A type of hot dog that's rather cheap in Japan.
I believe field trips only happen once per grade in Japan and are overnight. I might be wrong though… ;; Correct me if I am.
Note: This is not very realistic if you think about it because in the last book Tart and Pudding go a little further than a kiss on the cheek. (Don't worry it's still PG!) I like to believe that Tart is so innocent and cute that he would still turn bright red at that type of stuff even because of that. o
