Chapter 2
Satoru was eating a hamburger at the party. He noticed the mail man drop off a letter during the party. He left his family apartment and took the letter. He walked to a park and stood by a tree. He noticed the letter was from Yashiro. He opened the letter and saw a key and read the note. " So then Satoru , the key is to my apartment please go there if you want to find out how I got this way.
He noticed Kayo. " Satoru , you just left the party " She said. Satoru laid down in the snow. " Sorry Kayo , i saw a letter its from Yashiro " He said. Kayo tossed a snow ball at Satoru. " So what's the letter say " She asked. Satoru cleaned the snow ball off his coat and handed her the letter. She walked over and took the letter and quickly read the letter. " be dumb and go there if you want Satoru " She said. Satoru stood up and noticed a map to yashiro's place.
Kayo turned the note around and saw the map. " Lets go but I'll wait outside and lets get your mom " She said. He looked down " Fine , Kayo " He said. She took his hand and they walked back to the party. He looked up and saw his mom standing outside. " Hey kido , what do you want to ask " Sachiko asked.
He took a breath and took the note from Kayo's hand and handed it to his mom. Sachiko read the note " Sure , but be careful " She said. Satoru hugged his mom and took Kayo's hand and ran off. He followed the map and saw it wasn't an apartment but a house.
Kayo let go of his hand " Alright , be careful , dummy " She said. He took the key from his pocket and unlocked the door. He opened the door and went inside. He took off his shoes and saw the living room , test and school work. He noticed a leather recliner with a diary on it. He went to the kitchen and found nothing interesting. He went to the bedroom and saw a lose floor board under the bed.
He tried to move the bed but it was too heavy. He walked back to the living room and picked up the diary and sat on the recliner. He opened the book and started reading. He noticed it had thoughts on notes on his targets and victims. He came to his page " He stopped me somehow Satoru , if he shows up at the hockey arena and i know for sure and he will have his victory and I will move on after killing him " He finished reading and tossed the diary to the ground. He relaxed and was lost in thought . " He truly was a monster " He then heard the door open. He noticed Kayo. " What's keeping you Satoru " She said at the entrance.
Satoru placed his arm on the armrest. " Sorry , Kayo I just finished reading Yashiro's diary , and kinda need a minute " He said. She walked into the living room and picked up the diary. " I see , while Yashiro did confess to all this " She said. He noticed while resting on the recliner a note in the chair. He picked it up and read it. " there is a switch on the side of the bed so it can reveal what's hidden " He read. He got up after puting the recliner down and walked to the bedroom.
He found the switch and pressed it. He saw the lose floor boards and opened it. He saw inside items from the victims and punched the wall noticing a blood stained teddy bear. She walked into the bedroom and saw an angry look and hugged him. He calmed down " thanks Kayo , lets call the cops " He said. Kayo nodded taking his hand they walked back to the party. He saw his mom and friends waiting. Kayo handed Sachiko , Yashiro's diary. Sachiko read the book and called the cops. Satoru went to his room and fell asleep after saying good night to Kenya and everyone.
He woke up and went to school. He noticed Yashiro's house and everything was on the street. He noticed Kayo walked with him. " looking forward to graduating " She asked. He nodded yeah and had his hands on the straps of his backpack. She walked in front of him " So satoru , I have a confession " She said. Satoru scratched his face " What Kayo " He said. She kissed his lips " I love you " She said. Satoru blushed and was speechless as the school prepared for graduation. Kenya looked at Satoru " glad , Kayo is back till we move on to the next class grade and you move Satoru to your new town" He said.
Satoru smiled " I am going to miss , you everyone " He said. Osamu patted Satoru's back. " We will to satrou , make sure your write us " He said. Satoru nodded noticing tears fall on his notebook. " Well Graduation is latter today , and were glad you and Kayo are here " Hiromi said. Satoru nodded noticing everyone in class nodding. He noticed the one , who placed the money in Kayo's bag stand up. " I am sorry , Kayo for framing you " She said. Kayo was shocked " It dosen't matter now , but i forgive you " She said hugging her.
Satoru smiled as he was with his friends , after school. He noticed his mom finished packing the truck. He noticed one item wrapped. " I guess its time to head to hinamizawa " He said. He was handed gifts by Kenya , Osamu , Hiromi , Kazu , and Kayo. " thanks " he said hugging them. He placed the gifts on the truck and saw his mom waiting in the car. He ran up to Kayo " I love you to " he said kissing her lips and got in the car with his mom.
Kayo and everyone waved them off. Satoru fell asleep during the car ride. He woke up a little and saw there new house and it was mid afternoon. He saw his stuff being brought into the house as well as his going away gifts. He exited the car and entered his room. He unwrapped the recliner shape gift. He noticed it was the one from yashiro's and took a seat. " this is a pretty , big house " he thought hearing kids playing a game. He opened the window and looked out and saw two girls hiding. the girls " Shush " both said placing a finger in front of there mouths. He nodded noticed three looking for them. He held out his hand from the window " I know , i am not playing but " He said as the girls grabbed his hand. He pulled them in.
Satoru and the two girls fell to the floor. He got up and closed the window. " Are you both all right , I am Satoru and just moved to Hinamizawa " He said. The girls looked around his room. " I am Satoko and this is Rika " She said laughing at the clock. Satoru heard a knock on the window and sighed as Rika and Satoko hid. He opened the window and saw two girls and a guy. He smiled nice to meet you " I am Satoru and just move to hinamizawa with my mom Sachiko " He said.
the green hair girl jumped into the window. " the name is Mion , Satoru " She said. He nodded as the other girl hugged him " I want to take him home " she said. Satoru blushed and felt like he was turning blue. The boy separated the two. " Sorry about rena and I am Keiichi " He said. Satrou took a breath " I am sorry but no one is here " He said walking and siting on his bed. Mion looked around and opened the closet. She saw no one and looked and looked at the clock and changed the time. Satoru stomped his feet down so Rika and Satoko would stay hidden.
Mion noticed the signal , He gave. " So Satoru , you will be going to our school " She asked. Satoru looked mion in the eyes and stood up " Yes , I am " He said as his mom entered the room. He noticed the hallway clock rang. Rika and Satoko came out from under the bed. " We win , with Satoru's help " Satoko said. Mion laughed " Welcome to our game club , Satoru , lets show you around Hinamizawa " She said. Satoru nodded fine as his Sachiko smiled. " Have fun everyone , when you get back I'll make dinner for everyone " She said. Satoru nodded leaving with Mion , Satoko , Rika , Rena , and Keiichi.
Satoru saw a game shop as they walked past some stores. He noticed Rika as a sign fell on top of her head. He noticed his power of Revival activate. He pulled Rika back as the sign fell and hit the ground. Rika remand calm. " What just happened , that was different then the time loops " She thought as Rena hugged the two. Satoru took a breath " Revival , so i still have that power " He thought as they continued to walk around the town.
