"Danielle! What happened!? Are you alright?" Diana said as she saw her daughter and husband walk into the medic bay together. She had cuts and bruises all over her face.
"I'm fine, mama. It was my fault but Superman said it's going to be fine." Diana wasn't sure what she was talking about but it didn't matter. She led Danielle to one of the beds and checked for broken bones and other internal injuries. Of course there was none except for a concentration of energy around her right wrist.
When Diana grabbed arm and tried to remove her bracelet Danielle pulled it away.
"Don't." Diana was concerned Danielle looked very upset.
"What's wrong?" Kal asked.
"I can't take it off, ever. I can't control it without it," she said as she pulled her arm closer to herself.
Diana and Kal didn't know what to do, they didn't know how to comfort her like parents should. Just then a moan came from across the room. Danielle was the first to rush toward the man.
"Dr. Sams? Are you okay?"
"Dan-Danny what happened?" he asked, trying to get up but Danielle gently pushed back down.
"I escaped, we escaped the lab but you were hurt so I took you to the hospital.I found my mom and she brought you here to make sure you saved me from whoever had taken me."
"We're not safe, we're not safe anywhere on the planet. They will find you, you must go." The monitors started beeping rapidly.
"No, we are safe. We are on the Watchtower, the one you told me to find in space. Where would my parents be, remember?" Danielle tries to remember the plan that they had come up with before escaping the facility. J'onn came rushing in and gave the doctor a sedative. "Is he going to be okay?"
"Yes, but we must make sure that he does not have another panic attack or it will set back his recovery." J'onn said as he was looking from the tablet to the monitors. "I think it is time that you told us who this man really is." Danielle sighed, if she had learned anything from all the books she had read then this would be one of the hardest things she would have to do.

"Hey, you take care of yourself now okay? I don't want to see anything on the news about you getting hurt, understood?" Said her mentor as he hugged her for the last time causing her to laugh.
"Me? You take care of yourself, my mom is going to make sure that I won't do anything in my rebellious age." Now it was his turn to laugh, he picked up his bag as he let go of his ward and gave her one last look. "I'll miss you kid," were the last words he ever said to her as he went into the javelin that would take him to his new home with a new identity, as Danielle went over to her mom, who was standing over the zeta platform.
"You ready," Danielle nodded as she took her mother's hands. "We'll be beamed down over the middle of the ocean, be prepared." Danielle gave her another nod. Diana signaled for them to beamed down. The next thing Danielle knew she was floating over the water with her mother.
"Follow me and stay close," they flew for a while, not at top speed but kept a steady pace. Danielle felt something odd that she hadn't felt in years but she went with it and passed her mother and knew where she was going. Diana was surprised when Danielle went ahead of her but kept on the correct path to Themyscira. Danielle stopped when she saw an island appear.
"Wow, it's beautiful." It looked like a dream she had once in a while, "I didn't think this place was real." Danielle flew down to the shore, the sands were so white and soft against her feet. She was glad she hadn't worn the shoes that J'onn suggested. Diana landed next to her but didn't say anything as Danielle took in the smell of ocean breeze.
Danielle then started running along the shore until she saw a horse, it wasn't the typical horse she had read about, it was a Pegasus. It had the most beautiful coat of golden hair and was as soft as a cloud before even touching it.
"Dax," she whispered as she approached it. It's ears perked up upon hearing her voice, he looked around and then began walking towards her. She smiled as she held her hand out as he brushed his nose against it.
Diana let her daughter and Dax get reacquainted with each. It astonished her how much Danielle remembered: the path to Themyscira, her Pegasus but she couldn't remember her father.
Danielle hopped onto Dax and he took off into the skies. Danielle loved flying but it was even more fun when you were flying with someone you loved and loved you in return. Danielle liked flying with her mother but flying with Dax was flying just to fly, to feel the wind in their hair and the warm sun on their face.
They landed in the middle of a village, Danielle dismounted Dax when a lot of children came running up to pet the pegasus. Dax rarely ever left the stable he was kept in except for to fly and even less so to come to the village.
"Diana! Diana!," they all shouted, "can we pet him, please?" She was confused when they came up to her and started to call her by her mother's name. Danielle was becoming anxious as more and more children came. Dax felt the change in her mood and spread his wings open causing all the children to step back and gasp with some fear. Some of the older Amazons recognized that the girl was not Diana, a few of them had drawn their swords and pointed them towards the near doppelganger of their eldest princess.
"Step away from him," commanded a redhead amazon, whom Danielle recognized but couldn't remember her name. The amazon kept her sword pointed to Danielle and come closer which Dax didn't like; he got in front of her nahhing as he lifted to front legs to stomp on her. The amazon moved back causing her to tripping.
"Dax! καμία στάση!" The amazon quickly recovered while Danielle pulled Dax back and tried to calm him.
"Step away from our Princess' Pegasus, you imposter!" She began to point her sword towards Danielle again causing Dax to get to riled up again.
"Artemis! Lower your sword, now!" Diana had appeared floating above them. She went over to her daughter and Dax, she immediately took Danielle into her arms.
"Diana! Artemis! What is the meaning of this?" Danielle to the person who's voice commanded authority. She looked just like her mother, apart from the blond hair.
