As soon as the giant baby Muzan disintegrated and released its two captives at the same time, everyone jumped for joy.
Two furtives immediately took care of Giyuu who was still seriously injured and unconscious.

Sanemi who was awake, not like in the manga, approached Giyuu relieved to see Giyuu alive then lingered towards Tanjiro who no longer felt his pulse.
But suddenly when Tanjiro thought he was dead, he suddenly opened his eyes again! His eyes were like those of a demon. Sanemi managed to save wait for the stealth that Tanjiro had targeted.
The fight is the same as in the manga but unlike Sanemi who fights.
The sneaks who were healing Giyuu wanted to get away from the fight with Giyuu. But suddenly the earth melts where Giyuu was and he disappears to appear in one of Tanjiro's bone tentacles!
Tanjiro seemed to want to protect the unconscious Giyuu as the few able-bodied Slayers tried to free Giyuu.
Sanemi thought that Tanjiro still had a part of humanity in Tanjiro to protect Giyuu but it was especially the order that Muzan had given to Tanjiro before disintegrating: To kill everyone except Giyuu.
Finally as in the manga (Yes I am! But it is essentially based on this part of the manga)
Kanao managed to inject the antidote into Tanjiro. The bone tentacles disintegrated freeing Giyuu in the process. Sanemi caught Giyuu before he hit the ground.
Sanemi: Phew, it's over and you're safe now Giyuu he said smiling at Giyuu who was still unconscious in his arms.
At that very moment Tanjiro woke up this time as a human spanking everyone jumping for joy.
Now coming back to the present.
Muzan told himself for the thousandth time that he was really very lucky to have survived.
