Juda Federation
After a century of traveling through the stars and losing Earth, all forty-two fleets were sucked into a massive wormhole that flung them into a completely different galaxy. This galaxy is they're in is full of gaseous nebulae, The Shroud, stellar phenomenons and anomalies, and unknown substances. One fleet, the Polo Flotilla, landed in one particular region of the new galaxy. The Polo Flotilla is comprised of twelve ships that were flung into the new galaxy. Everyone woke-up from cryosleep and see the new wonderful yet deadly galaxy. Yet the longer they stay, the more of the devastating effects they feel from their surroundings. Not from the ships being destroyed, but from the effects of all the substances. They all started to mutate and suffer from the effects of their mutations as many slowly die. The first to die was the admiral of the entire fleet and caused much distress and disarray. That is until one captain, Captain Coronato La Fazia of The Traveling Venetian, called in on all the other captains for a meeting as the ships orbit a gas giant with five habitable moons.
Captain La Fazia suggests that they use the experimental equipment they have on their ships in order to modify themselves in order to survive and later thrive in this new galaxy. With no options, many of the captains agreed to use the experimental equipment which includes; genetic modifications and cybernetic enhancements. One captain didn't like the idea of using such experimental devices on their people yet had to go with it. All twelve ships use the equipment that create new sub-human species that populate the five moons. All of these new species created new nations, their own languages, cultures and much more as they spend two centuries making their new civilizations.
On the forest moon name, Polo, three civilizations have emerged such as the spiritual and psychically advance Bharat Republic, the academically adept Alchericus Republic with great scholars that are a mix between a human and a plant, and the proud and strong people of the Shonaka Federation with many being skilled warriors and martial artists. On the continental moon, Quillos, there lies the technologically advance Huji Technocracy, the strong survivalist and animalistic nation of the Iclanic Federation, and the pacifistic and technologically advance Ducaria Republic with psychic cyborgs. On another continental moon, there is the biologically advance and spiritual Shafalaq Republic and the cybernetically advance and materialist Saloria Republic. On a beautiful and colorful moon, Sukara, two militaristic nations that have a few skirmishes with each other but have a great amount of respect for each other's strengths and military might. The Spartan Commissariat with their super soldiers and follow many traditions of the original Spartans. And there is the Japorea Empire, the only known empire of the system that follow much of the Samurai ways. On the cascadian moon, Elegara, two nations of different ideologies also exist such as the Soviet Republic with its communist ideals and advance biology and the Usonia Liberty Republic with its capitalist ideals and advance cybernetics. Not all of them get along, but eventually, they ban together. This created the Juda Federation, a federation named after the gas giant that all the moons orbit, Juda Primaris.
Now united, they now explore and expand across the new galaxy as they search for any remaining survivors of the other fleets or remnants of any humans. But unbeknownst to them, they're in for a surprise in this new galaxy.

The Juda Federation is the first of seven possible factions that could become the focus of Stellaris Victora.
