Chapter 13 A dream come true
It was raining in London. The taxi ride seemed to them for a long time. Brenda unlocked the apartment door.
"Home Sweet Home," Dylan whistled, grabbed Brenda and lifted her over the threshold.
"You've already done that in our honeymoon suite." Brenda laughed.
"Didn't you know? That was just a foretaste. Our honeymoon is just beginning." Laughing, they let themselves fall on the sofa and immediately sank into a passionate kiss.
Her honeymoon in Greece had been fantastic. They had a suite. A large room with a very cozy double bed. In the middle, rose petals were scattered in the shape of a heart. An extra gift basket was already waiting for them. During the day they went sightseeing and eating out and in the evening they cuddled and made love until late at night.
Brenda's body had also changed. Her breasts had grown bigger and her hormones wilder. Dylan was thrilled. The doorbell rang.
"We are not at home." Dylan mumbled and opened Brenda's blouse.
Brenda was about to open Dylan's pants when the doorbell rang again. This time more permanently.
"Whoever that is?"
Irritated, Dylan let go of Brenda and pressed the buzzer. A few seconds later he saw the faces of Laura and the others.
"Hi you McKays. Do you think you can hide?" She embraced Dylan warmly. "Congratulations Dylan."
Then her eyes fell on Brenda's crumpled blouse and Dylan's open pants. Scott's gaze flitted there too.
"Oh kids, I think we were disturbing."
Now Dylan remembered his open pants while Brenda got dressed properly again.
"Do you think we've forgotten you?" Laura hugged Brenda. "Brenda McKay."
"The others are coming soon, too. We've driven up before."
"What a nice surprise." Brenda beamed.
"So children, now told." Scott sat down on the couch and crossed his legs. "Did you ever make it out of bed?" He winked.
"Well." Dylan grinned meaningfully. "We have everything on video." Dylan and Scott gave each other a high-five.
"Dylan!" Shouted Brenda and the two men laughed.
But Laura only looked at Brenda's ring.
"I'm so happy for you. You had to wait so long for that."
"Thank you Laura."
And already it rang again.
"These are the others."
Brenda pressed the buzzer again. And finally, there were hugs and congratulations from Isabella, Victoria, Leon and Evan. Leon had baked a beautiful heart-shaped wedding cake. Of course, a few bottles of champagne and juice could not be missing. Laura held up her champagne glass.
"On Brenda and Dylan and her baby. That finally what has always belonged together has come together."
"Cherio" everyone shouted and Dylan pressed a gentle kiss to Brenda's lips.
Then they cut their wedding cake together. It was a great afternoon. Photos were shown and both raved about the wedding, the beautiful surroundings and all the effort Brandon, Carla, Erica and Alison have made.
"We will miss Alison."
"Yes, without them, Dylan and I wouldn't be anymore."
"Now we can't wait for you to get fat." Evan laughed.
"That doesn't bother me." Dylan took a sip of juice. "I can't wait for my child to be born."
And with a wink towards Brenda, the party went on until late in the evening. Exhausted, Brenda dropped onto the bed.
"You'll regret wanting to see me fat." She laughed at Dylan.
"If that means your breasts get even bigger, I'm for it."
"Then I'll let the babies out."
Brenda opened her bra and her breasts came out. Dylan couldn't take his eyes off them. He had undressed in a flash.
"But now nobody bothers anymore." And giggling, Dylan lay down next to Brenda and they both sank deep into the night.
The next few months passed. Dylan regularly took photos of Brenda and her growing belly. The desire for sex did not diminish with Brenda. They take full advantage of pregnancy.
"We don't have a name yet." Brenda snuggled up to Dylan's bare chest. "Should it be something classic or something modern?"
"I agree with every name. As long as she looks like you." Dylan tenderly brushed a strand of hair from her face.
"Hm... Scarlett, Elisabeth, Annabelle, Charlotte..." Suddenly, Brenda straightened up. Dylan looked at her in surprise. "What do you think of Antonia?"
Dylan swallowed.
"You want to name our child after my dead first wife?"
Brenda shrugged. "You said she was an impressive personality."
Dylan didn't know what to say. "Bren, I can't ask you to do that."
Brenda rested on Dylan's chest again and looked directly at him.
"As I said at the time... it had to be special to get a ring from you." She kissed Dylan tenderly.
"You would have loved her."
"Or not. You married her before me." Brenda grinned.
"Bren..." Dylan shook his head.
"You had every right to do so. I was gone and you fell in love again."
"But it was taken from me. And my path led me back to you. To where I should always be."
"I can't think of a better reason to honor them. She was an important part of your life."
"And you wouldn't have any problems?"
"Not at all. Is a nice name. Antonia McKay."
Dylan raised an eyebrow appreciatively. "Oh baby." Dylan covered her face with kisses. "I love you."
"I love you too," and a little later Brenda groaned Dylan's name.
To pass the time, Brenda went to the place that meant everything to her.
She opened the door to the theater and walked all the way down to Roy. It was the last rehearsal before the premiere. Of course she missed the stage. Roy felt Brenda. "That's my jewel."
"Hi Roy." Roy hugged Brenda carefully.
"Unfortunately, I can't write a pregnant woman into this play."
"I know that."
"How are you Brenda?"
"I'm pretty excited."
"Worse than on stage?"
"Yes."
"Brenda, you will always be my best girl. I don't know anyone who can ignite this emotional fire on stage like you."
"Oh, Roy." Brenda rested her head on Roy's shoulder.
"Brenda, I want you to know, you will always have a place in my group. No matter when you want to start playing again."
"Thank you roy." Brenda smiled happily at him.
"Did the ceiling fall on your head?"
"Yes. Dylan is out with the boys. I'm just waiting for the girls. We wanted to meet at the theater."
As soon as she had uttered these words, she heard Isabella calling her name. "Come on Mommy." Laura hooked Brenda.
"Have fun," Roy called after them.
And while the girls went to Charlie's pub, Dylan met the boys. Brenda never thought that someone like Dylan would date a gay couple. Together with Evan and Leon they attended a football game and wanted to have a barbecue in Evan's garden afterwards.
In the Pub Brenda was suddenly so weird. Laura accompanies her to the toilet. suddenly Brenda's amniotic sac burst. Laura called for Isabella.
"Call the ambulance." Laura tried to call Dylan at the same time.
But only the mailbox went on.
At Evan, on the other hand, was funny. While Evan stood at the grill, Dylan repaired Leon's motorcycle. Along the way, they sang along loudly songs from Evans jukebox. Leon's brother wanted to take a picture of what happened with Dylan's phone when he saw something on the display.
"Dylan? You've been called five times."
"Your wife seems to miss you very much. You or your cock." Leon laughed. Dylan just grinned.
"She can get both when she's back home." He took a sip of cola.
"I'll give a quick call." Dylan dialed Brenda's number.
But Laura got in touch.
"Dylan... finally. Brenda is in the hospital. The time has come."
Dylan didn't let Laura talk it out.
"I'll be there in fifteen minutes."
The boys looked at each other.
"Bren is in the hospital. The baby is coming." Dylan said briefly.
"I'll come with you." Scott ran after Dylan and the men jumped into the car.
Dylan didn't even look at the road when he drove out of the exit. With screeching tires he drove off and drove over three red lights.
"Be careful. Dylan. You're still killing us." Scott held on to the car door.
"Why didn't I hear the damn phone?" Dylan cursed to himself.
"If I miss the birth because of it." He hit the steering wheel.
"The first child always takes a little longer." Scott tried to reassure Dylan.
At the hospital, Dylan jumped out of the car and wordlessly threw the keys to Scott before disappearing into the building.
He ran to the reception. "Where can I find Brenda McKay?"
The lady at the service desk flinched.
"And you are?"
"Dylan McKay. Her husband." Dylan tapped impatiently on the surface.
"Oh yes. Her wife is already in the delivery room. Third floor, left down the corridor. and please ring the bell."
The last words had to call the woman behind Dylan because Dylan was already almost at the elevator. When he rang the bell, a nurse arrived immediately.
"Mr. McKay?"
"Yes."
"Your wife is here." The nurse opened a door.
Dylan saw Brenda lying sweating on the birthing chair.
"Baby." Dylan looked at her relieved.
"Dylan." Brenda was breathing rapidly.
Dylan gave her a kiss and took her hand. Brenda was breathing quickly and screaming in pain. She was sweating a lot. Dylan dried her forehead.
"I can see the head." The midwife spoke up. Brenda pressed and panted.
"Brenda, press again. Then the baby is there."
Brenda let out a last cry to hear her daughter's first cry. Immediately, Brenda held her baby in her arms. Dylan couldn't believe it. He was a father.
"Bren, she's beautiful."
"I have to take it away from you for a moment." The midwife put the little girl on the scales, measured her and washed her a little.
"Just under 6 pounds, 50 centimeters tall."
And already she put Dylan his daughter in his arms. Antonia Iris McKay was born. The McKay family was complete.
Yeah, Brenda and Dylan are finally three. I always thought that a daughter was a better fit for Dylan. What do you think of the name Antonia? Toni had a lot of fans in the show and I thought it was great to honor her like that. Your thoughts pleaseā¦
